2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Hold is Gold on: March 04, 2022, 11:54:59 PM
I Holded Doge for almost 6 months it doesn’t rise as much was expected,i shift to c98 it’s also on downfall ,cause the father of all the coins BTC is also in dip ,now i am on hold of the c98 and expecting for its Shine,i think luck matters alot in trading not only Good knowledge.
your mistake is to change your dogecoin assets to tokens that are still immature in the market...

if I'm not mistaken, C98 is relatively new so it's very difficult to analyze the price movement. btw luck does have an important role in trading but if you only rely on luck when trading then you are gambling not trading.
2762  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How weird is it to borrow money and invest into Bitcoin? on: March 04, 2022, 09:20:41 PM
I Don't support borrowing money from others source and invest into cryptocurrencies because cryptocurrencies market always uncertain in nature and don't realize how the cryptocurrencies market be stabled? So if I get losses in borrow money, then how can pay my borrow money?
but if you borrow money to buy when the market is bearish, it's really a very wise move...

the crypto market will never be stable but if you can take advantage of opportunities when the market is bearish then I can assure you that you will make big profits. the price of Bitcoin on 22/1/2022 was around $35k and the current price of btc is $39k, just imagine how much profit you can get if you make a loan to buy bitcoin at the price of $35k ago.
2763  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 29 Year Old Legend In Crypto Trading on: March 03, 2022, 04:52:15 PM
...
Might be the same interview we watched, as he said, his journey of making billions has revolve around donating majority of them to the charity. He only! said that, what motivate him to make money is so he has enough to give out. He also lives very simple life. He doesn't have all the luxury stuff people with his kind of weath posses for themselves. He's one of the early few that made millions trading Bitcoin through arbitrage.
...
how he manages money and virtue, that's really amazed me...

a lot of new or old rich people out there who waste their money and don't want to do charity, they think it's better for them to use the money for their satisfaction (spree). with a great contribution to social as well as crypto, I'm sure in the future FTX will surpass Binance.
2764  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: March 03, 2022, 04:43:22 PM
I don't think it's the right idea, that's just a gambling platform so for me, I will continue to support a gambling site even if it's operating from Russia, but now 1xbit or 1xbet for sure as I am not using them due to their reputation. That's just my personal thoughts, we are free to do anything we want though.
my thoughts are the same as yours...

I don't care if a gambling site is from russia or not because I believe the majority of gambling business people who run their business globally don't like putin attacking ukraine. a businessman from russia said that he lost a lot of money because of putin's attack, if their voices could be heard then they would scream for the invasion to be stopped.
2765  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Prediction for March!! on: February 28, 2022, 06:42:35 PM
...

When the war broke out, there was a drop in bitcoin price, and now it has started to rise again. War was not the only reason for the decline, it was expected to fall anyway. But I started to feel a little better after today's rise, prices may go up again even if there is no news of peace.
I think March will be a good month for all cryptocurrencies. Prices that have been falling for a few months may be back to normal and we may see a stronger bitcoin Smiley
there is another issue that says if in March the price of Bitcoin will fall because the FED raises interest rates...

a lot of things happened in February that the issue made the price of Bitcoin go down, and soon we will enter March. we must be prepared for whatever happens to the price of Bitcoin in this month. I also think the same as you, Bitcoin price will strengthen this month, regardless of no peace agreement (Russia-Ukraina) or FED interest rate issues.
2766  Economy / Economics / Re: Sanctions left and right, Can the Russian economy survive? on: February 28, 2022, 06:16:18 PM
With the Russian invasion of Ukraine, almost all sectors & big businesses in Russia have been hit with huge Sanctions against them both from the United States, the United Kingdom and other internationally related bodies. Sanctions have hit the Russian central bank, other small russian banks, big business and companies in Russia from airlines to manufacturing have been affected as well and many assets private and government owned has been frozen.

-Do you think Russia can survive, and how can they survive the harsh economic realities that they are about to experience? Are the sanctions sufficient to push Putin into a decision to stop the invasion?
Russia has a very rich close friend that is China, and I heard that the trade between the two countries was very stable during this invasion...

surely putin has a mature plan in the invasion of ukraine this time, he has already predicted about the sanctions that will be imposed on russia. The economic sanctions imposed by the US and Britain will not have a strong impact on Russia as long as there is China to support them. an international political analyst said that the russian invasion this time was not aimed at completely controlling ukraine, it was just a bluff so that the current ukraine president would not be too obedient to NATO and the US.
2767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance donates $10 million to support Ukraine on: February 28, 2022, 05:59:34 PM
Russian people do not want war.
Ukranian people do not want war.
People from Belarus do not want war.
Therefore at the end of the day we have to understand that it's the sick political situation that makes everything worse for people that they end up in a horrible situation. I had to run from Ukraine 3 days back from Ivano frankivsk and stand on the border for hours before they let me in with my 2 cats. What Russia is doing is horrible. All my savings, my house that I rent everything is now gone. I do hope people continue to make sure gracious donations because Ukraine does need it. NATO is not going to help and WW3 can be there any moment, I literally do not know what's going to happen now.
hearing your story, it really breaks my heart, may god safe you...

only mentally ill people want chaos, everyone wants to live peacefully and without tension. binance is very generous in making donations with that much money, hopefully, it will be useful for war victims. I also continue to pray for the members of this forum who are from Ukraine or Russia, may all of you stay in the protection of god.

