1061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: December 18, 2023, 03:52:56 PM
They came from the bottom of being 0-2 and then swept back GG into 3-2. That was actually a hype grand finals to be honest. I've never seen such game like this when we know that the other team was the strongest in the world for this year.
Same, a well-deserved win for Azure Ray when Gaimin Gladiators is always like the final boss for most teams from the lower bracket. Now, we wait a few months for the Dreamleague tournament.  Wink
Exactly.

Next is going to be DreamLeague and I think that we'll still a lot of shuffles from teams to teams. There are more orgs coming into the Dota 2 scene that came from the CS2 community.

I think this is another exciting year that awaits us. For the meantime, there are regional small tournaments that everyone can check.
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a quick rich and get poorer investment. on: December 18, 2023, 11:25:18 AM
bitcoin same another platform trading high risk high return, so not get fast rich
same platform saham, forex and more.
What's saham?

must have high skill, if have not skill you can't rich but posible you cab poor investment online trading
The high skill that you're talking about is being a risk taker and having the money to invest. Having that requirements will be enough for you to start investing on Bitcoin.

And let the waves of your investment through it flow to the market and go back to you. It's not quick and easy but, it's genuine asset.

As long as your assets while you're holding is in bitcoin and any other cryptocurrencies that are not stable, you're bound to see the fluctuations.

Upon going on with Bitcoin, it's part of the understanding that you're investing in an asset that is very volatile so there's no escape with that unless you're the one does the maneuvers in exchanges.
1064  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some things you should always avoid while gambling ? on: December 18, 2023, 07:02:05 AM
First of all, don't gamble when you're drunk, avoid this situation because your money will surely run out.
Don't gamble when you're broken hearted, you're thinking a lot, in short you're not in the right frame of mind, you won't realize you're addicted to gambling when you gamble out of your mind. The last one of course is to take out a loan to be able to gamble, taking out a loan should not be an option because it is sure that you will only sink into debt until your life is ruined. That's where those who use money for their gambling things go, ruining their lives.

You are right, friend, everything you say should be avoided by gamblers who are not in a good state, not sober or sad, someone who is drunk doesn't realize how much money they have spent on gambling. They only realize that they are no longer drunk and this is what will happen. causes a person to lose a lot of money and self-control because a drunkard is more likely to have no self-control when gambling.
Someone who is heartbroken about their partner or is sad about their situation, they will also do things that are beyond reason, they will be desperate to use any amount of money to forget the problem because people who are experiencing a situation like this usually cannot think clearly, they feel they need entertainment for forget about the problem but sometimes this situation gets worse if they experience a big loss and they end up getting worse and worse with the situation so it's true that they should avoid gambling if a situation like this is better the money for to go to a meal with friends or holiday so they can forget about the problem to for a moment and they also felt entertained.
Meanwhile, gambling with loans is true, it will destroy someone's life because gambling is not a place to make a profit. If you borrow money and cannot pay it back, you will lose all the assets you have to pay off the debt.
Someone who's in the influence of alcohol will lose his patience, focus and right mental state of mind.

And when you're on that condition, you're going to do things that you might even question when you come back to your sense. That's why too many incidents like this not just in gambling but also in other things that it is not a right thing to do when you're under in the influence of it.

It's better to keep yourself away from either gambling or alcoholic drinks.
1065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some things you should always avoid while gambling ? on: December 17, 2023, 11:33:37 PM
Do not gamble when you're pissed off. This is going to make you lose your money easily and your anger will make it seem to be more important than losing your money.

We're all like that.

We just leave it there as long as our anger is released and we put that with our bets and when we see that they're not doing good, it's fine. We just released that anger and in return, we lost the bet because of not having that thought of what's the right thing to do.

Not just in bet or might be in slots or dices.
1066  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you handle pain? on: December 17, 2023, 10:50:38 PM
I'm sorry you're dealing with chronic pain. Since you avoid painkillers and don't have a bathtub, you could try creams, self-massage, and specific exercises. Get advice from professionals for your lower back, shoulders, and neck pain.
It's just best to seek medical professionals when the pain is too much. With all of these DIY pain removal creams, etc, they may help temporarily but it might be back eventually.

