2061  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 05, 2022, 08:52:10 PM
The problem was he only resurfaced now when Stakes already made a reputation and generates huge revenue on crypto market. He is silent before when Stakes started and he just file this lawsuit on a successful Stake. This lawsuit is indeed mission impossible and probably he just want to make some noise to hurt Stakes about his accusation. He should do this lawsuit the moment the 2 founder of Stake start to operate the casino since day 1 but he just ignore it then do this when everything is already settled.
I do not think that the fact that stake is now big would be the main reason. He probably waited until Stake would be too big to fall before he could attack, so that he wouldn't be hurt from this as well. Imagine if he attacked on early days, what would he get? He wouldn't get a few million dollars max, he would get a small tiny amount and the stake name would be tainted by him if he ever won as well which he was hoping for and still hoping for.

It means that he waited, he waited because he wanted to see stake do well, so that when he attacks, he would gain a lot of money BUT also he would not hurt it enough that his share wouldn't be low. I am 100% confident that he will lose anyway.
I agree, I also think Freeman waited for his claims so that he can ask for for a big amount for his compensation and even if it lowered down by negotiations, It will still be big. Stake can pay him but Stake choose to fight and I think it is reasonable because most of us thinks that Freeman just wants to disrupt Stake and just aiming for the money. Freeman is probably aiming to be like on what happened on facebook lawsuit settlement about facebook stolen idea.
2062  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance to remove USDC as a tradable asset. on: September 05, 2022, 08:09:49 PM
According to the Binance article that I read about it through the twitter link that you posted above, not only USDC, but USDC, USDP and TUSD.

According to the Binance article, people will still be able to deposit and withdraw in USDC, USDP and TUSD. But for trading, it would be automatically converted to BUSD on Binance. But if you deposit USDC, USDP and TUSD, you will be able to withdraw in the respective coins.

I hate this about Binance that is looking for all means to make sure BUSD dominates the stable coin by all means,
Well It's their own coins and it's part of their business to make their coin most used by the traders even if it means removing the competitors. There are many users of these stable coins who will be affected by this and those who are having those stable coins who leave their assets unchecked will be forced to have BUSD. Though I'm thinking why did Binance remove these stable coins? Are they moving aggressively?
2063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Set Of Action When Your Account Face An Issue on: September 05, 2022, 07:22:53 PM
So you're playing in a casino and you triple your wager but when you try to withdraw you cannot what set of actions are you going to do,
Are you going to screenshot your dashboard and your deposit, are you going to create a ticket first and ask support what happens to your account or you will ask chat support and screenshot all conversations because of the fear of getting your account ban, or you will directly post your concern here in Bitcointalk.

I'm playing on a casino that has a quality of being a reputable casino and if this situation happened to me, I will contact the live chat first if it's available but if it didn't I'll try their support first. I will send a screenshot and will question what's the problem why I'm on that situation. The shortly I can do is to make a research about past gamblers who experienced that situation and find any clue on what happened to them and what the results are, this can help me to get a head start on how to make a conversation with their support. I will surely check bitcointalk first as my first source since I've been here for a long time and the possibility is high that someone has posted their own issues here.
2064  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: BINANCE urged to be BANNED in the PHILIPPINES on: September 05, 2022, 06:57:36 PM
Ban will be unlikely. Despite that Binance has been open to Filipino trader for years, dapat noon palang nag issue na siya ng ganito.

BSP and DTI aren't banning Binance. SEC however they just simply made an advisory, but it doesn't state that it will be banning Binance. At saka sa napakaraming overseas exchanges na available for Filipinos, bakit kaya Binance lang ni focus nya to be banned?

Maybe because ito yung mostly used by the Pinoys especially the P2P system. That Infrawatch PH guy thought that the immediate ban would happen, but it's not. The chances are none to very slim depending on the latest developments that we have in the upcoming months or years.
Contrang Contra yung Infrawatch sa crypto legality dito sa Piipinas and dami nag sspecualate na nalugi sila or liquidate sa binance kaya ganun sila maka asta. This thread is more than 1 month na and sa mga latest news ngayon is pro in crypto at binance since recently may mga meetings and happening na kasali ang Binance. Mas maigi na maregulate yung crypto in my own opinion than banning it kasi andaming mawawalan at tayo lang din yung mahihirapan. And as far as I know yun yung target ng binance dito sa Pilipinas.
2065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you thing about Terra team? on: September 05, 2022, 06:15:10 PM
Terra LUNA traumatized everyone who invested in LUNA during this incident. because LUNA is already in the top ten it is easy for the community to believe in this coin, but this unexpected incident attacked LUNA which consumed the entire LUNA project. but it can't be an easy mistake to take advantage of, the LUNA terra team should be responsible for all the losses.

