1041  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler witheld my money for 7 days, with no explanation what so ever on: December 20, 2023, 08:30:19 PM
-snip-
I following each case, especially (Sportbet) issue. Casino will never tell how they check/detect any abused, only to tell you that has been flagged on their system.
Yeah, I've seen most cases are like that when something have been caught as red flag on their user. They won't tell a thing about what was that.

They'll never disclosure the reason and if it's a tough violation, they'll just tell the user that they're banned forever and they still have a chance to withdraw all their funds and that's all.
1042  Other / Off-topic / Re: Mark Zuckerbergs secret underground bunker in Hawaii on: December 20, 2023, 07:56:09 PM
Well, it's been years since I have been watching all of these bunkers title on YouTube about how to hide during a zombie apocalypse.

Zuck can do that and all the other richest person in the world and they can even survive with more pandemics to come. They're all just prepared for that.

With all of that fortune, I might even get one for me where I am totally far from civilization and can still survive with all of those reproducing supplies.

The last that I've heard there is that many native Hawaiians are complaining about that, not sure if that changed or not.
1043  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do NOT overpay your transaction fees. on: December 20, 2023, 07:09:22 PM
Before, we used to check coinmarketcap and preev for Bitcoin's price. But I'm pretty sure that majority of us are now skipping that part and usually goes to mempool to check the fees and I agree that it's needed nowadays of how important to check the fees when you're about to transact.

it's better to send it to exchanges as early as possible to avoid such scenarios and be ready for whatever transactions you want to do later.

If we send to exchange we would pay 20$ fee and if later we wants to again withdraw to our wallet we will pay fee once again. check the binance fee for current time
Exactly, we'll pay double(2x) with the fees for in and out. Plus, we don't hold the keys there.
1044  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you take water intake seriously? on: December 20, 2023, 06:32:36 PM
There is so much benefits for taking water and first, it is one of the necessities that we need for our body.

We can't live without water.

We live for a few days by just in taking water without food.

But I don't know how long a person can survive with food but without having water.

That's how important water is to our bodies and if there are people that don't take it seriously. I don't understand why they don't because it also cleanses our body toxins.
1045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which type of gambling have more gambling addicts ? on: December 20, 2023, 05:54:41 PM
In that case, it varies from individual to individual and what kind of game they are into. Games like slots and dice can be addictive but it is also possible to get bored after a while cause its just the repetition of the same thing over and over again which means I am coming to my point, gambling is addictive and there is no scale to one weigh over the other.
I've felt that and you're right that it depends of what kind of game we are into.

Slots and dice are addictive and the same goes with plinko. Too many games to say on where can we get addicted but when we're used to repetitive actions as you've said.

It's giving the addicting vibes that you want to gamble with it again but if you're the gambler that easily get bored, then you'll hardly get addicted even if you do something again and again.
1046  Other / Off-topic / Re: Good manners and good favour. on: December 20, 2023, 11:55:53 AM
Good manners should be learned and taught first at home. While it's hard to extract and absorb teachings about good manners through books and reading.

It should be directly by somebody that you respect mostly and has been with you at all times. In this case, it is our parents. But for the unfortunate ones, if they don't have their parents with them then whoever has been with them like guardian or someone has took care of them.

Do good manners bring good favour to you since you joined this Bitcointalk.org? Or what do you have to add in this topic to encourage newbies in the aspect of good manners?
Of course and that is to respect everyone's belief. And about the people who are more intelligent that us, if you feel that you are intelligent, no you are not as there's someone here who's more knowledgeable than you.
1047  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What exchanges still accept credit card option? on: December 19, 2023, 11:58:41 PM
Regulations of crypto has been tough in recent months leaving crypto enthusiasts with P2P transaction on most exchanges. Though it's a good and viable option but it's kinda more expensive and not easily friendly especially for newbies like using the normal credit card option. Are there any exchanges still accepting this payment option?
There are some like Binance.

