1801  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 28, 2022, 02:32:53 AM
After reading this article, I thought about starting to use an Ethereum Casinos. What do you think about this?
https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/btc-eth-casinos
P.S. There is no casino advertising in the article.
If you take a poll for this the Bitcoin casinos can easily beat your Ethereum casinos, I have not played on Ethereum based casino yet, the Ethereum fees are just outrageous I'm a small player and fees just eat up my allocation, and besides people are more comfortable playing in Bitcoin casinos they are popular and the majority of casinos already have these two coins, so there's really no competition for both coins.
You won't be charged for just interacting with the Ethereum casino, all you need to do is to login using your personal wallet of choice, it's either on browser extension like Metamask or other known Ethereum wallets. It seems there was a misinformation regarding Bitcoin and Ethereum casinos. Though it may vary on the withdrawal process.
1802  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: June 27, 2022, 02:18:20 PM
Yes, it seems to me that the main people who will vote will be motivated players who will be shown pop ups with free spins per vote on the main page of the casino. And also, I did not see many good casinos in the voting. I tried a lot of casinos, now I play Fairspin, I don’t know why they weren’t included in the nomination, this is a good casino on the blockchain
Maybe the OP hasn't made any deep research on all available blockchain casinos or the OP prefer to include only the well-known one even if they aren't that reputable in the community. I saw fairspin on ads and I guess that's how they promote their casino but haven't tried there, so do the OP maybe.

1804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: June 25, 2022, 02:33:27 PM
I'm more like the "Conservative Gambler", and I admit that I'm more into the modest when it comes to what budget to gamble. I think there are gamblers that can have two or more types I guess and not solely on one type, though most may fall on one type I suppose.
1805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 25, 2022, 07:02:00 AM
Questions for discussion
- Are gamblers eligible to hold financial positions?
- Do problem gamblers deserve a second chance to hold a financial position?
I don't trust gambler with any financial matter because more often than not they will just think on how to bet on things. This is a fact and gamblers tend to not good at it.

No. I will give my best to find a financial assistant rather risk it on problem gamblers even if they say they've already not doing their habits anymore.
1806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto in time of rescue. on: June 25, 2022, 05:01:27 AM
Well, I mean the main idea of this post was to emphasize the ease of paying for foods and services in crypto in more easy way especially on mobile, am I right OP? This was a good deed and with the use of crypto was likely a good stuff too.
You're right mate, that might be his main intent but at the cause of all these, many opportunities could as well be well derived out of it, what if the friend wasn't a crypto enthusiast, wouldn't he take some steps in furtherance to invite him into the world of bitcoin? Or doesn't it comes a good advantage if those boys eventually got to know about bitcoin as well, which could be a lifetime transforming opportunity for them, the whole idea is good and welcome but it would have been more saucy if the more opportunities there were effectively utilized along side.
Well, it might have changed if his friend wasn't that a crypto enthusiasts, it will be a matter of providing a debt then pay it later on. I don't think that's necessary to delve into the world of Bitcoin to his friend or the boys, what they could think of the moment was just they can eat for a day or the supermarket friend was just thinking what he could profit for a day.

The best thing that has been done there was that crypto was used and it's on them if they asked the OP out of curiosity or not.

1808  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 24, 2022, 06:00:09 PM
I think when it comes to being liquid for a casino, the Bitcoin casinos could be the best choice since some dApps that run on Ethereum blockchain aren't that popular nowadays, though it may change I guess in the future. It will still depend on individuals preferences for a casino, but overall people will prefer the cheapest and fastest way with some extra added full proof security for a casino.
I also personally prefer Bitcoin casinos simply because the network offers lower fees compared to the Ethereum network where the fees have been a struggle for most users for such a long time already. Bitcoin casino is well known and a huge number of gamblers feel comfortable playing using Bitcoin. Well, we could have our own pick depending on our comfortability.
But that wouldn't be like that forever since the anticipated upgrade would likely solve that problem on their network. Bitcoin with the use of lightning network was an angel to the network but that depends on the availability of the platform too so you wouldn't have to depend on it, but I agree the recent transaction fees on Bitcoin was comparably lower compare to ETH.

1810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Wallets for Bitcoin lightning network on: June 24, 2022, 01:28:18 PM
Are all these on your list just hot wallets? Not that familiar with other wallets though blue and phoenix wallets ring a bell to me.

Did you mean to miss out electrum? Afaik they have a mobile version compatible with the lightning network (I've only used the ln on PC with electrum though - and used blw and eclair on mobile).
I do have an electrum mobile wallet but I haven't been able to use lightning yet. That maybe the reason a new update on play store was done, I haven't read the description of the update though.

