No issue for me personally, I don't fancy centralized exchanges. Believe in the decentralized ones! they are the future of crypto trading! Are there any active now? I have been trying to log in Novaexchange all morning and haven't been able to. It's too bad it's closing.

Some people don't read threads and just post based on the title and last few posts.
Doge is the most popular coin on exchanges besides the biggest five or six and it's almost free to send funds between exchanges using it. So, go ahead and waste 10% or whatever of your funds sending funds with BTC.
Another comedian. Bitcoin transfers don't cost 10%... unless you only move peanuts around. And once you start moving real money around it's no longer worth buying Doge just for the transfer. And in all cases, you will transfer money faster by just sending Bitcoins than by buying Doge, sending Doge, and then exchanging Doge back into something usable. Well, I guess we all aren't millionaires.

I'm beginning to think they're not. They're able to trade, but not able to use a Staking Wallet or let alone mine something.
I think it comes down to the insecurity of having something they're in control of on their own machine.
I'll re-quote something I wrote a while back:
"For those who don't know, staking wallets are the easiest thing in the world to back up. You just save your wallet.dat file from the Appdata folder, and if the wallet ever corrupts, just delete everything in there except that wallet.dat (and maybe a .conf file if there is one) and restart the wallet. It rebuilds everything and syncs. I just keep backup folders of the name of my coins with their .dat files in them, and all the coins are safe."

You should give some bounties for art, logo, making your English read better, and so on.

I bought a few 1337. they are definitely worth it.
Great! Join our Discord https://discord.gg/np7BmKV and earn some more by playing games, helping others, responding to events etc. This is a great idea, people can earn some 1337 coins just for playing games. I might have a few gamer's on Twitter who might be interested in this so I'll be letting them know. Slowly 1337 coin is growing, it all takes time and I'm confident that 1337 coin will be a great gaming coin in the near future. Note: I just saw I pasted in an old chart, it should be for $5000 BTC price, not $4000. It's good to remember one sat isn't what it used to be. It's gone up 5x perhaps 10x since some of us started in this. This is roughly correct, 1 cent equals 25 satoshis. $4 = .0010000 BTC $2 (200 cents) = .00005000 BTC 160 cents = .00004000 BTC 80 cents = .00002000 BTC 8 cents = .00000200 BTC 1 cent equals 25 satoshis So, if you're staking 500 1337 a day, that's about 20 cents, or $6 a month, and I think you can do that on about a $30 investment in 1337.

It's undervalued and that's all that matters.

Do you guys code? I am curious to know if the memory problem can be fixed soon. Why does it take more memory than other wallets? Growthcoin has a similar problem but it also uses more CPU than most, which isn't a problem with Bottlecaps.
memory problem khm ? and how much doge wallet takes, or dgb, or hbn ? I never staked those, but stake about 10 others. Piggycoin is similar in amount but most others are less. What is khm? Incidently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4__UbkXTlE&t=5sI think Caps would beat out a lot of those besides RAIN and 808. staking doge or dgb would be difficult lol... any long chain takes a lot of memory, i don't know of any brand new approach to handling block index and tx db to make things easier if piggycoin reach 3200k blocks like cap it'll need a lot more memory as well I keep hearing that Tranz has implemented something and Noise a developer for Version and Truck is doing the same. I was thinking Growthcoin is taking a lot of CPU because there are only three people on the network. If there were more, maybe my CPU usage would go down.

More people should learn to code or attract coders like from community colleges, etc. to good projects. The code is here: https://github.com/HOdlcoin/HOdlcoinI am interested in encouraging and learning because there doesn't seem to be much discussion of code in many threads I'm on. I have a C++ background but not sure how much time I have for compiling on my machine. This could be a good thread to revive other projects that are slow right now. What compiler do most use these days, etc.

That github came from: https://github.com/sherlockcoin/growthcoin-resurectionGrowthCoin - a fork of Diamond, with several algorithms fixed and improved. It is decendent of Novacoin/PPCoin with Pow/PoS. It combines the great features from Luckycoin (random blocks) and Florincoin (transaction message). Proof of stake coin is more resilient to 51% attack. Since 51% hashpower is not enough to execute a 51% attack. The attackers must also have at least 51% stake. GrowthCoin provides monthly interest rate of 5.95%, for stakes that are held during that period of time. This equivalent to an annual interest of 100%. PoS blocks will be generated if the stake are held for more than 5 days. There is a hard limit of 2 billion coins. - Each normal block has 100 coins - 45 seconds block time - Difficulty retargets every block - Mining payout will be halved every 3 months (or every 172,800 blocks) - Expected total mined coins will be 37,368,000 coins - 3 confirmations for transaction - 50 confirmations for minted blocks - Support transaction message - Hourly random bonus block of 500-1000 coins (that is, 1/80 chance to get a bonus block).

If that guy posted results from Version, Truckcoin, Growthcoin, HealthyWorm and Bottlecaps he would beat most besides RAIN and 808.

The BOAT wallet here has been down for at least two weeks, and Novaexchange's BOAT wallet is working fine. Please fix.

Why use Bitcoin to send funds between exchanges when you can use DOGE and have almost no charge?
Well the difficulty comes with trying to buy and sell your doge at the same price again. Exchanges like bittrex don't offer enough decimal places so often the spread is about 5%, if you end up losing out on that 5% then it's a much higher cost than the fees of bitcoin or any other currency. It doesn't matter, why nickle and dime it, when you're saving big money not using BTC to send funds between exchanges?

Any good mining pool for DEM ?
Yes, a few pages back discussed: http:///www.coinminerz.com:3339 used DEM address and anything for password. It's been working for me for about a week. No need to sign up. Frequent small payouts.