This incident is just a surprise for us and the market but not a surprise the terra team. I firmly believe that this problem is intentionally done by people inside the project, not by outsiders. It can be seen that when the crash happened, the terra team took no action and as soon as the crash was complete they quickly planned to create a new coin to divert attention. After creating Lunac, they chose to be silent and let things pass without any action, if not Dokwon is the mastermind why hide in Singapore?
There are many speculations about the incident that happened on terra and inside job is one definite motive. There are also proofs on some articles I've seen that it is indeed and inside job but one thing is certain. Terra team surely did a mistake and they should be responsible in it. They tried solving their issue at least but Terra team just introduced their band aid solutions to the main problem, They tried to repeg but the result of their vulnerability is inevitable.
2066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Problem, Is it Possible to be a Thing of the Past? on: September 04, 2022, 10:54:08 PM
Suppose that it was possible to implement the principle disclosed in the "blue paper" and the possibility of blocking access to gambling will be implemented, but what about illegal playgrounds, whose services will undoubtedly be resorted to by a person dependent on gambling?
Blocking access to gambling places whether online or offline is possible and are happening already in fact but indeed that there are still illegal operators that will sprung up but don't worry because authorities are after them. They will still be hunted one by one.

There will also be a penalty for those who will get caught gambling on them. Once they are in jail, they can not play gambling there anymore. It's the same that they are being rehabbed because of gambling addiction. Lots of gamblers are going to be scared because of that fact so they won't attempt to gamble anymore when they know that gambling is restricted on their country.a
Illegal gambling casinos are still a problem even today and most of them are still operating until now and even authorities are hunting them, They still could run illegal casino over and over again by doing clones of the casino until they got caught physically. I think this will be the problem if gambling will become illegal in the whole world.

In my country, The gamblers who are caught in taking part on illegal gambling activity is bailable and the bail amount is low which range from 10$-40$ if caught first time and repeated offenders can go up to $120. It differs from country to country but It will be raised if such global ban happened. Though I think it would be nice to implement that if someone get caught participating on an illegal gambling, they will be required to be evaluated and participate a rehab or a counseling.
2067  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 04, 2022, 09:56:01 PM
Overall, it's still possible to withdraw your winnings from some crypto gambling sites without providing KYC.

