1541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are a lot of scams on Twitter, and illegal links steal your assets. on: June 04, 2023, 08:15:58 PM
But why should you need to join airdrops when all of those are scam, worthless nowadays. potential airdrops are available but rarely.
It's because people are still trying and thinking that something good might come with these airdrops. That's why if there's a required app to download, they'll download it but I wouldn't because I rarely join them and I know that it's not worth it.

But Twitter, telegram and others platforms are used to fraud with people, in most of the cases. As a result, you are a example that what can happened. Although Anyone can join if wish but DYOR. But it is advised never connect with their website or sending fund to have eligible for that airdrop or you'll lost everything
There is no doubt that these platforms are places for most scammers and hackers and you'll be hacked if you download an app that contains a malware. So, if you're one of those people that are into airdrops, make sure that you're careful to avoid them.
1542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a steady income haven on: June 04, 2023, 12:07:20 PM
Even if you don't gamble and you're just for affiliates, the commission isn't also stable and you get rarely active referrals if you're good at getting those people.
Yes, it's true that gambling as a source isn't gonna give a steady income even the professional ones are having a bad day so as those that just do this out of entertainment.

Can a none gambler earn in affiliate rewards, I thought affiliate earnings are calculated based on the activities of both the affiliate and his downline, I have a friend who is into inflate programme and most of the time I always see him being constantly in the touch with the his downlines and always encouraging them to become more active on the casino.

And I believe that is the way he generates his income added to his activities and ranks in the casino.
Nope, even if you are not that active but your affiliates are then it will reflect on your commissions. That's what I know for most casinos but I don't know with others if they've got strict compliance about being active like gambling for a few bucks within a week or even a month but with that rule, I guess that's pretty normal. That's why your friend knows how it goes with affiliate program because it's a good way to earn passive income, it may not be for a long time but if you manage these referrals through being in a community of yours, I think you'll retain them and that's a good strategy.
1543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Cycle Survey on: June 04, 2023, 09:55:16 AM
So I checked out the survey link and I have a question.
Why do you need the Full name, phone number/Country and Email address of the person taking the survey? I think this is not necessary

I was going to try out the survey but I can share out my personal information randomly just like that.
Thanks man, this saved me time before clicking the survey form.
@OP if you want to gather data of people around this forum, just tell it outrightly and you don't have to ask it in a survey form. And if you have no technical knowledge about the form and you just paid for it, I think you can alter that by contacting the provider since you've paid for it.
Everyone here is concern about our data being sold or being used by someone but those that have provided it freely, can't do much from it.

Some are ready to risk even their life on such things that are not guaranteed like taking gambling as means of gaining a steady income which is not realistic.
It's already a gamble and they're like YOLOing with chances and that's why they're trying.
1545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my small investment on: June 03, 2023, 12:14:18 PM
Find a new source of income and keep buying Bitcoin, you will not regret when 2025 is nearer, you will be proud you listened to their advice I can guarantee you that,
We all aim for the upcoming years and even if we don't know what's waiting there, we have that hope that if we'll base on the pattern, everything is gonna be better by that year. With the small investments that we have, these will grow eventually until the right time comes.

it's better to struggle right now for a better future.
This is true, we struggle and we keep ourselves restricted from spending a lot because we're allocating money to investing in Bitcoin. When the time comes and we're still holding bitcoin, we'd be happy and thankful to ourselves if that comes.
1546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Stats and other Data on: June 03, 2023, 10:56:40 AM
I've tried to search a bit with one of the projects you've mentioned but sadly, I haven't found the stats that you're interested in. It seems that it will depend on the devs if they will be vocal about it and will show the data to the public.

I use CoinGecko all the time and find it useful for many metrics, but I never knew it listed those stats I mentioned before.
There are some more specialized pages that have a ton of stats ( such as DeFi Llama and Statista ) it's just hard to know exactly which ones for crypto gaming.
So let's pick one project for example, Bloktopia. Where exactly in CoinGecko do you find the Stats I requested for this ?

https://imgur.com/NUKzyJZ

None of those tabs circled have them
I think they'll show it if you try to ask them if they're open about it. But if there's no table that shows it publicly then it's only for them and that's a private matter that they won't disclose unless they go on hype again and boast their stats.
1547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing in memecoins profitability on: June 03, 2023, 07:37:43 AM
Sorry im not interested to invest on this coin like this, for me it's pure gambling. Why i saying like that because it just gonna pump and dump,
You're right that these are pump and dump tokens and their liquidity will be gone once everyone has taken profit already especially the early investors and the devs of it.

one more thing is i'm pretty sure this coin like this has no utility which is that's not good for long term investment.
Most of them don't have a utility and they're all for the trade, that's why if you're into meme coins, you know what you're getting.
1548  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question about casino, sports bet on: June 03, 2023, 06:35:33 AM
Hi, i would like to know if there is any android application for casino sites, sports bets where you can bet with crypto thanks
It's been asked before and if many of the known casinos don't have their separate app for their customers, it's because they're all good whether you visit them through a desktop or a mobile. They're all responsive in mobile and that's why there's no need for you to search any of these apps on the app or play stores because you can simply type the website and you're good enough. Just like in stake, you can try to visit it with the use of your phone and see how it fits your mobile screen.
1549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin is dead, long live ... what? on: June 03, 2023, 05:23:54 AM
Bitcoin is dying, it is not surviving the NFT attack. The mempool is permanently clogged with ordnials, and the developers don't seem to have any resistance plans.
Are you sure that it's not surviving? I think that you have to look again at mempool. Yeah, it's annoying that it has become quite expensive for the transaction fees thanks to ordinals but that doesn't mean it's not surviving. Because if you say so then there's no way that everyone will keep up with Bitcoin and will stay on this.
In terms of reliability, Bitcoin, despite the ancient script, is better than other blockchains. Recently, I don't remember the news that bitcoins could be stolen somewhere.
With phishing attacks, the way to steal it from other people is through that or taking it personally from a person you know physically. And that's why we get news like this (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bitcoin-millionaire-crypto-founder-found-025352097.html)

Regarding the fees, it is more acceptable than the fee value that has been observed recently on the Ethereum network.
Right, when the hype of NFTs and play to earn games, I even managed to pay more than $100 just for the fee and that sucks because I have no choice by that time as I can't move my funds if I wouldn't do the transaction.

