241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you sell your BTC for $100 000, and never go back to the game again? on: December 13, 2020, 08:25:08 PM
This is undoubtedly one of the most difficult question because most of us are here for profit or some sort of passive income but at the same time we do have people working hard for the technology which Bitcoin has started, we are greedy as well hence I think most of us including myself would not quit but rather cashout and reinvest in the greed of earning more.

Bitcoin enthusiasts will not dump it unless it's a critical situation or financial emergency.
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC next target 😉 on: December 13, 2020, 07:13:32 PM
I know it's good that Bitcoin has pumped up this year and expected to grow further but the source of surge is bit scary as this has been a pure market manipulation by institutions as they created panic in order to reduce the price and then cashed in at lesser value with a huge investments which pushed the value of Bitcoin further, worst is yet to come when they decide to cashout. We need to be more cautious than ever in the next two months to avoid being at the receiving end.
243  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 13, 2020, 06:40:34 PM
I want to end the year full of optimism and I want to start now so I voted $19,500-$20,000 even if the price is not looking good I'm hoping for another all-time high, it's possible we never know the market is very volatile you never know what's coming up the next day, this is the time that the market has a lot of surprises, it has become unpredictable, just this year it has a lot of surprises.

This year has been surprising as you have mentioned wherein we have experienced a lot of fluctuations but comparatively 2020 has been a better year for Bitcoin after years of uncertainty. I am aligned with you as I hope Bitcoin will finish this year around $20k which I though it will be achieved during the first two weeks of December itself if not for the recent correction which took place. But, still nothing is certain until we reach towards the end of the year.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is my Bank on: December 13, 2020, 03:37:42 PM
I am glad Bitcoin has helped you to get your life back on track as you are one of numerous people whose life has been transformed by Bitcoin and crypto currency. But I would suggest you to have a bank account because it's basic requirement to save money because you need fiat in order to survive and you will require bank account at some or the other point of life as we cannot be completely dependent of digital money.

Also, make sure you covert your profit or capital to USDT or any other stable coin in order to secure it from fluctuations. (Subjective)
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Analysis of optimistic and pessimistic states of Bitcoin on: December 12, 2020, 07:29:03 PM
I respect your opinion but I feel it's not going to be that way, even I had numerous predictions but those were of no use due to unexpected bitcoin fluctuations, we also need to consider factors like fluctuations, bear market and bullrun which can be identified only when it happens. Accurate prediction does not exist.
246  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price increasing slowly. on: December 12, 2020, 06:39:18 PM
Bitcoin has been doing this since downfall in 2018, if you compare Bitcoin has already gained over 350% since it's ATH post 2018, opportunists have already utilizes this period to reinvest and as far as your claim about price rise during weekend I am skeptic about it as that's not the same case everytime. I think next 18 days would be crucial wherein either Bitcoin will thrive or else go through correction period.
247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friendly reminder on: December 12, 2020, 05:43:15 PM
People needs lot of patience and clear state of mind with a proper plan to deal when market situation does not go as per expectations because it's not an impossible task to invest into Bitcoin but it's not possible for everyone to hold on to their nerves during bearish market which has dominated most of past three years. I think forecasting 2030 and investing into it at this peak time would be suitable only for long term investors, for others who don't wanna risk buying at peak may wait for a bearish market or dump to fill their coffers with Bitcoin.
248  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 11, 2020, 10:25:27 PM
We should be thankful and consider ourself lucky that the price of bitcoin crossed previous ATH wherein most of us were anxiously waiting for bitcoin to cross $15k and we were disappointed when Bitcoin reached till $13k last year but failed to reach $15k. I think Bitcoin is trending at a good figure and $20k will be a reasonable figure which we may expect bitcoin to reach by the end of the year. Ofcourse we might see some sudden pumps and dumps which will create panic amongst users and it could drive bitcoin's price abkve $20k or below current price.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin FAILED? on: December 11, 2020, 09:48:11 PM
Bitcoin has not failed as it's still used as P2P payment transfer medium, but people have started using it as an medium of investment which has attracted some corporate giants since 2017 and it's primary feature (P2P transactions) are less utilizes which is a concern for sure but people have just moved to other altcoins like litecoin, XRP and XLM for payment transfer due to it's speed and lesser transaction charges. But that doesn't mean Bitcoin has failed, its original purpose has diminished.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will never replace fiat cash. on: December 11, 2020, 08:25:37 PM
Bitcoin is not competing to replace fiat and moreover this topic has been discussed here over hundred times, neither bitcoin nor any other crypto coin can ever replace fiat as crypto has its own base which runs parallel to fiat and regardless of adaptability rate of bitcoin there will be set of users who will never switch from fiat to any other payment method.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHO CAN SHUTDOWN BITCOIN? on: December 10, 2020, 08:58:10 PM
How can someone have ability to shut down something which they don't have control over and there is no one who could shut down bitcoin, government officials or regulator will try to cause as much as damage as possible to bitcoin by imposing unnecessary ban on Bitcoin and intimidating people against bitcoin. Even if government bans bitcoin still we can access it through VPN and other alternative.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin proved it once again on: December 10, 2020, 08:14:52 PM
Bitcoin has a market dominance of over 60%, this means a change in the price of Bitcoin is significant enough to influence the entire cryptocurrency market, causing the value of altcoins to be somewhat correlated with it.

