How you all now, it's very difficult "war" to buy Bitcoin this time...

You must buy cez some Russian Servers (e.g. OKPay) at BTC-E exchange (sure you can buy at Mt.Gox, but it is only for BTCs, not Alt-Coins).

How easier would it be to implement (firstly only) Bitcoin to PayPal?

It wouldn't be only easier to buy & sell BTCs, but it would be a HUGE STEP FOR BITCOIN (& other Alt-Coins later sure).

Are you in? So leave your signature here, it is free and you can help Bitcoin disruption technology to spread the world.

If we get 300k subscriptions, we submit this petition officialy to PayPal.

If this is the whole thing it is poorly written. Where is the full petition?

*after reading petition link in OP I have to say I don't think this is a bad idea per say (assuming possible), but the petition is pretty poorly written and somewhat unclear as to the what/when/and how. Personally, though I'm no fan of paypal, I don't see how getting a piece of the paypal pie into BTC would be a bad thing but then again I'm pretty new Smiley

Greetings sir! I just so happen to have 2x MSI 7770's that I would be willing to off-load for aforementioned price. I reside in Oregon.

How is that worth 8 BTC?

I'm wondering this as well? Now if it had a populated board or four perhaps.
2446  Economy / Services / Re: Offering Part Time Simple Online Job - 2 BTC a month on: September 09, 2013, 02:50:25 AM
When will you make the decision? :O

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess:
"Not before he resolved his database connection issue?"
*Would definitely be a serious cakewalk of a moderator job if it wasn't resolved...pretty easy to moderate forum with 0 activity I suspect Tongue

What do I win Mr. Trebeck (sp?)

*BTW fellas, it appears as though the database connection error that people where having earlier has been resolved.

Code:
        // Genesis block
        const char* pszTimestamp = "The time a Bitcoin ASIC proof Client Was Created";

It's about time someone created a Scrypt coin Tongue

LMAO!!!

2454  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: September 07, 2013, 05:57:34 PM
Congratulations buzzdave and bitfury ...
Well, bitfury has nothing to do with this mine. This mine only uses chips that bitfury designed. Rest is in Tytus hands and mind... He choosed bitfury as a chip designer and Dave (megabigpower) as host to the mine.

There were some trades. Price already jumped 0.06.

I stand corrected (thank you sir). So, in lieu of this new information, Tytus you are the man, excellent chip mister bitfury, and Dave for his involvement with hosting.

Strange to me that it dropped by ~bit-nickle since I last checked...will try to get another one on the cheap Smiley
2455  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: September 06, 2013, 11:32:59 PM
Where we can check current hashrate of the mine?

I'll have public-viewable stats about the mine, power usage and other info in the coming weeks...

Good enough for me!!

Hope to pick up a couple more shares a bit later this evening. Congratulations buzzdave and bitfury for actually getting this stuff online and into the hands of the people! An amazing feat IMHO. Good to see some competition springing up for (cough cough BFL).

Also curious about implementation of 2FA if at all possible? Just makes me feel a heck of a lot more comfortable...and the more change I can throw your direction, the heck of alot more comfortable it's speedier implementation would make me no...yes?!?! (yoda voice)

*After giving it a bit of thought I guess the 2FA question above would be more of a PicoStock-oriented question wouldn't it?

Just about ready to join the Lynch-Mob here fellas. I purchased one of hashrack's hashpacks back in May of last year. Luckily for me it was only the 500MH pack.

Sent e-mails in both June and July and have yet to hear a peep back from anybody!!

If you are considering purchasing any of this site's hashpacks I would strongly urge you to read through this forum with eyes wide open...it may just save you a bit of heartache and money!!
2458  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How long will it take to reach 1 billion difficulty? on: September 04, 2013, 04:37:57 AM
It is just a transition.
The reality is that as it rises exponentially, it also becomes exponentially difficult to increase it.
What we are seeing is the transition from Bi-planes to jets.

Once we hit 26nm en mass it will slow down, the reality is that this could be the start of the end for bitcoin, specifically because the distribution is being centralized into a small number of pools.
It matters not what the overall distribution of miners is, but rather the pool distribution.

It would only take a 'bent' or a 'couple of bent' pool operators to leverage a 51% attack.

To do what? Destroy their business by destroying bitcoin? What would that achieve?

JimiQ84 raises an interesting point that I have recently been discussing with some of my other bitcoin friends. I think JimiQ84's concern is a valid one, but perhaps not so much because of bent pool operators. My fear is that with these huge concentrated centers of power...they will be all that much easier for the 'authority' to take out in one single well-coordinated swoop.

So, all you members out there with more history than I (most of you I suspect):
"Yeah, the network is that much more secure...but do you guys feel this tendancy towards mega-mining POP's could potentially threaten BTC in the long run?"
2459  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL ASIC mining board project on: September 03, 2013, 07:13:25 PM
Thanks for the update MrTeal! How does that old saying regarding hind-sight go? Oh yeah Smiley

*Once you guys have finished hammering out all of your remaining issues...do you think you guys will be able to produce anywhere near 400 finished units per day Tongue (couldn't resist)

**BTW, have you guys decided what your going to be naming your 'baby'?
2460  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How long will it take to reach 1 billion difficulty? on: September 02, 2013, 11:02:33 AM
Personally I would be ecstatic if it took until January of 2014 for the difficulty to hit 1 billion. At the current daily network growth rate, and considering how that has actually been continuing to increase as of late, I'll actually be surprised if it doesn't hit a billion by the beginning of December of this year. But honestly, who really knows?!