Basta i-on ang 2FA mapa SMS man yan o app authenticator.

1552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: June 02, 2023, 11:53:30 PM
Choose an altcoin that has real potential and can be done by doing research first,
with $ 800 you have to be smart in managing it and it can generate big profits,
investment for the long term obviously Bitcoin is the choice and for the short term choose altcoins.
I saw investors that have made money from investing in Bitcoin, they're okay to invest that amount and even more for altcoins that could make them a lot of money.
It's more of a gamble than of investing because it's just a short-term thing. Some really make huge money but mostly don't, those that are making with these altcoins know the risk and it shouldn't be associated with emotion or else, they're just wasting their resources and money from these coins.

I prefer to buy altcoins than Bitcoin because in terms of price we need large capital if we want 1 Bitcoin,
That's always the common thought of many that you're all required to buy 1 bitcoin but in reality, you can DCA and buy mbtcs or bits of it depending on how much is your goal.
1553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about Infinite supply altcoins on: June 02, 2023, 11:07:18 PM
The only infinite supply coin that everyone likes is Dogecoin. Yeah, it's still not changing and it's still one of the most beloved memecoins that everyone has but that's much it is before the hype of these meme coins. It's no longer interesting when there have been a bunch of them being made by these developers thinking that it's gonna be loved by the majority. Well, there's sort of right with that but it's not for the long run because people's desire are changing and with these memecoins and other altcoins that have infinite supplies, you're unsure of their future and inflation there is gonna be higher than what you can think of.
1554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you use a VPN on a casino, even if it is not allowed in their ToS? on: June 02, 2023, 10:44:37 PM
If it has been banned or not allowed I will not use the VPN or try to log in. I will just leave the online Casino and choose another casino that will allow me to play without access blocking.
Me either but if they allow it then that's a good rule. But mostly, we want to obey what the rules are and what they're saying. We don't want to compromise our funds leaving on these casinos but if you're okay to do that, you're up to make your own choices.

Using a VPN, especially a free one, of course it will be dangerous because many people will use the IP. Better to play in a fully allowed casino. it also will not give you the risk of losing money or other problems.
And while that's true, there are still plenty of people that don't know about that fact with these free VPNs.
1555  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management on: June 02, 2023, 10:15:47 PM
When trading there are rules to observe in other to protect your margin, it's more like if you can't make more money, don't lose the one you have,
That's where risk management comes in handy.
    The strategies are;

_ Don't risk too much money, start with what you can afford to risk. Focus on the risk not rewards.

_ Identify potential risk as;if it goes down, if you don't take profit, if you don't use stop loss and if the coin goes against your analysis.
All of what you've said are right. But when things are up to the point for a trader who losses his emotion, these can't be easily remembered.

_ Reacting to risk, use stop loss and always take profit.
This is low-key advice. But many forget to take profit when they're greedy and think that the profit that's on their hand isn't that much. The tendency is to wait further to make the profits larger but it ends with almost nothing. That's based on true stories and experiences and that's why whenever you get to profit, just take it and have no heart feelings. With little profits, it's much better than to take home with nothing lose all of your trades.
1556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $90,000 all in bet on: June 02, 2023, 09:43:56 PM
With such turn of events, definitely it hurts. Even if he denied about it.
A loss is a loss and it will always hurt when the amount you're able to grow and win in the past is wiped out.

I hope the OP learned a thing or two on this scenario. Better secure some of his winnings rather than go all in.
He's very sure about the outcome, and yet, the outcome was different.
That is what most of us will do and that's to secure the profit and will continue with whatever is left to us. But he's a gambler and it's a common thing to have this attitude towards betting with the games that you are confident will win you money. And on this case, not this time for him, it's such a bad beat.
1557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 02, 2023, 09:20:08 PM
If the Heat players keep shooting like they did in Game 1, they won't have a chance to win the Finals series. Just look at their stats. Strus missed all 10 of his shots, Martin scored only 1 of 7, and Robinson scored 1 of 6.
They do that again and they're done. They should be strict if someone doesn't have golden hands on their particular games, he should be out and must be replaced by someone who's potentially better.

If these players had scored at least half of their shots, the outcome of the first game might have been different. So it seems to me that the Heat needs to think not only about stopping Jokic but also about not screwing up on offense once again.
I agree, I am counting on how many of those missed, and if they can get in then that's a lot of points for them. But yeah, sometimes you get bad times and those misses weren't for them for game 1. Maybe in game 2 something might change with their shooting.

Know the Market learn the Market and it's very important to know it's financial and big instutions playground.
U got to know their rules of game.
I know the rules of game and i make all the moves according how the big guys and big funds moving.
Is that even advice? I don't think that advice is for the newbies. It's an advice for yourself. Since you know the rules of the market and you know that it's like a game to you then that's much an advantage for you so, make yourself rich from this market.

Follow the rules of funds and wall Street sec and Fed and you Are good here.
How someone can do that and what should be the resources in knowing and to keep one updated from these?

Nah, it's still possible. The fees have dropped too much and it's still affordable in centavos.
1560  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: June 02, 2023, 08:02:21 PM
