Good point.

No it couldn't be that DaveF started adding and excluding people to his trust list I didn't like

Schizophrenic people see a lot of patterns too.

Sounds like pattern. Are you schizophrenic person?
323  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 07, 2020, 08:46:18 PM
they now basically saying that I was multi accounting and arbitraging with them which is a complete joke
my bets with them if I remember right were mainly like 10 mbtc a stake and you won't see an arbitragor betting low as that

also no reason to multi account there at all , at that time you could bet as much as you want ( probably still the same now ) it's like they will show you limits 15 mbtc and if you bet that you can rebet it again with the same account

I had no hopes at all with btw since the day I joined , in fact I joined them to see if they scam arbitragers who are making over 1000$ bet a game or they basically just steal the funds of anyone who is beating them
It is sad to see that when one casino does this it recognized as scam but when another casino does the same thing it is perfectly fine then:

1) accusing users of multiaccounting without any solid proof
2) stealing winnings because user bet on suspicious event without giving solid proofs of rigged game
3) betting on live matches after someone scored without any solid proof that player did that
4) asking KYC just to collect data
5) closing account because someone won too much.
324  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 06, 2020, 04:27:57 PM
I know a team of highly skilled mediators who would be thrilled to spend the next 3 months solving these issues.
They probably need some shills, anyway:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1792648.0 -> user said they send them KYC, casino said they didn't, it is unknown what happened with funds.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2160655 -> looks like multi accounting accusation (hehe), casino said user to withdraw deposit.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4868970 -> user complained that their account didn't top up after deposit, there is no other information, but, after that scam accusation and "I didn't receive my deposit" (TX https://etherscan.io/tx/0x49426a2248edaae5d3eb14c8cdeff0c9ac25a53f7e21863537145e5efc676608)" user deposited funds exactly 19 times to 1xBet (https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0xa12b826cffdce86516e0156db58926778549cd06), in period of ~150 days.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1780490.0 -> this one is interesting. Player said they had ~4BTC but 1xBet said they canceled bet and refunded user. While user claim he can't withdraw 1xBet said that withdrawal was processed. It is unknown whether 4BTC came from deposit or includes canceled winning bet as well.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5044749 -> casino said that user placed bet after "goals were scored", user said they didn't. Casino canceled bet and removed "extra" balance from account.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945964.0 -> except transaction id, there is no other information in this scam accusation.

There are more unresolved accusations on askgamblers...
325  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 06, 2020, 02:11:28 PM
Yep, I've seen that post. Well look at what 1xbet did:

source: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/news/1xbet-sportsbook-player-has-winnings-confiscated-83851

Can you imagine that, player placed 2 bets, won and 1xbet said that player broke ToS and they sent deposit back, seems like no further explanation is given to player.

@1xbet you should run signature campaign here, you will clean your status in no time...  Grin
326  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 06, 2020, 12:23:43 PM
please let it us know how it goes , I have something between 100 and 110 mbtc stuck at that site since march or april 2019 and never heard anything back except you were breaking our T&C
no hopes at all but totally worth a shot  Cheesy
If casino tells you that you violated their ToS then you violated their ToS!

Oh, sorry, I thought I was in another topic, carry on...

Are you kidding,
1xbit, there are (a ton of) problems here, how do you solve all the fraud accusations here, gmail verification doesn't solve the problem, in my opinion, it gets complicated.

2. They have a very bad record of withholding people's funds whenever they are trying to withdraw., delayed deposits, very slow support, cancelled live bets etc. So many scam accusations here about that.

... And many more, so if i were you... I wouldn't even think of sending their money there

Not today if you want to solve the problem, it should be solved long ago, not now. Joke.

It really doesn't make sense if you want to ask for an account number, never once did you solve the problem now you want to solve, silly.
I am going to take some time to read all these accusations and make comment on each one (2 of them are resolved btw), and, maybe some of these accusations will be rejected by community like it was case with some other casinos  Lips sealed

Seems someone doesn't like their employer to be questioned in various scam accusation topics:

It is best to be very silent on this forum hehe.

I’d like to take this time to reinforce and remind all players to gamble responsibly in these current uncertain times.

There are some very concerning quotes here and we take them very seriously.  Betting is a form of entertainment and we certainly would never want a player to be in any distress from betting. We have processes in place to help players and will always be vigilant in seeing these through.

thank you and regards,

Steve,
Sportbset.io

Not to change the subject of this thread but I think this last part of Sportsbet.io’s reply might be hinting towards this responsible gambling thread of huge losses https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5265723.msg54903210#msg54903210 :/

But looks like sportsbet.io are the target of some Russian table tennis scam? Not implying OP is part of it but I see between the lines that is their suspicion
Ok, someone place large bet in casino, wins, casino calls them "addicted gambler" and seize their funds because they didn't do it for entertainment. What is this, a porn site?
329  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 05, 2020, 06:26:28 PM
This is no coincidence. As always, we urge all forum users to think critically about such patterns and the potential motives behind them.
Excuse me Steve, but what patterns are you talking about? All pattern I see is that SB accepted bunch of bets and now is accusing random people of multiaccounting and some illegal shit:

illegitimate win
We payout true and legitimate winnings on a minute by minute basis.
You offered match so players can bet, they did and you call it illegitimate win, I am pretty sure everyone here would like to see some proofs of that "illegitimate win".

