I disagree.

Any coin that will survive the bear market might really survive the bear market, but they might not do well when bull market comes. I mean there are some coins that might survive but might not reach their past ATH. I remember EOS back in 2017 when it reaches its ATH of nearly 21$ IIRC and then it went back down. In the recent bull run, the highest price EOS has ever reached was only ~15$ I think. Many altcoins suffered the same while there are some who luckily surpassed their past ATH.

This will be the ultimate test of my life and possible for others out there who are holding their Bitcoins for a very long time or just like me that is holding Bitcoin for my future child .

Test of patience. Discipline plays a big role on this one if you are planning to do it and TBH, there is nothing wrong with it since just by looking at the charts, the price movement of Bitcoin is only going upwards though it isn't a smooth road and there will be times where it will make a huge correction that might affect you and your whole strategy.

On the other hand, putting all of the savings for him to Bitcoin is not a good strategy for me. I will hold Bitcoin for my child but at the same time, I will hold other assets as well like Stock Market that gives dividends so in that way, it is compounding since it's for the long term.

For the other 29 teams out there, watch out for this Jazz team because they might defeat you with their current roster.
No all-star player in their current roster, all role players in their respective teams last season.

What's good about the Jazz team right now is the way they are distributing the offense. Just with this game against the Lakers, 7 players are in double digits, and this shows that anybody from the team can just step up, lead the team offensively and get the win. They are currently at the top seed right now. The team that we all thought that will rebuild are the ones who are dominating the league right now.

I guess even the greatest coaches are having a time where they are choking at the crucial moments of the game. Well, they are humans in the end.
I wonder what SMB did after the game. Did they just comfort themselves but deep inside they are shocked at the quick turn of events. Did they ended up blaming each other for what happened (which is unlikely because I believe they're professionals). Did they just moved on with it and will focused on their next game. Anyway, I expect them to bounce back after this defeat.

SMB players and also the coaches are clueless with what is happening. Maybe let's include the intensity of the crowd who mostly are Ginebra Fans. You can just feel it even though you are watching on livestream. What if you're in that situation. It's like in NBA where you are playing in the opponent's home team in an NBA Finals. The crowd isn't in your favor and that affects the opposing team.

Ginebra is known for their big comebacks, and they did it again against their 2 sister teams. Well, I don't know if somebody is observing it, but Ginebra is a team that dominates when there is an import and SMB on the other hand, is the team that is dominating in an All-Filipino Cup. Only my observation though.

No updates and it wasn't being talked at conferences or seminars etc. I mean we don't hear anything about Litecoin.
The last update that I've heard is the Mimblewimble (which is a cool name for me), there hasn't been any updates yet with the project aside from a few bugs and some few developments.

It has been there for a long time and many exchanges are still accepting it and I believe they will continue to accept it. It's very unfortunate that it wasn't as popular as it is right now. Well, nobody is talking about it like what DOGE is. Just look at other altcoins that have been there for a long time. Coins such as IOTA, NEM, XEM, DASH, EOS etc. These are some of the top coins back a few years ago but now at the bottom for some reasons and it's the same with Litecoin. I don't expect it to die but probably it will gradually go down to top 50 like what other altcoins did.

I did a quick search on how they are performing in the home and on the road and after that, I put a bet on the Jazz.
Clippers are 1-2 on the home while the Jazz are 3-3 before the game. Clippers aren't playing well on their home and based on stats, 59.8% of the time, the home team wins. Went all in with the Jazz and luckily, I won .

I thought that the Pelicans are the team to watch out this season, but it seems that the Jazz are the one to watch out. I mean we are expecting them to be in a rebuilding phase when they traded Mitchell and Gobert, but they surprised everybody with how they played in their last 11 games. Currently 2nd place in the west, the Jazz really got underrated players during the off-season in exchange for their 2 former superstars. Markkanen, Sexton, Beasley and they also got Olynyk who is a big that can shoot threes and can pass. They got a veteran in Conley and a rising star in Clarkson. I hope that they will maintain their way of playing all throughout the season to be in the playoffs.

Clippers on the other hand are 0/10 in 3pt line in the 4th quarter, and I guess because of that they lost despite of the amazing performance of PG13.

