2961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today is the story of my investment in Bitcoin on: June 29, 2022, 01:34:30 PM
While I give you credit for being courageous for loaning just to buy bitcoin. This is not really a good idea with those interest rates that you'll pay. But if you're able and you've got somewhere else to be spent for paying the loan with the interest and not just going to rely on the profit that you're expecting within the next years of projection with 1 bitcoin's profit, then that's better. But if you're going to rely on it, much better that you just did a DCA strategy rather than taking a loan to buy bitcoin. Still, anyway, good luck and hope to see you in the blooming days again and wishing you repay all of those debts of yours.
2962  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 28, 2022, 10:13:40 PM
There is a truth in common sense, but come to think of this do you think every can afford paying the gas fee? For instance; you wanna gamble with $5 worth BTC and your transaction fee would likely be $1~
Before having a transaction with bitcoin will cost you really that much and more than $1 for a $5 worth of bitcoin. But today, it's not that much anymore and will only cost you cents.

ETH gas $3 to $4 gas fee at last you are being left with $1 and you think you would be happy gambling use ETH??
NO! you and I knows about this, if is terms of transaction speed with can say ETH is more preferable or maybe for a Decentralized application  where you could connect your wallet and make withdrawal nothing else. Bitcoin still remains the overall and the best in crypto gambling.
Well, no doubt with ETH. The fee is really quite high and it's not ideal for small transfers but for huge transactions, you will not mind the fee as you deposit.
2963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies: Don't panic and learn to hold on: June 28, 2022, 09:16:52 PM
I would suggest, in times of panic, just get distracted from crypto overall.

Find something that will help you to forget about your investment. Dont check prices/portfolio everyday, focus on your other everyday activities.
Good, advice. Look elsewhere for your distraction and just keep your portfolio if you're long term. That's an effective thing to do if you can't take it anymore but you're believing that long term holding will make you successful here.
It doesn't need to be that extreme or what, you just need to remove your attention temporarily in the market so that you won't be thinking anything like forcing yourself to sell because, you might even think of it despite having losses.
2964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 28, 2022, 08:16:04 PM
I think everyone deserves a second chance and we all have our way of determining if they're trustworthy with our money or not. Honestly, on me, I wouldn't give them my trust 100% and wholly if they're still addicted. But if seen that they've changed for a long time and they're trying their best to remove and have an abstained attachment to gambling, I think they deserve to have a second chance but as I've said, we all my choice, we all depend on whom we're going to trust.

I also think that everyone deserves a second chance but that second chance is only awarded to persons who have repented sincerely and are rehabilitated from a long time. For such kind of persons I may think that I can entrust some money but not all the money,I can test this person a couple of times and if he is correct then not likely but I may entrust him a bigger amount of money. No other person except this type deserves a second chance as we know that if he has not repented he will keep doing what he did before.
The same for me, I'll give my trust but it has to be sincere and not my entire savings to them. It should be proven that they've changed already and they can prove it not just to me but also to themselves.
Well, I wouldn't do any tests anymore but if they happen to do something wrong by any chance and it's related to the money that I've entrusted to them, then that's already enough.
2965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB or ETH ? on: June 28, 2022, 10:51:58 AM
For trading, I prefer to choose BNB because it is clear now that the average BNB holder gives them a lot of profit, and when compared to investing, I would suggest using both of these coins, either BNB or Ethereum, because both are very good coins.
Both are good but if you're always in the Binance to exchange and trade then BNB is preferable to you. It is because they've got incentives to BNB holders that might help you out even if they're just a few for those not that many holders of it.
While for ETH, it's overall, for everyone and whoever wants to hold, you can hold it and both are for long term. So if you like ETH's development hold it and the same for BNB.

How long you've been waiting for your ticket to be read by them? I thought that even with the absence of lightlord, everything is running smoothly for this casino and for the other one. If it's already too long that you've been waiting for the support ticket to them then there's a tendency that the others that have sent it to them are pending as well. It's almost closing in for a month since he was online. As your concern is about the security of your account, they should have responded to you already.

I also have not heard any delay in ticket handling or issues at bitvest recently. This may be only one case or he has just randomly written feedback about bitvest (as he did not provided any details).

