Confirmed the payment hit my wallet. Thanks Phil
302  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: spec thread on how to do the ckpool-solo club on: May 19, 2015, 11:45:05 AM
I see we are rolling again

we are overpaying a tiny bit.  0.0100 was the max goal

but with 2 blocks hit it is a little easier to do.  and we were paying 0.0102 when we hit the blocks.

price drift up may always be a problem.  small problem as it costs time but not coin.  (so far)

I am ok with the slight over paying. We were lucky yesterday to hit those two blocks so close to each other. My feeling is once that happened we may have been better off raising the rate right away to keep those miners we had as now we most likely have different miners who knows where they are located. It may not mean anything but if it's working keep it. Also Phil I am going to send you a PM.
303  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: spec thread on how to do the ckpool-solo club on: May 19, 2015, 11:41:39 AM
By the way Philip, how do you see our groups rotate?

Also, i thought maybe we should try to work as a team?
as for now, our groups are completely two separated groups, am i right?

What if, we try to help each other a bit, heres an example of what we can do:

For instance our group found 2-3-10 blocks...
And your group wasnt able to find anything.
or the othe way around.

So what our group does, is cover your losses... and give those 0.5 bitcoins to your group for the next run.

This happens everytime a group founds a block, and help the other group for only one run, until someone founds a block again.

Way to complicated

I see we are rolling again

Phil, I sent you (and the whole group since I hit reply-all) a signed message from my address.
Yeah I read that, and now I'm hungry... ;P
You know... I looked at this post like 5 times before what you wrote sunk in.  From my address, I assume you're referring to this (which are freaking delicious):

In reality, my address refers to this:

As does my user name Smiley

I was as confused as well...
307  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 53 blocks solved! on: May 18, 2015, 10:12:19 PM
well kano mentioned he had never seen a 1ph rental work .

 So 5x 100th 's worked

I have no idea if there is an accidental conflict of coding at the  1ph level.

but 2 blocks in the bank We are renting in groups of 100th from now on.
Actually that was me that said no 1PH miner solved a block on solo, but Kano has had concerns about rented hash for a while.

Congrats guys, updating to 53 Cheesy

I knew you were the one CK that stated it (thank you for doing so).  This group idea may start more  people starting groups but I hope they pick a trustworthy person to run it as I knew Phil was. Thank you for the solo pool and I will tip you once I get paid. A group or even when it was just 2 people added a whole new level of fun than when I solo mine by myself.
308  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: spec thread on how to do the ckpool-solo club on: May 18, 2015, 09:21:02 PM
PM my address to you Phil.

EDIT: You have mine right on the list

309  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 51 blocks solved! on: May 18, 2015, 08:50:06 PM
okay went to take out 2.50  and duh  have to wait for confirms!
HA!  I was going to PM you about it... looks like you figured out on your own that we've gotta wait the 100 confirmations before you can send out the coins Grin

I hit lots and lots of blocks back in   2012 8 or 9,  but  it was with bitminter and he paid with no waiting since we were splitting the coins.

hey now that we hit 2 blocks we still have 4.7 coins left to mine

2 more and it would be really cool.

Nice

Happy though!! Cheesy
Hahahaha!  Now let's bang out a couple more Smiley

2 more blocks needed so Phil and me can be even from where we started

well, 'Daddy Cool' just started coming over the speakers, LOL Kiss

BAN had a lucky streak yesterday with finding 4 blocks. The pool was running at @4.5 PH but still is showing

Our combined oustanding balance in queue to be paid is 247.31849526 Bitcoin.
There are 1 mined blocks waiting to mature, totalling 25 Bitcoin
313  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 49 blocks solved! on: May 17, 2015, 12:11:16 PM
100T + seems to be the magic numbers lately.
Funny you say that. I had noticed that not a single person who rented 1+ PH has ever found a block here. Not sure exactly what that means but as well as some very lucky people there have been some very unlucky people. There is really, however, no way to confirm the hardware you are hiring isn't configured in such a way as to never find you a block mind you so you're always taking a risk (they'd need to be very nasty operators and I seriously doubt they'd risk their reputation with so much hashrate at their disposal but you never know).
I am trying to wrap my head around this.... As far a withholding the blocks or configuring the miners to not find or show the blocks? Would this be on the rig owners end or the site you rent thru?
314  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 45 blocks solved! on: May 12, 2015, 10:32:35 PM
Interested in joining the group if you set-up another round, let me know Smiley

well I for one am pretty crushed doing this.

3 team shots

7.0 btc spilt 2 ways I lost 3.5 btc
6.0 btc spilt 6 ways I lost 1.0 btc
4.5 btc split 9 ways I may lose 0.5 BTC

And at least 2btc in other rentals all in the last 2 weeks

 I need a break.

Sorry I got you started in this Phil...I am out the same as you on all 3 groups but only about 1.5 alone....I have 1 more BTC that I had sitting to do but may try a group if anybody is interested.

"bestshare": 12,707,695,286.660595}  12 bill is ¼ of the way there

Cool!! Let's get one this time!!

yeah it is getting old.

I did 3 team orders  7+6+4.5 coins = 17.5 coins
-----------------------------------------------------------------
I think I did 2 or 3 coins on my own.

Plus I pointed hash from my own gear on and off.

I have my last 2 miners here solo mining and have also spent more coins renting hash besides what we have done with no luck. Been close a few times but after this will just let my miners work away in the basement.
