2241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is Airdrop in Crypto? on: December 12, 2022, 11:59:34 AM
Just learned it few days ago. I heard about bounties of this forum. My friend said that bounties pays good then airdrop. what do you think about bounties?
Now I'm looking for bounties.
We've got the dedicated section for bounties -> Bounties (Altcoins).
But talking about its profitability, whoever said that to you probably has been in the bounties around 2016-2017. Those were no doubt the best days for bounties and airdrops because almost any project during that time was profitable and successful. And to talk about it at these present times, try and see yourself if he's telling the truth. Because the reality is, they aren't.

@OP, I think that the link attached to the image on the first post is an affiliate link. Just so you know that there's a strict rule about attaching it to a post. You can put the affiliate/referral link on your signature which you already did but not to a post or an image.
Referral links are indded prohibited but the one op posted is not a ref link. It's a tracking link used to let them know who visited their website from this thread. Afaik, using such links is OK and not against the forum rules.
It makes sense but it looks like an affiliate link to m and if that's it, then my bad, and I'm wrong with that speculation that it's an affiliate link.

Yes, if we are not comfortable giving out those personal info of ours, then better to look for other casinos that don't ask for KYC in the beginning.
Right, if we're not feeling good providing the requirements for registration or even with withdrawals. We always have the choice to go somewhere else where we're not forced to comply with such.

2244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use? on: December 11, 2022, 08:39:57 PM
If it's not original music specific for that game then there are the sound marketplaces where they can purchase the licensing of that music to be used over their content.
It's a popular market niche these days where everyone who wants to have that unique sound, can purchase it for permanent usage or just for a specific period of time. But mostly, with these games, they're buying or having someone to work for that music and have it permanently for the license.
2245  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can a rookie freelancer get jobs? on: December 11, 2022, 07:29:35 PM
Take those entry levels, those that have a low rate, and do your job there. Many experts won't take those offers because they're low for them and for you, it's going to be your entry-level.
And your main purpose for taking it is all about having the experience to build your portfolio. It's sad that there are a lot of lowballers in the freelancing industry but you have to know your worth and as you start, that's one way of gaining more clients in the future and that is to gain experience first.
2246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: December 10, 2022, 11:51:18 AM
We all have the idea that 2024, it's the year where the halving will happen, and anticipate that 2025 is the bull run. But every cycle and bull run is always different.

my idea :

1- ETH---10X  Shocked
2- ADA---20X  Shocked
3- MATIC---10X   Shocked
4-SHIBA--100X  Shocked
5-NEAR---50X  Shocked
6-DOT--20X  Shocked

Those are that much to expect, I'm thinking of little with the gain of the market by the next bull run comes. It's historically that the gains through multiplier have decreased but the value and price became higher.
2247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 10, 2022, 08:36:15 AM
It was a good foul made by Jordan Clarkson and the refs just romanticized it and it's all good not until Kuminga probably said something that made JC in total rage. I'm not sure what he said but it seems that those words flamed JC and made him react that way, maybe as an insult or what.
Anyway, it's great revenge being done by the whole Jazz against Kuminga. They've won in the last few seconds of the game, JC's smiling for sure in the locker.
I think it was not a good foul, he was behind Kuminga and still tried to get the ball, so at that angle, it was a clear foul, he was only penalized for Flagrant foul 2 because he showed his fist as if he is ready to fight. I understand that frustration but he has to realize that to win, being cool is always the best thing to do. For the refs, the actions are more visible than the words, so that alone I'm sure he knows that already.
What I mean, they're about to lose the game and usually, that's normal for a player to do a foul like that just to stop the opponent. JC just did the right thing on this one.
But the surprise was there when Kuminga said probably something JC didn't like and made him react like that. Well, he's been ejected and punished and the game was over already and Utah Jazz still won.
2248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proof Of Income Will This Pass on: December 10, 2022, 06:33:36 AM
I want to ask first if there's a case before where a gambling site asks for proof of income. If yes, can you share it?
I think there's this thread in this section where stake asked the OP for proof of income.

If that thing will be asked of me, that's already too much since the gambling site has nothing to do with our source of income as long as we were able to make deposits on their site legally. They supposed should not care about that part of our personal life.
I would have the same opinion that the casino shouldn't worry and think of what we do in our personal lives. But if it's written on their books that it's one document that they have to ask to someone that might have some activities that they detected to check, one has just to be obliged to comply.
2249  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Privacy tips people should know before teaching them bitcoin on: December 10, 2022, 05:12:19 AM
The tips may look easy and basic but when someone isn't aware of how they're being infiltrated by hackers, they're the easiest targets of it.
If you've got some spare budget, buy a dedicated laptop or smartphone that you'll only use for specific activities. It's like a special use only like for accessing financial accounts, crypto wallets, etc. In that case, if you're not too conservative and sensitive with keeping yourself safe, at least having that move will only make you remember to access only what you have to access through that specific device.
2250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who ever thought that cloud storage projects could survuve on: December 09, 2022, 11:38:31 AM
It's been a long time that I knew about cloud storage and decentralised storage networks but I have never for once thing that this use case will survive in crypto space because I don't see any reason for adoption. Now I guess I am wrong ..

