And we can use Bitcoin move our values to there.

Imagine the first bitcoin billionaires are going to move to Mars  Cheesy Bitcoins would be the best currency for it since it can just be controlled as long as we have internet access. But we know that Elon Musk doesn't like bitcoins anymore. Maybe he won't accept it as form of payment to fly to Mars and then the first colony will likely be created by Elon Musk so he can fully control which currencies are going to be accepted. Maybe the whole Mars will run on Doge Coin.
2982  Other / Off-topic / Re: Most Memorable Movie Moment on: July 15, 2021, 07:24:06 AM
For me the biggest memory from a Movie I have of Pulp Fiction. It is such a great movie and I watched it countless times. The best scene is when John Travolta puts in 666 into the briefcase and finally opens it, but the camera won't show what is inside - we can only see a golden light coming from it and Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta stare inside the briefcase.
2983  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The TRUTH About ASIAN Discrimination & "Stop Asian Hate" on: July 13, 2021, 09:47:35 AM
I found this video very informative, comprehensive yet compact, on the matter of Asian discrimination
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=013Mg-cg3uo

In my country I never noticed any Asian discrimination. To be honest Asian woman are very well respect and most men would be happy to marry a foreigner from Asia. In Asian culture there is a much stronger orientation towards family than we have in Western culture. Also most restaurants are Asian cuisine, its the best food.
2984  Other / Off-topic / Re: Shopping Online on: July 13, 2021, 09:27:37 AM
Online Shopping is the best. I shop online specially electronics, shoes and also clothes.

I hate online shopping, it's the worst for our economy and our cities. The more we shop online the more actual stores are going bankrupt and need to close. Who wants to live in a city without any shops? The worst customers are the one who go into a store to try something out and then order it online. And the saddest part is that the online sellers are not even paying taxes.
2985  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anxiety goes depression on: July 13, 2021, 07:30:14 AM
Anxiety & depression is a lot more common at the moment due to the pandemic & the controls it’s brought. Things will get better soon as the vaccinations begin to work & life goes back to normal.

Hang in there.

I agree with you, once we reach herd immunity (about 80% of the population vaccinated) life can go back to normal. People are already afraid of the next corona wave, that is why vaccinations are so important. The anxiety most people face are either health related, which is mostly corona at the moment, or economical, like the risk of losing your job. If we can finally contain the corona pandemic than most anxieties should also disappear and life will be back to normal.

What bragging man, more than 60% of the population are now vaccinated over here. It is bad to be part of it? You would think differently if one of your relatives is in hospital because of corona. You really think that billions of people who got the vaccine will just die overnight?  That is ridiculous. You know that people died before the vaccine as well. Just because someone dies and has been vaccinated doesn't mean he died because of it. And what are these links, none of them are from any decent newspaper.

2988  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you miss Trump? on: July 13, 2021, 06:26:11 AM

Yes I miss Trump. He made the White House lively because of his media presence and all that attention and attack on him from the media. The new man there now is almost like he is not existing at all. Docile.

Me too, I miss him. Trump was a huge meme as a president. I didn't really support all his political ideas but atleast he was engaging people. Having a president with a direct twitter feed meant that every week some new memes were coming out. Let's see, maybe in 3 years he will be back  Cheesy
2989  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you play any musical instruments? on: July 12, 2021, 07:56:01 PM
Even i happen to play piano in my childhood but not anymore.

Yeah same, my parents forced me to play the flute and the piano. I hated both. In the end it would have been much better to let me choose something, I probably would have preferred to play the guitar or drums, as my friends. And as soon as I could I just stopped all together. Over the years I forget almost everything, maybe I could pick it up quickly again but it doesn't interest me at all. Also in highschool we didn't have any real focus on music, the school was more open towards all kind of arts than music.
2990  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The uncontrollable world on: July 12, 2021, 07:30:04 PM
The world was made by an invisible power whom no science or scientist can define or propound the theory of the creation. However, the world was made for the good of man. But a search to tell that something is missing that resulted to it's chaos. There was religion of different believe, but there was no peace for the world .
Babylon highjacked the power to lead the whole world but it was topled  by the pertian world(jarius) the king. Greek world came on board( Alexander the great) he also failed, there was no peace. there was disunity in the world. Constantine took the Roman government there was no corridor of peace . Charles magnet in the same empire there was no peace.
The world went into disintegration, from there we are where we are today. The question is where  are the workers of the great  scientist,  where are the great religionists, where are the great educationist and the great leaders  of the world?? Something is missing, there must be a hand of the creation of the world.

