Oo pag masyado tayo greedy ganon nangyayari.
2502  Local / Pamilihan / Re: What is the best crypto exchange in the Philippines? on: March 10, 2023, 07:44:41 PM
Wala eh, biglang lagapak sila.

2503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too late to start? on: March 09, 2023, 11:56:40 PM
Questions asked with the same thought of being too late, no guys, you're not that late at all at the party. You're only gonna be late if you don't do any action from the time you've recognized that it's getting late for you. So, do and take your actions as if you really want to get in while it's not that too late.
Years back then, you'll see people having the same thought and they've taken actions and they're in happily and enjoying that they've got in early during those times when they've thought that it's already too late for them. To OP and everyone who's having this thought and is quite new to buying bitcoin and on this market, don't listen to that thought of yours of being late, you're just new and there's still a lot of space for the market to flourish.
2504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 09, 2023, 11:27:34 PM
You're missing the discussion, we're not talking about Kai but Kobe Paras. But since you've mentioned Kai since he's is about to get his NBA dream soon, once he's done with Hiroshima AFAIK, he's going to head to the US.
I've forgotten if it's with G League or another league that's associated with NBA and that's what he's trying to get on. With the replacement of his manager/handler, I think that he's fairly doing the right thing just after he came from Australia and didn't get that much exposure there but with the experience that he's getting, I'm optimistic and supporting his way to NBA.

He needs to show that he can dominate Japan B-League because he was not able to dominate NBL when he was there. NBA or even D-League will not be interested to him if he cannot even dominate a smaller league. We will see how the Japanese will use Kai in their team. He does not have much playing time in NBL but hopefully he gets more in B-League.
He's given a shorter time by his coach and it's unsurprising because of how foreign coaches understand the built and masculine of their players. Also, he's got a role to play and that's why he's just like a reserve piece there and given small playing time. I'm sure that he's aware that he needs to showcase himself for every league that he's getting in and this is just like a passing time for him because he's got a bigger plan once he's done in B League. This kid is working hard and others don't see it, instead of taking a rest and preparing for the bigger league that I've mentioned where it's like another gateway for his NBA dreams, he chose to take that contract and play in the B League.
2505  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is money ruling the world? on: March 09, 2023, 10:51:13 PM
Money drives away every feelings that makes life better. Money is truly powerful
It truly is powerful and that's why even decent people make them indecent just to fulfill their desires and mostly, the major reason is to fulfill their needs. They've got no option as they say and that's the quickest way to satisfy and fill in their needs that need to be done. The world is rotating with money these days, with every step that we do, there goes money ready to be spent the entire world's economy is requiring money and that's why every single each of us needs to do our part in providing not just for ourselves but also in our family. But, don't let money take over you. Money becomes good if it's used for good purposes and becomes bad when the opposite is being done for a purpose.
2506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 09, 2023, 10:27:55 PM
He's no successful in overseas leagues and that's why I guess he should just go where he's accepted but if another offer comes through the B League and that's for sure that he's gonna accept it. Oh, there are still some other leagues like KBL where he can go.
But one thing is for sure if he ever decides to go back to Phils and wants to join the PBA, for sure most teams are going to be quickly to take him on their sides. I agree to you that he needs to realize it that no success with all of those that he's done, he can do better if he just stays since he tried going even in the US training when he's young and right now, he's not getting younger.

The kid is not improving and for the stats he shows on japan it shows that he still not capable to reach at the highest level like NBA. If kai really want to achieve his target which is to reach at Nba level he need to work with his weaknesses and be more aggressive on the court so that he will be notice by scouts. If he continue to play like this provably no teams on Nba will put some interest to sign him on the top league. He also need to improve his muscles since Basketball is physical game and he need to have more strength so that he will not get overpowered by other strong centers.
You're missing the discussion, we're not talking about Kai but Kobe Paras. But since you've mentioned Kai since he's is about to get his NBA dream soon, once he's done with Hiroshima AFAIK, he's going to head to the US.

2507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Safe in Trading Crypto on: March 09, 2023, 09:57:24 PM
Many newbies are becoming a victim of pump-and-dump schemes. That's giving them the impression that the crypto market is just a quick phase market where it's all about being quick and rushing with the profits. They don't understand that they're having it the wrong way and that's going to burn their money so fast. It's good to ride the hype and trend but it wouldn't last long and that's why when it's still there, make sure that you'll be able to ride it and then take your profits as much as you can. Our emotions will tell us that we should stay longer and we'll get more profit but based on the experiences of many, it's better not to neglect your profit taking because you'll never know if it's still gonna be a good time to sell when the dump comes.
2508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 09, 2023, 09:23:45 PM
Speaking of DYIP, I've just read this rumor that as a first pick for the upcoming 2024 draft, they might pick Kobe Paras as the first pick. I lack of details about that rumor as it has come into the summary of details but what do you think about that guys?