This of course does not mean every single altcoin would mirror the price changes in Bitcoin, if it was so one would simply buy any altcoin when they expect Bitcoin to pump so as to take profit from it and everyone would be gaining from the market. There is no guarantee on how the market would behave and every coin has to be considered individually if one is looking to invest in them.

I agree with you, even though a good percentage of altcoin fluctuates along with bitcoin's fluctuations but it doesn't mean every altcoin will follow the same and 2018 bearish market was one of the example wherein ETH reached its peak when Bitcoin was dumped but most of the altcoins does get impacted by bitcoin's fluctuations due to large market share of bitcoin. Again things might change in the future as crypto market is unpredictable and we might see vice versa as well.
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: When moon? ($500k / $1 million / $2 million) on: December 10, 2020, 07:09:36 PM
Bitcoin will indeed reach these figures but when will it reach and how long it will stay at those figures are the question? Even though your predictions are realistic but Bitcoin doesn't follow any particular pattern and had that been the case, then we should have already achieved $100k in 2018 when the most unexpected dump took place. I think no one can predict when t will happen but it's going to happen for sure and I wish it happens in our lifetime.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin proved it once again on: December 10, 2020, 05:57:17 PM
Bitcoin has proved it once again that it's the key player in the world of crypto and prices of altcoins depends of bitcoin, we witnessed it yesterday wherein bitcoin's value dropped which caused huge fluctuations in the value of altcoins and even drove altcoins to red zone but when Bitcoin quickly regained the value he altcoin market got steady.

Sometimes we don't see pump in the value of altcoins when Bitcoin surges but whenever there is a adrop in the value of Bitcoin it definitely causes chaos to altcoin market.
255  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on: December 09, 2020, 08:04:12 PM
I am sure no one will have the exact reason for decline in the value of Bitcoin today which sent whole crypto market into red as altcoins were badly affected by the decline. It might be a cashout from any whales or else just an usual correction, as there are numerous reasons which might have led to this decline which we can't be sure.

There has been no negative news about Bitcoin in last one week and today's feline was bit surprising and as it was unexpected
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who has held bitcoin for more than 5 years? on: December 09, 2020, 07:33:54 PM
I am definitely not one of them who held Bitcoin for iver five years but I did earn Bitcoin when it was roughly between $300 to $400 I believe and then I had to sell those when the value of Bitcoin reached $1000 and again I earned more bitcoin's through signature campaigns before the 2017 bullrun which I sold during the peak. I wish I would have held some bitcoin's when it was $300 to $400, but those who have stored heir Bitcoin from last 5 years have lot of patience and they would be really rich by now.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looks like another big company will add crypto as payment soon on: December 09, 2020, 06:50:40 PM
It's awkward situation wherein iam bit confused whether I should be happy that more and more companies are accepting Bitcoin which will boost the adaptability of bitcoin for common people who are yet to use Bitcoin but at the same time i am afraid looking at the terms PayPal implemented which reduces bitcoin's decentralisation features and some or the other day companies will gamble with Bitcoin and crypto currency for their own benefit so I think we should worry if corporates holds huge chunk of bitcoin and then play around with it for their profit.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and its History on: December 08, 2020, 08:01:20 PM
Bitcoin is indeed a boon for many and if people can read through its history they would understand it's not a Ponzi or bubble as claimed by FUDs but at the same time we need to understand the acceptance of Bitcoin across various sectors because of its volatility, this is where stable crypto currencies like Tether are more preferred because either Bitcoin will make end users more rochers than the value of Bitcoin they got in exchange for product and services or else make them more poor.

Since Bitcoin is widely accepted as you may find traders across the world for bitcoin it would be handy for money transfer but bit difficult for daily usage.
259  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin bullrun & Altoin bear market on: December 08, 2020, 07:01:16 PM
Is it possible to have Bitcoin bullrun wherein altcoin continues to trend in red, we have witnessed that altcoins has been falling from grace in last few days wherein Bitcoin is steady (apart from today's dump) and heading towards $20k to set a new landmark. I am discussing about top altcoins here wherein we should not be considering coins with low volume which is manipulated consecutively.

What's your opinion? Will this be the year of only Bitcoin?
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: has bitcoin achieved its goal? on: December 07, 2020, 09:39:56 PM
Bitcoin does not have any particular goal and rather it's created to make our lives easier and help us with transactions across the border and P2P transaction without any third party getting involved. Even if there was a goal of Bitcoin then it would have been based on basic features of bitcoin rather than what we think of it today.
