I have never received the salary on bitcoin but why not, i would be happy if somehting like this happen, it is a bit risky because the price changes often and the salary can be doubled or cut in half. But it has also it benefit, if i decide to save money then saving in bitcoin is much more better.

For a week the ETH price dropped from 0.027 to 0.017 at the moment and for the next week i think the price will be near 0.02BTC

We have discussed in many threads, why certain people should not be, or could not be Satoshi Nakamoto...but we have not discussed which person or group would be the ideal Satoshi Nakamoto. In your opinion, if you could choose, who would you want Satoshi Nakamoto to be? This could be an individual or a group of people. Also quantify why you want this person or group to be the creator of Bitcoin and the owner of +/- 1 000 000 bitcoins. Let's see how creative you could be with this.  I want Satoshi Nakamoto to be Steve Jobs, he died in 2011 so bitcoin was invented few years earlier. Why i would see steve jobs as satoshi nakamoto is because he would increase the bitcoin to another level, integrate bitcoin to their apple product and make bitcoin more expensive like their products. |

Days ago, it was more than $700, but now it's hovering at around $670.
Should we still hold or should we let the coins go?
I decided to hold, i haven;t sold at $760 so I'm not selling them for $670 it's a big difference especially for those that have xx bitcoins it is a huge lost if they decided to sell at $670 and not at $760. I think this will be only a temporary time for those that wants to buy bitcoin. |

I just checked the top few altcoins in yobit (by trading volume last 24h) and the exchange rate has been increased for 9%-19% which is the right time to sell these altcoins. Why we should sell now?

Lowering price its mean time to buy for me When bitcoin price gets lowered then the exchange rate of altcoin for example LISK or ETH increases and it's the perfect time to sell. |

Time is flying but the price isn't, I'm a bit surprised a bit today when i saw that the bitcoin price has been decreased for -$90 which isn't a small amount. Don't know if is the right moment to sell but things are going bad, the charts now have become all red.

Where are you from, because buying online costs more because of the fees that exchanges have but buying in person or for cash is much more better, no verification needed and sometimes is faster. If you are in europe you can check exchanges that accept SEPA transfers which are the fastest. |

But if you are going to make again a giveaway in bitcoin at a public event i would go like this by sitting in a table, giving away bitcoin stickers and saying that you are giving away xx dollars for everyone, and giving them a brochure about the procedure how to create a bitcoin wallet, adding private key of the address that you give to them etc.

There are many good alternatives for you, so far i have categorized for myself the wallets, for online/hot/everyday-use/on-the-go wallets i would suggest coinbase, for desktop wallets: electrum because does not need to download the whole blockchain, and for cold and hardware wallets: trezor because it is very well secured but it's a bit costy. |

Wow. The price going up is great but the volume is even better. We've got new people using bitcoin, more people buying bitcoin and lots more volume! Can't complain about that! Bitcoins are getting in more people's hands so this is great news for everyone.
The volume in exchanges is really keeping increasing, but one thing also to mention that also the altcoin volume is high on exchanges which means that the people that are interesting in cryptocurrencies is keeping increasing, seeing only on poloniex the eth volume has reached 60,800 BTC+. The more people buy bitcoins the more the price will increase. |

I am thinking that these are one of the lower prices we are seeing as a result of rush dump and there should be a price correction soon - specially for DAO which will most likely be hard forked and so we would get a lot of Ethereum.
Any other opinions? I think no, it's not the right moment to buy etherum at this stage because the exchange rate is keeping only decreasing and as long as it goes negative i would not recommend to buy because the chances to go even lower are high. I would wait a bit maybe until after the halving and then recheck how the situation is. |

I can only recommend to anybody to move over to Bitfinex in the next comming days for ETH trading. There is not even one more reason to trade on Poloniex ETH compared to Bitfinex I just tried to login with my account in poloniex and it worked for me to login there. The recent drama about ETH and poloniex is taking to much attention and lots of users seems to be affected by this, gladly that i removed my funds from there. |

The price of bitcoin is really important not only for the bitcoin itself but also for altcoins because they are pretty much realated to the bitcoin, if bitcoin is up then also mostly of other altcoins are up, if bitcoin price decreases then the value of altcoins decreases a bit. For early adopters the price is useful but not much important if they plan to sell after a long time.
