2381  Economy / Gambling / Re: Alternatives to 1xbit on: June 29, 2022, 10:06:47 PM
I think OP entered this forum because he did a research about 1xbit and find out many people talking about the scam accusations about that casino. It's nice that this forum help potential victims to avoid scam sites like that.

Which casinos are overall loved around here?
Which one is safe to deposit my money on?
Which one is your personal favorite?
There are a bunch of casinos here that are recommended by others above this post so I won't repeat it, Most of those casino gained good reputations here by having problems fixed, Introduced their signature campaign to market their casino, having nice games and sometimes nice promotions in this forum and their casino.

Which one is safe to deposit my money on?
Everything that people recommended above are basically safe to deposit I guess since they are all casino. Just don't store your funds, Play with them and withdraw it on your liking.

Which one is your personal favorite?
I really don't have my personal favorite, I just play on trusted casino that have the games I want.

2382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Bitcoin Disappointed You ? on: June 29, 2022, 08:38:06 PM
I can say that bitcoin disappointed me. But wait, not from the context you are coming from Op, it is from a different context. The context that bitcoin failed to hit $100k. Assuming bitcoin was able to touch $100k, many people wouldn't have been greatly affected by the current bear because they must have been off the market by now.

Also people that but as high as $60k and above are very much disappointed by now. I don't know for El Salvador, they could also be disappointed.
People are just so hyped up last bull market that they expect bitcoin can go straight to $100k. Bitcoin reaching $69k is a big achievement last bull season and people expected more so they got disappointed because of their entry price I guess or they take a loss on bitcoin dropping value.

There's no need for us to be disappointed in bitcoin, The market has a cycle and we are in a season where people will get liquidated and the only ones who will survive is the one who is smart taking advantage this bear market.
2383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we gradually approaching towards the end of Bitcoin? on: June 29, 2022, 07:40:02 PM
The precarious cryptocurrency market has been made worse by cryptocurrency lender Celsius' June declaration that it is banning withdrawals owing to "extreme market conditions." Following the market meltdown, crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital might possibly be insolvent. Three Arrows Capital has entered liquidation, worsening the crisis gripping the whole world's market for digital assets. Three Arrows was is also considering alternatives including the sale of assets or a firm's rescue.

With the continuous downslide of the Bitcoin and the crypto market at large, is it too soon to say that we might likely be witnessing the end of it all?
End? The thing I could think right now that make bitcoin end is if no one use it which will be impossible or all of miners stop mining which is also impossible unless a world threat arrives like a meteor hitting the world that could end us all. Even if all government ban bitcoin, I'm sure someone will still able to use it.  We've experience news and situations like these in a bear market like we currently have so it's basically normal to have negative news about bitcoin from time to time now. Bitcoin have seen downslides like these before but where we are right now? Still using bitcoin  Roll Eyes
2384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Had you ever x10,000? on: June 29, 2022, 06:51:10 PM
Congratulations in your winnings! I haven't tried winning on that kind of level or even tried thinking about doing it honestly. x500 is my best multiplier win as far as I remember and I'm pretty nervous that time since I'm manual betting. I'm sure that the experience you get is pretty good even though its an automatic bet. Seeing the data's, your technique is somehow profitable. I hope someone came from this thread do this challenge. This is a good achievement in my own opinion.
2385  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ang nakaambang pag ban ng Binance sa pinas on: June 29, 2022, 05:27:30 PM
<snip>
So far sa mga bagay na iyan ay limited parin ang bansa natin, kung meron man for sure they are not much involved sa politika.
They are supposed to level up the "title" of their advisor para ma bigyan ng validation ang gobyerno natin once na gumalaw sila.
2386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are we going to recover or continue to dump? on: June 28, 2022, 07:58:48 PM
What are your current opinions on the cryptocurrency market?
Our current market scenario is uncertain, It's pretty hard to predict the market for short term at least. There are many speculations about bitcoin price that it can reach 10k with a guide chart also there's someone I saw presenting a chart that it could go recover anytime from now since it failed to dip more. It's hard to tell where bitcoin and crypto will go so what can we do know is to just prepare on what kind of market situation we are heading to. We can do what whales do, Buy some assets that has a future.
2387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the only option left on: June 28, 2022, 07:30:56 PM
...but bitcoin is the right pick if you just want to leave it there and be able to sleep comfortably at night.