True but I think the trend of Casino will be KYC implementation so it would be just a matter of time before those non-KYC Casinos start requiring their player to submit documents for KYC.
We have to be more ready for this, it is still good for a level 1 KYC with Roobet, but if they will start to ask for some proof or documents, that could be alarming and for sure many will not comply. Well, let’s just hope that they will make an announcement first before they implement this kind of changes, because for sure many are still not ok with KYC, and they will leave right away if the site started to require this.
Losing a customer is expected when rules like KYC is implemented. It's the drawback to the casino but they need to comply since they are forced to do to maintain the legality of the casino. I understand the reasoning of KYC and I know casinos won't like to do it if they aren't required since it cost additional resources and manpower to maintain it. Though let's hope more and more casino who are planning to have KYC give their customer a chance to withdraw first before they implement the rule. Suddenly requiring and forcing their gamblers to submit KYC will give them bad reputation for sure.
2068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which meme coin is your favourite on: September 04, 2022, 09:11:40 PM
I'm not a fan of meme coins or parody coins and actually I don't have any of them at my possession right now but If I had a chance to choose one, I would probably go with Dogecoin since it's the oldest and it proves its worth and it's one of the oldest meme coins out there. Shiba is a good one because of it's active and massive community but I like Dogecoin than any meme coins out there.
Memecoins have always had a bull impact on the market, and not just that, they also have their own specific season which they always pump. Dogecoin and Shiba are memecoin which have experience and shoots bullish run in the past and they can also do it, all matters with time. I'm definitely going to bagged more memecoin on of these days because it's already getting to December, the memecoins month, going to stuck my portfolio ready for bullish. I'm targeting floki Inu this summer and safe moon.
Remember that most tokens are getting a hitting up high prices when it's bull market, Even sh*tties projects are getting funded. Meme coins are mostly backed only by the community and don't have any utility for the project. There are a lot of meme coins now but those meme coins are just here in the market because of the hype of meme coins and their futures are uncertain. Most of them aside from Doge only experienced only one bullrun that just happened recently and it's hard to assume that they will get that higher prices again next bull run. I also don't know where you did get that meme coins month.
2069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Solana still among the top 10 coins in market cap? on: September 04, 2022, 08:24:36 PM
They have the power to sustain their position I guess? There are powerful VC that is behind Solana that we know, there are whales who don't want Solana to go down and also there's the demand of it. There are many projects under Solana so we can say that there are proper demand on it. These investors are still believing in Solana that's why it can't go down even with the short comings. They grow fast this is why I think they can still fix what ever issue they have on their project.
Haven't really tried doing or exploring sa banks na may cryptocurrency trading like UnionBank or even MAYA. Pwede kaya itransfer yung BTC or other crypto to custodial wallets yung galing sa kanila like papunta sa coins.ph? If hindi pwede at nalilimitahan lang yung pagamit ng BTC sa mismong platform is ampangit nun in my own opinion and sure ako na deal breaker yun sa mga traders especially if gumagamit sila ng trading strategy like arbitrage trading. Also risk din yung pag freeze or disable ng account at wala ka magagawa kundi mag comply sakanila if ma experience mo to.
2071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 04, 2022, 06:36:19 PM
Silva is a dangerous striker skills that what brought him into his winning streak and to become known in UFC history and we know that he snapped his leg that causes of ending his winning streak. I think his injury affects his current performance which is not doing so well compared in his prime. This is why I think that there's a chance that Anderson Silva  will accept the fight since it's boxing and he is good at it. Even though It's cherry picked by Jake in my own opinion.
2072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 04, 2022, 06:06:21 PM
I don't suggest hiding it from your wife but there are several things that you can do to hide it. If you don't want to spend another money on buying another smartphone, Try logging in into the casino using incognito mode when you are alone. This way your wife won't find any history of gambling logs in your phone unless she is spying on you or techy enough to know.

