261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: May 30, 2024, 07:29:38 PM
Losing a lot of money isn't fun, so stop when you're in that situation. If you can take that and you have a deep pocket, then there is no problem doing it.

If you want to keep on going then you do your own thing but don't deny that people have reminded you that, when you're in deep losses and it's stressing already, you have to stop.

But if you want to proceed, do it with caution because it's no longer fun when you're losing and then there's another series of it.
262  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you deal with financial stress? on: May 30, 2024, 06:59:24 PM
It is true, as you said, of course this is very easy to think about and to be able to do this requires hard work on our part and finding things that we can do and give us income, but if we are not yet experts in the field we like then we You can look for a course that teaches this and study it well so that you become an expert in that field and can do work and give us additional income from the skills we learn.
It made me remember about being a jack of all trades or being a master of one. You choose your career path and either of the two will give you that better financial living when you are being paid high with those career.

Many say that it's best to be a master of one, they're right.

And there goes the others to be a jack of all trades.

Both are true and real, but if you're starting out. It's always best to focus on one skill and grow with that until you master it and then move again to another one that you can learn and earn.
Being an expert in various fields is of course very important in dealing with financial pressure, by having several skills I think this will help us in dealing with financial pressure, and for some people who think it is best for someone to master a certain field, there is nothing wrong with that, but this is is not a challenge for us and also the results we get will be very different from those who are able to master several areas of skill, I agree with you to continue developing the skills we have so that we can complete the things we do easily and will be able to get good results Also.
I agree and that is because you will have a lot of opportunity coming in to you. All you have to do is to improve each day and be confident that you are skilled.

The stories that I have heard really helped me about pushing to my best and do better everyday because of those people that are skillful and didn't give up during their hardest times.
263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What type of a trader/investor is this? on: May 30, 2024, 11:44:35 AM
A common greedy investor.

Don't be like him, there have been many opportunities that are coming to us and if you're not going to be as wise as you can be, you'd definitely lose a lot of money.

It's not about how much you make but how much you can keep based on the emotions that you're having at that time of profits.

Most of the time People lose the opportunity to earn money due to their own mistakes and one of the major mistakes is that they prefer their greed and don't take their already higher worth profit. I think one should be Thankful for his profit no matter how little it is because if we enhance our desire then we will not be able to enjoy our profit.

One should avoid certain things if he wants to become a successful person because success does not mean that the more you earn then the more you will be successful but successful means that you are enjoying the amount wisely which you have earned. Sometimes we are in profit but we reject that profit because we want something better but we forget that something is better than nothing.
Greed won't bring us that far.

Whether it is with the crypto market, stocks, or even in forex. If you're too greedy, you're going to lose a lot. And that's why do not make the same mistake that you might happen to you too.

Be happy with how much you can potentially earn and stop being bothered with how little you have earned, as long as it is a profit, that must be fine.
264  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can anti gamblers accept cash from gamblers when they're in dire financial needs on: May 30, 2024, 09:05:20 AM
Not sure if they will be doing this directly mate but What i do believe is that churches accepts donations from anyone even from drug lords and gambling lords .. I am not saying all of those churches and religions do such but i have seen this in several occasions specially in small churches that the well known gamblers donating regularly and yeah they are accepting .
If they are in a bad situation and they need the money, they will accept it. And we don't know the story behind any acceptance even if they know that it might have came from something bad.

As for churches or individuals, you know what to do and no one needs a validation from other people if you'll accept or decline.

Just be responsible for accepting and giving that donation and whatever is in your conscience.

Congratulations.

Did you made that image or you generated it through AI? I like that peaceful village image at night and Bitcoin serves as the moon.

How I wish that all of us will always have a decent and peaceful night.  Smiley
266  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does addicted gamblers only lose money all the time on: May 29, 2024, 10:06:23 PM
I am not addicted, the reason why I said I was wondering why is because, people talk more about the ill effects of gambling addiction without acknowledging that gamblers who are addicted are also wining even while they remain addicted. Let's talks about different things too, as an addicted gambling, how often do you lose and how often do you win? ? No body have asked such question or does it not matter?
It doesn't matter IMHO.

