I cannot help but to think that these protests are not only against how women are treated and considered as second class and made into robots, but also due to the general economic situation of the country.
Seeing the increasing number of demonstrations taking place in Iran, I can see that the majority of the people there (especially women) are fed up with the orthodox rules, women need to feel beautiful and free with their own choices. Women should be wives, and treated with respect as the weaker partner.  you must be a good husband  just want to add that I watched a video a few days ago where it says that the Iranian government is planning on cutting internet connections in parts of Iran in an attempt to silence people from spreading what's happening.