--> https://www.binance.com/en/blog/fiat/can-you-buy-cryptocurrency-with-a-credit-card-421499824684903691

Before doing a transaction, you need to read their terms so that you won't be surprise if there will be hidden fees or what. And check it out through their websites on which exchange you are interested to do the purchase.

Check also your local laws because that could give you some problem with your local bank that don't like integration or transactions made through exchanges.
1048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2023, 11:28:29 PM
Kenneth Lofton Jr. waived by the Grizzlies to give Ja space for his come back. While the Lakers seemingly shows interest on taking him.

What do you think is the future of this kid? He doesn't average a lot in terms of points but there's always room for improvement to this kid.

1049  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Let's share some tips among ourselves. on: December 19, 2023, 10:59:08 PM
News.

It's not a hidden secret anymore about the news and we all know that there have been various Bitcoin ETF applications being made.

And the impact of it to Bitcoin itself is there but we have to wait first. But with just some news about the application and not the ETF itself has been so good.

We're expecting more with the approvals then.
1050  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to teach a child to save? on: December 19, 2023, 10:24:30 PM
Wow, that kid is living the life and maybe his parents have that tough life before and they are doing that to see the better life with their kid.

Well, first don't meddle with other affairs so that you won't get scolded by the parents. Whether you're brothers or sisters to them, just talk to the parents and not to the kid.

Because whatever you give to the kid, they won't mind spending that to all the things they want. The discipline must come from the parents so talk to them.
1051  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler witheld my money for 7 days, with no explanation what so ever on: December 19, 2023, 09:31:27 PM
-snip-
It's getting flag, mostly for sportbet.

It's always like that provider (third-service) have a system flagg, so they have 2 check from bitsler + provider. If you try to abused the platform, or have activity abused (similiar-case) on other casino.

They can know.
I think that they're not yet telling that because they are going through an investigation. Otherwise, that's really the reason of it and you're right.

Well, we've seen these accusations many times that the poster asking for the sentiment of other gamblers but then, there's some abuse that's been done but never mentioned.
1052  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler witheld my money for 7 days, with no explanation what so ever on: December 19, 2023, 08:55:04 PM
Post this on their own thread --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1268718.0

So that baryom and its staff will see your problem there. If there are still no updates as of the moment, maybe that will expedite the process upon bringing up this problem to their own thread.

Looks like that we usually see these on holding of withdrawals because how quite large they are.
1053  Other / Off-topic / Re: All my social media friends don't want to reply me lately, dafuq is going on rn? on: December 19, 2023, 08:17:31 PM
Maybe they're busy with their real world lives and that's why even they read your message, they don't bother to reply.

But if it is all of them that won't bother to reply to you then it means that you might have the problem and they don't like you anymore. Just move on with that and you don't need an approval of them.

Try to friend new friends or talk to your closest relatives.
1054  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not for everyone! on: December 18, 2023, 11:58:53 PM
Those that are lazy and don't want to trade, at least there is an option which is a very effective method that everyone will agree to.

I don't think "lazy" is the word. The fact that a person cannot trade or does not want to be a Bitcoin trader doesn't make him lazy. Like I said, "trading is a skill" and everybody cannot have the same skill.
Well, don't get it wrong mate. It's like that I generalize it and that's for those people like that don't want to trade at all times.

Some people hold Bitcoin and only sell and exchange for fiat when they need fiat, they're not traders.
It's okay not to be a trader.
With such, I still consider them as traders as the actual happens from crypto to fiat although they're not just as active as what we're generalizing as the day traders. But we share the same opinion that it's totally fine whether you are an active trader or not.

Holding, as you said, is a good option too which is relatively less complicated but has its challenges.
Yes, it seems easy but it's not as well. So each of their own has its challenges but we all find holding has easier challenges.
1055  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay discrimination on: December 18, 2023, 11:23:00 PM
Don't worry, there will also be a market correction for them. Look at the jobs in the companies like McDonalds, people don't even want to apply for them anymore.

