2281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: December 08, 2022, 12:57:18 PM
Took a bet on DPC on EHome and as soon as I placed the best , they started to lose lmao...what a start in Dota2 gambling for me after TI ...so I guess I will have to wait and maybe play a few games myself to see how the meta changed after TI because the meta is not what it used to be 1 month ago.
My bet yesterday lost. I've bet for Fnatic and Army Geniuses and obviously, I went to Fnatic as they've got a stronger roster but guess what? They've lost the game and not just once but straight 2-0 in favor of AG. With some updates that have happened recently, there will be a new meta.
Have you seen the Razor bloodstone meta? Dang, this build-up on roster for the first time I've seen it. Surely, a new odd but working meta for most players and teams now.
2282  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX Drama and Global Empact on: December 08, 2022, 10:53:33 AM
I hope that the FTX drama will end soon, confiscated all the assets owned by FTX and conduct a very strict audit on transactions on FTX so that the assets of investors are found, I'm sure SBF has a large cryptocurrencies asset, although it's not enough to pay for investors but at least can restore even if only 50%.
It won't end soon. It's still a long way to go until this issue will be forgotten or even ended. People are telling because that SBF has been a donator or financer to the democrats, this case is taking too long and there's no action taken against him.
And he's even able to have to talk in front of crowds just after this issue has popped. We've seen conmen that have been running against the authority with the issue they've been involved in while him, is still free.
2283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 08, 2022, 09:11:16 AM
I don't also think when you are inside the casino any negative thing can happen to you,
You're wrong on this, especially if it's outside, you don't know what danger you may face even if you'll say that you feel safe inside the casinos. You're unsure of what might happen later on. There are too many scenarios that can happen based on the situations of the gamblers that are in there.

because so many people goes there with huge some of money.
And many go there having with not so much.

The rich people are the ones patronizing the offline casino more since it is like a place to show off your wealth while you gamble. It is outside the casino or along the street of the casino that shit can happen, that is why it is advisable you go with a private car if it's a little bit far or more.
Yeah, there's like the status symbol and publicity there but everyone is just minding their own business there.
2284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good days to bitcoin will be back soon. on: December 08, 2022, 07:50:11 AM
you need to know, bitcoin from the beginning until now has also been at the forefront, among other altcoins.
even if yesterday's FTX incident didn't happen, bitcoin will still be at the forefront.

because it's not bitcoin that depends on altcoins, but altcoins that depend on bitcoin.
Correct. It is altcoins that are dependent on bitcoin so no matter how hype they are, that's just going to stay for a while, and then it's gone. While for bitcoin, they may say that its growth is kind of slow compared to the hyped altcoins that they have. Still, it's one of the most stable assets in the world and also one of the most profitable. So, even if there are a lot that would say that it's more profitable to hold altcoins, the road there is too bumpy unlike bitcoin where there's more safety net.
2285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🛠️nice2win🛠️ web3 casino powered by smart contracts on: December 07, 2022, 09:24:11 PM
Welcome to the forum! I've seen topics that have been posted here before and then were moved later because the post content isn't really all about them being a casino.
But, more content that's solely for the offer that they have about their native token. It's good that you've mentioned that on your thread so that if ever the mods will see someone reported your thread that it should be moved, they'll take time to consider it first before moving.
2286  Economy / Economics / Re: Share Your Best Money Advice Based on Personal Experience on: December 07, 2022, 08:23:53 PM
Focus on your needs and not on your wants. These days, there are lots of things that are on trend that are tempting to buy so we need to be more disciplined and control our urge to spend on unnecessary things. As much as possible, we should also avoid borrowing money if it isn't for emergency reason. We better grind and earn to save and invest and make sure that we are maximizing our assets.
And it is because they're trying to impress the people that surround them. It's not wise to buy things that you want because you just want to impress others.
We're living already in the present time and that's not a good attitude to have because it will make you stuck forever with that thinking of trying to impress other people and buying things that you don't even need. The idea starts from the trend and then the attention that it gives to everyone is like a desirable thing which I find not. Live your life and don't be that type of person because you only have to impress yourself.
2287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would be an ideal KYC solution? on: December 07, 2022, 07:21:00 PM
I think the best would be to set up an amount,a minimum amount that they must ask for KYC before proceeding your withdrawal.I am in favor of 10.000 dollars as in developed countries that is a maximum of three minimum to average salaries and everybody can have that amount,of course we are in crypto and the privacy is extremely loved by all the crypto guys,I also don't think criminals would be laundering money in such low amounts (hopefully I am not giving them an idea here  Grin) so that would be my ideal solution.

