2602  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MinerTechnologies.com - MTCH1, MTCH2, ASM1 for sell and cloud mining available on: June 04, 2014, 05:22:26 AM
Care to show some proof of the 100k chips order?

Refund from scammers? Hard to have them both.

What mining equipment are you using for your cloud contracts?

Im waiting for answer now from dreamchips, I don't believe they will ruin their reputation by saying we are not making business with them. If I will not receive answer in 6 hours, I will give all asked information about our deal with them.

Our old chip designer have lawsuit from us, so I guess we will get the money from them which they owe.

For cloud mining we are using our servers which are displayed in main page.

From being from the UK, your English seems be of Eastern Europe. Even the lower class in GB don't say "making business" oppose to "doing business". Also, it's "If I don't receive an answer in 6 hours," oppose to "If I will not receive answer in 6 hours,".

And, what the heck is this?: Our old chip designer have lawsuit from us,...

Yous not British, boy!

I just went to the site to order a MTCH1 miner which is in stock by the looks of it and the order now button goes to "https://minertechnologies.com/minertechnologies.com" and it's the same for the MTCH2 miner. This looks like a website made by kslaughter. Stupid scams.

I'm sure it costs a pretty penny to keep BTCG up and running as stable as he does.

On a different topic, luck wise.. Eligius is smoking hot right now.  More than compensates for that 14 hour block we had not that long ago.

10 blocks: 161%
12 hours: 112%
24 hours: 152%
7 days: 115%
30 days: 101%
90 days: 95%

Any way to get these kind of numbers by myself and not calculating from the Blocks page?

You could get 3Th/s shipped from stock until last week for only $5,600+shipping.

What's the big deal ?  You could get 3TH of in-stock S2 with free shipping last week for $4950 and you wouldn't need hearing protectors or asbestos gloves. If you're not too worried about power, 15 S1 OC'd to 393.75 will get you 3TH at a LOT less.

I'm amused by the way SP talk about spreading the hash then build equipment that you wouldn't want in your home or small office.

The big deal is that the Neptune isn't worth the money right now. 3TH for 10k+$ is simply not worth it.

SP10 is for a DC or for the garage/basement.

Currently , S2 is much more expensive and with much higher consumption.

SP10 is ~ .89kw/th, SP2 is ~ 1kw/th . I wouldn't call that much higher consumption.
How much extra do you pay to host a SP10 in a datacenter ?
Re price: ask and ye shall be surprised …

SP10 can do 0.7kw/th. SP2 can't do that.

All in stock SP10 were ordered.
Next production run is mid June.

If there will be cancellation or non paying, we'll open "immediate delivery" stock.

Closing this GB since items are out of stock! Thank you everyone!.

Any underclocking settings?

Yes you can underclock in Advanced, I think 400Mhz is the bottom end of the range. Once you got there you could test voltages to find the lowest you could undervolt I guess.

Thank you, but I am lazy. I was looking for something like 600Mhz - XXX voltage; 500 Mhz - YYY voltage and so on. I don't have the time and the mood to start testing. Not right now. Maybe at 30 bil diff Smiley

You are happy that KnCs competes with you as a customer ?

Competition is part of life.

You may dislike Spongebob for several reasons, but they arenot competing with customers,  more responsive and offering good deals as well.

I don't dislike Spondoolies. They seem like they are a very customer focused company with an ok product. I dislike the way some Spondoolies resellers operate. IMO they bring Spondoolies as a company into disrepute.

When I read your posts I'm not sure whether you got paid for posting stuff like this or it is some kind of Stockholm syndrome.
Get me right, you are welcome since it's boring

Wrong. But i am glad my posts are entertaining. Just wait till KNC ships the Neptune if you want some real entertainment.

~L)L~

Resellers? As far as I know SP-Tech doesn't have any resellers. I'm just a happy customer who wants them to succeed. I was a KnC happy customer last autumn until they ditched the customers who funded all of their operations.

If KnC doesn't ship a 5+Th/s Neptune then it's game over for their customers. 3Th/s for 10k+$ is just shit right now and you are better of with a refund. You could get 3Th/s shipped from stock until last week for only $5,600+shipping. No reason to pay 10k$ for 3Th/s with unknown delivery.