That's why whoever has a lot of suffering and feeling lots of pain, you go immediate with a seek help from a professional that handles these matters before it gets worse.
1067  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you quit your job for a bounty-hunting full time on: December 17, 2023, 09:50:47 PM
Start a job or business in your country because the way to earn money from bounty is very less and it will cost you a lot of time. So make the bounty part of your work as well.
Just go with it as part time.

But in countries that there's not that much opportunities, it's possible that many of them that does it for a living and full time. Well, if they do so and they have some luck on it, congrats on them.

If they think that it's worth of their time and they're making such decent profits from it, that's why we see people that does it for a full time living.
1068  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ordinal blockchain irking me, causing almost $40 median fee now... on: December 17, 2023, 08:47:06 PM
It sucks, ordi, sats, etc. all of these are causing the pain. I thought that we will see some light this weekend with the fees but no, we do not.

I am not also willing to pay such fees with small transactions. I might just pay that fee if I have got hundred thousand transactions to a millions.

 Roll Eyes
Better to keep our money in the safe until the fees drop a little.
Yup.

Money is money and we won't pay that high fees. A $15 or $20 is still something that I can spend for some other better things if I don't have much at all to transact.

Thus, there's no expiration of these holdings that we've got so there's no need to push these transactions at the moment.

I was obliged to spend earlier an amount of bitcoin equivalent to $500 and paid like $27 for the transaction to be done quickly because I was in hurry and you can imagine how happy I was doing it!
I used to spend 1/10 of that fees price, it is just ridiculous. That's why some people just use altcoins for daily, fast and numerous transactions. If I wasn't in rush, the fees would be much lower at that time Undecided
Ridiculous but it is what it is when you need the money asap.

No straight wins and sweep for Gaimin Gladiators. Score is 2-1 still in favor of Gaimin. That third game was lit for AR.  Their early wasn't so good at all but then just one good clash and everything snowballed.

I am waiting for the 4th game. I want to see this go until 5th map so that this ESL is worth the wait and it is for the fans.

This only means that AR can really manage to win GG in group stages, they beaten GG 2-0 IIRC.
Haven't followed the matches all tournament but it does look to be a good finals Sunday so far.
Here is a screen of the markets in-play for the Kuala Lumpur with GG vs Azure:

https://sportsbet.io/sports/esports-betting
Azure Ray, won and the champion for this ESL Kuala Lumpur.

They came from the bottom of being 0-2 and then swept back GG into 3-2. That was actually a hype grand finals to be honest. I've never seen such game like this when we know that the other team was the strongest in the world for this year.

GGWP for both teams.

1072  Economy / Economics / Re: Idea and money are very important to investment. on: December 17, 2023, 08:07:53 AM
Money and knowledge are perfect combinations of achieving good fortune on someone's future investments. Having both is like having the balance of nature. That is the key for good and positive outcome. An absence in one of these factors might affect the flow of investment.
Yes that's right. This is indeed a good combination and indeed every division must master these two. Because the higher the level of financial literacy, the better we can make decisions when investing.

Knowledge has a significant positive effect on money so that you can make the right investment decisions. This means that the higher a person's knowledge, the better our financial fate when investing. Without one of these, usually the targets we want to achieve in investment will not be successful.
There is no doubt that if you have financial literacy and it is not just the basic one, you have more understanding towards money management and handling.

It takes time for you to develop it and a lot of money to learn from. So, the perfect examples are the rich ones because they know how money and investing works and adding to it their knowledge with ideas and experiences that they have.

And in result, they are just multiplying their money through the ideas that they have and the knowledge they have throughout the time.
1073  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you still use Banks ? on: December 17, 2023, 06:53:29 AM
Personally I don't use banks, since I got into crypto I use Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for my money transfers.

But to be honest, we have not yet reached the level that makes us able to completely abandon banks from our economic life.
You are not into banking service anymore, 100%?