File coin and Arweave are good example but I have a question in mind, anyone on here using this platforms for storing files? I'm still shocked they survive and doing fine.
Proof of capacity has become one big thing in the market and there have been projects known for being focused on storage but they're not in the cloud.
And with those projects you've mentioned that are focused on cloud storage, I think there's a place for them and it's just a matter of time until most people would be looking into it. But the thing about the market is, it's all about investing and whichever becomes the most profitable, then people will be quick to go there.
2251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 09, 2022, 03:36:23 AM
You're wrong on this, especially if it's outside, you don't know what danger you may face even if you'll say that you feel safe inside the casinos. You're unsure of what might happen later on. There are too many scenarios that can happen based on the situations of the gamblers that are in there.

True!  When we are outside the street we are exposed to different kinds of danger even being inside the casino vicinity will never guarantee you of safety.  There had been cases where armed man attack a casino and shooting people inside it.  So we really never know what will happen even with the tight security, mishaps happen.
Just think of any possibility of danger that may happen and that's it. There's a chance that it may happen inside the casino and that's why security there is very tight. But even with that, don't feel safe and assured while you're there playing with your money.

Yeah, there's like the status symbol and publicity there but everyone is just minding their own business there.

There are also lots of rich people playing at online casino.  You can check the via tournament and daily ranking and see how huge they wagered.
Yes, it is what I've said. It's like a symbol of status whenever people go there. They're showy to their friends and relatives that they're inside the casino and they can afford to lose any amount they wish. Well, that's my opinion because most of my friends on my social network account are like that. They're bragging about the facilities and they're allowed to do that but in reality, they can't even pay their debt but just want to brag and that's why I've said it's a status symbol for some of them.
2252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 09, 2022, 01:20:45 AM
Well, that's the thing, it's a contact sport and Kuminga just acted that way because he felt like the contact was too much. Frustration really does things and sometimes it gets out of hand.
It was a good foul made by Jordan Clarkson and the refs just romanticized it and it's all good not until Kuminga probably said something that made JC in total rage. I'm not sure what he said but it seems that those words flamed JC and made him react that way, maybe as an insult or what.

2253  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX Drama and Global Empact on: December 09, 2022, 12:19:02 AM
Actually FTX drama have ended last several weeks with sad ending for users still have fund in their FTX account, but get happy ending for the owner because they can run away much investor money. I don't see any user use their lawyer against with SBF after with how much money loss in this exchange. Have to learn more from exchange market is not securing place for saving or holding assets short or long term actually our assets in the owner hands, if they run our money will gone and FTX its not the first scam exchange market but also have many exchange become scam and the owner still free and enjoying their life without surrendered.
The buzz and noise are still there and it's always been in the talks in different communities even outside the crypto community, still being talked upon. Well, people that have lost money on it probably have accepted their fate already and if they'll spend to sue FTX then what they'll get plus the expenses for lawyers fees, etc.

Those who say that the FTX crash is over is because they don't want to see another market crash. this is all just the beginning and i believe many more incidents will happen in the future and all will be related to FTX. SBF bribed the democrats and republicans a lot so that he could be free and live like a king after it was all over. Don't expect him to go to jail after spending millions of dollars on the authorities.
Well, it has happened and there's no need to expect that another one from them will happen again. And if something big happens, we can't avoid it and the market will surely be affected by it. For such donations that SBF did, this is making him walk freely while dealing with this big issue.