They did it against Magnolia and again they did it against San Miguel.

When I saw that huge lead getting diminished slowly, I want to end watching it already, but I put a bet on SMB so I'm hoping. I'm a fan of SMB and there is a time while I'm watching that this is planned, but I just moved on with it, forget what happened and TBH, I'm not expecting too much with SMB this Commissioner's Cup because they've already shown that they aren't that dominating anymore in a conference that has import. Well, I moved on already with that and also lose my bet, but a loss is a loss. What's important is that Ginebra fans are happy both on livestream and on the arena.

What makes me curious is how in the hell SMB choose to complain rather than fouling Ginebra in their final possession. If you watched the whole game, you saw that the lead is only 1 and Ginebra got a steal. In a normal game, the opponent will foul it right? They lose GPII, Bjelica and Otto Porter Jr.
TBH, they are their best role players last year. GPII and Porter is very good at defense and Bjelica is their reserved big.

Losing these 3 players might affect the chemistry of the team IMO because they are playing huge minutes last year. They didn't make some big trades last off-season but for me, I'm thinking that they are experimenting their young players for the future of the team thus, there are times that they are losing, or their core players aren't playing for some reasons. As for them being a great team, they are still, and we are seeing Curry doing Curry things. Shooting threes and had a triple double. Their core players are still there, and some players are added to it. I still believe that they will enter the playoffs despite of their bad start and I don't see them not in the playoffs.

Kyrie is the kind of player where he is becoming very popular thru dramas.

His attitude when he was in the Celtics, saying he doesn't have a coach in the Nets, vaccination mandate, that anti-Semitism remark etc. I mean there hasn't any time where Kyrie doesn't involve in any drama. I don't know, but Nike made a good decision cancelling the deal with him. I mean it can also cause negative effects to the shoe brand knowing that Kyrie always involves himself in any drama possible, and he will create one if there isn't any like that remark that he said.

Change? I don't think so that he will change at any moment after this cancelled deal thing-y, but he will do what he is known for - to create dramas around him.

Who here aside from me put a bet on the Bolts before the game against the Dragons? . Congratulations to us. I entered at around 4.06 odd I think, and I won.
If you are watching PBA for quite some time especially when it's a conference where there is an import, you already know what McDaniels can give to his team. He led TNT and NLEX to top spots when he played and now, he is with Bolts that is at the bottom. I just believe in him and put a bet on him and luckily, I won.

Now with regards to the Bolts as a whole, it will be hard for them, but they can still enter the playoffs. They already have 5 losses and for a team to enter the playoffs, it has to be at least 6 wins to have a chance. They only have 5 games left so in order for them to at least have a chance, they need to win at least 4 of their remaining 5 games. It is doable, but it is hard.

Looks like I'm not the only one who expect Warriors to win this game.
After leading double digits, they lost by only a point to a team who is also struggling and has a losing streak that has snapped because of this win. Now the Warriors are in a 4-game losing streak and currently at the bottom position.

What could be the possible problem with the Warriors? For me, I think they are experimenting with their younger players. I mean they are developing those young players by giving them more minutes and they will see if it will be beneficial for the team to keep them or to just trade them. I don't know any more reason, but anybody can share their opinions as to why the Warriors started like this.

Overall, I will still pick the Warriors as the team to beat this season and they have a chance to go back-to-back because their core players are still there, and they've added more shooters in Poole and Wiggins. Maybe their defense went down because of GPII being traded but still they are the one of the best teams offensively and we might see it at the mid part till the end of the season and in the playoffs.

Long-term meaning 3 years? 5 years? 10 years? because different time frame = different strategies for me.

Bitcoin moves in cycles, and you can see it in its history. Bitcoin tends to make a bull run every after 4 years and then will enter the bear market. It happened in 2017-2018 where Bitcoin rallied as high as ~$20,000, but the year after was the year of hell where Bitcoin went from its ATH down to near the ~$3,000 price. Same with what's happening right now. Bitcoin rallied last November of 2021 to as high as ~$69,000 and now it's currently moving sideways at around the ~$18,000 - ~$25,000 price range.

In general, long-term investing is better and it's less stressful to many including me so I'd suggest you go long term but you're a newbie like you said so maybe it would be better to at least watch some videos and equip yourself with information so that you'll be ready if the worst thing comes. Maybe I'll consider taking profit every bull run and re-invest it when the bear market starts.

