321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Ledger Nano S release that tool they said that will split BCC from BTC on: July 30, 2017, 04:00:52 PM
Once I used that tool to do the split then what shall I do next with BCC? Which Exchanges support BCC? What august date is safe/best to send BCC to an exchange so I can dump it and get free cash?
You should wait till one of the exchange platform (most likely some altcoin trading platform) will list BCC after the split to dump your BCC for BTC or USD.

No any trading platform have announced listing for BCC, might be bittrex will add it but it may take few hours or day.
322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fork August 1. for android users on: July 29, 2017, 06:53:46 PM
There are atleast two more that I know;
Jaxx
Electrum

Both haven't made any official announcement but as both of them give you private keys of your bitcoin address you can call them safer android wallet to store your bitcoins during hardfork.
323  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e.com wont ever be back: stop wasting your time and energy. It's DEAD. on: July 29, 2017, 06:28:15 PM
BUT KNOW THAT IT WASN'T BTC-E.COM WHO STOLE YOUR MONEY, IT WAS THE US GOVERNMENT!

Change of president will not change the way they treat citizen from other countries and the world economy.
Mt gox was based in japan, US used Greece's police force to arrest the owner of btc-e who is actually citizen of russia and now he will be moved to USA where US government will interrogate him to find out his bitcoin wallet than they will just auction off thousands of bitcoin he have in his wallet. All this money will go to US government and the one who have actually lost during all this chaos and mtgox hack will not get any penny.
324  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Alternative to btc-e on: July 29, 2017, 06:21:51 PM
There are few alternatives to btc-e if you are only looking for perfectmoney and okpay withdrawals.

Trading platform :
livecoin.net
yobit.net

note: you can also create respective voucher code in both of this platforms like btc-e

Exchanges :

Changer.com
325  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitmixer.io - Waiting more than 6 hours of mixing - NEED HELP on: July 29, 2017, 06:09:19 PM
Looks like OP got scammed because he have sent bitcoin to this address https://blockchain.info/address/1CeGnw648j1ySNMbRAue5ptELG7tg1XAex
Which have already got more than 1BTC before. Bimixer doesn't give you deposit address that was used before as deposit address and top of that bitmixer have already stopped accepting new deposits.
326  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: [Alert] Move Your Coins From Blockchain.info ASAP! on: July 29, 2017, 05:55:35 PM
I still have bitcoin in my blockchain.info wallet but it is in imported address there which I think can be considered safe because I have proper backup of my private key for that imported address.

But if you have any bitcoin in their HD wallet (default wallet) than yes you have to move coins to jaxx, electrum like wallets before 1st august or sooner.
327  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paid mining services on: July 29, 2017, 05:25:25 PM
I was not talking about cloud mining or similar, I was talking about paying for having a particular tx mined.
I laughed at most of the replies above because almost all of them are talking about cloud mining without even reading your first post.

I think title is quite misleading and most of the people who have replied above are just posting to increase their post count or to get paid.

I haven't used any paid tx accelerator till now but found free tx accelerator viabtc have really helpful.
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing before August 1st. on: July 29, 2017, 05:21:11 PM
You can get free BCC if you can buy some bitcoin right now. Price is still under  $3k which is really good entry point and on top of that you will get free BCC which you can sell just after the split to secure good profit. Than you can easily get 50% profit by just holding those bitcoin for next few months.
329  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card comparison on: July 28, 2017, 06:29:57 PM
You have made a good comparison, I am a very old user of cryptopay and haven't found any issue with them till now. I even have their physical card but I was always worried about their high loading fee and price margin. Your looks good but I haven't checked your service till now, do you offer anything like free plastic card as vouch copy? If yes than I would love to give it a try.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have my BTC in mycelium wallet. After the Aug 1 Hard Fork how can i access BCC on: July 28, 2017, 06:20:55 PM
Similar question was asked here too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2051845.msg20449872#msg20449872
I have made a reply there go through it and many other replies there you will find answer. Basically you have to find BCC supporting wallet after split and I think jaxx will be the first one to support it.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about August 1st? alt coin price will be up or down? on: July 28, 2017, 06:08:05 PM
I also think same but crypto market is quite hard to understand and market might not move exactly as predicted both before and after network split on 1st august. There can be more than 1 fork during that time and I am actually expecting some more drama on this segwit activation on actual date like few more mining pools might pull out their support for segwit2x etc.

I am closely looking at the markets to take out as much as I can.  Grin
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchanges can trade bitcoin to USDT? on: July 28, 2017, 05:55:24 PM
Curious for holding to buy dips.

