1241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 07, 2019, 08:40:18 PM
I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me,
Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
What you think?

That's too low but be thankful and consider it as a learning curve at least you received something as there are thousands of users who have worked for scam projects and promoted it then they were made to wait for over an year for the dead projects or sometimes the token is provided to them after the investors dump it and breaks the market and there are instances when bounty hunters dumps it once they receive the tokens. We need to choose the bounties very carefully as sometimes projects with best technology and team fails due to market situation.
1242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The price you will buy and sell btc? on: October 07, 2019, 08:25:12 PM
The price you like to buy the btc?
And sell! ?

I think 7k I buy and sell 10k.
7k is good for buying btc, but btc prices to go down to 7k I don't think it can and now btc prices will grow high. realistically I might try at $ 7500 that's a realistic price and sell at $ 10k- $ 12k in the future

The price seems to fluctuating betwwn $7.6k to $8.2k. If you have enough amounty to buy 1 btc, then yes obvioulsy you can earn $100 to $200 everyday. Just place order to buy at low and sell it at high price.

I would prefer buying at $7500 and sell it for a profit of $100 and repeat the same order until I have enough fund to buy one bitcoin and then post which the profit margin and the selling price margin will be increased. It will require a smart planning with a back up plan as sometimes price will not go as we think for example if I buy at $7500 then I want to sell it at $8000 and if the price drops down to $7000 and fluctuates between $7000 and $7200 then I need to do multiple short margin profit trades like buying at $7000 and selling at $7200 to make use of the dump. It will be difficult if the value keeps going down with a pump but we can fill our coffers with bitcoin to sell it high when the market recovers.
1243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins ? on: October 07, 2019, 08:02:20 PM
Altcoins' trust rate really dropped down compared to the previous years. Investors focused only with top coins due to losses because of holding altcoins and bad experiences because of scam projects. I don't think altcoins especially new coins could go more. Investors are switching to Bitcoin and Ethereum that's why most ICOs and IEOs fail. However, there are still a few numbers of risk-takers of investors who invest with altcoins. I just hope that at least some of altcoins these days would survive.

Yes I agree, but I feel only those who has black money or someone who has much more knowledge than us who feels that altcoin will bloom again will invest into altcoin just like early investors of crypto who invested into bitcoin when no one thought it even exists and as far as crypto investment is concerned it's always a risk investment. If scammers are kept at bay then we can again win the trust of investors to invest into altcoin and at the sometime the developers needs to come up with unique technology.
1244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading platform? on: October 07, 2019, 07:46:45 PM
If Binance was smooth and good for you why are you looking for an alternative? Anyway, the altcoin exchanges that are pretty okay based on my experience and are decently reputable are Huobi Global(HBG), OKEx, and probably Bittrex(though I haven't used it in a year). But as always, do your due diligence when it comes to any exchanges.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion and the reason I am looking for alternative is for the fact that not all the altcoins or token will be listed in Binance as it will cost them a fortune hence if I have to work for a project with limited budget I want to know the best exchange as well as trading platform which we can depend upon. It will also help me choosing the right platform to trade if the desired coin is not listed in binance.
1245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Best trading platform? on: October 07, 2019, 09:10:09 AM
I need your assistance  to understand which is the best trading platform apart from binance as I have mixed experience when it comes to trading as my experience with binance was smooth and really productive but I had terrible  experience  with other trading platforms like coinbene  and all as it's  ruined by the bot trading.  Kindly suggest the best trading site apart from binance along with your experience
1246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: October 07, 2019, 08:54:57 AM
'If you don't like it, then you don't understand crypto.'
In your statement, I assume that it is possible to deceive each other. If this continues, we can be sure that the future of crypto will not be long. Because people are starting to wake up & assume that everything related to crypto is just fraud and nonsense. Therefore it is better to have a system that screens new developers who want to do ICO or IEO strictly. So that the future of crypto is more awake and durable.

