2801  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: October 02, 2021, 07:22:51 AM
Rollbit is continuously giving away the different NFT to the players wagering.Like they previous day a player wagered almost $80 and was lucky to grab the Sneaky Vampire NFT worth $11500 from the Rollboxes. The players are talking full advantage of this new addition to the platform and enjoying it at the same time. This is great for NFT lovers and gambler's.
What a lucky pal, wish I could get some of that luck sooner or later. With that price of an NFT even at this early stage is truly mesmerizing and I think if the pal who got this know how to be patient and realized how much it could value in the next year's then I'd say it will be worth more than the current price by now. Congratulations to that lucky pal!
2802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any hope for BitcoinCash? on: October 01, 2021, 08:35:21 PM
Do you think there is any hope for BitcoinCash?  Is it still one of the major alts that will pump?  Will it reach previous all time highs?
Just like what eality just said it will depend on Bitcoin's performance. If you knew how smart money moves then you'd be better to know how the cycle goes, it's Bitcoin > large market cap > medium market cap > small market cap. If somehow Bitcoin neutralize then expect the large market cap coins/tokens to move after and so on.
2803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football visual betting or Dice on: October 01, 2021, 07:21:01 PM
Live football bet has been popular among gamblers and it’s popularly known as visual games this method of betting is like playing dice as it is all about the number predictions but again there are some peculiarities between both gambling games, one involves high risk and the other is based on luck. Between playing dice and football, visual prediction, which will you prefer as a passive gambler.
Both involves high risks and luck and that's how I interpret it, this is still gbling and risks and luck would exist on both. Both are relying on random number generator and I can say they may have been some similarities on them but for better outcome on both game is to play it not on any dogy sites, play it on reputed sites like bet365 for example.
2804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally starting my IDO journey on: October 01, 2021, 11:48:47 AM
IDO with KYC? KYC under IDO for me is already a red flag.
There are already a lot of IDO platforms nowadays that don't need KYC anymore. Try to dive into Solana, there are some platforms there that don't need KYC anymore, for example, is Raydium platform. And also in Ethereum, have you heard DAO Maker (https://daomaker.com/)? I haven't yet tried this but I can always hear about this platform.

This is not a total red flag. It depends on the project that doing it. Polkastarter is the most trusted launchpad I Polkadot ecosystem. I agree that there method is unusual but they apply only this KYC to all whitelisted participants just to ensure that they are following the regulation incase regulators knock on there door to check there token sales.
Exactly, even Binance Launchpad and right now they are into KYC thing as well when it comes to basic account unlike before, regulation hits them. Not a fan of KYC as well but if the token is literally a good choice for investment then I'd decide to play along and besides I think we are into that realm where KYC is always be a thing.
2805  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Entering the trading market on: October 01, 2021, 11:20:25 AM
What is the best strategy to prepare oneself before entering the trading market?
I don't think there something to be called as best strategy because it's really that rare to find one, I'd say it's basically the fundamental knowledge first in regards to trading, the risk awareness, and I think most of all is your behavior to trading. I'd say the latter as the most important element of all, well, this is basically my opinion at all when I started trading and the experience I got.

You may have the knowledge regarding indicators, strategies and the financial aspect but if you're trading behavior or psychology towards it is being shaken, it won't matter. Crypto market isn't for the faint of heart and mind.
2806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 01, 2021, 09:39:42 AM
Carmelo can be a plug and play type of guy. He will get you buckets, guaranteed, but he'll probably be replaced if he's cold.
That's the thing, he is not as consistent as he was before, we can understand because he is not the star player now like he used to be when he was still playing with the New York Knicks. Time changes, but at least Melo was given a chance to get signed, first with Blazers and now with the Lakers. Who knows, if he wins a championship here he will decide to retire, at least he was a champion when he retired.
If he can be productive within his minutes which I doubt at this stage since I'm thinking he'd be getting fewer minutes this time compared to what he has at Portland. He's got 10+ points/min in the recent stats he got but seems it's declining, in regards to retirement I think it's a best thing if he gets a ring first but looks like age hits him already and it's just a matter of time before he announced it.
2807  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am a bookmaker worker. Want to share info with you on: October 01, 2021, 05:19:35 AM
Always have the benefit of the doubt with this kind of posts. I wonder why you don't do it for yourself only and you still need manpower? Sorry but people here aren't that new with this offer, maybe you can consider the proposal made by LUCKMCFLY.
2808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 01, 2021, 03:40:10 AM
I think Donaire will retire right after he can fight Casimero, but if that does not happen sooner then I think Donaire will step down as a professional boxer like Manny Pacquaio did. Given the age Donaire he's the most likely retiring few years from now after Manny Pacquaio.