Couldn't find anything for bittrex.
Bitterx is having it, you may check here : https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=USDT-BTC
Almost all famous exchange are allowing USDT/BTC trading like Poloniex, kraken, bitfinex, shapeshift,c-cex, liqui and many more. Just google USDT/BTC along with your favorite exchange to find direct url.

You can use from bitcoin to USDT?
You can do whatever you like, just set your sell orders at price you want and wait till it will get fullfilled. Now hold all those USDT, basically 1 USDT will always tends to remain as 1 USD so you will not loss any value in terms of fiat if bitcoin price get down. Use those USDT to buy back some cheap bitcoin if price go down in near future.
333  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Practice trading on: July 28, 2017, 05:50:20 PM
Hello im newbie and i dont have any experience as a trader. Can you discuss some solutions for my problem?
There is no any trading platform that allows creating practice account for crypto trading so you have to put atleast some bitcoin for crypto trading. Just start with small amount at first to learn how trading actually works. But you have to read all bitcoin/crypto related articles/news/updates regularly to make your own trading strategies, you shouldn't follow any suggestion you might get from trollbox/chatbox also be careful about hypes/fuds. There are few so called pump group don't join them, you will actually loss with them rather than earning anything out of those pumps which might not last more than few seconds.
334  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the top BTC mixers after Bitmixer? on: July 28, 2017, 04:13:30 PM
I have used many of other bitcoin mixing services before along with bitmixer. I think [banned mixer] is best alternative to bitmixer right now and chipmixer.com is pretty new but looks good.

Both might be experiencing huge traffic these days because of bitmixer customers moving towards them.
335  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin penetrate the price of 3500 USD at the end of 2017 this? on: July 28, 2017, 04:10:52 PM
Until the end of this year price might even cross $5k easily and I think when all this fomo and chaos around hardfork will over on 1st week of august price might reach $3500 which will be new all time high price.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to claim Bitcoin Cash from paper wallet? on: July 28, 2017, 04:07:51 PM
Thank you!

I could move my Bitcoins to a new address before I import them since the new chain for Bitcoin Cash would no see that and accept the old now empty wallet? I understand the this transfer might not happen if Bitcoin has problems with the chain but I can't lose anything right?

The only thing you should have is private key of your bitcoin address where you have to store all of your bitcoins before 31st july.

During hardfork bitcoincash will take blockchain snapshot and it will credit similar about of BCC to all bitcoin holding addresses at the time of that snapshot.

So when you will import that private key in BCC compatible wallet like jaxx in future you will see same amount of BCC which you can move afterwards.

Just put your bitcoin in paper wallet and relax.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you are moving all of your btc off coinbase? on: July 27, 2017, 05:52:05 PM
I have withdrawn all of my bitcoin from every trading platform and actually I am not using coinbase right now so I don't have anything there to withdraw out. I have kept my altcoins in their respected wallet except few which are not easy to store out of the exchange platforms.

Many exchange platform might go down during segwit and hardfork; I am expecting poloniex and coinbase to go completely down on first few days of august so withdrawing out any of the alts along with bitcoin you have in them and in other platforms will be wise decision.
338  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would a Peer2peer escrow site work? on: July 27, 2017, 04:57:37 PM
Thinking of making one, would it work?
That depends on How you will make it and there are lots of hurdles for p2p escrow site to work in completely trusted environment. Smart contracts are out there and you might be able to code one which might act as escrow or something similar. But if there will be any manual input from people than many people won't prefer your service because people are greedy by nature and noone can be trusted in this world.
339  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hash Block.net - another scammer??? on: July 27, 2017, 04:54:17 PM
3 BTC
What  Shocked Shocked
You have given away above $8000 to some person who haven't even shown his face and you are expecting a good return from him?

Don't expect to get your bitcoin back, just your investment will be enough for them to run away.

I can't believe there are still people like you who invest thousands worth of bitcoin in this types of ponzi.  Angry
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is South Korea legalizing Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2017, 03:51:55 PM
Read full article here https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-prices-propped-south-korea-regulation/

Quote
BTC is Now an Accepted Remittance Method in the Philippines and South Korea

Quote
The requirements laid out by the South Korean government stipulate that trading platforms offering BTC should hold a minimum of $436,000 in capital resources, in addition to comprehensive AML measures (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) protocols.

This makes bitcoin legal in south korea it will be treated as investment asset rather than just some digital token there.
