2381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: new possibilities of government crackdown on bitcoin on: October 24, 2019, 02:01:23 PM
At first I want to mention that despite the fact that we may give you valid arguments about whether governments will crack down bitcoin or not, still it means nothing cause no one knows what will come for example in Trump's mind, he loves crazy actions.
On another hand I highly doubt they will crackdown it for some reasons. At first there is a lot of money put in bitcoin, it's like a commercial thing for some companies which include mining companies and etc.
On another hand if they crackdown it for illegal activity reasons, then they must be aware that it doesn't matter, there is supply, there is demand. They will make situation hard and worse for themselves cause if they ban it, there will be new and better way which will be 100x difficult for them to fix.
2382  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk does not have official logo, right? It's a good time now to make one. on: October 24, 2019, 01:04:02 PM
It has been more than 5 year that I have taken my hands off from photoshop, illustrator and corel draw, idk why cause at some point I was insanely active on using them but now they seem very boring for me.
I think something like this will be great, something like call attached to word B logo. (Bitcoin''s logo maybe)? See attached image down below.
Also will be interesting if someone makes Fiverr challange for bitcointalk logo, there are some amazing graphics designers on fiverr (but it may cost much).
I think logo contest on forum will be great option.
2383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Inflation With Crypto? How? on: October 24, 2019, 12:19:03 PM
To my mind there is one possible solution with crypto and that's it's ability to be limited which no one can change on their own. It don't has to be bitcoin cause it was never meant for massive usage and etc. I mean new crypto currency for example with limited supply - 21 million (example). Adoption has to be done slowly but that will happen when almost every people will have access to internet and computer, otherwise that's not possible.
We need limited supply which will also change a little bit depend on number of population with zero tx fees.
2384  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: October 23, 2019, 10:41:37 PM
Apologize if this was already asked but I may ask it again: I deposted on FJ and there was message which offered me to activate bonus, I clicked on it and then activate bonus but then pop up came with message that I need verification of my account. Do I have to open KYC documents? Cause I didn't find any place for that.
Also what about to include some more Evolution Gaming tables? More likely those ones which have lower bets cause most tables on FJ are min 50$ bets, will be better to add lower ones like 2$ for example or 5$.
Thanks in advance.
2385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google Quantum Computer on: October 23, 2019, 10:25:36 PM
Hi, Friends.

Recently there was a news that a google's quantum computing breakthrough has enabled one of its machines to carry out tasks that would take a supercomputer 10,000 years to execute. I heard somewhere that the recent bear market has something to do with this news also.

So i want to know how much damage this news can make ? will it make the cryptocurrencies obsolete ? will we ever see a 20k bitcoin price ?

I am very nervous as i have invested all my current savings in the market and since then the market has gone down.
I highly doubt google will aim his quantum computing technologies on bitcoin and break it. Btw this is so unfair creation, seems it can crack any file within seconds? And what we think is protected, google makes it unprotected with it's super power abilities.
I don't know it well but does it directly mean that it can affect mining process? I mean there are asic resistant, gpu resistant too? Coins which are mined only by HDD space and etc so will that computer be useful in mining process and be able to mine all bitcoins in some seconds?
2386  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Earning Bitcoin with cheap camera equipment. on: October 23, 2019, 09:16:48 PM
Man apologise if I didn't understand things there cause I have some questions: If you try to help to local charities, why did they give you Canon 350D gift?
I think it will be better if you take it in some local phone/camera repair services and ask them what kind of chargers and etc are needed for it and if they have equipment, whether it's possible to test it.
And also, you need great camera like Canon EOS 5d mark 3 and similar to take high quality pictures which will be acceptable for shutterstock.
2387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's worse: cigar addiction or gambling addiction on: October 23, 2019, 08:40:52 PM
I know this topic was, but I'm interested in explaining why you would compare these two things that have only one thing in common, addiction. Why compare them if they are two different terms.
Eg for cigars we give money and have no profit, while for gambling we give money and there is a possibility of getting money. In the world, these two topics are crucial, but why Huh
Whether the addiction is a mental deficiency or simply as a love for something?
When someone loves a sport is he or she addicted?
To be fair we don't compare these two to each other, at least not me cause you started topic with this subject.
On another hand if we still discuss about that, then I would say addiction is addiction, doesn't matter whether it's cigar or gambling cause they have one thing common: Dependence.