It is because that even the full time crypto folks, still have to use the banks for any service that they offer mostly in transfers because not all the merchants and shop use bitcoin.

Whilst we dont like some banks because their policies and centralization, we still need to use them and usually in transfers and conversion.
1074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I finally sold my computer and bought bitcoin. I don't regret . on: December 17, 2023, 05:47:17 AM
If you think that it is right then I'd say congratulations to you. As long as you are satisfied with that bud, then that's totally fine for you abd you do not need anyones confirmation if you did it right or wrong.

So do not say that you hope you did the right thing because in your title, you say that you dont regret.
1075  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning online more preferable than offline? on: December 16, 2023, 11:59:23 PM
Let's just say trading is among the fastest growing industries in this generation but unfortunately like any other business you need money to make money 💰.
That is true.

It needs capital but with the growing digital age, anyone can get a hustle and earn from gigs and from there can have the capital to invest in trading.

Not everyone can afford to get into trading but those that are starting with a capital has the advantage to move on and make more eventually with the lessons that are acquired.
1076  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay discrimination on: December 16, 2023, 11:22:01 PM
Don't worry, there will also be a market correction for them. Look at the jobs in the companies like McDonalds, people don't even want to apply for them anymore.

The pay is too low and they're like asking people to come and apply for them. When most people stopped living the life that they're dreaming of and they set to just live like having a normal life, there's no need to rush and start the dream life that they want.

Life is too stressful today so as these companies that have a lot of pay cut to simple jobs. But anyway, if we can't bear this disadvantage, what we need to do is to upskill.
1077  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not for everyone! on: December 16, 2023, 10:57:35 PM
It's clear that trading is not for everyone and people should just hold if they can't trade, but we also have to let people know that trading is simply a skill. Like every other skill, you get better with proper experience and learn daily.
Those that are lazy and don't want to trade, at least there is an option which is a very effective method that everyone will agree to.

Hold when you can't trade but that doesn't mean that you're limited to holding. But if you want to try trading, there is no one that's going to stop you.

As long as you can get the heat of the market and you're willing to stay and learn as much as you can with the amount of money that you're also willing to lose, that's what trading for beginners.
1078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What I understand about Bitcoin. on: December 16, 2023, 10:29:03 PM
What I understand what you've said is about the Science behind Bitcoin and its relation with technology.  Grin

However, it's important to note that some species can become invasive and disrupt ecosystems, but even in these cases, they still have some impact on the ecosystem.
If you're telling this tale that some other cryptos are going to take over Bitcoin. Give yourself a rest, it's been told for so many years and never happened and will never be.

Bitcoin is the entire ecosystem here and the food chain lies to itself and all of these organisms you're saying will be eaten by it.

I have no idea what ketamine is but after doing some quick research, there are a lot of use on it. Maybe he was depressed back then and used it as a recreational drug.

It is a sad thing for a nice person like him to die at such a young age of only 54 years old.
Well, there are too many nice guy that are living this world at an early age. So, we can't really time our lives and we don't know if we'll still see tomorrow but yeah, he's still young and there's more for his life but then that's how his journey ended.

Are we not getting tired to see GG in all the finals from this year ?
I'm tired but they're just simply strong and consistent.

While there's a message from Insania to Bulba about having Saberlight on their team, a drafter/coach that don't have a good use of their talents.

That's savage for Insania to say that in front of the crowd in Malaysia. I don't know if that's for real or they're actual friends in real life.

Ah no no , they always roast each other because they are friends in real life so nothing to be worry about  Grin Grin Grin they troll each other anytime they have the chance to do it even if they are not on the same team.
Aha!

I didn't know that they are friends in real life, that's why insania have the guts to say that in the crowd. LOL. I was trolled then by what he said on the stage.

SaberLight so far is proving to be a very fair addition for Liquid in this tournament and I'm smelling a revenge spot for Liquid in the grand finals against GG ...or they will lose the 4th consecutive finals against them but I do hope Liquid will have a revenge story here.
Let's see if they'll be able to beat Azure Ray by tomorrow. They are the final last hope to beat GG but both teams have the chance to beat them though.