But let's look forward to this all Filipino fight showdown soon after this mandatory fights that the WBO ordered.
What??? I don't think that will be the case or worst is "they won't fight at all". His retirement has been a talk even way back 2015 I guess but doesn't happen yet and I guess the one that making the noise is when he makes a rematch with Inoue and if that happens by the next year then I'm expecting that year will be his retirement year too.
2809  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of an iPhone in Bitcoin at their launch over the years. on: September 30, 2021, 09:05:49 PM
Imagine if you've invested it in Bitcoin instead of a fad that can be replaced in just a year

The thing is that most didn't know about Bitcoin when iPhone 4 was launched.
And this makes the image, although nice, basically useless.
Also some will prefer to invest, some others will prefer to spend, few will find a good balance between the two.
And I will end with: it's counterproductive to spend much time on "what would have happened if..."; it's better to focus on doing better in the future.
I know what you mean but this was just the sake for example but I think the release of iPhone 7 and 8 people already take a notice to Bitcoin, and probably the rich kids does. One more thing, it will really a regrettable decision if one individual already take notice and still wanted the iPhone than investing it in Bitcoin.

2,857 BTC for iPhone 4. I wonder if someone actually bought using BTC.

Not investing on phones that normally gets obsolete after a year. Thats a good lesson to learn, I'd stay with Samsung that lasted for more than two years now. I wasted $43K since I bought iPhone 7 when it was released and then got broken for approving some IOS updates. Worse is that non can repair it.
The fact is not, the prominent purchase of an item using Bitcoin was that Laszlo's 10k pizza and I think there are other examples of it but spending thousands Bitcoin for an item, I think it haven't repeated, I may be wrong. I think an iPhone 7 doesn't cost that much maybe you're referring on your own denomination of currency.
2810  Economy / Speculation / Price of an iPhone in Bitcoin at their launch over the years. on: September 30, 2021, 02:47:13 PM

credits to @CryptoManiaks FB page in regards to the image

Imagine if you've invested it in Bitcoin instead of a fad that can be replaced in just a year or even not in the course of a year because another one will be out. An iPhone 4 at that time is most likely the price of what the iPhone X's by now but look how much price depreciation it brought over time, always be good on your decision guys and gals.
2811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese are turning towards other means of trading on: September 30, 2021, 02:19:21 PM
Somehow it's their playground and it looks like this time crypto is the one banning China/Chinese people considering how huge exchanges are suspending the trading activity on them. I think it will see an impact but I think not for long, the people seems are used to this.
2812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altair/Centrifuge (Polkadot/Kusama ecosystems) on: September 30, 2021, 12:09:21 PM
I find the definitive guide on how to stake or join in the crowdloan using KSM but I want to asked if what's more beginner friendly. I'm really new on this staking thing especially in a new chain but I found you can join the crowdloan on exchanges, was that more recommended or via staking? Thanks in advance.
2813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ASA to host gambling advertising webinar on: September 30, 2021, 10:00:43 AM
So what is your opinion about this? If that webinar is not followed up, I am not sure if that discussion will work and will have a new rule to control the gambling ads.
The thing is, will it be attended by all gambling operators or after this will it reach the mass media on how mitigation should improved? I think they should reconsider that approach and I think this is a good initiative by ASA since we know how huge ads especially on social media and how huge it can reach its audiences.

It's not a means to stop advertising gambling but for the ads to target the right people, it's very interesting how they are going to do that, they have no way of knowing who's going to see their ads the visitors can lie of his age and there are some ads that can get away, everything is just a link or keywords away, education should start at home, the parents have a huge responsibility to their children followed by the government.
Yes, I know that but the thing is with target audience is will be objective (we can say that) but what if that target audience only open once a gambling ad or if by chance it was only a mistake in the first place, does that mean they'll be targeted? It will be worth noted or if by chance there could be some kind of summary on how the webinar was conducted and some key points that has been discussed.

