One thing about Haaland, he looked lost playing for Manchester City and even missed an open goal from just 3 yards which would have made it 3-2 and made the final couple of minutes exciting. Liverpool new signing Nunez on the other hand did very well including scoring and getting the penalty.
Quite accurate, the truth about the matter is Haaland is under much pressure to perform than Nunez, Nunez has Mo Salah to rescue the game if he isn't having a great game but who does Manchester city have, they mostly have creators than finsihers which puts pressure on Haaland to deliver and the media has its role to play as the camera would always be pointed at Haaland than Nunez. But I think Liverpool have started missing the impact of Sadio Mané but it seems Luis Diaz is not doing a bad job. But that creative and sharp runs from Mane is really missing.
Luis Diasz doesn't have Mane's physicality as such won't be a direct replacement of Sadio Mane. He could do other things but those sharp runs and tackles that Mane brings to Liverpool attack would be missed as we're already noticing. Mane never gets tired and hardly get injuries. I expected him to move to a bigger and better team, to be honest. But this is also not an entirely bad move. They finished fourth in the last season.
Don't be surprised, Timo Werner has flop at Chelsea but just because he's a lovable guy, we the Chelsea fans aren't turning against him as we did against Lukaku. Timo Werner is ready to work hard but luck hasn't just been on his side. With the new season starting soon, he's unlikely to have a shot at playing. We just bought sterling and given a shirt number to Michy Batshuayi clearly sent a message to Romo Werner that his service won't be needed this season especially as we can't risk having someone that misses clear scoring opportunity, atleast with sterling he does score. Batshuayi and Kai havertz would probably lead the attack so Timo Werner isn't favorite at the striker position. In the wings we have Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Callum Hudson-Odoi and other midfielder we could use in that position so he isn't favorites as well and him moving would be the best assurance of getting better play time so his move is understandable, hopefully he succeed over there |

Until Africa countries take football important and invest in it the way other part of the world are investing in football then football will change for good. But since they don't value football and have interest sport they will still continue to be having problems, Africa needs to improve for things to be okay.
That's very true as the Africa countries taking football serious to some extent are doing well. We have counties like Egypt that that have very nice stadium and their local leagues have huge presence and attendance compared to other African countries and their national teams are also one of the best in the continent of not the best as they have won the highest AFCON tournament. They have even produce one of the most talented player in the 21st century Mo Salah . Don't say we don't value football, just that we have lots of problem in Africa for we talk invest in football. People are likely to go on with their daily activities that'll put food on their table then going to watch our local players pay. Ronaldo should remain in Manchester United regardless of their absence in the UEFA Champions league. He is no longer in the top class like he used to be and he is getting old. He needs a club like Manchester United where he would be respected and given the right treatment he deserves. He should not forget the hostile treatment he received from Juventus when the club failed to make it to the Champions league finals. With a new coach and their new signings Man U might make it to the Champions league next season.
How can you say he isn't a top star again, both on and off the field most so called top players can deliver what Ronaldo does at his age. Manchester united are the cause of Ronaldo still not finding a club by now. They should make it obvious that he isn't a part of the club so other clubs can come get him. Them saying he's still in the plans for the next season, is making other teams stay away since there would probably be a high fee in signing him. At this current stage of Ronaldo career, he doesn't fit to be in a club like Manchester united that aren't serious.
