there is no problem with the blue font. I actually prefer it. MinPR will be posting here often and this will only make it easier to identify official posts. Keep the blue font please.

It looks terrible and is harder to read.
2502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MIN] Minerals - POS. Fair Distribution. E-SPORTS BETTING TEST WENT LIVE! on: July 06, 2014, 04:23:59 PM
Hello everyone.
Since Minerals project recently grown quite large, Dev team decided to ask me to step in as their public rep.
So for now I will try to answer as many questions as possible and keep you guys posted about how development of the service goes on.
I personally know founders and we have some history in our previous projects. I also have direct access to the guys behind the scenes 24/7.

I'm sorry but a silly blue font doesn't inspire confidence in your PR skills.

Your exchange platform is crap

That makes perfect sense:)

Yes they've consistently ignored mac users.  Very annoying:(

I know spent nearly 3k on my mac for my crypto wallets complete waste of money if i knew i would have had such problems and loss of money would have brought a cheap ass shit windows laptop which i will be now doing shortly

Parallels desktop will help you http://www.parallels.com/

Not really.  I'm not paying to buy VM software plus an extra copy of windows jut to run a wallet that should have a mac version anyway.  It's also a pointless resource hog.  Any professionally done coin has an up to date Mac wallet.

To whoever got URO onto Mintpal.  It was too soon and you have just destroyed the momentum it had.  I hope you're pleased with yourself.

BritCoin has been added to the voting list for 2 new exchanges.  If you would like to see BritCoin on either bter.com or coins-e.com then please vote for us.

OP has been modified to include these two exchanges under "Exchange Voting".

Thanks guys!  We appreciate your support! Smiley

Concentrate on Bittrex for now.  Getting added to too many exchanges too soon (particularly those in China and Mintpal) just leads to problems.

What's wrong with the richlist on brit.coinzone.info?  I think the largest wallet could belong to Allcoin, I might be wrong though.

The wallets with large quantities and huge sends and receives are usually exchange wallets.  Most exchanges have more than one for reasons of security.

Thanks for the shoutout! Glad to see the pool getting workers and running at 3MH/s

Some of that's me - lol.  Thanks for setting up a fantastic pool.  We just need to spread the word and get more miners now.

I guess we will be added to MP soon Cheesy

No Mintpal are adding URO today.  They just announced it.

     The sun always rises!continuous improvement!Some mineral pools will be helpful!

This isn't minerals it's mjollnircoin - at least learn to read before posting crap. Also minerals is already on Mintpal.

thid guy is a SB!don't belive him

What the f*** are you talking about?  Even a moron can see that there is very little volume on Bittrex.  Adding to Mintpal will dilute this further.  I wish there was some way of getting rid of these kinds of morons.

Also, the rich list, the 2 addresses with 200K each, the one you provided as well as this one.
http://brit.coinzone.info/RichList

Don't forget exchanges and pools have wallets too.  Also you could easily buy 100K for less than 1BTC yesterday.  The richlist doesn't work BTW.

I like that you're being active, only you have to assure us you're not dumping the premine on us. Can you please provide the wallet's public key?

1% = 100,000 coins so would hardly be worth it.  A whale or hashfarm could dump way more seeing as how cheap it's been selling.
2515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Mjollnircoin - MNR - Ultra-secure, Fast Transactions & ASIC resistant on: July 05, 2014, 07:02:37 PM
Whoever is voting for Mjollnir on Mintpal, STOP.  Getting on Mintpal will kill it for sure.  It's already on Bittrex - if you want to support it, buy it there or on Comkort.

can someone please tell me how i can add nodes to my mac wallet using console window?

i have been trying for some time now, without success.

This is the command to use right?

addnode 108.61.103.23 add

My wallet simply doesn't sync at all

please someone help me Smiley

Try this.  Exit the wallet. Backup your wallet data file in ~/Library/Application Support/VootCoin for mac (User\AppData\Roaming\VootCoin in Windows) then delete everything in the folder except wallet.dat and start the wallet again and allow it to sync.  Also the addnode add command might not work in the console if the vootcoin wallet is modified from Bitcoin.  If even after giving the wallet time to sync you get no connections create a text file in the same folder above and call it VootCoin.conf - I will add a list of my connected peers (nodes) at the bottom of this message.  Put those adresses in the file (e.g. addnode="192.x.x.x"), you don't need anything else in there, save it, close and restart your wallet and it should connect.  Remember sometimes it can take a few minutes to connect.

Here is a list of my connected nodes:

"addr" : "115.28.162.137:23522",

"addr" : "217.42.45.73:23522",

"addr" : "188.165.3.223:23522",

What is with this trend though of coins getting added to mintpal and then they start tanking? Look at minerals right now lol Maybe we shouldn't be so eager to get on mintpal. Cheesy

Exactly.  Mintpal brings the combination of the clueless noobs and the really big whales (who feed off them) - a combination which is toxic to any coin.  Also I'm not exactly convinced that MP themselves are entirely trustworthy, they may actually be the biggest whales themselves.

Great to see more people mining GBC.

Spread the hash around a bit - xhash and nonstopdev could do with a few more workers each, that would spread the hash nicely Smiley

Yes and we definitely need more people mining.  At the moment I could launch a 51% attack on my own - although it would be kind of pointless given the difficulty is so low but it is always better to be safe.