The pay is too low and they're like asking people to come and apply for them. When most people stopped living the life that they're dreaming of and they set to just live like having a normal life, there's no need to rush and start the dream life that they want.

Life is too stressful today so as these companies that have a lot of pay cut to simple jobs. But anyway, if we can't bear this disadvantage, what we need to do is to upskill.
You make it sound as if the blue-collar worker’s not gonna get hit badly if such “correction” ever comes., you have to keep in mind that the ones at the top of the market are able to just pull the strings and save their asses as the boat sinks. So yeah, before you wish for comeuppance. Make sure that the ones you fight for don’t get hurt in the process.
I'm not saying that, what I am saying is about upskilling. Like having various skills where we can use to survive if ever the other skill and job we're having is hit by correction.

It's more of a preparation because we did saw how the pandemic changed everything and shown everyone what's possible.

Ever wondered why so many companies nowadays are pushing for AI workers, example being those automated servers/waiters in fastfood restos, as well as other automated task processors? This is so they can brace themselves for when blue-collar workers finally mutiny and defect from the current system to fight for their rights. Of course the automation narrative is there, but let’s not kid ourselves.
Yeah, I know that.

But with this innovation, I believe that there's also going to be a production of newer jobs. Though we can't skip that it's a sad thing to see.
1056  Economy / Economics / Re: Used cars and real estate market very volatile and a lot people will fomo in on: December 18, 2023, 10:20:55 PM
Isn't it that the real estate market is still in the bubble even if we've gone through the pandemic for which will make the value of the houses down due to everyone had difficulties with their living when it has started?

I guess things are totally back to the normal but with these high prices of real estates. It's just going to be a matter of time when most people will have the same thought of not buying these expensive real estate that has been priced in by the realtors.

In most places, there should be a suggested pricing in based on the area of it but because of realtors, agents + taxes, sellers are putting a lot of margin from it that's crazy to consider.
1057  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any SEO or Digital Marketers in the house? on: December 18, 2023, 09:49:40 PM
I wouldnt go for AI content generation because google is now developping an algorythm able to distinguish real content than AI generated content so you will be penalized at the end
AI contents varies if what's your niche and if the company allows it. I think for the company that does a lot of contents on a daily basis, these AI produced images are ideal for them.

But you know that engagement comes often from the real world interaction and people that have generated the content. While it is making people's job easily.

You'll see the relevance of AI made from real person made contents. I'd still say that real person made content is still the best way to market and engage with your audience.
1058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing bitcoin to the orphans on my birthday on: December 18, 2023, 09:06:20 PM
Advance Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year to you OP and to everyone. Also, happy birthday.

Wow, you did an amazing job for having this thought of going to the orphanage and shared not just knowledge and food but also love. Keep it up and continue doing charity work as it will bring back more to you.
1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: December 18, 2023, 03:52:56 PM
They came from the bottom of being 0-2 and then swept back GG into 3-2. That was actually a hype grand finals to be honest. I've never seen such game like this when we know that the other team was the strongest in the world for this year.
Same, a well-deserved win for Azure Ray when Gaimin Gladiators is always like the final boss for most teams from the lower bracket. Now, we wait a few months for the Dreamleague tournament.  Wink
Exactly.

Next is going to be DreamLeague and I think that we'll still a lot of shuffles from teams to teams. There are more orgs coming into the Dota 2 scene that came from the CS2 community.

I think this is another exciting year that awaits us. For the meantime, there are regional small tournaments that everyone can check.
1060  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a quick rich and get poorer investment. on: December 18, 2023, 11:25:18 AM
bitcoin same another platform trading high risk high return, so not get fast rich
same platform saham, forex and more.
What's saham?

must have high skill, if have not skill you can't rich but posible you cab poor investment online trading
The high skill that you're talking about is being a risk taker and having the money to invest. Having that requirements will be enough for you to start investing on Bitcoin.

And let the waves of your investment through it flow to the market and go back to you. It's not quick and easy but, it's genuine asset.