Losing and winning are there when we gamble but to answer that, we mostly lose at most times.

So let's say that I had a good day this day, tomorrow and for the next day I think that losses are going to come more often to me before I win again.

Or it's vice versa, you really can't tell at all unless you are the one who experienced it.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can small countries in accepting bitcoin as legal transaction? on: May 29, 2024, 05:51:37 PM
but can other small countries follow in El Salvador's footsteps and what are the country's challenges in this regard?
There is no restriction for most countries if they wanna do what El Salvador did. Is it a challenge or a commitment?

Whatever it is, they're all free to follow it or they can work on their own terms depending on the capacity of their budgeting for purchasing BTC.

Small or big countries, as long as they're able to buy it and it's not illegal on them, they're free to do it.

269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC hit 1M ? on: May 29, 2024, 04:16:07 PM
Very likely that we might see it even earlier than expected. Why? because of trade war and inflation that's increasing year by year.

IMHO, there's something to do with the inflation for Bitcoin to keep on moving to another better pricing.

With the combination of it being a deflationary asset + halving + etfs + inflation = $$$$$ and I hope it happens the $1M.
270  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can ordinary people live consciously? on: May 29, 2024, 03:31:15 PM
Acknowledging almost everything in your surroundings. That's how you live consciously.

But at the end of it, you have to live your life with compassion to others and always be considerate. It's not going to cost you money if you're going to be kind to other at most times.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: May 29, 2024, 02:25:18 PM
I have been betting on the Mavs all of these other games, but I think this game I'm going to actually take the TWolves just because I feel like they are going to have to win at least one game.  I do wish the spread was a bit higher, so I'll probably just take the Twolves money line.
Possible.

There's a possiibility that the Wolves will get this 4th and then the next game, they'd lose it.
If you have put your money on Timberwolves and it is -4.5 for the Mavs then congratulations to you.

The next game is interesting, this is likely where the Mavs will be able to end the series. But then, who knows what might come and the Wolves are still alive and breathing.

But then, it's hard for any team to have that come back coming from a 3-0 or 3-1.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: How Do You Store Value to Offset Inflation? on: May 28, 2024, 11:57:07 PM
Personally, I've been exploring a few options, including:

Cryptocurrencies、Precious Metals、Real Estate、Stocks and Bond、Commodities。
Real estate is good, no questions.

Crypto(Bitcoin) and precious metals  are also good. But the best option with all of those is you go with real estate and Bitcoin, yes at the same time.

Do you think Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are effective in this regard? I'd love to hear your thoughts and any strategies that have worked for you.
100%.

If you are a Bitcoin only investor, no problem.

But if you want to diversify then just make sure that you are not leaving without Bitcoin as part of your inflation-counter portfolio.
273  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which blockchain on the market are you most optimistic about? on: May 28, 2024, 11:25:31 PM
As much as I want to stay with Bitcoin-blockchain but the ordinals did spammed the network and caused a lot of trouble to all of us and made the fees quite high.

I am not an extended investor of these altcoin blockchains but I think the one that's getting all the credit and hype now is SOL.
I also agree that Solana shows the best performance and also exhibits great potential for future uses among all the blockchains right now. It's definitely one of the greatest revered coins in cryptocurrency currently. If they can just minimize all the issues as much as they can I am sure we can be more than optimistic about this coin. Despite being a memecoin, I see Solana staying in the top for quite a long time.
No denying about the performance that it's showing and it's even more interesting how high it is going to be when we're looking at the actual bull run that we're all waiting for.

Although in the past there have been downside issues of its server, I hope that they fix that.

But you'd see what is better when a project has been flocked with new projects using its layer and network for their own.
274  Economy / Economics / Re: Money addiction on: May 28, 2024, 10:55:17 PM
Because that 9 out of 10 people are working people. If not, a businessmen.

We aren't really "addicted" to money, we just addicted to idea of money, not the money itself.
No, we're not addicted to the idea of it but we actually need it in our daily survival and living.

