3161  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: have i seen the last of my bitcoins on: November 16, 2015, 10:37:27 AM
I'm not quite sure if the "7 day thingy and you will get you're coins back" is true.

What do you mean the bitcoin is not taken from your wallet? I don't quite understand.

should i be all ZEN and say goodbye to my bitcoins and move on having learned a lesson to keep all my address in order.

This should be your best option either you got it back or not. You should take this a lesson and always double check the address that you are sending.

I don't get it how you mixed up your addresses.  Undecided

My first try was never really a succesful one. I hardly get profit with what I am doing before so now I came here to ask for some help and advices.

- What exchanges do you recommend?
- Also what do you think is the best capital for trading and making big profits from it?

I will really appreaciate the help I could get from you guys. Time is passing so fast and I'm running of time and I need to get more profit so that I can make my plans to reality next year for my education so yea. This forum is really a big help. Thanks guys!
3165  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: does anyone in here knows about recyclix? on: November 16, 2015, 12:42:06 AM
So much time to wait to the end to find out it was a scam...  Undecided
not really scam. you can make a withdrawal via wire transfer even you did not make a deposit.

but in order to withdraw via bitcoin and paypal you will have to deposit a minimum of 20 euro
Ok..but what if they don't pay even after our investing some funds?
No one here seems to have deposited in order to make w/d and been successful.

I contact support and they were saying just withdraw on bank wire if you don't trust this. I've waited for months and I get nothing. My bank don't support wire transfer.  Cry

3169  Economy / Lending / Re: Need loan 0.03 BTC on: November 15, 2015, 04:08:35 AM
You guys need to stop trying to make deals with him on the loan amount. I think you're forgetting what a loan is; it's someone borrowing an amount that they'll use for a certain need, and then repay through other means.

Obviously his loan is specifically for 0.03BTC. By negotiating with him to lower the amount that he'll borrow, you're encouraging people to get a loan for more than they need. This isn't a sale, as I bet most of you want him to default so you can get the account; this is a loan, and there is no negotiating (except for collateral) for a loan.

Well yes you are right but the offered collateral won't cover up for the amount of loan he is asking if ever he defaults. I'm offering him a 0.005 btc short loan, it's not that big of a difference ya'know. Also OP sounds like he is selling the account for not stating a reason of his loan also. So yea..
3170  Economy / Lending / Re: Need loan 0.03 BTC on: November 15, 2015, 03:08:00 AM
I can lend you max of 0.025 btc If you can provide your account as collateral.

Sure i will provide my account as collateral but not for 0.025BTC

Well Ok. Your account don't worth 0.02 mate. Even if it has potential, the post quality and the number of pot activity doesn't really make ypur account worth more. I'm doing you a favor here don't ask for more because I doubt anyone would give this loan to you. Also without a signed message from an old address, it will make it more hard for you to get this. Anyway, Goodluck.

I am not a web developer but you can find some of them in here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0.
There are tons of people in there offering programming services. I hope this helps. Goodluck!
3173  Other / Meta / Re: Fundraiser for Countries in Crisis on: November 15, 2015, 02:24:32 AM
The number of bitcoin related scams is very high, and as such it would be difficult to tell the difference between a charity that actually will use the money they receive to the cause they claim to be helping and a charity that will simply pocket the money (aka is a scam). This unfortunately is the case after most disasters and such scams are often quite successful because people often tend to be very generous after disasters.

An even greater concern is that some charities based in the middle east actually funnel the majority of the money they receive to terrorist organizations.

It may work tho if we could find a trustable individual tho or if we can't then the suggestion of directing the funds to the charity institutions may work. Maybe we can contact them and suggest them to get a bitcoin wallet so in that way we can send them the coins directly. Now we will promote in in forums with the proofs that it is really the institutions that is holding the wallet.
3174  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Advertising on Bitcoin click sites on: November 15, 2015, 02:17:03 AM
PTC sites? Are you kidding? Clickers on there don't give a damn about your website and never will. All they want is to get the micro-micro-micro-payment from clicking on your website; honestly, the click-to-engagement is horrible since they won't really pay attention to what's on your website.