Of course the casino may low that amount as a minimum monthly salary in developed countries like 2000-3000 dollars and then asking KYC,for whales I fully agree KYC is super needed.
I think that's a good idea for being subject to KYC. The whales usually and definitely have to comply with their terms because the sums of money they cash in and out are not a joke amount.
While for the low amounts and accounts that don't have much to gamble and just like betting sometimes with a few bucks, they don't have to be bothered by it.
Yet, there are still metrics and standards the different casinos has so the situation varies and reasons why one has to be subject to KYC.
2288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram plans own wallet and exchange on: December 07, 2022, 06:26:59 PM
It's not surprising since they've got their TON. Potential rival of Binance? We don't know. As a messaging app, it's one of the most used in the world and we still have no idea if its plan of having its own wallet and exchange will be liked by most of its users.
Maybe, or not. But if it's going to show something good about it and it's not going to be asking for KYC then for sure that many users will start using and exchanging there, as most of the exchanges are like that in the beginning.

Welcome ole777 to the forum, the graphics you've got on the first post seems familiar and it's like there's also another casino that has that the same type of graphical design but that's it.

But, also moving forward we will be active as much as we can here to provide our current and upcoming promotions
That's good to hear when you're just starting out and you've already a conversation being built on this thread.

2290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need to join 1BTC club on: December 06, 2022, 07:30:58 PM
Just DCA.
That's the key for someone to reach 1 BTC as his/her holding. But how to do DCA? Obviously, you need to have some source so that you'll be able to collect no matter what the price is, and just as they've said, you need to work or have a business or do something for yourself to earn money.
Yeah, there's no shortcut to it but at least you'll have the idea for you to accumulate and that, no one will think that it's an easy thing unless you're already rich and has savings to buy a whole.
2291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Types Of Online Casinos To Avoid.. on: December 06, 2022, 01:50:30 PM
Quote
There is no need to have other requirements to avoid that casino because you think it will steal your money.
But we know that casinos can also be life changers for many people so they keep trying to get their luck.
actually even legit casino will take out our money, but at least with small chance of winning that those scammers that you have no other chance but to lose.
They won't take your money if you won't gamble. That's why it's called gambling because there's a winner and there's a loser. But on the side of the casinos, they'll always be the winner and even if we all know about that. We're still trying our luck if we'll be the winners and can have that much profit from them. No matter how bad the situation is with what we gamble with, still we keep on doing it with the hope that someday we'll beat them even if we're aware that the house always wins!

2293  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: December 05, 2022, 11:29:25 AM
My answer for this question is always trustless betting without deposits or the need for an account and verifiably honest games. When you can make a bet without an account or making a deposit, verify the game was honest without having to trust anyone, and get paid out immediately on the blockchain, then I will feel like crypto gambling has been done correctly. Right now there are so many different points of failure in most casinos it’s amazing they’re able to run so smoothly.
Those are good feats of a casino, the trustless and verifiable games. I think there are some casinos that are into it and those that don't need some login details.
However, there are also some good things about having accounts. But, it's better if the users have the option for these feats as they seem really good to have.
And what all of us mostly like is always about the deposits and withdrawals, like having a quick deposit and withdrawal and it won't be cut by any representative but from an almost to an instant transactions and withdrawals.
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: under-age gamblers on: December 05, 2022, 08:37:13 AM
Not all minors are dumb. They have that knowledge already to know what's right or wrong. It's just that they learning new things each while growing and gambling-related stuff are just around the corner.
I agree, they've got the knowledge and it's not just an accident that they fell into the gambling houses or casinos. They're even smarter these days with the help of technology.