Trust me this is something which I have been posting since long time that we need a verification wherein all the ICO needs to apply before posting the thread and they should be entitled  to post the  bounty thread only if they can clear the verification  process as this will filter the scam project and we can win the trust of potential investors and this will create positive impact for this forum as it will be an additional initiative taken by us.  Because sometimes even genuine  projects are termed as scam by some negative minded people.
1247  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bull run on: October 07, 2019, 08:29:00 AM
i remember the bull run of last year where price rose much everyone should avoid despair because of this 10 or 20 percent even 30 percent
i hope another small bull run help price to level 8600-----9000 for continuation of hope for all investor bitcoin
bull run can restart again at any moment . bull run is like train ;its lesson of the past

Now we dont think it's called bullrun anymore and i feel price correction will be the right term to use as we have not seen any sudden pump or dump in last couple of months as it's been gradual so far wherein the price drops slowly and increase slowly as well unlike past where you see the difference of 20 or 30% everyday. Bitcoin will not be struck at same price forever that's true but neither it will pump or dump radiply. BTW I am a wellwisher for Bitcoin.
1248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think Bitcoins biggest vulnerability is? on: October 07, 2019, 07:28:20 AM
What do you think Bitcoins biggest vulnerability is?
The only vulnerability I can think of is the restriction of government towards bitcoin that is why the transaction regarding with it is limited to those countries where crypto is available. This restrictions hold the bitcoin from being widely used across the world.

Yes the restrictions are the only vulnerability for bitcoin because the price fluctuation and volatility is the part of crypto world. I believe there are alternatives available to escape from the restrictions, on the other hand restriction will be there for all the crypto currency in those countries which does not entertain bitcoin so it's a collective issue which turn out to be vulnerable for the entire crypto market. True vulnerability is something which is created by whales wherein they can control the price to an extend.
1249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's price on: October 07, 2019, 07:03:36 AM
The fact that bitcoin rose from as low as $0.003 to as high as $19,000 proves that bitcoin is really going beyond the moon. It's really wonderful how that increase was achieved in 8 years (between 2009 to 2017). I still remember reading an article in which the writer predicted bitcoin to reach a $100,000 in a 'very few' years to come. Though this sounds too much, I strongly believe it can be achieved (in my opinion, it might take time). What year do you think that such a price can be achieved? Also, what do you think is needed to make bitcoin's price grow faster and stronger?
Probably I think it will take decades, centuries or even more to reach $100,000 worth of single bitcoin but I am pretty sure that this will happen. In order to do that and make the bitcoin's price grows faster is massive adoption. If bitcoin gets the attention of the world or get a massive support I am pretty sure this will be feasible however, as it getting accepted across the world there will be some problems will might happen that may delay the process of growing.
Bitcoin has this ability it is increasing more and more I hope after few years it will get this massive additional growth because there are high number of investors around the world. I think as much the price of bitcoin increasing it will not take so long to recover the price. Time to time more price growth will occur after each investment i guess this year price will be high more than $20i.

Yes, that's a well know fact but what bothers us over here is the slow and constant price dump. If it was a massive dump at one go then we can reinvest into bitcoin by buying at low but here the value is dropping down little by little which makes us more confused if we really needs to sell bitcoin for a minor drop or hodl it but after few weeks these little price drops amounts to a massive dump. I hope it does not go back to those figures of $5000 again as it will take months to recover it happens. It's not an issue for long term investors but it is for short term investors.
1250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Is The Right Time To Trade Your Tokens on: October 06, 2019, 09:19:08 PM
There is no right or wrong time to trade I believe. You just have to plan your strategy well and the execute the trade while following the plan.
If your strategy worked well, then you just earned some money else change the strategy and repeat.

I have seen many successful traders earning more profit in the bearish market by doing the right trade as there will always be a buyer as well as seller. I personally like to buy the tokens when the values are less and if I am confident that the token is going to give me at least 20% profit on a shorter run for which I need to do multiple traders like buying at a lesser value and selling it when the market increases by 10% and then waiting for a temporary dump to buy it again and sell it for a new targeted price. We need to have a clear plan in mind like when to buy and when to sell.
1251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not advance as a bounty hunter? on: October 06, 2019, 08:31:03 PM
Some people have been bounty hunters for a long time (e.g, for the past 2 or3 years) and till now, they are still on the act of hunting for more altcoins.
It is true that the reward hunters now get is so small compared to what was obtainable 2 to 3 years ago and not only that, it now takes more time to be paid than it was. So, instead of complaining, why not through some of the experience you have got, since your sojourn in the crypto space, explore other means through which you can earn more and fill your portfolio.

N.B:
This might be like  a vital information. There are lots of projects that did bounty campaigns (although not all), which have decided to extent the time of payment of tokens to their bounty participants. Whose tokens are growing tremendously after listing on exchange. Which means that traders and investors of projects like these get their profits before bounty hunters are paid.

DISCLAIMER:: Although, this is not an investment advice, but an observation, which i have decided to call your attention to.

lately it is indeed a difficult time for bounty hunters, low income and requires a long time to wait for the distribution date of the token, This year 2019 is a bad year for bounty hunters because it's not the same as 2018 ago, but I still believe that in 2020 bounty hunters will return to enjoy the good times like in 2018 ago.. so that until now I still remain a bounty hunter.