Your brain releases dopamine when you smoke cigar, for some people that light headed feeling is amazing, for me personally, I hate cigarette cause of it's feelings. Brain does the same when you gamble too, for example when you win, it rewards you with dopamine and noradrenaline, these two hormone makes you happy. Your brain knows that if you gamble, you have possibility to win and if you win, it's rewarding for your brain so... You know...
Worse is the one that's uncontrollable and affects your life negatively.
2388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holding will be worth this year or in the long run? on: October 23, 2019, 08:09:20 PM
I found this article on cointelegraph :https://cointelegraph.com/news/nearly-10-billion-in-btc-is-held-in-wallets-of-8-crypto-exchanges. I wonder  if they had the control over the price, they can make a bearish run or even they can wake the bull up? Well for sure there is only one thing to expect it is having a good price in the future. What is your thought if the 10 billion worth of bitcoin will move?
That article is one of the great reason to consider in future too. Exchanges hodl bitcoin, not just hold. Why? Do you think they are crazy? I highly doubt that because crazy persons never run successful businesses and especially those ones which includes worldwide users.
There is no need of panic selling but I don't say to hodl if forever, bitcoin is currency and payment method which has to be used in order to adopt it in a lot of services, well it's whole different subject but to sum up, bitcoin will reach it's all time high anyway, so it worths to save your bitcoins and not sell now when price is really low.
2389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top bitcoin trading strategies on: October 23, 2019, 07:32:45 PM
At first please anyone clarify me how can you have strategy in very unpredictable business? You can't plan economics and trading is related to it.
I would say that it's always better to choose best moments instead of every moment, well, you can't always choose best one but at least prioritize to choose it instead of every one. I'm not fond of hodling too cause money has to be in circulation to my mind.
On another hand always remember this words: If you profit that's because someone loses.
2390  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: October 23, 2019, 04:19:58 PM
Problem is mentioned correctly in this thread but what's really worst to my mind, I can say that people don't learn from this lesson.
It's most common when people buy on good price, then it rises and they expect more (at some point it's really hard to decide when to sell bitcoin cause it may skyrocket or will just rise a little bit, everyone prefers chicken over egg) but how they end up is that price falls and then this fear of loss makes them to sell asap and finally they loss some or a lot instead of profit.
2391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will Be 1M$ if all countries Ban it on: October 22, 2019, 07:49:27 PM
IF the whole world ban BTC at first BTC will Crash very hard but only for a few month, Demand will be increased while there will be no Legal Seller, All trade will go to undergrand and  Black market and illegal traffic, sellers will start to selling BTC 50 X more than current price. BTC will be more expensive, As simple as that,
That was an answer for these who said BTC will die if whole world Ban it, So no BTC never Die.
I guess if whole world bans bitcoin then it will get harder to mine it so transaction fees will skyrocket and make almost impossible to send payment.
What about bitcoin that worths 1$-1$? I mean stablecoin with great anonimity and low transaction fees? Won't it ruin your whole idea behind the prediction of bitcoin's price if every country bans it?
Also if bitcoin crashes hardly in any case, doesn't matter reason, it will be very hard to gain powers back, so it's not something I would ever wish.
2392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Send SMS & Also Resell SMS For Free on: October 22, 2019, 07:04:18 PM
Sorry but am I the only one who can't understand what this business is about?
Does this website let us buy and sell sms services? Like marketplace where people set orders and opposite, some people publish offers. Cause I can't understand what you mean behind the words: sell sms and resell sms for free.
If it's like marketplace, then good cause local companies can offer cheap prices and it will benefit both side of customers.
Also when you state fiat and cryptos are great payment methods, it sounds a little bit curious cause no one is gonna come and pay cash in office.
2393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which betting type gives you the most payout? on: October 21, 2019, 05:08:25 PM
The question is asked wrongly or you are talking only about sports betting and it's related strategies (question is asked in overall). I think discussion in overall will be better and I'll post differently from you. Let's talk about "the most payout betting type". Which game has the highest payout that you know? The one which I discovered lately is Double Ball Roulette, it has 1300 to 1 payout when two ball sits together on your bet number. Personally I have never seen higher payout than this one.
In overall like BlackJack's sidebet options cause it's frequency.
2394  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Marketing Show - Marketing in the age of cryptocurrencies and blockchain on: October 17, 2019, 10:20:51 PM
Seems interesting topic in overall, btw to be fair I compare current crypto marketing to music/song marketing, similar of when band tries to spread it's songs and does a lot of live shows, radio interviews and etc.
Do you plan to invite guests from Bitfury? Because this company actively works on blockchain technologies and they had some really successful projects which includes land title registry done by using blockchain technologies. They also plan to do new things actively with blockchain technologies and integrate them in governmental services.

