Are you sure you copied the correct address?

Yes, I am very sure about it -> https://i.imgur.com/DAEVSYR.png (blockchain wallet)
So it's an online wallet, I must warn you that this is generally a very bad idea to use online wallets as a stash for your bitcoins.
There must be some sort of a bug with it because I have used 3 different services, including my electrum, to check your signature. All of them failed to verify with the address you provided. Please, for your own safety, use dedicated and stand-alone wallet programs like electrum.

Will a validation once in three months be too much?
I think that validation every 7days is perfectly fine. Firs of all, it is meant for those who want to mine the coin, right?
To be able to simply use it, send it and trade it, one does not have to be validated. So there is no absolute need for people to take part in one, weekly event, that only lasts an hour, to accept DNA as payments etc. Those who complain about validation are either lazy and want to take profit, for doing absolutely nothing or where rejected during the validation (mindless zombies?)  Roll Eyes .
It's like running a mining rig, you just don't turn it on and count free money, it requires at lest some dedication and supervision over the process. OP don't bother with non constructive critiques, this is cool project, with loads of potential.

Now, could you make the node window to hide itself in to tray, like the client app does? More of an aesthetic issue but seem important, no body will like to stare at this nameless icon all day.

Are we allowed to know what happened with the lambo round 1 winner?
Did he came forward by now, did he took the pink slip or bitcoins equivalent?
I'm sure he choose to remain anonymous, so pictures with the big-ass prop check are not an option but at least some info would be nice.

We support withdrawals to all Segwit addresses
Didn't know that, I think it should be made clear somewhere on the withdraw tab.

Faucets helped back in the day to get familiar with Bitcoin, I remember there was some thread in 2011 where it used to give 5 BTC for free.
That's very true. Before the ad-apocalypse there where real chances for people to click some good amounts of coins out.
Sites hosting faucets where not overloaded with heavy ads like we see today. Most of them where quite useful and legit, I remember using epay (no longer exist) for significant amount of time, not the best source of income but it was good enough. Thanks to them I managed my first transactions and got familiarised with the usage of crypto. And then the google ban happened. They basically cut-off this branch entirely, this shows how truly pro-people this company was and still is.

Maybe something should be done to increase more Merits in circulation. Perhaps increase source allocations or increase more merit sources.
At the introduction of merit system, I was convinced (don't know why) that everybody above newbie will be a source by the default.
Higher the rank, bigger the source regenerated per month but not to much (like 30/m/legend).
To my disappointment sources became sort of centralised. I still think it would be a better option, however this method also works, imo if its not going change to what my initial but inadequate impression of this system was, then that's absolutely pointless to change it at all. Let's face it, a special cast of people/accounts was created, to govern and who's gonna govern the governing? Yes, yes one can go forward to be a source, that is a new problem on it's own, created in the place where there was none.

BTW, that's a good thread however it's lacking in the authors conclusions department  Roll Eyes
Title suggests, that some sort of opinion about the forum's future will be present somewhere, I'm still looking...

Can wealth ever be equitable in this world we're in? The world we're in has so many unfairness and the issue about money and wealth inequalities is a always a topic for another day. Maybe that issue will be solved in the afterlife (that's if it exists) but for now, i don't believe so.
Sure it can, question is, should it be done? You have mentioned the afterlife, I think we, as a species, should let the utopian ideas exactly where their place is, in churches, mosques and fables. Pursuit for recreation of this mythical paradise of equality, can only lead us to the opposite, that is hell. Exactly what we see today, with all those egalitarian movements ramping over majority to "save" minorities, as an outcome we are ending up in a clown world. World full of ridiculous restrictions, like the coffee conundrum OP posted.
Demo-liberalism is a false religion, that needs to be forgotten, otherwise propagation of socialism may inherently lead us in to "matrix" like reality. Not many people realise that Karl Marks, actually described the future of our world exactly like the movie portrays. Total liberation in the grasp of a machine, is nothing different form absolute enslavement.