Since Kobe Paras and his former team were part ways already in the Japan B-league just recently, it might be possible.

But when it comes to pride, I doubt Kobe Paras will easily accept it. He surely keeps looking for overseas contracts.

This guy is already overqualified in the PBA but chooses to play overseas and he is even seldom joining the country's national team. Unfortunately, no success outside the country nd if he will come back here to play instead on the PBA, he needs to swallow his pride.
He's no successful in overseas leagues and that's why I guess he should just go where he's accepted but if another offer comes through the B League and that's for sure that he's gonna accept it. Oh, there are still some other leagues like KBL where he can go.

2509  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Few ways we can better our society. on: March 09, 2023, 08:56:16 PM
And applying those to yourself first is also a contribution to a better society. Because everyone that does all of it should apply it first to themselves because we're seeing people that have been too vocal about changes for the betterment but later on, we're seeing that they're the ones that are not following their advice. They're good leaders based on how they talk but they're not good followers because they're also the ones that violate what's being taught. And when you think that you're spotless then that's the time to stand on your own by contributing in helping others.
2510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you Bet on a Fight that is Scripted? on: March 09, 2023, 08:33:00 PM
I like WWE but I don't like to bet on its matches because they're all scripted. That's why it's made for entertainment and that's why even during my childhood it made me believe that everything there is real. But not until I become grown up and understand the meaning of WWE.
It is no sense to me to bet on matches that even if it is scripted, I still don't know who's going to win on it. And that's why you rarely see matches on bookies with it because even if it's a sport, it's also entertainment that's attached to it, it's not a competitive sport, unlike the others.
2511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it legal for our kids to learn trade? on: March 09, 2023, 01:38:14 PM
It's okay, let them explore things like trading as it will enrich their critical thinking and will urge them to know more about the financial market. Every learning should be supported when your kids are very excited and craving to do it. Showing them that you support them will make them optimistic that there should be a good result of what they are trying to do. It's risky because there's money involved but trading isn't limiting everyone to just have a set of budget like a couple of bucks or minimum amount that's required by an exchange.
To me it is not a good advice for children to trade, but you can start teaching them the basics and what that is required and how risky it is with real life past events of people that have lost huge amount of money to trading. What I just meant in my first post is not about age of 10, 11, 12 which are very small, even 14 is still very small, but just that a friend is asking a friend about how to trade, if he continues to discourage him and he persistently want to know how to trade, there is nothing bad to teach him, but letting him to know the wrong side of trading and how it can turn a rich man to a poor person. As a friend, I can teach, and as a father, uncle or brother, I can teach but not in a way to let the child trade, but as a step to what he many know in the future.
Upon reaching the basics, eventually, they will like to try the actual of it. I've been seen as young as 7 years old are already in the world business through the collection of recyclable plastics and that's why I think being exposed to another business opportunity like trading for kids is totally fine. I do get your point and that's really a good point honestly. Because there might be parents that will think that their kids should learn about trading and they'll rely on them. There's still the balance and different approach on how you'll introduce trading to the younger ones but as long as they get the idea, they'll surely be excited that it could make them earn some way.
2512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it legal for our kids to learn trade? on: March 09, 2023, 11:52:24 AM
I want to know if it right for children that are of 10-15years go in to trade or not because I have a kid friend of about 14years and very eager to learn trading but am scared of the lost and how long it will take him to understand what his doing, because it hasn't been very easy for me. So what your opinion please I need help? because I think is too risky for them to go in to trade for now.

2513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to better promote our project effectively ? on: March 09, 2023, 10:22:58 AM
As you may know or not, FireDAO is a newly launched project that intends to build an on-chain economy based on DID system and SBTs. I am with FireDAO team, in charge of the global community buildup. To be honest, to promote a new project is never easy and I was wondering what strategies or measures you would use to promote FireDAO effectively. We are open to any advice and also questions that relate to FireDAO. Please share your views. Thanks.
Like the things that you're seeing in the forum, make campaigns and bounties that will surely attract more users to your community. Yeah, it's a hard thing to build up a new community coming from scratch and it all requires a lot of effort for you to make it.
But not all campaigns and bounties become successful, you as part of the team and project still need to play an important role in making legitimate and bold to what you're promoting. If investors and people that jump from communities to communities see that your community is worth, they'll stay on your side and will even support you if they find your project as a good one to stay with.

