281  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 01, 2024, 07:11:32 PM
Is it currently better not to register there?
I am looking for a new bookie. The selection of bets looks good.
In my experience, Roobet is one of the best casino that I played in (sportsbook or casino games). Never had an issue playing on their site and the support is responsive if you have concern, so try it for yourself. But as others have said, there's a mandatory level 1 kyc, need to fill a basic details.

roobet is doing great with the marketing campaigns here in the forum, glad they keep it up after so many weeks.
Indeed. They became well known here because of their different marketing strategies (sig campaign, contests, games etc.) the reason why they became popular. Though they already lessen their promotions as well as their sig participants.

what are the games you're playing more often? Lucky or skill games?
do you find some strong lucky-based game that also have a component of skill?

yes, I can see that they keep their presence strong here on bitcointalk, I just question myself how important is it for them I mean, if it's really effective for their marketing or more something they do out of valuing the community here, wanting to give back, principles, I don't know...

What you ask is very interesting, because there are people who confuse games of luck with games of reality. The other day I was talking to a friend who likes to play roulette a lot, but of course in a physical casino, roulette for me is talent given at random, but as he plays and wins because he has his own strategies, this is something that we must see , because we cannot think that we have the skill in a roulette game, or that what we do is obligatory and that he wins, no, that It's not like that, I love roulette, what was roulette is what I play the most in a Physical casino site, so given these things I can't say that I have a lot of luck in these places, no, these are skill games for me. They are poker and black jack, because you have to combine decisions with strategy and some chance, but it is not all random, well unless it is played and Absolutely nothing comes out , if that happens then no way.

But in the order that things happen in a casino , the game of poker Always has a lot to do with strategies and that is why poker is so good, in fact I have friends who are chess players, which were on the team. from the university and they are very good, and they have Currently given up chess a bit because they have discovered that in poker they can make more money than playing chess, so these are things that make me think, because a chess player knows a lot about strategies, and They can apply everything a lot to be able to win in poker, I don't know how well they do at that, because I didn't ask them much, but they told me that they are dedicated to that, I don't know, but I think they personally play at tables and that since their houses, in the casinos that are seeing things like this to make a great platform because it is something that can happen , although I have not seen a casino that suits me with its poker game, maybe I am Used to something Else.

interesting to put poker and chess on the same "bucket" as strategy, and I agree that both require skill but they are very different
chess always has the best move and you get good by knowing what is the best move to do at a given moment
on poker it's more about odds and bluffing could change everything (you can win without a good hand)

curious to hear your friends strategies on the roulette since this is way more luck, are the strategies related to bankroll management?

283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's winning more casinos or gamblers? on: February 29, 2024, 08:54:04 PM
Sole gamblers can win over the casino but that’s the minority
Probably not even 10%
The casino needs some big winners to attract players and to use it as marketing
But don’t be fooled
The house is still the biggest beneficiary
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it ethical to break your gambling rules on: February 29, 2024, 08:41:10 PM
So this led me to ask the general public if I am gambling too much, although this excess didn't affect my finances in any way since I still managed to come out with little winning at the end of the day and at some level, my losses are still below 30 percent of my set out money.

Try to look at all sides. Maybe you just think that you are not currently in excessive gambling just because you can still manage your finances but in reality, there are unnoticeable things you just missed to point out. Anyway, the fact that you are in still control and able to post that issue here, it means you are all good, somehow.

The best thing to consider now is to take a break from gambling since I think you are confused too much about your current gambling situation. It's better to gamble once you don't have any issues or concerns as that might affect your gambling experience instead of just focusing on making a profit while having fun. Having such worries might result in a distraction.

Some addictions are slow to install themselves but once they’re rooted in your habits they’re hard to break
This is something really important to remember and take care

It’s not only about whether you make or lose money, there are other factors to consider

287  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: February 28, 2024, 01:12:23 PM
<snip>
After all, Duelbits has already said several times that user funds are safe, so I don't think there's any need to discuss this in the thread even though the money doesn't seem small to us, it's still not something complicated for Duelbits to convince its users that all user money is really safe and not there is even a slight loss, so that is what we have to emphasize to ourselves and be sure that they will not leave anyone here and continue to play as usual looking for profits in every game.