Remember that you are the only "customer" that is pro-KnC. Nobody else that is active here is satisfied with KnC.

Do you know the tax/duty on imports to germany ?

best regards

Hektek

No idea. Usually computers are tax free, but you have to pay VAT.

You have updated the speed to 1.4-1.45 Thash. Is the June batch going to consist of faster ASICS? I have yet to break 1.35 with my SP10 even with 18 degree intake temps.

Always take specs with +-10%. Being on 110V will always bring you less hashrate when dealing with SP10. The miner is able to hash with 1.4-1.45Th/s, but with proper power (220V). If you really miss the hashrate then just colocate the miner. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=622998.0 plenty to choose from

2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: June 03, 2014, 08:35:15 PM

Dude, get your quotes straight please. My equipment orders are none of your business. I'm a guy who believes in fair play and I don't like the way you and your gang of thugs promote your Spondoolies interests at the expense of other people. How many Neptune customers did you talk into canceling and taking Super-Bloopers anyway ?

Will you be honoring SP30 refund requests ?

So you either don't have a Neptune pre-order or you are a KnC employee. Ok we got that covered.

Now explain me the fair play in KnC's statement of NOT mining with more than 5% of their sold hashrate. Where is the fair play when they are mining with 10% of the TOTAL hashrate?

I hope I convinced a lot of Neptune customers to cancel their order because I DO believe in fair play and I want the best as a miner. Please explain me why would a Neptune customer keep his pre-order when he could get more than 4x the hashrate for the same money? 10k$=1x 3TH/s Neptune vs 2x 6TH SP30 (delivered just one and a half month later if they deliver this month) Ex-squeeze me if I prefer to get 12 TH/s in August for 10k$ than to get 3Th/s at the start of July.

About what? About the fact that the LIED when they said they will self-mine with max 5% of what they sold? About not issuing refunds via bank transfers? About shipping crap FrankJupiters?

 … such whining …

Sorry you aren't the only person mining bitcoin now. Did you ever think you would be ?

You're just worried that when KNC ships a killer Neptune product next month that all your SP30 customers are going to want a refund.
What, no refunds on SP30 pre-orders ?

I can live with the fact that I'm not the only person mining bitcoin, but I can't live with the ~8PH that KnC has in their datacenter (which at this moment is ~10%) which means that all their customers get less revenue.

It seems that you don't want to share how many Neptunes you have on pre-order. Or you are just a shill talking out of his ass without a Neptune ordered?

I don't think ken cares about his supporters. Me and many others tried to warn you about ken's moves, but you and other shareholders had blind faith in him. I have absolutely no idea why, but you definitely learned a lesson. A costly lesson!

I see that ken is a lot more active now after he is in trouble than he was before when you people were supporting him while he was ignoring all decent requests about the company. He had money flowing in and he just didn't care. This company was meant to crash. It was just a matter of time.

Great, not very formal coming from a news article. Might be cheaper to sue if your correct!

Good thing you have your Jupiters because this imploded as expected and as predicted.

Ken,

Can you give some information about the future prospects of the business so investors can decide to keep their shares or have them reimbursed.

Assuming all investors shares are reimbursed for those who choose so, what then for the rest of the company?

What are your plans?

What are the prospects?

After all this mess why do you still plan to work with ken?

Ken,

-Will the company continue?

-Why is the company in a good position?

Yes, this is just a bump in the road.

Don't worry people the custom chip will be out in a few weeks and this company will go to da moon!

2615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: June 03, 2014, 08:11:09 PM
I would like to jump in.

RoadStress, what makes you think anybody cares what you think ?

Is Spondoolies shipping hearing protectors and asbestos gloves with every SP10 now ?

Don't worry I don't care what you think either, but there are people who care what I think about you and about your words so that's enough.

No need to ship with hearing protectors because my SP10s are going to a cheap DC Smiley How many Neptunes you have on pre-order?

Welcome to my ignore.

At last ! Free from the rancorous and snide gaze of the Spondoolies shill.

Now maybe we can have a fact based and thoughtful conversation about KNC.

