They may do that but it would require lots of man-power and time. This casino is a one-man operation and I can guess that the manager of this casino don't have that kind of time. If the player loses his/her original email address it is pretty much over for him probably unless theQuin do a favor but I am not sure if he is going to help every other guy that lost his email address. That would open himself to do lots of mistakes and lots of people might get burned because of this. Long story short, you just don't lose your email, that's your responsibility. I am sure that they may have some other people help them here and there, but it is a two man operation for sure, wetsuit and thequin are the only ones we know of that works for this place. Which is a weird thing when you consider it and amazing achievement for them as well. This place is one of the most visited websites in the world, they are ranked insanely high, and they make so much money and they never have any problems at all nor any complaints and they have achieved this with just 2 people, in fact wetsuit got it to an insane level all by himself and just asked thequin for help later on. So, it is really weird because we never really see these type of huge websites, done by just two people. We do have help from freebitco.in PR on the marketing side of things. They do the email templates and upload most of the sports bets for me but other than that it's just the 2 of us. |

I require a Bitcoin signed message from either the address set in the profile or an address previously used to deposit from as proof of ownership. That is time consuming for me but it is the only way I can protect your accounts from phishing attacks.
Oh, you do it? Great, I truly appreciate it! (+merit) Right, it is time consuming, it must be done manually (I guess you do not do it often enough to invest into creation of any script or automatic process), but as you said - the only way to show you are somehow connected to the freebitco account. It would be a good to add that advice for newcomers - do not deposit BTC directly from an exchange - always use your own address (even if it would cost you some sats extra). It doesn't happen very often because unfortunately very few people actually have their own wallet and set their profile default withdrawal address to it. |

But I couldn't find guidelines for posting. I want to understand if there's a time limits to posts. What I mean is if I make a post now how long do I need to wait to make another post or I can make posts many time?
It's dependent on your activity score. What are the time limits on posting and the levels??

It's not enough to just claim that you have lost access to your old email address. That way anyone could request access to anyone's account on the gambling platform.

I have an issue for several days already and I've been patiently waiting, but support doesn't reply, neither at forum, neither through email.
I don't know what to do anymore. Those are the contact channels I'm aware of... Support has been always very solicitous, but not this time.
I don't have the ability to work 24/7 and sometimes I even have to take a few days off. I also prioritise serious problems over confusion with offers. ie. In this instance, if hundreds of people report not getting extra RP or whatever was offered in an email then I know something went wrong. If one person reports it I know they just misunderstood it and I really don't have time to make an in-depth investigation. |

There are a lot of unauthorised and unofficial programs and apps for our site to our site and other Bitcoin related services that conatin tojans for such activity. i think you should add some feature to your site. if anyone had enabled 2fa and want to wager all of his/her acc balance on multiply, then ask for 2fa! I think adding a feature that gets in the way of someone wagering is the silliest thing a gambling site could do. Everyone who uses Bitcoin needs to understand the dangers involved in downloading anything untrusted. |

That is always one of the main problems. Sometimes, by good promoting the site, you will be able to find a lot of referrals, but keeping them active is always the hard part. In fact you only need one whale as referral and you can earn a lot of money. Look at the nr 7 in the stats section for the top 10 affiliates. He only has 3 referrals but yet already won over 16 BTC thanks to them!
Wow, you are right. And another one, 22BTC with 6 referrals. Insane results. I wonder if they know about each other and if they have any kind of deal, like a % of weekly share back etc. In fact it could a whale who plays on 2 accounts, real one (child) and extra one (parent) where he plays just for the commissions from referral account. A lot of those accounts on top 10 stats are really old so most of that 22 BTC was when BTC was around $200. |