Though, It's way more better to let your wife know about your gambling habits and explain to her about it. You can just buy her a gift whenever you win atleast your wife will be happy letting you bet and won't mind you doing gambling. Hiding things might end up on misunderstanding and could end up on more severe problems. Remember! Happy wife, Happy life!
2073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 02, 2022, 07:11:48 PM
$400 million in punitive damages will completely destroy Stake if they lose and in the meantime, many users will leave the casino fearing the outcome of this lawsuit. I guess the founders should resolve this issue out of court otherwise this lawsuit will also dent Stake's reputation. This lawsuit looks similar to the Zukerberg and Winklevoss issue wherein the latter one $65 million in the settlement.
I don't think stake will suffer so much damage that their customers will leave with fear because of this lawsuit. Stake seems pretty confident about their case and according to their statement, They are predicting that the case will be dismissed by the court. I agree that it looks pretty similar, actually it's the first thing came into my mind after reading the article. It's just sad that the old partners where now in a disarray. The memories and hardships they all did is now just hate between three old batchmates.
2074  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: September 02, 2022, 06:25:07 PM
Though may pag asa pa naman kumita having SLP in the near future since improving na yung burning vs minting nila ng SLP.
Sana mas mapabilis yung laro kasi masyadong malaki yung time na kinakain.
True! Natatandaan niyo pa ba yung update nung V2 dati na pinabilis nila yung animation para daw mabilis yung gameplay ng axie infinity pero I don't know why na sa origin matagal yung gameplay nila. Nung unang release palang nila is ang reklamo ng existing V2 players is napakatagal ng gameplay ng origin which is true.
2075  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: September 02, 2022, 05:55:02 PM
Test is a must at full launch and it is the standard. This is why there are beta test and alpha test on applications even on websites. Those possibilities like bugs, errors and vulnerabilities are widely tested on beta and alpha test so they can clear out those problems before the full launch. There are some who are hiring someone for penetration testing and I think it is the most needed for casinos since it involves a massive amount of money. There are also some casino who are doing bug bounty campaigns here in bitcoin talk to help themselves as well as the members here to find bugs and explore for some reward.
and this is why you will doubt the intentions of new casinos that are deployed in a hurry. you can even get the notion that they are not for long term if the important contents of the site are missing like the ToS. for a serious business, they will do these checks and validation. as you will be holding someone else's funds, their security is one your utmost concern. this kind of business is attractive to these hackers, as money is involve and these hackers know some are not taking care of their security protocols seriously.
This is also a reason why new casinos should spend extra of their budget on securities. A single exploit from a single casino could wipe their funds out and it could possibly be the reason they will be out in business in the future. Would anyone play on a new casino that have been exploited? I'm sure their current customers will rushing to cash out their money out on that casino.
2076  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 02, 2022, 05:21:08 PM
hello, I registered yesterday, made a deposit through Ethereum in the amount of $ 330, I wanted to bet on volleyball, but the odds changed and the bet was not accepted, after that, after a while, I wanted to bet $ 130 on Newcastle, but they wrote that the maximum bet was $ 1.5 , after that I decided to withdraw the money, put down a minimum wager of $10 on the roulette table and put it on the withdrawal, after that I was asked to confirm my identity, I confirmed it. after that they just told me that you are a scammer and we will confiscate the funds, they threw off the "bye bye" gif and stopped responding, after which they deleted the account Huh Huh
login basedin2
https://prnt.sc/4-t-B1fQmuXX LOL
can you help me withdraw my money?
I'm sure that there are a reason behind it. I hope you read their TOS. The casino won't risk their image scamming their gamblers for a couple hundred of bucks. Sadly the only thing we can do is to recommend you how to open scam accusation, discuss both of your side transparently and determine who is right and wrong. It's just pretty unusual for a customer support to send a GIF as a reply, At least they should disclose the reason behind the deleted account.

Dear community plz suggest ferious and valuable source from their I can generate money, part time or full time yours thoughts share it ..
The easiest answer is generating money from your own self. Offer yourself for a work, services and other jobs inside and outside crypto space. The easiest you can do is to find a job in your local place. You can't make money in crypto if you have no or low experience in it unless you have the money to spend in investments, trading or even gambling.

2079  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you define a good exchange? on: September 01, 2022, 08:02:11 PM
I personally prefer storing my long term investment in my personal hard wallet because I find it safer. Putting your eggs in one basket would be a lot risky since hacking is everywhere and that could possibly happen even in highly reputable top exchanges. Store funds in exchanges for a short-term period and trading purposes only and make sure to keep your long-term investment in a more secured wallet where hacking isn't possible.
Exchanges are recommendable mainly for trading and they serves their purpose perfectly. There are various or numerous wallets, I use Binance which happens to be one of the most safest exchange in the space and difficult for some scammers to invade one's account, the only way that could happen is through phishing of spammed mails. Exchanges are used for trading but some traders and investors also stored their long term coins with exchanges favorable to them. I rather have my long term investment in a separate wallet like Trust wallet which only me can assess it with my 12 coded phrases.
Not your keys, Not your coins. A simple phrase that I believe since the time I learned it. There are many recommendable and has a good reputation exchanges but it doesn't mean they are safe from outside risks such as hacking. Storing your coins on them for a very long time is just not advisable a dumb thing to do if you are an investors.

I hope no one here who is planning to become a long time investor plans to store their coins in an exchange for a long time because of the additional risk it gives you. Simply storing it on your non-custodial wallet could give you peace of mind about your investment security.
2080  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Longterm Price Target on: September 01, 2022, 07:23:05 PM
It's hard to predict the actual number of even if we meant long term. Bitcoin all time high is just increasing every time we experienced bull market, On the next bull run we might experience past 60k and it's hard to tell when will this increase stop given that the demand is just increasing and the supply is fixed. I believe that we can see a near accurate price if bitcoin stop appreciating and not passing it's all time high on a bull market.
