I usually invest 70-80% of my assets in Ethereum.
I invest mainly on bitcoin and I think it is 70% of my current portfolio. It is a little big for just one asset but I expect that it will be reduce as I also started in investing on small or potential altcoins. I estimate that my bitcoin holding will occupy only 50% of my total portfolio volume when the time I sell it at an acceptable price. I think that my bitcoin percentage on my total portfolio will go down because I think I will keep buying altcoin in the future with my own money and I don't plan to touch my bitcoins. I'm doing DCA but it will be a slow paced when bitcoin started to rise it's value. |

I would say that it has died down because of the bear market, and we are not 100% sure if it will stay dead during the next bull run. Which means that if they build something like that, like a casino but in a metaverse where you download and be in there and gamble etc etc, maybe it will work a lot during next bull run, maybe it won't. I can't tell exactly, the idea of metaverse is not bad but the executions so far has been pretty subpar.
I don't think the hype will return just because of a bull-run since these kind of events tend not to repeat based on my observations. For example, ICO hype never returned despite multiple bull-runs in recent years. It's all about the trust factor basically. Once trust is lost, it's very, very difficult to regain the confidence of investors in my opinion. Yep you have a point, Trends don't do repeat on crypto that's why it is somehow risky to put money on a project if the concept of it experienced a trend already. I believe also believe in this because it is what I see, New trends are always the priority but I believe that there are trend on the last bull market that will repeat itself on the next bull market. I thin metaverse and play to earn will claim it's comeback in the next bull run given that developers are focusing on improving the last versions of it which mostly flops in the current market. We can't deny that the possible profit on altcoins is much wider compared to bitcoin, This is for the majority of altcoins which includes those hype,shitcoins. Though the risk is the same as the earning potential, It will dramatically increase depending on what kind of altcoin it is.