Now let's say that the said minor is showing bad habits because of gambling, it's the guardian's responsibility to take care of that thing.
The sad thing about this is that the guardian is doing the best but still not enough to guard the kid because of being hard-headed. This is mostly a parental problem but if the kid is in a bad community and got bad influence in the circle of friends, that's hard to deal with.
2295  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where is the money coming from on: December 05, 2022, 07:11:55 AM
When you've got a lot of users, like thousands to hundred thousand and from millions. Even with less commission from the integrated exchanges they've got, that's still big money when all are consolidated. Aside from those that have been said, although this isn't a major source they're also leaving a donation address where anyone who thinks that it's been a big help to them, can just leave any amount of tip there.
Those that are into open-source wallet development, they're just also generous developers that want to give help and contribute to the community.
2296  Other / Archival / Re: online lottery games on: December 04, 2022, 11:04:51 PM
Is there a leak in the lottery numbers? like in your country which uses an air mix lottery machine, can that be adjusted? I sometimes think that the lottery is a lot of cheating,
That's just a belief that's playing in every gambler and lottery bettor's mind.

is it possible from our luck? Thank you
A lottery is a luck-based gambling game and that's really what you're going to need to win there. But if it's possible to cheat, possible depending on the operator or if someone has found a bug in their system. We don't know for sure if someone finds one and he'll abuse it until the operators have noticed that someone's winning huge at most times.
2297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online casinos disadvantage some locations from winning big on: December 04, 2022, 10:02:48 PM
That's probably just a thought and we'll never know unless someone who works for a casino tells that they're doing it but for now, I think that they're not doing it.
But there's a sort of idea that whenever someone has been winning a lot, regardless of his location, there goes the algo that they might have detected it and they start to lessen the chance of winning. At least this is only for luck-based games and we all knew that it's not going to be a lucky day forever.
2298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The goodness of long-term investing in cryptocurrency on: December 04, 2022, 02:26:14 PM
It should be specified with bitcoin first and then choose the altcoin you think is good for the long term. But, there are many choices that you and others can say. But for me, personally, my long term investment in altcoins are Ethereum and BNB. I'm trying to hold others too but they're like just the typical lottery type of altcoins so that's okay to lose with those. And for the main choice, as per my experience, it's none other than bitcoin. People will argue about it that there are other altcoins that are more profitable than it but still, the main topic is all about investing in crypto so, choose your crypto.
2299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 03, 2022, 10:17:43 PM
Yeah, nothing much to do if it's the decision of the management and they're also struggling and aiming to get into the playoffs so they're trying to do their last resort of having an open spot to have someone that might help them get their way there.
The sacrificial lamb is Matt Ryan and that's it, he's the chosen one by them and hopefully the team that might take him later would be giving him the contract that he deserves like having no clause about waiving because it is going to be an absolute trauma if it does.
Matt has to grind it out for sometime and accept that fact that he has been waived, so not sure if he will be traumatized by that experience, but at least that could be an eye opening for him to really try very hard so that when a team pick him up, he has improved a lot and shouldn't be cut that easy.

But he has a memorable game with the Lakers hitting that corner 3 so I guess he can held his head high with that kind of performance.

Bucks vs Lakers game later. Let see if Lakers can pull a big upset here.
I think he has already accepted it, it was short notice and for sure that the disappointment on his face was there but has to embrace the reality that this is how being in the NBA goes on, as a business. It's not just an eye opener for him but also for the others that sympathizes his status of being waived, they'll now have the idea that it can be done to them unless there's no clause on their contracts that states that they can be waived whenever the team feels.
2300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine owning Bitcoin as an xmas gift on: December 03, 2022, 09:20:00 PM
I know how happy to receive gifts and especially if the gift you're about to receive is the one that you like. In your case, you like bitcoin and you anticipate someone's going to gift it to you. While in the other scenario, there are people receiving bitcoin that they don't even know what it is.
They've been just given it because they think that the receiver will like it and for the others, it's a way for them to be introduced to bitcoin. There might be situations that someone is able to give you that, who knows?  Grin
If no one did during the holidays, then just buy yourself and DCA.