But the worst that I read is that Orlando Magic's Jonathan Isaac that he is immune already since he has contracted the virus before.
What? I've seen some cases that even if they got contracted by the virus before they still got affected again by it, might be the virus getting more variants. I wonder what refuses them to get vaccinated, it just doesn't make some sense if others tend to cooperate. Well, if they won't then they won't play, it's that simple rule to follow.
2816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mr Goxx, the crypto-trading hamster beating human investors on: September 29, 2021, 01:11:59 PM
I wonder if there will be out of top 100 market cap coins/tokens on the choices or simply there will be 1000 other choices. The hamster might just pick it by luck, just my two cents. This rodent experiment is just for show and I even read an article that it was being compared to Warren Buffett and that was hilarious, not to defend the conservative lad but it just doesn't make any sense comparing with because the mentioned lad focus on slow but surely profit.
2817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 29, 2021, 10:47:12 AM
Does the Los Angeles Lakers this year have really a chance to dominate the league with this team? there's no doubt that they are one of the strong teams in the NBA this year but if they don't maintain a healthy body throughout the season then they might end up like how they were last season even though they have players like Westbrook in their roosters right now because the other team has some strong roosters too.

<snip>
Ohh, that's a classic one but I think at the East I'm still rooting it will be the defending champs Bucks or the good looking roster of Miami Heat. As far as I'm concern on the side of the West I'm still with Suns or the Clippers having Bledsoe back was definitely a good option they've got. Regarding healthy for the future games no one can predict the outcome on that, but I think Lakers is too fine for this.
2818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Poker Rooms on: September 29, 2021, 06:10:50 AM
sportsbet.io is a great site, but there's no poker room there. It used to be there until the end of 2020, if I remember correctly, but then they decided to get a better poker software(which was a good decision), and they haven't reopened poker since then yet. I'm waiting for the reopening because it's one of my favorite sites, and I love poker.
Yes, I remember that when Steve is offering free table and free prizes as well. Not been there for some time and yeah I quite missed a lot of updates from the site and playing with forum members way back then. Seems the reopening part was the best part IMO and with much better software it will be like wild again there with good promotions.

SwC seems to be a really good one since a lot of people are recommending them meaning that they're a reputable one.
They are you can try it if you want.
2819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: September 29, 2021, 03:13:10 AM
It means that Donaire has all the tools to win against Gaballo even if the latter is young. Donaire will have too much experience for the young guy and he might be intimidated as well to fight Nonito. So I think Donaire will be too much, no disrespect to Gaballo, but they are not in the same league yet, he still need to get more fights at this level before he can pull an upset on Nonito.
Cut some slack for Gaballo, pretty sure that he won't be matched with Nonito if he's just a measly pipsqueak fighter, pretty sure that sometimes it's not the experience that's going to win, I mean the newer generation has to be stronger than the older generation right?
That's not the case at all, the age may matter or the prime but that doesn't change the fact that at this point it is still a 50/50 for both sides and no one can predict it yet. Both are fine and quality fighter and that's a fact, not to cut some slack as well but there might be a chance for a draw too, possibilities are endless. Let's see the odds on the bookies and let that speak but still that doesn't prove anything on what will be the outcome, the crowd can be wrong at some point.
2820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 28, 2021, 06:31:58 PM
We've already written off the Spurs but it seems coach Popovich is more excited than ever with his superstar-less squad this coming season
https://www.nba.com/news/popovich-star-less-spurs-excited-for-future-new-challenge

He'll surely make a lot of experiments during the regular season and hope it will carry them to the playoffs. One thing I am looking forward is how fast they will run the court and his "signature" not so flashy plays.
Quote
We’re not worried about stats, individual honors or anything like that. These guys are just gonna have a ball playing. It’s gonna be simple, simple, simple stuff. And at both ends of the court, we just want a lot of activity, a lot of pace and just play fast, hopefully smart along with that. But the pace should be really enjoyable to watch. These guys, they enjoy each other, and it’s exciting to me.

Dark horse?
Somehow I think it's good to point them out as one and besides most are loving the underrated team that showing up and I think Spurs might be a good example for that if Pop will succeed in this. Still wanting that 2014 run and what they got in the world of basketball, I've never seen plays they played after that season, wish to relive the past, this is exhilarating to be honest.