Is there any more reason why people are investing into different types of projects? Hype or not, we are investing because it's either we want to grow our money, or we want to defeat inflation. I mean in general; people are investing because of profits.

NFT arts are the only projects that until now that the hype has ended, still don't know the exact reason why people are buying it aside from the fact that they just want to profit from it. I don't know, but most NFT arts doesn't have any use case at all. NFT games on the other hand, has a use-case at least and their token can be used on the game. It's just that NFT's hype is over already thus, people aren't investing too much into it and they are still waiting for the bear market to end and then they will find another project/s that will give them more money.

I put a bet on the Pelicans before the game with around 2+ odds and I almost won. If only Ryans didn't sink in that buzzer beater three.
Fortunately, I put a +10.5 on the Pelicans when they are down a dozen, I guess. At least, I got some of my losses.

Now the Lakers are starting to get their momentum. Looks like the celebration of the team towards the first win of Darvin Ham as a head coach help boost the morale of the whole team . Westbrook being the sixth man of the team seems helpful as well because he can watch how the game is for a brief moment and then he will enter and do what is needed. He almost again tallied a triple double. Now he is starting to gain his confidence as well though he is made a bad decision at the final minutes of the game when he shot again the ball at the three-point area with too much time left in the shot clock.

Looking at the teams that they've defeated, all of them are below 500 except for the Hawks. Detroit twice, a struggling Nets, New York, Houston. Philly might be their strongest opponent so far but nevertheless; the whole Bucks team is just unstoppable.

I also did a quick search to the whole roster of the Bucks, and it's an all-around team. There are shooters, many defenders, role players, a player who can dominate the paint etc. With Middleton coming back, there are not much difference in their way of playing IMO. They will just add another elite shooter in the team.

I just want to say that a familiar import of the PBA will come back, but now playing with a different team again. KJ McDaniels, the old import of NLEX before exiting because of his wife giving birth to their first child will come back but now as the import of Meralco Bolts.

This topic is very subjective because different people have different lifestyles.
There are some who prefers income stability than higher income, but there is a high chance of you losing that job or you might not earn at all.

I'd prefer stability than higher income, so I'd go with salary-based job, but if there is an opportunity to do commission-based jobs aside from the salary-based one then I'd rather do both. Right now, one income source for me isn't enough. I also read a Facebook post that has a caption, and it says, "Use 9-5 to pay bills, use 6 onwards to build your future."

Now if you can be a business owner then you will not fall to these 2 options, and that would be better obviously.

Well, he is a businessman and he saw opportunity in cryptocurrency particularly in DOGE that's why he is maximizing it.
There was a time though where his tweet that has DOGE has no effect on the coin whatsoever but for an unknown reason, people always link DOGE to Elon Musk especially now that he already got Twitter, many are saying that he might integrate it into the platform.

I don't know how he will integrate DOGE as a payment system or will he ever integrate crypto in the platform, but one thing's for sure. He will continue to keep himself richer with the help of DOGE, and those investors who are following him will lose their money.

Stephen A. Smith said in a tweet that getting Ime Udoka or Mark Jackson will be good for the team but for me, I'm thinking Mike D'Antoni to fit with how the players are playing. D'Antoni is the one who invented the D'Antoni offense back when he is in Rockets where they will just shoot threes more than twos. With the current roster of Nets and just looking at how many of them are good three-point shooters (exclude Simmons of course) and add an offensive-minded coach like him, I think it will be a good fit.

For the users here, who would you think is a good coach for the team? Not familiar with their interim coach right now so maybe if somebody here knows him, can anybody share something .

$20,000 for me is what I'm considering as the psychological resistance and so far, the price of Bitcoin is above that though it's only a few hundred dollars higher and anytime, it can still go down below it.

We know that long term, we expect a bearish movement towards Bitcoin but on this month alone, I expect a bit of an uptrend in the short term. I was surprised TBH that it went up to $20,000 a few weeks ago but still, it is around my past prediction that price of Bitcoin will end up sideways at around $18,000 - $25,000 this year. For November, I expect a bit of an increase on it's price.
