I do believe that there will always be people who abuse these type of stuff, it is not going to be that simple to make this work. I know that many people want this to over but at the end of the day abusers will always try to get the most for themselves. You may say that 500 for a few months as a cheap thing for you, but when you consider that there are nations with 200 bucks a month minimum wage and there are like 20-30% of the population working for minimum wage, that becomes a bit of a question mark.
