It looks like 4NEW got a very good rating from ICOMarks, they got a 7.9 Rating overall and they even scored a 9.0 for their team profile! https://icomarks.com/ico/4newWhat does the Domain score mean ? They got a 6 for that, and everything else is very high. Why did they get that low on Domain score ? A 7.9 is not that bad nice. I’m pretty sure that domain is if they liked the domain name lol. Some of these ico reviews really are a joke or at least the weighting on some of their metrics. In some of them weighting of silly things outweighs really important things like the actual idea behind an ico. In the end best thing to do is make your own judgements on ICOs and not rely on random internet strangers reviews haha. For me it is also a joke, but i must admit that there are also serious reviews available on the internet. My advise is to always rate it for yourself. Do some research ! That is very important. 4NEW is far better project and it deserves more rating than what ICOMark has given. I have seen other reviews as well and overall I see good ratings for 4NEW I don't actually like ico rating site's as i believe most of them don't actually know what they are doing. They just do it for publicity sake. Or worse, they make a rating depending on how much a project is willing to pay for it. I am neither a fan of such sites, but it seems like they are a good way to attract new investors. Otherwise, we wouldn't see new rating sites appear this often. True. That's one thing they are good at.. But mostly they attract noobs who do not know anything about ico and are lazy researchers. I just checked their Twitter page and they are not very active it is better to stay active as the supporters and investors of a project watch everything everyday to know if it is going good or not.
Yea. That's a good advice friend. I hope the team finds this and heed to it. When a project is not active in a certain platform, some investors might definitely think that the project is inactive. Agreed especially when it comes to twitter it’s one of the easiest forms of distributed advertising as it’s such an easy way for investors and interested parties to just retweet a post and it goes from their spreading but if the team isn’t actively posting quality new tweets theirs nothing to retweet and the chances are it won’t go as viral. I think it can be managed. There is plenty of time to make things happen. I think more developers should know about this. At least for me this is something I think would really aid the open source community. I think they can easily make it. Softcap is not at all an issue. My only concern is why it is too slow? May be team needs to promote a lot in other channels as well. That will help them for sure. They will make it.. But more job need to be done to spread the word about the project and their aim plus what they have achieved. This project is a project that has no expiration. It is always the same after an ICO, one immediately finds sellers on etherdelta. So I'll look around there once :-) That's really a pity. Some people just don't know how to recognize a good project and stick with it. They always prefer to short time rewards which are most times small Is this true? NCR is already in etherdelta? Kinda sucks that this ico is over it seemed to really be gaining steam then again the fact that the ICOs over and things were gaining steam means that when it reaches exchanges demand should still be pretty high which should drive prices up. Means investors should be able to see a hefty return once that happens. Fact that the team didn’t give away many tokens and supply is rather limited means prices should remain strongly above ico pricing

Well for selfish reasons I would say Binance  , I high doubt we'll see a down trend of price once ContractNet get listed, this is kind of project once listed the price takes an up trend.