Edit: Checked it, it says "Lightning support in Electrum is experimental".
1811  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 30k Range again on: June 24, 2022, 10:27:38 AM
I Think bitcoin could go toward 30k range again For a relief rally. Then come back to current range or even more dump possible . If btc would go toward 30k range most of investors will sell it again. BTCBTC

Bottom is in when the derivatives market is shorting $BTC into the dirt after the brunt of the spot selling has taken place. i.m.o we are currently in a bottom level. must be make an Uptrend from here. what ever it is  this isn't short term game.
Yeah, it wasn't that all the nosedives or something, sellers are likely exhausted but we never know if the bottom was really in already. It could just get worse if there will be any bearish stuff to come again not just in the crypto market but for the whole market. DCA is a full proof against a bearish asset and it never gets old.

Weird stuff to say, all you gotta need when you gamble is being lucky and that is all
What I mean are those gambling that does not base on luck. I know how it all weigh to luckiness but for some reason, experience could sometimes help you on decisions while playing. It's kinda weird, yes, but what I want to really emphasize here was the decisions when gambling.
Mate gambling definitely depends in luck . It is true that you have to knowledge about gambling and you must have experience in gambling for winning and if you are experts in gambling it will bring more chance to win for you but must of time it is depended in luck.
Well, that definitely disregards your previous response on how you really endorse your experience in gambling in Malaysia. I definitely agree it's in luck that weighs but a percentage in experience on specific gambling games are not to be ignored I suppose. Anyways, let's not get that topic anymore as it wouldn't get interesting from here on out. Luck will always be the basis.

Yes I can manage it easily. Because I have a lot experience in real life casino in my country Malaysia. I have on many Jackpot and also lost many casino rounds but I are net a lot money from there. So I want to spend my free time on the online crypto casino.
Well, then we wouldn't have to worry that you can make it. Experience is the real deal when it comes to gambling. Once and for all, we have that kind of memories that call it as a lesson of the past but we can learn from it as we go forward in this journey.
1815  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Incoming BSP Governor's take on cryptocurrencies on: June 23, 2022, 02:26:23 PM
If new lang siya sa malamang yan ang magiging sagot niya, palagay ko nasa echoe chamber parin siya at more on like the conservative type of investor. So far, may negatibong epekto ito para sa pro crypto and I feel bad about this, pero I guess mababa rin kaalaman niya considering if it's just a greater fool theory lang ang lahat. We can say the same thing sa gold.

They should consider yung technology na gamit rito - ang blockchain.
1816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In a bear market with good APY on: June 22, 2022, 05:24:46 PM
I want to share my thoughts on making money in a bear market, now investing in some tokens is not entirely profitable and easy to hold, but if you put them in staking, you can fight off their falling price, or do like me, stake stablecoins at 3% per annum, I I use Analytex as a landing aggregator for my bets, to be honest, I have no complaints about AnalytEx, I just didn’t figure out how to make some contributions there, but in general everything is very cool, I think there are some other such projects, but I found only this one. I read an article from them that with $1000 in some of the stakes you can earn up to $1 per day, in my opinion this is a very good profit in such a market, as always DYOR.
Just heard that one and you do likely well to promote it. There are a few good ones that got the same APY and they're far more liquid than what you're trying to promote here. What's the edge of it compared to those staking sites that prove they're established and known? Profits are profit now matter what it takes to get it but people are weary when it comes to new platforms that offer the same yields when they can earn the same on trusted and well known staking sites.

1818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Government Owned Online Casinos What Do You Think Of Its Potential on: June 22, 2022, 01:59:23 PM
What do you think if these countries or cities that totally depends on their casino for their revenue to keep the economy floating launch their own online casinos, there are already online casinos based in Macau or a country where land casinos are government-owned but it's privately funded what I mean is government-owned.

Will they get enough support, will they get a huge slice of the market that is ruled by companies, they have the funds and they have the reputation because they are government who are more established and will be more compliant
That will still depends on how they will market it to the masses. The government can and will provide what they can for it to be known and people will even be more positive that it is legal since the government is promoting them. They can venture on other industry if gambling isn't flourishing, they shouldn't let alone focus on one thing.
1819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 22, 2022, 09:09:46 AM
I think it will just be a matter of time before other sports organization will follow after them. Will there be a good market for this? I don't know but bookies will probably open a different line for the events exclusive for them. Would you bet if they do?
Or they will be encouraged to import or put one in the roster for these transgenders in the league, just a wild wild hunch. I don't know if it will be marketed but I'd say it will be discouraged even more just to balance the play. I guess that will differ if the team is that good even if there's no trans in them, it's not a one individual league after all.
1820  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitcoin roulete on: June 21, 2022, 02:47:14 PM
Unless it's unique, but I doubt this kind of thing was likely from bought script in the web and most of it are shady. I think we've seen enough of this Bitcoin roulette but if you don't offer any unique trait it may have to the table, then I would say it will just be a waste of time for every individuals here.