A lot of people just want money to be able to do stuff, even if they do not do it, they want to be able to say that they are capable of it if they want to.
We all want money so that we can buy all of the necessities that we need. It's part of our daily living unless you're living in a huge farm where you can get everything and has a clean river or lake for your water.
275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading and not something else? on: May 28, 2024, 10:30:48 PM
Yeah, this must the most important part of trading world, if you could learn that, then you are going to be able to do so much. We are talking about stop loss here, and without that, you may lose everything you have for good, there is no reason to keep thinking that it will recover, just use that and you are going to be fine.
I still can't comprehend why many traders don't use stoploss for which is essential for every trade that we do. I don't know if they've just forgotten it or don't really use it at all.

Maybe it is the later and that's why trading is come up with emotion and you need to be prepared in every outcome that you might see.

You'll never know what could next to the market and if you don't set a stop loss, you'd definitely going to learn the lesson but hopefully in an inexpensive way.
276  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it advisable for a beginner to invest in a newly launch project? on: May 28, 2024, 09:58:45 PM
Beginner in crypto? Exactly, not advisable and not recommended.
Usually, when newcomers enter the world of cryptocurrency and make their first purchase on a new project, and the project is very hyped, they just become victims of FOMO. Who in fact don't really understand investment in crypto and don't even know what it's all about? .
They invest with their emotion and not with their brains. That's sad but it is the reality that we're seeing now and then because of the hyped projects that are being shilled in a lot of platforms in social medias.

Especially in new projects, they can become victims of the sweet promises of the promoters, military or developers themselves to invest in the project. And in the end, they can become victims of scam projects, rug pulls, and also various other shit projects which are always the way they are.
We don't hear a lot of these rug pulls anymore but that doesn't mean that they're gone away. But we can all speculate and expect that many of them will come back once the market has already shown that we're in an actual bull run.

I guess that they're just conserving their energy and will show in a blast.

Even though the Wolves haven't won a game yet, it has been a pretty fun/interesting series to watch!
No doubt and it is going to take a few hours from now until the game starts.
278  Other / Off-topic / Re: Look after your Body! Using a computer all day is likely destroying you. on: May 28, 2024, 08:55:51 PM
Not only our Body but most important is our mind .

This need to have a rest , and to have a good sleep.

Part of the body that must really take care off is

-- Our Eyes .

-- Our hands.

-- Our Internal organs .

how to do this?

Having exercise a day , enough sleep , and good healthy foods.
Don't forget about getting enough sunlight. This might be a lowkey to remain healthy but getting it even just for a few minutes in the morning is still a good one.

When I am not getting out of our house and not getting sunlight, I always feel tired. But then when I tried to get it at least a few minutes in the morning, I've felt significant changes in my body.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest in Bitcoin because others are investing in Bitcoin on: May 28, 2024, 08:25:36 PM
I do not see anything wrong when someone checks the news first before investing. This is only called as fundamental analysis. What is only wrong is when they invest because they see a shilled post in the social media. However if it is only about bitcoin, I think it is not totally wrong as well. Because, even if you buy at the top but as long as you continue holding, the dips will just past and you will see a new light again.
Yeah, they're being shilled to buy the best crypto asset ever and I don't also think that's a problem. But everyone has to practice doing some research before buying.

Not just because someone told them to, they should buy it asap. No, it doesn't have to be like that because all they have to do is to make themselves comfortable before buying it.

And that's why we always tell everybody to DYOR.
280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: May 28, 2024, 07:54:05 PM
Yeah, congratulations to Jaylen as well for winning the conference MVP. I thought that it's Jayson Tatum that will get it.
Tatum was the favorite to win but it was Brown who had a better contribution in the series, so he deserve that. Actually, like that as we can clearly see that these two best players of the team are having great games, which means the chemistry is really good.

However, just look at this reality.

1st round beat the Miami (less Butler)
2nd round beat the Cavaliers (less Mitchell)
ECF beat the Pacers ( less haliburton)..

Their journey really is quite easy, but can they beat a healthy team like the Dallas Mavericks?
I know all of those handicaps that those teams have got. I am in the impression that if Butler is there and Miami was healthy, they'd sure beat Celtics. We know that they are the cryptonite of this team.

But it is not the problem of Celtics when those teams have got handicaps.

As they say, a healthy team gets it to the finals.