2768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest in new project? on: February 28, 2022, 05:21:25 PM
hello everyone
i hope you all are doing great I noticed many times the crypto project according to some events always grow like in last few days the project on metaverse is really trending everyone join these projects and everyone makes good profit just because Facebook talks about the metaverse. According to this analysis there is a project named Valentine.finance on BSC and they will be launch on 14th of Feb means on valentine's day and i guess due to project nature there is a chance to earn handsome profit so i a thinking to participate in their presale but i am afraid of losing money.so I need suggestions may be you guys know better than me. i also share whitepaper and website link
Whitepaper: https://valentine.finance/whitepaper.pdf
Website: https://valentine.finance/
why should you invest in a new defi when currently there are many defi whose price is down more than 70% of their ATH...

for example, $cake, $uni and $banana, the prices of all three have dropped drastically from ATH, if you have funds now then just buy all three, you will not lose, instead of buying tokens from new projects that don't have a good reputation and history.
2769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Price Enter the $30k Area? on: February 28, 2022, 05:02:34 PM
I don't think the bitcoin price will go down to the $30k area. although the last few days, the price of bitcoin had fallen to the range of $35k, now the price of bitcoin has increased again and the price of bitcoin is trading again in the range of $39k. I believe that in the near future the target price for bitcoin will be in the $42k-$45k range.

If Fed keeps increasing rates we might see BTC drop to 30 K. And if FEDs increase rates by 50 BPM in mid of march, There is more probability to BTC to test 30K level.

Quote
Williams, who serves as vice chairman of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), said the US central bank could slow down or move faster. "But I don't see the need to do that (raise interest rates by a large amount) in the first place," he said.

I am pessimistic that the FED will raise interest rates in March because many high-ranking officials have rejected it...

Apart from that, there is no guarantee that an increase in interest rates from FED will cause the Bitcoin price to fall below $30k. Now investors are not so worried about the interest rate issue because they definitely will hodl their BTC assets.
2770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the meme coin still worth holding on: February 28, 2022, 04:50:19 PM
...

Timing is your friend, if you sell your meme with good profits you are really lucky,

While those who got stuck because of the hypes, it's a tough call for them whether to hold longer or sell it up and try to
reinvest with other assets.

There are still investors and traders who continue to chase meme asset, those who are willing to risk their money or someone
who loves playing with the fluctuations.
that's true, to be honest, I feel lucky to sell my dogecoin when the price is high...

I also ever a stuck feeling when buying because of the hype, mixed feelings, should I sell or buy again!  but I choose to buy again, many people also suggest that if we are stuck because buying at a high price, the best way is to wait for the price to go down and then buy more.
2771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin likely won't recover until 2025 on: February 28, 2022, 04:31:38 PM
The market cycle is bound to happen, but I think 2025 is still too long, imo. Seeing that crypto is now increasingly mainstream, there will be many people who want to invest if crypto is still profitable. and it will make the cycle process possible faster
if we follow the history of the 4 year halving then it is very possible that the Bitcoin price will touch ATH again in 2025...

but now I see it's different, we can't use the halving history as a benchmark anymore because there's been a lot of good news that welcomes Bitcoin, and more than one country has regulated Bitcoin. I personally am not sure about the prediction of bitcoin coming back in 2025, I am sure this year we will see another bitcoin ATH.
2772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Only invest an amount you can afford to lose" on: February 28, 2022, 10:07:42 AM
"Only invest an amount you can afford to lose."

Probably one of the most common advice I've heard when it comes to investing in bitcoin; and I've used it a lot of times too. But honestly, in our current situation where fiat is getting printed like hell, I started to use that statement less and less. It just seems that holding bitcoin is now totally necessary.

Don't get me wrong, we should still be heavily educating people when it comes to proper investing in general with DCA-ing and probably not going all-in on one go and stuff, but I think bitcoin is a lot less risky of an investment now compared to the past few years despite it still being volatile.

Thoughts? Opinions?
those who are smart today definitely choose to invest in bitcoin over other types (gold or property)...

