Ofcourse. This discussion is a good one and logic also. About investing in this IPO mining of George, you get 15k NLG per package out of the premine and will be distirbuted by a trusted 3rd party of the community when it goes on next month, as i understand now. So in case the mining does not work out as mentioned by George, even then investment is not lost. So that is why I say lets give George the benifit of the doubt. But discussion and question can go on. Best is to ask questions on the forum, i think. What I have seen in postings of George he is really willing to contribute to the succes of Guldencoin. I think everybody can make his own discision in this, wanting to participate or not. More trust can be gained coming weeks, this should not divide the community at all. I think I need to ask about this one as well, I haven't seen any IPO request on the https://funding.guldencoin.com site. Where and how was it decided that 1.5mm coins would become available for this project? Again, I'm not deliberately trying to frustrate things, I just want to keep things clear and pure! I'm all for funding this initiative myself, once a certain clarity has been established first! I think if George can actually make this work it of course would be great for Guldencoin. But I still see to many uncertainties... Counter question, purely for the sake of argumenting: Where and how was it decided that 2M coins would become available for the current running IPO? No questions ever rised on that one Buerra had run 2 successful mining campaigns previously (without IPO) and a lot of people have met him in person. I stand to be corrected but the request was from the development team to have 500 Mh when the change of rewards took place. The only reason I am not taking packages is because you are anonymous. |

Put some buy orders just above 300 , strong dump signal from traders that made a small profit on the recent rally. After that the price will go much higher. For new users to trading and investing just follow this graph, if the supply on bittrex remains above 45 million then lower 300s is a good buy in price. I wouldn't buy above 350 until that graph moves below 40 million (short term). Another approach to estimating the NLG at bittrex would be to add up the 50 highest account balances provided in the bittrex distribution tab. It looks accurate enough, rounded off the top 50 addresses and it came to 41.9 million coins. At the rate of decline you can expect 300-500 more addresses with about 3 million coins. |

Unknown, since that part hasn't been discussed. Once the initial setup would be up and running, things could be explored on possibilities with follow-ups with the help of the pre-mine. Until then, the answer would be for the first 100 MH/s. (P.S. once the first 100 MH/s is up and running, follow-ups can be done in incrementals of 10 MH/s (either with, or without the help of the pre-mine)) Which company in China is building the rigs for you? Not a company, it's my family over there that is handling the China part. They do the hardware, I do the software which connects and runs the system. Will your family be taking 1% fees, what's in it for them to put this effort in? |

An auctionsite for Guldencoin is in the making that website is out if you have see the topic It is out under a different name, still needs a lot of work on it before it will be a Guldencoin auction site. The intention of Bjorn is that you can make your own account and put your own items on for sale. Auction time determined by the seller if I have this correctly. Still needs some work. Patrick is also helping as I understood so I am wondering what this will bring. Awesome idea! that name is on the website, but it is a good project Will be a new project, Bram Still lots of work to be done by Bjorn (and Patrick). So not online yet. I just mentioned it, because this is a great idea, I think.  The updates never dry up ! The biggest threat to those propped up coins in the top 50. |

Litecoin about to halve, will be interesting to see what (if any) affect this has on hash rates with them already sitting quite high at the moment.
Multi pools will have more GH/s to put against other coins , they might give more permanent hash to other scrypt coins but most of the top scrypt coins are already merge mining with litecoin except for guldencoin. Scrypt miners are in for a hard time and the community should keep a look out for cheap ASICs to support guldencoin with. |