Thank you guys for the answers, yes it's an outgoing transaction, I've checked the address, it has a lot of unconfirmed transactions since May 11th.
It doesn't matter if the recipient's address has a lot of unconfirmed transactions. This won't affect your transaction. What matters is that you didn't use unconfirmed inputs (from a parent transaction) in your transaction. A transaction won't confirm if it has any unconfirmed inputs. Yeah, I wanted to say freebitcoin is paying very low transaction fees , it'll take very long time to be confirmed. I think that is when you let the auto payment run that is sent with these very low fees,they also have an option at your withdrawal button in your profile that let's you choose the fees,you can choose instant there as an option and they cut from your payment the adequate fee to send you the Bitcoin much sooner than when you use the auto withdraw which happens every Sunday if you have the minimum amount required to cash out. I know the site since 2016, I used the instant option ... This is the address : 329koRvovTyNnd4ADrpR2uJHzXxfvKxta5 It has a lot of unconfirmed transactions . It looks like they sent most of the transactions still with low fees like 11 Satoshi/byte which takes quite a few days to confirm now in the mempool if you see the website Bitcoinfees.earn which tells you that to use the instant,really instant withdrawal they should use a fee like near 85 Satoshi/byte but in the end don't worry those transactions will come through. That can happen when the mempool spikes suddenly. Someone dumped ¬100Mb at 13 vSats/Byte when we already had a few unconfirmed transactions: This has been a while:  Bitcoin's price drop may have triggered some panic selling: that was about 100 vMB in transactions at 10 sat/vbyte. We do everything we can to try and keep fees as low as possible for you. So we have only one unspent output in the wallet which reduces the space needed to sign the transaction. That means the next withdrawal is spending the change of the previous one. As the fee estimators adjust after fees go up the latest transactions we send have higher fees so when the miners look at the combined fee of all the dependent transactions the ones with lower fees will be balanced by the ones with higher fees. We were just a bit unlucky here that the combined average ended up being 10 vSats/byte when someone had added 100Mb at 13. After the chain of 25 is reached it will failover and start using the slow withdrawal wallet. There really isn't much that can be done with the already stuck transactions other than waiting for it to clear out. I did check the accelerators but they are very overpriced and it would have been several thousand dollars. This is a very rare occurrence, probably happens less than once a year. |

It is not about locking, but holding. You just must have tokens, lock or not. And then, depending on how long you hold them, you have different levels of benefits (go to Premium-> Premium membership benefit details) The longer you have your tokens, the higher level you have. Locking is something different, you earn tokens at the end of locking period. It's weird how many people get confused by this. The text on the premium benefits page says "The Premium Membership program is designed in a way that the longer you hold FUN tokens, the greater your benefits will be. The initial benefits start after 1 day of holding the tokens in your FreeBitco.in account." and the savings page only refers to earning interest as a benefit. I think it is not very surprising - people usually do not read user guides, documentation or even home loan contracts. What I would only like to mention is that: on the page you always promote actions showing the maximum possible benefits - and I understand, it makes it more tempting. But user who have just bought 1000 tokens expects to have suddenly 10 daily WOFs, increased cashback etc. I know what you mean but it isn't like it's been hidden in the middle of 50 pages of small print that nobody is ever going to read. Maybe I'm just in a small minority of people who at least read the basic description of what something is before I buy it.  |

Once again we are at a level where it is clear to me winners are very low ticket amount people. Last week was not just an exception and we knew that, I knew that, but we are at a level where it is becoming a bit more common let alone being possible. Once again we have 4 people who had under 100 tickets, and 7 people who had under 200 tickets.
When dealing with randomness everything is possible. Here's a fun exercise for you. Download the ticket file and open it in a spreadsheet. Sort the data by the tickets held column. Total up the number of tickets held by people with less than 100 and less than 200 tickets and then calculate the percentage chance of each of those 2 groups winning. Then you'll know that it wasn't only possible it was actually highly probable. |

Sorry, I believe this issue was already commented some time ago on this thread, but I don't remember exactly how it ended being the solution, neither the page where it was discussed. I opened one of the free wheel spins received through email, but captcha is stucked and doesn't work: ERROR for site owner: invalid site key. Closed and opened the link again few times, and the same message displays.  Can I still use this spin somehow, or is it lost due to this error? I answered this one recently in our other thread. That's a reCaptcha error showing that it is an old cached version of the page. I want to report that during the captcha phase in the freespin interface, sometimes there is the google recaptcha, sometimes another one I don't knwo the name.
When there is the google recapthca, a red message says "to site owner, invalid site key", the captcha is not functional. One or two refresh of the page usually loads the other non-google captcha that works.
You need to clear your cache. We have completely switched from using Google reCaptcha to hCaptcha so we no longer have a reCaptcha site key. You must be seeing an old cached version of the page rather than the current one. |