The best way to raise awareness around your project, to my mind is paid articles. CCN, Cointelegraph, Medium and etc play a huge role there.
2395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Years From Now: Bitcoin Overtaking PayPal? on: October 17, 2019, 09:53:02 PM
I don't understand at all what's your vision around bitcoin OP, do you look it as a currency or as a payment method or both together? Because in reality it's last one.
Personally I can't even compare currency to a paypal despite the fact that it's payment method too at the same time.
It can't overtake paypal at the moment and there are tons of reasons. At first paypal is strongly supported by merchants and Ebay, one of the major online marketplace, it's also great option for more likely buyers and you know, you run business to meet the demand of customers, otherwise you can't succeed, paypal is great option for businesses to attract new customers because it's most acceptable payment method for various reasons (money refund availability which protects from scams).
Bitcoin isn't as famous as paypal, nor it offers same abilities as paypal. What if paypal decide to integrate bitcoin payments? I think then double win will be for paypal there because it will work better with combination of paypal rather than separately for marketplace usage purposes.
2396  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fun Fact: Bitcoin Price is Up 838,000,000% in Ten Years’ Time on: October 17, 2019, 09:33:31 PM
I don't understand why people think that 10 year was the period where bitcoin did it's max and in future it can't do anything significant. People, can you remember currencies/payment methods from past? At first it was (normal one) silver, gold coins, then paper money, then money in digital form which is almost absolutely the same cause you deposit/withdraw and use the same money and now we have cryptocurrencies. Those old currencies needed centuries for massive adoption and bitcoin did the most unbelievable job during this 10 year, it did thing that other currencies/payment methods weren't able to do during centuries. Since bitcoin did that job in 10 year, why not to imagine this case and think that it can do far much in next 10 year? Don't be a pessimist regarding innovations and just don't stick with only old things, sometimes we have to get out from our comfort zone in order to find better one.
2397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Half of the airport’s workstations infected with a crypto mining software on: October 17, 2019, 08:48:28 PM
You may can't imagine but the most curious thing that I have ever seen was window of command prompt run on bank's ATM screen and also on bill payment machine screens (while I was paying bills, somehow it started lagging and screen was in stuck, then cmd window came with words where one was written monero).
IT's are trying to get easy money by using their knowledge and some power which they have on these machines. To be fair it sucks and such employees deserve to be kicked from their job because when you run mining software on any device, it starts lag and making processes slower which is the worst thing especially when we are in touch with airport computers where security and flexibility is really must to have.
2398  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: People Empowerment on: October 17, 2019, 08:19:04 PM
You can't get out from bank's and government's control with only just bitcoin because things have changed, this coin is now well attached on bank services, we measure it's price in USD so how? There are a lot of exchanges which are connected to banks, there are also some banks which directly offer crypto services. In overall bitcoin isn't as separate thing as USD, so for this reason it can't get us out of government's hands. But of course this coin can be part of this because of it's power, another great alternative is Monero and I have no idea why people don't talk about it because for anonimity, monero is better than bitcoin and in overall it's great cryptocurrency which meets a lot of crypto demand and truly represents it's nature.
2399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 bitcoin risks you should know when investing in bitcoin on: October 17, 2019, 07:54:36 PM
Taxes from bitcoin earning depends on countries because there are some countries where it's not regulated and are set very strange fees which are out from standard and are especially suited for cryptocurrencies or are even just hang on.
What legal risks do you talk about? Well, if we consider what India plans, then yes, no one knows if any government follows India's plan (which was to ban usage of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and set even jail on it).
What do you mean when saying scammers can sell fake bitcoins? How can anyone ever fake bitcoin? It's cryptocurrency, something that exists online and isn't physical gold which you can fake a little bit.
In overall the only risks here exist when you hold this coin, otherwise as a payment method, it's just great thing and can't see any risk here. Even if legal risks may exist, you will have some time to fix everything, nothing happens in one day, there is always some date (usually one month) given to fix everything.
2400  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Yobit launches DDOS attacks against sites exposing it on: October 17, 2019, 07:48:54 PM
Oh, they don't pay to their customers and what do you think, is DDOS attack something unexpected from them? I guess no.
This company is very shady. To be fair I have no idea why they wanted another bad reputation from this DDOS attack because those websites aren't very famous and in overall when someone searchs for something related to bitcoin/exchanges and even yobit, bitcointalk's forum comes first. I guess they had to DDOS this forum because now there are even more bad threads created around them.
I think soon they'll sink very low by themselves.