Agreed and building a community is worth all the time and effort. Bitcoin Forum will be a great part of our community so we are starting from here and hope to attract more people like you who share the same value. Thanks.
Yes, you're in the right forum to start it out and you just need to work it out in the best that you can. This forum is a mix of different types of people coming from enthusiasts, investors, traders, and every other type that a community is looking for.
You're welcome and I wish that your hard work will be worth it for this project that you're working with it's not just all about attraction because of your marketing but because of how good that's been seen on your project based on what you're projecting and proposing.

voted also for Binance as since I learn using p2p ng exchange na to? never na ako gumamit ng coins.ph instead Gcash na ang permanente kong ginagamit or at least Paymaya.
Wala eh, biglang lagapak sila. Just some update regarding Ja Morant's situation. The latest tells that he's not going to be charged as there's a lack of evidence as to what's filed against him. It's said that he's still out for quite a few games which were said in the article and in the quote.

Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant will be away from the team for at least four more games, the team said on Wednesday, shortly after police announced that he will not face charges in Colorado related to the livestreamed video is which he appeared to be displaying a gun in a strip club.

“Ja Morant will continue to remain away from the team for at least the next four games,” the team said with no further comment.
2517  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Inflation Happening All Over the World At Once? on: March 08, 2023, 11:26:10 PM
I quite agree with you. Today, countries of the earth are closely aligned with and dependent on each other for either resources and or energy. And when one major supplier of this energy or resources goes into a crisis, the countries heavily dependent on it would also go into a crisis.
In short, its world trade. Each other has the other countries' back for their trade. That's about goods and even in services, there's a world trade on it and that's why the rotation goes on for each country's economy.

Also, poor economic policies of a lot of countries would in the long run add to the economic problems rocking the country. The government response to the aftermath of the covid pandemic too probably has a part to play as to increase spending, more money needed to be printed and more money in circulation in the economy equals high inflation.
It was a domino effect and when small and poor countries saw what the USA did about printing money, they've also come up with that idea that they should also print money and will just deal with the effect of it afterwards and that's what we're dealing with now, inflation.
2518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 08, 2023, 10:54:01 PM
Next games will be after 6 days as we will see PBA going to another place for the All-Star. Anybody here that is living near the venue or at least will go and watch in person? Cheesy
This has made me realize that it is when I've checked the schedules. I'm far from the venue but I've got relatives living near to that but I haven't talked to them yet but I am sure that they're probably aware of the PBA all-star weekend is about to happen there starting later on.

Congratulations to the winners, as the handicap for DYIP was easily covered.
Speaking of DYIP, I've just read this rumor that as a first pick for the upcoming 2024 draft, they might pick Kobe Paras as the first pick. I lack of details about that rumor as it has come into the summary of details but what do you think about that guys?
2519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which project according to you is solving real world issues? on: March 08, 2023, 10:28:44 PM
Every project is focusing on an issue and tends to say that they're the answer to it. But bitcoin has solved what most of these projects are aiming for and that's both, a payment method and an asset. There will be arguments that'd say that if there's another project that has come earlier than bitcoin then it won't be bitcoin on its seat now. But to be honest, there have been the same project concepts that have been introduced before but they've failed or just got little attention unlike what bitcoin has reached. Honestly, bitcoin is more than enough already, there could be scaling issues and network adjustments needed to be made but looking at it, it's much better than before.
2520  Other / Politics & Society / Re: To all women in bitcoin world on: March 08, 2023, 09:59:35 PM
Before women has been seen as just plain housewives but not anymore today and thanks to those people that have promoted and shown women empowerment. There were also questions and thoughts about why the crypto world is dominated mostly by men but that doesn't mean that this space is just for us. It's for everyone, with no restrictions on who's in and out. Whatever men can do, women can also do it.
Happy International Women's day to every untiring and passionate woman not just here in the forum but all over the world.

Greetings to African women in particular, since they suffer more than the rest of the world.
That's sad to know but there really are huge gaps between countries on how they treat women from place to place. Still, I'm sure that someday it'll change.