I think it's true what you said that it's best to forget about it because Duelbits didn't close their site with this hacking problem and everything is safe and even looks fine, so just believe in Duelbits, get back focused and get back to playing is what we need to do now don't continue discussing hacking, where we know that many big sites have had attacks like that and not only Duelbits has experienced it, so keep going back to gambling now focus on getting other profits, I'm sure everything will be fine and there's nothing that needs to be done. worry  Grin
That's why there's no need to worry about things whose nature has been explained wisely by the duelbits.
Continuing to discuss this issue in this thread will only be spam and if that happens, this is certainly not what we want.
It is very important to choose a large and reputable casino before playing. Duelbits has it all.

I hope this is the last one unless there are problems experienced by players then we will solve them here.

I agree we could move on for other topics as well

does duelbits have a transparency page on earnings kind like rollbit? asking out of curiosity would be interesting to know that...
since a lot of the things are possible to track via dune analytics like deposits/withdrawals
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: February 28, 2024, 01:01:24 PM
this is the effect of gambling addiction and it is very real, even his own family is willing to blackmail him just because he is addicted to gambling, but if we gamble responsibly we will avoid the dangers of the effects of gambling addiction

Yeah, but that is the tricky thing for a lot of people.

You can also just say drink responsibly, but that doesn't mean you will immediately have less alcoholics.

It is a difficult thing to get rid of if you have that addiction.

It takes time as well.

yes, some habits are deeply engrained in our souls, it takes time, work and effort to correct them
not everyone is willing to do so or will have the necessary powers and support network to suceed.

it's definitely easier for some than others...

Exato.

I see this times as exciting too and I'm optimistic for the future
we haven't seen something like that before
people will have to learn to verify everything they see online because you now simply can't trust that a video or image you see online really happened or not.
crazy

This really is something incredible.

I am starting to think that this is a bit like the transition from web 1.0 to web 2.0.

In the web 1.0 only specialized people could generate content for it, whereas in the web 2.0 anyone could create and post content.

Same now with digital art. Images, videos, etc. Before only specialized people could do it, now anyone can create them.

It's a game changer.

definitely a game changer
DSLRs did it too, to some extent, before producing cinemas was reserved for those with money because the equipment was expensive and hard to operate
DSLRs democratized access

AIs will do that too
it's the era of the idea

292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much does it cost to have your own Casino? on: February 27, 2024, 04:29:12 PM
Probably varies a lot depending on what are the games you want your casino to have. I heard sports betting books are harder to maintain and that they don’t have only up days with some days going negative too

Really interesting topic. Will keep an eye on it
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it ethical to break your gambling rules on: February 27, 2024, 03:44:36 PM
I think it’s a good idea to think about what are the reasons you had to put this rule at first. Was it to avoid developing the habit? Or for some other reason?

if you’re having a good time than it’s probably not a problem as long as you feel it won’t go out of control
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: February 27, 2024, 02:53:10 PM

Gambling and drug addiction are difficult to overcome. Dopamine is a sneaky drug that makes the brain want more. However, your point about gambling addiction being easy to treat is somewhat true. Psychological control versus physiological chain; mental resolve versus chemical needs. The "big win" idea attracts gamblers financially. Financial sandpit. The key? Financial literacy and budgeting. Know the worth of money and the work it takes to get it might help many realise reality.

Entertainment is dual-purpose. It triggers and may treat. Alternative entertainment helps refocus the mind. Rewiring the brain's reward system is difficult. Physiological dependence hinders drug addiction recovery. Heartbreakingly common is your friend's struggle. Fitness loss and illness without drug? Body screams for its fix. Professional help is crucial, but only one part. Community support, empathy, and patience are essential.

Yeah, one of the key elements in recovering from an addiction is the social support.

If someone feels lonely, they will most likely continue with their addiction.

It is helpful to have others around you in those times. That is partly why things like AA work well for some people. The social aspect is built in with them.

Yes. There’s something about holding yourself accountable after giving your word of honor to other people
Identifying what triggers your bas behaviors and addiction will be of good use on helping to avoid addiction, be it for new things or old habits

1. Estar vivo para presenciar isso;
2. Poder pagar em Bitcoin para ver, e;

https://gen48.runwayml.com/winners

esses dois são meus favoritos
https://gen48.runwayml.com/winners/lapse
https://gen48.runwayml.com/winners/you-are-unfortunately-an-ai-artist