Would you mind explaining us, on what basis do you think that the bounty hunters will have a better time in 2020 ? As far as I have researched it seems like the bounty hunters will stop investing their time for ICO's based on the poor experience they had in 2019 wherein they didn't receive payment for some of the bounties, have to wait for a long time for some bounty only to be advised that it was a scam project and few bounties which paid the bounty hunters did it when the token value was almost zero.
1252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt coins price at bull run on: October 06, 2019, 08:20:09 PM
Didn't BCH already hit $500 during June 2019 rally?

I don't see ETH going over $1000 in the near term. Reason why is there are too many underwater positions in it and it's the reason why every single rally gets sold into.

Keep in mind many people bought ETH at $500 or $750 or $1000 and they are sitting at huge losses unlike BTC. Hence with every rally we usually get a quick pullback right away.

There are also ICO who didn't sell their ETH during 2018 and they are just waiting for the perfect opportunity to unload those coins. It's going to be a huge struggle for ETH to regain $1000 again.

I have shifted my funds to both BTC as well as ETH and now after going through your post even I am bit skeptical but still my instinct says that ETH will reach somewhere around $300-400 by the end of this year or by the first quarter of 2020 if we witness a repeat of what happened during the end of 2017. The point which you have mentioned about the ICO's holding ETH for a right opportunity is more scary as it might change the course of pump (if we witness any).
1253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins ? on: October 06, 2019, 08:08:00 PM
As the market becomes more saturated more users are turning towards the top two crypto coins and those who had already invested into other altcoins have starting shifting their funds towards Bitcoin and Ethereum as other altcoins have failed to capitalize the market. If this continues then how will altcoin survive? is it just the matter of time or something which altcoins need to work on by working on the missing link.

Obviously if you're an intelligent investors, it only makes sense to invest on bitcoin and ethereum and forget all the shitcoins right now. Alt market is on a bearish trend so it's really hard to make money unless you know a thing or two about pump-and-dump. It's a tough competition out there, but I don't think that shitcoins will survived this storm, they will simply die a natural death. So just stick to bitcoin and the rest of the top ten altcoins and you will be good.

Yes indeed, I have already diverted my funds which were into altcoins towards Ethereum and bitcoin as I don't even thing\k of risking on other top ten altcoins due tot he terrible experience which I had by investing into Ripple (XRP) as well as Stellar (XLM) as these were top alcoins and Ripple even toppled Ethereum at one instance to become 2nd best cryptocoin and then it was shattered. It will be better to play safe by sticking to BTC/ETH instead of experimenting.
1254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: October 06, 2019, 07:44:18 PM
Hi all,

I want to invest some money in Bitcoin (long term investment)
It's better wait the next fall down (like the situation on December/January), or buy now?
Otherwise fixing a target for example 7000 or 8000 $ and buy in that moment?

Thank you in advance for your suggestion

Buy now or wait for bitcoin? I think it is better if you will buy bitcoin because as we can all see and know, bitcoin are very low in prices because of the dump of the market that's why it is the good time to buy and invest to bitcoin for the good and wait until the very good pump up of the market in which you can earn a lot of profit.
All those who know bitcoin market well are right now taking maximum advantage of the massive decrease in the value of this mighty coin. I am sure these people are the ones who have made maximum profit with bitcoin during its pump. For all those who want to enjoy a ride to moon with bitcoin, this is the exact time they were looking for. Buying bitcoin right now and keeping them in wallet for sometime is the right thing to do.

I beg to differ, as far as I have examined the bitcoin market tenured and smart investors will invest only if there is a massive pump or else unexpected dump which takes the value of bitcoin to the lowest level and they wait for the value to reach the peak and once the value starts to fall they sell it off. It's the mid level players and newbies who makes the mistake of buying bitcoin at the beginning of price dump.
1255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors failed the community during early ICO era on: October 06, 2019, 09:11:33 AM
It's a commitment between the two, no one should be blame. Both parties have their own responsibilities. Investors should not just dump easily their alt as because they only want it while developers should keep their investors trust by doing upgrades that can boost their value. It would be better if investors and developers have an agreement of something like laws or waives that will backed their investment in a period of time with an equivalent progress created by the developers before ICO. It will be a win win move for both.