OK so I'm an official Idena newbie now, one epoch old  Cheesy
Must say that initial process is quite fun and not all that hard to grasp.
I have this one concern though; what happens if some douchebag starts to create completely nonsensical captchas, on purpose of course? Is there any fail safe against this? Would be a shame if someone was surprised by impossible captcha from the day one.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Just Love the Game of a Totalitarian State on: November 01, 2019, 01:54:41 PM
It was a poorly composed propaganda piece to resist socialism in US.
By the looks of it, it has to be "lost (or rather add) in translation" kinda deal. I did not read it in English, them translators sometimes do outperform original authors. But was it really a propaganda? Was he paid by some organisation to write it? I don't think so.
George Orwells's Animal Farm also fits to any other democratic government at current time.
I agree, they don't listen because they don't have to, most of democracy systems in the world forgot to implement some kind of fail-safe. I guess only Switzerland managed to build in something like that. They don't even have a president, country is run like a company with board of directors that are the people and their referenda voice. Not perfect but a lot better than most others.
Denying climate change due to human activities while justifying the need of burying the truth.
Not sure what was your point here  Huh
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Just Love the Game of a Totalitarian State on: November 01, 2019, 11:35:35 AM
I am a little bit torn between applauding china or letting freedom flourish. By the way, does anybody here happen to read George Orwell's prophetic 1984 or Animal Farm?
I have also read both those books and then some more on the matter, its a really eerie feeling for me, when I read statements like, prophetic or foreseeing in terms of Orwell's "prediction". Most people do not realise how all those stories originate, what was or rather is, their source. Gorge as a talented writer was approached by Fabians society, semi-secret guild of evolutionary/conservative communists. He was given a task to subvert the culture of the "old world", to undermine the rules and boundaries, in order to quietly propagate the ideas of socialism. There was no rush, as Fabians knew that communism will win at the end, no revolution was necessary, only gradual progression of the mentality in the media and culture in general. Luckily Gorge was a humanist, he knew how it is going to end and so, he refused to join them. Next move was obvious, he had to expose this sinister plan in a safe and profound manner, he wrote his masterpieces to warn us, warn fellow earthlings from this totalitarian world superpower. That's why those books feel so prophetic but are not, they are simply an elicitation of the existing plan for Erth's enslavement.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: October 31, 2019, 06:17:55 PM
It is best to just forget and move on, of course if that was only a bounty hunt. As a case as investor, things may turn out  bit south, especially if KYC was used during the promo process. If the project went down due to deliberate, faulty or simply fraudulent cause, participants may be called by the authorities as a witnesses. Quite a lot of unnecessary troubles, if you ask me.
Now think about what happens during such scenario, if some minor lies from your side went on, while signing up for kyc...
Not to spread fud but let's face reality, it may happen.

257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: October 30, 2019, 09:14:30 PM
As an idealist, I was simply sucked in to crypto-word by the statement this technology makes.
I saw poverty, corruption, sickness and death caused by the literally evil creature from Jekyll island and it's minions from Breton Woods. I have immediately saw the power, pure force that emanates from the idea, it's creator and his early followers. This aura was like a breath of fresh air for me, a new hope for mankind to break the shackles of insidious monetary systems. I couldn't resist no to be a part of this movement, I was bound to it, compelled to propagate and support this ground breaking innovation, that is, in fact, anti-revolutionary in nature. Crypto is more oldschool than meets the eye, it's a back to the roots.

I am sure that all drivers were upto date as per the HP support assistant stats. So I have to reinstall the pointing device drivers?
I would suggest you to move this to off-topic, that's for starters.
Second thing is, never use third party programs for updating drivers. Unless you fancy additional features like spyware etc.
As a solution; try to disable your built-in pointer device, the touchpad and re-enable it after restart or simply use external mouse, leaving touchpad disabled. First try to look for this options under BIOS, if failed, in windows device manager. This looks like a hardware problem caused by time, dust and grease. Quick research gave ma an impression that HP books tend to have those problems.  Cry

Szczegóły bitcardowego planu pozostały tajemnicą, tajemnicą zabraną do grobów... no może bez przesady; do czeluści internetów.