The nerve of SBF to give out interviews and to dance around questions is another funny story that is going on and he has said some incriminating things to coffeezilla which was interesting. Everyone knows what he did and swindle money from investors and depositors but as you mentioned he is an incarnation of Bernie Madoff with a twist, lobbying people in the power while carrying out his scam.
SBF sucks, I'm sure not just me and you but everyone think how can this guy attain to do all of those stuff while the issue is too big to ignore and have some fun with these conference shits.
2254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: December 08, 2022, 12:57:18 PM
Took a bet on DPC on EHome and as soon as I placed the best , they started to lose lmao...what a start in Dota2 gambling for me after TI ...so I guess I will have to wait and maybe play a few games myself to see how the meta changed after TI because the meta is not what it used to be 1 month ago.
My bet yesterday lost. I've bet for Fnatic and Army Geniuses and obviously, I went to Fnatic as they've got a stronger roster but guess what? They've lost the game and not just once but straight 2-0 in favor of AG. With some updates that have happened recently, there will be a new meta.
Have you seen the Razor bloodstone meta? Dang, this build-up on roster for the first time I've seen it. Surely, a new odd but working meta for most players and teams now.
2255  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX Drama and Global Empact on: December 08, 2022, 10:53:33 AM
I hope that the FTX drama will end soon, confiscated all the assets owned by FTX and conduct a very strict audit on transactions on FTX so that the assets of investors are found, I'm sure SBF has a large cryptocurrencies asset, although it's not enough to pay for investors but at least can restore even if only 50%.
It won't end soon. It's still a long way to go until this issue will be forgotten or even ended. People are telling because that SBF has been a donator or financer to the democrats, this case is taking too long and there's no action taken against him.
And he's even able to have to talk in front of crowds just after this issue has popped. We've seen conmen that have been running against the authority with the issue they've been involved in while him, is still free.
2256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 08, 2022, 09:11:16 AM
I don't also think when you are inside the casino any negative thing can happen to you,
You're wrong on this, especially if it's outside, you don't know what danger you may face even if you'll say that you feel safe inside the casinos. You're unsure of what might happen later on. There are too many scenarios that can happen based on the situations of the gamblers that are in there.

because so many people goes there with huge some of money.
And many go there having with not so much.

The rich people are the ones patronizing the offline casino more since it is like a place to show off your wealth while you gamble. It is outside the casino or along the street of the casino that shit can happen, that is why it is advisable you go with a private car if it's a little bit far or more.
Yeah, there's like the status symbol and publicity there but everyone is just minding their own business there.
2257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good days to bitcoin will be back soon. on: December 08, 2022, 07:50:11 AM
you need to know, bitcoin from the beginning until now has also been at the forefront, among other altcoins.
even if yesterday's FTX incident didn't happen, bitcoin will still be at the forefront.

because it's not bitcoin that depends on altcoins, but altcoins that depend on bitcoin.
Correct. It is altcoins that are dependent on bitcoin so no matter how hype they are, that's just going to stay for a while, and then it's gone. While for bitcoin, they may say that its growth is kind of slow compared to the hyped altcoins that they have. Still, it's one of the most stable assets in the world and also one of the most profitable. So, even if there are a lot that would say that it's more profitable to hold altcoins, the road there is too bumpy unlike bitcoin where there's more safety net.
2258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🛠️nice2win🛠️ web3 casino powered by smart contracts on: December 07, 2022, 09:24:11 PM
Welcome to the forum! I've seen topics that have been posted here before and then were moved later because the post content isn't really all about them being a casino.
But, more content that's solely for the offer that they have about their native token. It's good that you've mentioned that on your thread so that if ever the mods will see someone reported your thread that it should be moved, they'll take time to consider it first before moving.
2259  Economy / Economics / Re: Share Your Best Money Advice Based on Personal Experience on: December 07, 2022, 08:23:53 PM
Focus on your needs and not on your wants. These days, there are lots of things that are on trend that are tempting to buy so we need to be more disciplined and control our urge to spend on unnecessary things. As much as possible, we should also avoid borrowing money if it isn't for emergency reason. We better grind and earn to save and invest and make sure that we are maximizing our assets.
And it is because they're trying to impress the people that surround them. It's not wise to buy things that you want because you just want to impress others.
We're living already in the present time and that's not a good attitude to have because it will make you stuck forever with that thinking of trying to impress other people and buying things that you don't even need. The idea starts from the trend and then the attention that it gives to everyone is like a desirable thing which I find not. Live your life and don't be that type of person because you only have to impress yourself.
2260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would be an ideal KYC solution? on: December 07, 2022, 07:21:00 PM
I think the best would be to set up an amount,a minimum amount that they must ask for KYC before proceeding your withdrawal.I am in favor of 10.000 dollars as in developed countries that is a maximum of three minimum to average salaries and everybody can have that amount,of course we are in crypto and the privacy is extremely loved by all the crypto guys,I also don't think criminals would be laundering money in such low amounts (hopefully I am not giving them an idea here  Grin) so that would be my ideal solution.

Of course the casino may low that amount as a minimum monthly salary in developed countries like 2000-3000 dollars and then asking KYC,for whales I fully agree KYC is super needed.
I think that's a good idea for being subject to KYC. The whales usually and definitely have to comply with their terms because the sums of money they cash in and out are not a joke amount.
While for the low amounts and accounts that don't have much to gamble and just like betting sometimes with a few bucks, they don't have to be bothered by it.
Yet, there are still metrics and standards the different casinos has so the situation varies and reasons why one has to be subject to KYC.