Bitcoin is indeed very volatile but if we want to make big profits, volatile assets are what we need the most. just compare the growth of gold, property assets around you with the growth of bitcoin in the last 10 years then I am sure you all will see Bitcoin -> the most extraordinary price growth.
2773  Other / Meta / Re: Why I love Bitcointalk! on: February 28, 2022, 08:40:45 AM
I love bounty sector's also , I can earn something while discover the forum.
You can earn something, that's true. But what that something is, that's open for discussion. Most of the time, it will amount to nothing. That something won't get listed or you wont be able to sell it because there wont be a market for it. No one wants to buy it because it doesn't solve anything. You can't spend it or use it as payment because no one accepts it.
this forum is a place to get treasure...

the treasure I mean 'knowledge as well as money'. I like to have discussions, especially with constructive discussions, having a good discussion while being paid is an amazing experience. I didn't find any forum like this out there, really Bitcoin is someone's life changer.
2774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the meme coin still worth holding on: February 27, 2022, 08:37:32 PM
for those who are stuck buying memecoins at high prices, then hodl is something they have to do so they don't lose a lot of money...

I used to buy Dogecoin, but luckily I immediately sold it when it was at $0.5, I immediately sold it at that price because I already made a big profit. Coinmeme is not suitable for long term because we don't know when it will be bullish, much better just invest in btc,bnb or eth.
2775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 27, 2022, 08:16:12 PM
About Serie A, a big opportunity this evening Napoli but they have a hard opponent against.

if Napoli want to shift the position of inter then napoli must win...

but I'm sure lazio will not disappoint, they have ambitions to shift Atalanta's position from the standings. I have a hard time predicting which team will win because both of them IMO have the same strength.
2776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 27, 2022, 07:56:07 PM
Augsburg is still not strong enough to win today's match against Dortmund, but it is possible that Augsburg can score an equalizer because there is still enough time. A draw is enough for Augsburg to get out of the relegation zone for a while although I admit it is a difficult task, if Augsburg only relies on counter-attacks I think Dortmund is still very likely to score another goal in this match.
frankly, I don't believe it turns out that the result will end in "draw"...

after gregoritsch was replaced by Bazee, immediately the pattern of augusburg's game changed. Luckily the assist from Maier was maximized well by Bazee so that Augsburg equaled the score. the result of this match adds to the list of bad performances of dortmund.
2777  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Online Casino Bonus for Crypto Players at Casitsu Online Casino on: February 27, 2022, 05:09:05 PM
I really like the ninja icon on the casitsu site...

but it's a shame like the OP is not very active on this forum, it's been almost a month and only made 1 post. even though I want to ask about their VIP program, is the free spin bonus given every day to members who have reached the available level?
2778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kraken CEO give a heads up to carefully use CEX on: February 27, 2022, 04:48:30 PM
Not your keys Not your coins.
I really think every APP and wallet should start with that. Let people know that yes you can keep your BTC anyplace they want. But, if it's not local to them then it's not theirs.
I just bought some BTC to trade, and I left it on the exchange. I know the risks. How many people do not? Sad

-Dave
got "freeze" is quite a serious threat to those who store their crypto assets on CEX...

but I also can't deny, that I keep some of my assets for trading on CEX, I know the risks too but I still believe Binance and kucoin will be responsible for the assets which I put on their exchange.
2779  Economy / Economics / Re: War requires three things on: February 27, 2022, 08:36:37 AM
According to Napoleon, wars require just three things: "money, money and money". - this is probably not a true quote. "The sinews of war are infinite money" - this is attributed to Cicero and is probably true, " The first and most imperative necessity in war is money" - from Ida Turbel.... well I am sure you get the idea.

My question to the forum is how does Putin intend to make the war of aggression against Ukraine be eventually profitable?
Since the beginning of Putin's attack on Ukraine, he must understand very well what sanctions Russia will receive...

China itself has informed Russia that it can continue to trade normally without worrying about sanctions from other countries. The trade between the two countries must have given Russia a very large amount of money, so that's why he is not afraid of economic sanctions from countries that are members of NATO.
2780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 27, 2022, 08:28:35 AM

Yesterday Everton played well. It seemed they had a game plan and were pressing City quite well in my opinion. Also City were also lucky with their goal plus they were also lucky with the hand ball. Otherwise that match would have been a draw for sure. I am sure Lampard will be happy with the way how they played against City despite loss.
while watching the everton vs man city match yesterday, I doubted whether man city would be able to win in the derby later...

Man City's next opponent is Man Utd, since Man City's defeat to Tottenham, it's clear that Man City's game pattern has changed slightly. if man city lost in the derby later, we can be sure that Liverpool's steps to become the leader of the standings are wide open.