By the way, how many people are currently using bitvest? Are any forum users here currently playing at bitvest?
If you go and check the website, it will show how many users are online as of the moment and how many of them are active. I don't know how they're classifying those online and active, maybe those that are online are just idle and not playing like they're just parked on bitvest.
I think there are still quite plenty of players from the forum that are still using them.
2967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 27, 2022, 04:36:02 AM
One of the hardest things to do. Because the risk is too high. Most of your chances of winning depend on luck. You get a lot of backlash when you lose because you're managing people's money. I never thought of doing betting consultancy and I don't think I will anymore. I don't want to take risks for other people's money.
It's better not just to start this type of business, I'm not also going to take a risk of risking my reputation in doing such even with my friends and relatives that I know are also into betting. But shame to those that are still doing it despite that they've got crumpled reputation and still pursue a lot of people into the misunderstanding what they trying to do because people are trying to believe in them. Whilst them, they're taking advantage of those gullible bettors.
2968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 27, 2022, 03:00:29 AM
Nothing is passed on to an addicted and stupid gambler. No need for a second chance. As for financial positions, if you don't take these things seriously, you will go bankrupt. This is no child's play. You should think twice before doing business with people you love and trust. Just because you love him, you shouldn't have him follow up on the job. Business is one thing, friendship is another.
I think everyone deserves a second chance and we all have our way of determining if they're trustworthy with our money or not. Honestly, on me, I wouldn't give them my trust 100% and wholly if they're still addicted. 2969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Airdrop Sharing on: June 26, 2022, 08:52:28 PM
Just subscribe to the websites that are focused on airdrops and you'll get those emails and notifications that are dealing with airdrops.
Airdrops today are unsure whether they'll be good or not and it's hard to pick if one of them will be the successful one. For that reason, you choose them on your own or just go to the bounties of the forum and you'll see many of them in line and you have to pick with how many of them if you really like airdrops.
2970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Most Expensive Thing Bought with Winnings from the Casino or Sport Bet on: June 25, 2022, 10:27:06 PM
I'm not a big-time gambler but I have set a target goal that if I won in gambling, I would put up a small business for my mom. Last 2019, I was lucky to win a good price in dice. I was tempted to use it again for gambling but I remembered the goal that I have set so I put up a small grocery store for my mom. The happiness that I brought her was too fulfilling and I guess that's the best prize that I got so far.
The same as me, I'm just a small time gambler and whenever I win, I'm keeping it and won't gamble for that day if I'm satisfied with what I've got.
To my remembrance despite not being a huge gambler, I've both things like clothes coming from my winnings. And there's should be the idea that I need to have a remembrance for each profit that I make whether it's from business or gambling. And I think the others are also doing that for the need that when they lose, then there's something that we've got even before losing.
2971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hello Guys what you think about bnb.can bnb hit 1000$ soon or not.i think bnb hi on: June 25, 2022, 09:09:02 PM
If you never saw BNB hit above 450 then you missed out on its ATH, we peaked close to 700 dollars at the top. Also this isn't a question about what it did, it is about what it could do. Meaning, in a world where bitcoin is 100k, eth is 10k, then why not bnb at 1k? That is a possibility and it WILL happen one day. Will it happen soon?

I doubt that, I do not think that it will happen anytime soon, earliest I can assume would be 2023, probably more like early 2024 to be honest. That is why I am not going around telling people to buy bnb right now, or any other coin, do what you do. But, I know for a fact that when the time comes, everyone will be getting some anyway.
I was thinking about this as well, if bitcoin goes ATH again then the likes of BNB and other altcoins will do the same. But honestly, not all of them will follow BTC.
And for that to happen, the very likely year on my mind is just after the halving. So we saw bitcoin go ATH every after the halving and then next to the alts, so most likely 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024 up to its next year of 2025. Well, that's the thinking I've got if I'll base it on the scenario of the past.

bitvest needs to respond to the support tickets... It would be much appreciated... Would like to be able to use my account on bitvest  instead of an alt.

2973  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Less FOMO more Buying on: June 25, 2022, 01:15:38 PM
This is rather a best time for newbies to marry their research other than jumping into the current Bitcoin price because they were told prices are cheap.
Educating them by telling them about bitcoin's volatility will already be enough as a start. Let them understand that money being made through bitcoin isn't an overnight success just like what they probably have been believing as a lie.