And yet, there are hundreds (or even thousands) of people that prefer not to buy a single satoshi and purchase and hold literal useless tokens with food names, dog names, memes and names of billionaries.

Have these people sacrificed their sweet sleep hours in favor of embracing greed or is it a case of credulity?
Most of those guys who literally buy useless coins are just here in the space for profits. I remembered the time when Elon Dog coins where so hype that most of my friends who are new to crypto bought dog coins and persuading me hard to buy and join them, I told them what can happen soon but they still insist it. The conclusion is they lose money from all the hype. I literally told them to just buy bitcoin and sadly no one believe me. Bitcoin is hella reliable in terms of security and given the gap of market cap of btc to other alts whether it's bull or bear market, It's obvious on where should we put our money on.
2388  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Crypto taxation in the Philippines coming soon? on: June 28, 2022, 06:48:51 PM
Source: https://bitpinas.com/regulation/dept-of-finance-crypto-tax-by-2024-philippines/

At isa pa kailangan i-address dito is yung incident na ma rug pull or liquidated tayo in the future at paano sila mag ta-tax sa atin dito?

Maraming salamat in advance.

pero why not, yung US nga napaka higpit nila pag dating sa ganitong financial income. well let's see in the future.
2389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Government Owned Online Casinos What Do You Think Of Its Potential on: June 28, 2022, 06:27:20 PM
That's much better because the government itself owns that 100% entirety of the casinos all over the country and its mandate was to be controlled and report to the Office of the President. That said $600 Million or ₱30 Billion was the revenue of the 1st trimester and not the whole year so imagine how would a country benefit for that whole year, unfortunately, I think that funds was already exhausted because Covid-19 wrecked havoc in the following year.

Not that totally exhausted because lots of gambling firms under the regulation of PAGCOR were also hyped during the pandemic and one of the popular ones is the e-sabong. Because of the hyped on these games, the government was able to sustain the revenues coming from gambling.

As per the report, E-sabong gives the government Php 642 million a month. Imagine, it's a billion figures in just a year, and take note, physical casinos are not even operating and this revenue is just for e-sabong alone. What's more, if it includes other gambling?

That gives way for the government to continue providing funding for hospitals and medicine-related stuff aside from the usual spending on infrastructure for example. That's how well the gambling industry here in PH that's why taking down illegal ones are a priority.

Yes, right! Sorry, I totally forgot about E-Sabong's existence in the midst of pandemic, that surely helped the government to sustain the economy and revenues despite almost all places that could produce revenues are closed at that moment. Php 642 Million a month? That's already 1.2 Billion pesos in just 2 months and I think E-Sabong has been around for 2 years+ if I'm not mistaken.
E-sabong is quite famous in Philippines but I didn't know that the revenues are reaching 642 million pesos a month! Just wow! E-sabong really helps the government in terms of income but there's a lot of issues and it's currently banned in Philippines right now. As far as I know they did try to re-operate by using cryptocurrency as mode of payment. I've heard that the operations are done underground according to my friend who is an agent in e-sabong before.  Imagine how much money did the operators got from the operation of e-sabong.
2390  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: waiting to buy lower? on: June 28, 2022, 05:56:02 PM
I personally think that bitcoin can go lower but I did buy at @19k just to be safe incase bitcoin doesn't go on what direction I expected. I spend 10% of my whole bear market budget to buy at 19k since it's one of my buying point. This way I wouldn't regret if bitcoin goes up entirely. Accumulating now would be the best thing you could do or not  Tongue