We are just at a random point in time of human evolution right now. Nothing special with the current time. Our understanding of the world and our creation is still very limited. We might know much more than the people 500 or 2000 years ago, but in the end we are still pretty clueless. For us it seems like an invisible power that we can't explain. For the people who are going to live on Earth in 500 or 1000 years this force will likely be explained and every kid will know it. We need to except that we can't know everything.
2991  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long do you spend on bitcointalk every day? on: July 12, 2021, 07:24:46 PM

So now I want to do a simple survey, how long do you spend in the forum every day?

Of course, if there is a way to directly count the background data, please let me know. I am willing to take the time to count.Thanks.

It kind of depends if I am busy or not, but usually I spend between 1-2 hours every day just checking out new posts and posting a little myself. There are so many topics with active users posting new things each day. The most time I read on bitcointalk when in the metro or in the bathroom  Wink
2992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 12, 2021, 07:21:52 PM
Congrats to Italy, well deserved victory, they played much better. No idea what happened to England, they were playing in their own city, with thousands of English fans and still didn't manage to pull it off. The penalty shootout is always hard to predict, it could go either way. But if even before that, Italy had so many more chances of winning than England. Higher ball possession, better pass accuracy, etc. England was lucky to make it into the shoot out. Unfortunately with my last big bet I lost even more money. This Euro 2020 was a huge red gamble for me, I lost almost all of my last 7 bets. First France, then Belgium, so many favourites just didn't perform.

How are you feeling about Bitcoin?

Nice pool, just missing a few options. My feelings about bitcoins are: short term stagnant and long term bullish.

We have been in a sidewards trend for weeks now and this will likely continue in the near future. During the summer the markets have been always a bit more quite. It is likely that we see higher prices again in Autmun and Winter. It is always harder to predict the short term trend, but long term Bitcoins have been bullish almost every year.
2994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 10, 2021, 05:17:31 PM
Will there be any Italian fans at the stadium at all? I read somewhere that only 1000 tickets are allowed for Italians.
That is truly unfortunate and could negatively affect the Italian national team.

Yeah I read the same, this is really unfair for the Italian team. And another point why England will likely win tomorrow. Just placed my last bet this Euro 2020 and with odds 1.90 it is almost double the money I get back when they win. The biggest fear I have is that England gets a red card early on and will be behind all game. Most of the times the Italian players like to fall easily and the referee will see that it was no hard foul, but we never know tomorrow. It is going to be a tense game, everything is possible.

Got yesterday my second injection from Pfizer / Biontech. So far I am still alive, just have some mild headaches and feel a bit sleepy, except that I am totally fine. My first injection was Astra Zeneca, so I tried out two vaccines now. Almost everybody from my friends and family got vaccinated already and nobody had any sever side effects. I think the vaccines are harmless and can make a huge difference for keepin the new corona numbers relative low. At the moment we see vaccination rates of 55-65%, but we need to get up to 80% to reach herd immunity.
2996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 09, 2021, 10:27:53 AM
For me this is going to be a clear England victory. Let's say both teams are equally strong and have a 50/50 chance of winning. There are more factors we need to consider. The first factor that plays into the hands of England is the location. Playing in the Wembley stadium means a lot for the English team. The second factor are the fans. We have seen in the game against Denmark what the difference Fans can make. If there will be again guys with laser pointers blinding the goal keeper, Italy will be doomed.
2997  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Life Expectancy = 73 | Median Covid Death Age = 80 on: July 09, 2021, 08:57:13 AM
Life expectancy of a 80 year old can't be 73 years. The life expectancy changes the older you get. If you are 30 now, your expectancy is maybe 73. But once you reach 73 your expectancy will grow fast. Since you haven't died yet, the risks of an early death are not applicable for you anymore. So the real expectancy for the old people will be more like 85+ years.

Thanks for this info, I updated my l windows straightaway this morning.I am one of these guys who never shuts down their PC. The sleeping mode is so much more convenient and saves time. I wish we would get pop ups in Windows if there is a security risk. Most of the time I am getting no notifications about update.
2999  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you eat friendly animals on: July 08, 2021, 05:34:48 PM
If you rear some goats(for example) for food and the goats end up loving you lots and you love the goat too, can you kill and eat the goats when it's time to eat them? How do you handle such situation, sell the goats, keep them as pet or just let them live?

Asking this question to see if what I learnt about animals-human relationship is true and can be proven.

In some countries goats are animals with a special relationship to its owners, I don't think they could kill and eat them. It feels like a bond we see between cats, dogs or horses in other countries. There is no way I would ever eat dog or cat meat. Humans eat too much meat anyways, better let them live and start eating some biological alternatives. Have you ever tried tofu?
3000  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about online dating? on: July 08, 2021, 03:49:48 PM
Online dating is pretty normal these days. We are doing everything online, shopping, school and university, gaming, etc. So why not also dating? When I was in university everybody I knew was using tinder. Fun times. Also if you move to a different country and are new in a city, then online dating is a great way to get to know people. I think the number of couples who met online will keep growing in the future.