2616  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 03, 2014, 04:13:27 PM
June batch is what 30 PH? $0.2/GH production cost, sell at $0.35 GH, leaves $0.15/GH profit. Total profit for June batch of $4.5 M. Assume half of that gets reinvested in future batches/gen 4 (as has all the money from prior months). That leaves $2.25 M. At $650/ BTC, that's ~3500 bitcoins, which comes out to 0.00875 btc per share. I dunno if a July batch is planned but by then the selling price will be way lower again, leaving little profit if any.

So about 0.01 btc per share is probably about the most total dividend one could possibly expect for now, until gen 4.

Good work! Although slightly too pessimistic, in fact!  Smiley
The June batch is supposed to be about 67 PH/s, thus costs about $13.4m. We can, in fact, pay for the batch with the revenue from the May batch. But you are right that - given a profit of $0.15/GH/s - we only make a surplus of $10.05m (revenue of $23.45m - production cost of $13.4m). If we paid that out in total, we'd get 0.0386 BTC/share. If we reinvested half of the profits, we'd be at 0.0193 BTC/share.
If we reinvested half of the total revenue, we'd be at 0.0225 BTC/share. The key is to find the sweet spot.

And July batch is 100+PH/s right? This sounds like the house bubble...
2617  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: June 03, 2014, 02:55:23 PM
I was just trying to find out why would FC settle for ~0.2$/Gh profit when I think that he could get more. If hashratio has the same 0.2$/Gh profit then doesn't that mean that by producing his own miners FC could get at least 0.4$/Gh as profit?

It is $0.3/gh profit.

And a few reasons why they wouldn't want to sell complete miners would be because it would require tons of extra funds/manpower, and it also creates a situation where AM is directly competing with it's partners.

It's much easier to just ship out chips and let the asic builders tear eachother apart.

Also there is no way AM would have been able to produce anywhere near 8ph worth of complete miners in a month.

I haven't read the reports, but I some people suggested that production cost is 0.2$/GH and they sold for 0.4$/GH. Only one version is the correct one. Which one is it?

Why not build miners the same as his distributors and sell them for the same price? They have the capacity since they did it in the past. Why have miners on the market in July from them when you could have direct miners from AM in June? Not maximizing profits again.

Well, it's common that old products are sold until there is no market anymore.
It seems like there is still a market for mining companies that do not deliver/fulfill (orders/promises).
I would not bet on FC anymore. Who knows what he's doing actually?

Are there any people who actually know what's going on in the company? (besides FC ofc)

I've never seen so much misinformation in one post.
Who exactly will be using these chips other than miners?
Our "dividends" were turned in to wafers worth 2.5 times their cost.
The earnings were not spent on development.
The profit margin might be reducing but it won't be below $0.3/gh.
AM just doubled assets per share in one month. Not a bad business plan if you ask me.

Well there is misinformation in your post too don't worry. For miners who won't sell. What is the invested wafers won't sell? Back to 0 dividends again.
Proof of at least 0.3$/gh profit margin?
Doubled assets per share means nothing from nothing if you will "reinvest" next month too into wafers worth 10 times their cost.

To moderators AND ADMINS
Guys,
Please do a simple ip check if the thread creator is posting from same ip used in AMT MINERS ACCOUNTS
IF YES JUST LET FOLKS KNOW.
I MEAN IT REALY.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE
And if this turns out to be same ip used from amt bring this evidence to the court agains AMT
That's not going to happen. Only law enforcement would get admins to reveal IP information.

Admins don't need to reveal IP information. They just need to point that both accounts are from the same ip so they are the same person/user. But we all know that won't happen because Thermos supports scammers.
You should message Theymos about that, maybe he'll check it for you.

I'll let loshia do it. I just felt the need to clarify things.

you missed the part where they built a massive 'datorhall' with intent to build two more, then?

No, I didn't miss that.

And I didn't miss the fact that you take every opportunity you can, and then some, to slander and slur KNC while shilling for Spondoolies.

I would buy from KNC before I bought from a company which allowed people like you to pimp for them any day.

~L)L~

I would like to jump in. Why accuse raskul of shilling for Spondoolies when he was talking about the KnC DC? I have no problem with you criticizing posts that at least mention the name Spondoolies, but I'm pissed too about their big ass DC and I'm sure many other customers are. I had 2 Neptunes on order until last month. Got my refund last month. How many Neptune you have on pre-order? Because if you have some then you are a rare breed. Most posters from here got their refunds.