Bitcoin price could still fall below this and who will be held when FUD sets in. Following the current market trend i rather advice, encourage and educate newbies on the need to see research as a necessity because this will guide them on when to buy, sell off and buy again
And that's how bitcoin move, it can be up for today but not for tomorrow. That should be stuck in their minds that bitcoin always move like that.
2974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 24, 2022, 05:39:54 PM
snip
Maybe someday, sports betting sites and online casinos will be interested in making an event about the match, but we don't know whether it will be allowed because some parties may not like the game. But like you said, if it's a smaller bet, then that's fine and I agree. This will likely be more complicated for regulatory bodies to discuss as it could involve local laws so it could not be easy to accept the event.
Well, they'll have to put it on their books if there's a demand and who doesn't want to capitalize and profit from it? Bookies will have it listed if it's necessary and there's a legitimate demand for it. But if it's just a sound to promote anti-discrimination and there's no actual demand for it, they'll have it listed temporarily but they will delist it later as it's just going to cost them money and at least they're trying to save the cost for their operations.
2975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 24, 2022, 04:11:29 PM
Therefore, identifying a rigged game might no be easy to spot on. It does require the cooperation of everyone involved in that line of sport to make it unnoticeable.
It's totally difficult and sometimes we suspect games that have been rigged because we bet for the losing team. And that makes us think that the game is unacceptable because we're wrong with our bets or with the teams that we're supporting.
Out of frustration, we're thinking that there's magic with the result even though it's visible and clear that there's no cheat, no rig but just pure game and the winning team deserves it. This is the thought and mindset that we have when we can't accept defeat.
Well, oftentimes, that's also the case but sometimes we may doubt something about the game because there are these instances that a player could've produced more numbers or either they can make that shot/goal but it didn't happen and it resulted to a loss in our side as that's where we gambled. But if we look closely, they are also human beings who could make some errors along the way.
It does really happens that we think that it's a fixed match or game but we're also wrong with it. That intuition of us tells us that we're right with what we suspect.
But in reality, you have no proof to back that feeling of yours and that's a problem if you can't prove and you're just feeling it that it's been rigged.

250$->35$
86% price drop, that's a very big drop.
Most of the coins are held by foundations, so they have made good money on such a pump and may soon be buying up coins for a new pump.
Yup, most of these foundations did really make a lot of money from the pump, and those that have good intentions as a foundation will come out. But those that have ill intentions will come out as what they really intended to be. Soon, the bull run will come again and those that are just waiting for that signal will buy before the huge pump that awaits. It's starting to become a trend these days with these projects that have been at the top and starts to show how they struggle.
2977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Grocery Stores In U.S Set To Install Bitcoin ATM on: June 24, 2022, 02:40:21 AM
My mode went down after reading the "Shiba Inu", lol.
Yeah, much love for Shiba.  Tongue
But let's take it positively that there have been more Bitcoin ATMs installed in many places. It's not just in the US but hopefully, it will spread like wildfire to its nearby countries.
And eventually, we'll see it on almost every country even they're few except those countries that don't like cryptocurrencies and has imposed a ban on it.
2978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 23, 2022, 11:07:36 PM
Many factors for me, if I don't have an idea on what sports they're going to play then that's a no. And even if I know the sports they play and I have no idea about the participants on those sporting events, that's still a no. Unless I want to yolo and want to try betting on them with smaller amounts then that's totally ok. It's interesting that they also have sporting events, this gives no discrimination at all but if it relates to our money and bets, I think we're having a time to think if it's worth it to bet or not.

2980  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Platform for Average Dollar Cost on: June 23, 2022, 03:13:22 PM
But really, an important factor is where you're from. A lot of times using a local platform is the better choice.
I agree on this.
It depends where you are from because there could be a local exchange that's existing and operating in your choice. Buying and selling is easier if they're registered locally and for sure that payment methods, cash in and cash out are very convenient to do.
Binance has its P2P platform so if you don't have the local exchange that you can prefer to use, you can give it a try if you want to or just trade on spot and DCA through its usual process.