Yep. PTC advertising don't really work. I used to click on them and what he said is right, clickers don't give a damn about the site that is being advertised. They are more likely clickig because of the reward. If you want to advertise then I recommend you do it in forums and social medias.
3175  Economy / Lending / Re: --|| Lt.Bitcoin is offering Micro-Loans ||- on: November 14, 2015, 04:27:39 PM
I don't know what is your definition of "micro" loan but I think the total amount of coins that you can lend right now is not even enough for the "micro loans" that people in here are typically asking. I mean I think you can lend to one person from time to time. If you won't have more coins available I think this shouldn't be considered a service yet since you are only starting from low. Smiley

3177  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: About Blockchain.info confirmation on: November 14, 2015, 04:21:21 AM
Confirmation will take a while if you sent the coins with a low fee. Also confirmations will always depends on every transaction so don't expect that you will get it that fast with 2-3 confirmations unless the transaction is in high priority.
3178  Economy / Auctions / Re: SPECIAL AUCTION.... Potential full member account starts @ 1 satoshi on: November 14, 2015, 04:12:34 AM
so now jacee is the second highest bidder after withdrawl of the bid by BruceLee007.

Only 6 hours are left in the auction. And highest bid is 0.018btc

That's a pretty unfair decision OP. One back out of the auction and I will then take the place of the looser? If you will gonna just accept him backing out of the auction then I might as well retrieve my entry here. I've reached my max btc and so I am not gonna participate in this anymore.
3179  Economy / Lending / Re: Need $10 BTC loan - thanks in advance on: November 14, 2015, 03:22:30 AM
hmmmm this might be a noob question, but what kind of things do people offer as collateral, and how do you secure the collateral?

Here is:
What is considered collateral?

Collateral is something that can easily be resold to cover the loan value plus interest should the loaner default on the loan.

- The best collateral is another crypto-currency, such as Litecoin (also written as LTC).  Coins must be moderately traded on multiple exchanges.
- Some digital wares such as domain names can be considered as long as the user cannot recover it.
- Small valuable items that can be shipped though the mail - i.e. gold, silver, iphones, etc.
- Large items, such as a motorcycle or guitar can be used if you live close to the person giving you the loan.  Try localbitcoins.com

What is not considered collateral?

- Items not in hand.  Don't trust a user that promises to give you something *when* they default!  Tracking numbers only show something has been mailed - it could be an empty box.
- Future income.  You can prove you'll make xx coins in the next few days, but nothing forces you to send those coins to pay your debt.
- Identification.  So what if they can prove who they are.  Are you going to spend more money and time taking them to court on untested legal grounds?  You'll probably just walk away, like everyone does.  ID is useless.
- Games codes or similar.  To verify the collateral you need to use the code, which destroys the collateral.  Consider this a purchase, not a loan.  (Post in Digital Goods instead)
- Most new alt-coins or alt-coins that trade for satoshis are not good collateral as they can become worthless overnight.
- Paypal should never be used - they are anti-bitcoin and will rule against you 100% of the time.  Escrow can't even help, as paypal charge backs can come over 6 months later!
- Most valuable online accounts can easily be recovered by social engineering (the user contacting support to say they were hacked, and regain control of the account)  Examples:  Steam

When should you use Escrow?

 - Never send collateral directly to a low activity/post account offering you a loan, as they are likely to take your coins and disappear. (Collateral Scam)
 - Use only "Hero Members" or "Legendary Members" for escrow - they have a vested interest in the community with the time they have spent here.
 - Do not use a third party escrow service unless hero members can vouch for it - it's too easy to create a website, do a few escrows then disappear with a big balance.  Rinse and repeat.
- A list of trusted escrows can be found here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

When considering the trustworthiness of a user, ignore "Posts" as there are schemes that pay a user per post.  A person can make 1,000 useless posts in one day and contribute nothing to the community.  Instead look at the "Activity" number - that gives you a more accurate tally of how involved the user is in the community.

Ignore the sob stories that users post - it's just a scam to get your coins.  If a person really is in such a situation, they can turn to family, friends or other social circles they frequent.  They are just posting in our community because the payment is anonymous and irreversible.
3180  Economy / Lending / Re: Need $10 BTC loan - thanks in advance on: November 13, 2015, 04:37:05 PM
Any collateral for this loan? Well your reason for this loan is not really that kind of reason where people will be interested in giving you a loan. If you could provide a collateral which is 120% of your loan then I migjt give this loan to you.