True, we cannot blame juat the investor or developers alone because i have witnessed ICOs wherein the developers who have short vision just stop updating the project and slows down once the coin is listed and they choose poor exchange platforms which kills the value of tokens. Policypal token is one of the best example as this project got what it required to be successful but they choose third class exchange like coinbene which killed the token because oftheir bot trading.
1256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We are finally going to $22k on: October 06, 2019, 08:36:48 AM
Yeah, charts are really good looking to watch specially for bullish sentiments and yes patterns do give us  out some ideas to project on where

the price can possibly shoot up ahead of time but the question is, would the history repeat itself? No one can answer that but we can presume out those things
but we shouldn't expect too much but since halving is still on next year, we do still have that sufficient time.

I have the same thought, maybe the sudden market drop last week was just the bull run heating up its engine to go skyrocket in no time. I think we could go $10,000 above before this month ends, though it is still just a prediction by the chart analysis I've seen yesterday, I'm not saying it could happen but it could if it will, and that will be good for all of us. It will gives us another hope that bitcoin could still make it and make another record in the history of cryptocurrency.

$10,000 will be an appropriate price if things go well but i am too scared to predict anything as of now as most of the analysis are not going as per their prediction. I think there will ba a correction period ahead which will eliminate some of the altcoins with lesser volume. Unlike altcoins pump or dump bitcoin is here to stay and if we achieve $10,000 by the end of this month then we have chances cloaing thia year on a better note.
1257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins ? on: October 06, 2019, 07:29:09 AM
in the future bitcoin will still survive and can be a very strong and very expensive coin, but for altcoin this depends on the project being developed, when altcoin still has a request or there are still using altcoin as an alternative transaction then altcoin can still survive and this only certain altcoins can survive.

Yes, there are many altcoins which can be used as the quickest mode of payment transfer when compared to bitcoin but their survival depends on their development, moreover the scam projects and similar sort of altcoin is hurting them badly if you have a look there will be atleast 10 project with same concept. I believe all the altcoins which are unfit will be dead during the next market correction and only the likes of ETH and other unique altcoins will survive.
1258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 ways to help you not be emotionally dominated when trading cryptocurrencies on: October 06, 2019, 07:04:35 AM
I was greatly helped by the input of this forum regarding trading tips for trading crycptocurrency. I use which
in my opinion it fits with the constraints that I experienced. I will discuss a little about the method or strategy
overcome emotions when trading cryptocurrency. First, don't choose too many coins in trading, later we will stress
manage it will make you emotional. Second, don't too fanatical about one coin, except bitcoin is not a problem.
The third, if it's already profit, immediately sell your coins. Please don't delay to get a big profit. The fourth, choose coins
with large volumes if you want playing short-term or daily trading. I already run all four strategies and  it can achieve results
that is satisfying. Good luck to all of you.

I have similar list of principles for myself when it comes to trading especially your 3rd and  4th points will help us not to lose profits after earning it as most of us wants to wait for huge profit and does not sell the coin when the price pump expecting for a bigger value which most of the time turns out to be a mistake because the markets is too volatile nowadays. As you have rightly mentioned it's better sell it once we see profit rather than waiting for bigger profit. Even I would prefer investing into one particular coin after a proper research rather than experimenting on multiple coins.

1260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 05, 2019, 08:51:46 PM

BTC and ETH are both too low, and thats because of the international fight against them, they call it regulation.

ETH lost more than BTC since DEz. 2017, and thats because there are no more ICOs on ETH, so no more need for that amount of coin.

however it is only a matter of investment, no matter how many fight them, it has even been around since bitcoin existed. despite many challenges from the international side, the price of bitcoin and eth is currently growing.

to choose a Bitcoin investment, or Ethereum, try to see the difference in development since the beginning of 2019.

Bitcoin

January 01, 2019 the price of bitcoin = $ 3,746
Oct 05, 2019 bitcoin price = $ 8,135

Ethereum

January 01, 2019 the price of Ethereum = $ 133
Oct 05, 2019 the price of Ethereum = $ 175

with this difference, today I think everyone will prioritize bitcoin over Ethereum today. You can check the source price directly on coinmarketcap

This clearly shows who has dominated the market and provided more return on investment for the users but this does not rule out the fact that ETH is the only alternative if people want to experiment with their investment as the value of ETH was hardly $80 odd somewhere in the month of December 2018 but again it has bounced back. Market is going back to what it was earlier wherein the investors have lost interest in ICO's and new altcoins and shifting their investment towards BTC and ETH. I would invest in BTC as well as ETH anytime as these coins have the ability to go through numerous hurdles let it be market market situation or regulator's axe.