Catching the bottom price doesn't work every time and believe me it's very hard. Just buy on big supports and never look back.
2391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: June 28, 2022, 05:20:29 PM
Gamblers around the world use crypto and bitcoin to play the bets. Do they really care if the bitcoin prices dump hard? I know traders are directly impacted by this dump, and investors are also in panic but what about gamblers. Their motive is to play gamble and they may not be a concerned if the price of bitcoin is declining sharply?
It will depend in the gambler I guess but in majority of them, I think they are pretty affected by the dump especially if they keep their gambling funds on the casino and comeback to it when they want to play. Some gamblers bought btc using fiat and expect to earn more fiat from it, Given that bitcoin dumped they are obviously on loss in terms of value. This could also put some pressure on gamblers to regain the losses on value by just winning and accumulating some btc to have a fiat value profit.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 27, 2022, 10:55:50 PM
Well, at the end of day it depends on how good or bad gambler person is. Personality makes big role in this discussion and not all employees have same mental health to think rational due to nature of gambling. Someone can run away with my hard earned money after gaining my trust while someone else can use it for personal life without bad purposes. Even if person wanna gamble and ask loan to fund his casino bankroll, I will trust his experience and share with him amount that I can afford to lose.
In my perspective, If a person ask a loan for me to fund his casino bankroll, I would definitely reject him as soon as he told me whether he is a friend/family or good at playing gambling games. It's not because I don't trust him or he has a bad personality, but it's about the responsibleness of a gambler. If a gambler want's to gamble, It is his own responsibility to gamble his own money and not borrow from someone. I've seen someone who borrowed from a loan shark just to gamble but the end result is just a trauma to him.

2394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every "Bitcoin is Dead Headline" is a Buying Opportunity on: June 27, 2022, 10:03:06 PM
I think that's a strategy from whales, when whales spread FUD the price will also be cheap because almost all traders are provoked by it,
and cause everyone to panic sell, and this is the reason, Whales will buy cheaply and accumulate, then PUMP arrives!
this is what's on my mind, I don't know, but usually it's a fact.
Yeah, Headlines like these are just a typical headline for doing spreading FUD and to make a panic to the community. Most of us who knows how the market works and has an idea on what actually happening won't be affected but imagine those crypto users who just got in and has no idea what is currently happening, I'm sure they will be the most affected with headlines like these. Addition to that is if the publisher is well known such as forbes that makes the article more valid that will put up more pressure on new crypto users.

2397  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear Market Opportunities - Forget "When Lambo" on: June 26, 2022, 10:10:37 PM
For someone who was here when the price of 1 BTC was only $200 I see no reason to even think that there is such a moment when I should think it’s time to sell everything and invest in Bitcoin.

That has to be a genuine effect because Bitcoin does have people who've been around years and remember the hype when it got to 1000.   Same kind of hype as every other peak, then it falls back and we repeat.   Even if it is 20k or lower its still high for anyone who been paying attention for then a year or two.
DCA is the simple idea and allows hands off less emotional involvement.   Since 20k pricing cannot fall more then we already lost from ATH, you also cannot be more bearish at this point then you should have been prior.
"When Lambo" people knows how to play the market in my own opinion. Taking advantage of the market by hyping up people to make an additional traction during the bull market then disappears when bear market arrives. We have seen this many times and it's been repeating for many times and on different space such as NFT. We all know that "influencers" are those who matters to the community and I've seen some of them doing "when lambo" post. It's just the same thing happening to market over and over. This is why we should have control to ourselves and not to let our emotions take the investment we have.
2398  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC back at 20K. Imagine who sold at 17.7K. on: June 26, 2022, 08:50:14 PM
Weak hands are usually new traders looking for short-term profit. I bet most people who sell at $17k range were the same ones who bought when it was over $20k beforehand, thought they could make a profit when it goes higher than $20k and that was the lowest point Bitcoin could get. But when Bitcoin dropped furthermore, along with FUD news, they rather cut loss instead of keep holding.
Without a doubt those people are weak hands however there are simply too many types of weak hands, there are those that bought near the all time high as they thought the price of bitcoin will go up forever and they decide to invest at the worst possible time and then the price went down, however instead of cutting their losses early they refused to accept the reality and kept holding until the price reached a very low price, and instead of simply accepting their mistake and becoming long term holders and use DCA they decided to sell at the worst possible time.
Aside from new traders being weak hands, Panic also set in when they experience a big dump from a price that they have never expected to be reached. Mostly, New traders doesn't know Market Psychology which is an aspect of trading, Having it unknown can make a big impact on trading especially on the current market situation we have.
2399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How trading during bear market can save your portfolio on: June 26, 2022, 08:00:46 PM
This is the typical thing that non traders think, Buy low and sell high but in reality it's more harder. Of course you can make a profit doing it but there is a lot of efforts and background works that you need to do such as doing technical analysis, fundamentals and other things that can make your trade more accurate. Market is unpredictable, There's a chance a very big chance that you can buy at a lower price but the price can go lower which could result in losses this is why you need to make some efforts to improve or backed your trade.