As for veriff, all veriff is an online personal ID verification service, and when you submit your documents properly, it says “accepted” - this is only the case that the documents have been uploaded correctly. Veriff does not make the decision on any matter related to our sportsbook. The information is then provided to our team and we make the FINAL decision on the account matters based on all information in front of us, NOT SOLELY on the KYC efforts.
Did player pass Veriff? It's simple yes - no question.
330  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 05, 2020, 06:00:41 PM
In relation to this matter, we firmly believe the information provided by the customer is not 100% accurate.
You believe or you know? Which information is not accurate?
The customer has been asked to provide details about other accounts of interest and after the response we received, we have decided that the customer is best suited to play elsewhere.
Customer said that they don't have more accounts, as I can see from topic.
The total deposits were:  20000RUB
The total withdrawals: 50000RUB
The customer is well ahead here.
According to OP, sportsbet owns them more money, just saying that they are "ahead" while keeping the rest of funds doesn't sound good at all.

It sounds like, "You placed bet, won and we don't like it. Here you go, some funds but not everything we own you, now go away from our site!"

There has been a genuine spike as you guys have noticed about players coming from a particular country betting on a particular sport and/or markets.
Apparently, if you are from Russia don't bet on tennis and under any circumstances don't win because sportsbet will ban you and keep funds in their pocket.
331  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: August 05, 2020, 05:44:02 PM
A newbie asking to post account numbers? I don't think that's a very good idea. I'm going to label you as a phishing scammer until you get your shit together if you really are who you claim you are.

Hello

Please post or pm us your email, We will send a verification email asap!

- 1xBit Team
Is this automated reply?  Roll Eyes

Yep, this sounds like phishing attempt especially with that "verification email" part, I am going to add another negative to this profile until proven otherwise.
332  Economy / Reputation / Re: whether MorCrypto deserves a negative rating correction? on: August 05, 2020, 12:19:15 PM
Our project is still under development, and some things are temporary and are yet to be updated, you can keep looking for errors while we keep moving forward, Thanks
You can't steal someone's ToS and call it an error, it's not that you made typo or something. It's bloody 100% plagiarism and you know what you did.
They never deserve any chances either first or second.
Of course they didn't, these scumbags know exactly what they are doing, it's just they are playing dumb and innocent all the way long.
333  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 04, 2020, 09:51:16 PM
Under the pressure of the QUEEN of the UNITED KINGDOM.

They have a sponsorship deal with Watford F.C -right?- they must be legitimate.. I thought that was obvious.
It says they are "owned and operated by mBet Soulutions NV" and "licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao".

It's in their ToS, you know...
334  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 04, 2020, 09:46:49 PM
IP? Such router provides mobile IPs, it can't lead to multiaccpunting accusations. Maybe they stopped me too, I haven't checked.
it won't be so damn hard for you to contact your ISP and take a list of IP's which were assigned to you at that time and give it to SB.
Can you do this?
335  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 04, 2020, 09:26:15 PM
Maybe sportsbet.io is under some government pressure since they have some big sponsorships and everybody has their eyes on them so they are trying to eliminate any kind of risk whenever possible. Just a possibility and a shitty one...
Under...Curacao pressure? Lol.
Even if it's a crypto bookies, you still need KYC to identify a person.
If someone is accused of multi-accounting and casino enforce KYC to one account, only thing they really prove is that 1 account belongs to that one person. It really doesn't prove anything else, let's not forget accusation and reason for banning player in the first place.
336  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 04, 2020, 07:55:36 PM
Maybe we got similar IP
Oh. I can think of dynamic IP but if that is the case here, it won't be so damn hard for you to contact your ISP and take a list of IP's which were assigned to you at that time and give it to SB. Still, it doesn't explain partially payed funds...bottom line is - they accepted bet.
337  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 04, 2020, 07:35:52 PM
This is so funny:

SB: Please go through KYC in order to verify your identity
Player: Done
SB: Verification failed because you broke ToS

Absolutely ridiculous - that standard response alone they have in place is a joke - how could a verification fail due to breaking ToS, lol - this is like talking about two completely different things.

Heey, I have seen this email couple of times already. Never mind, imagine this:

SB: "Your account verification was successful but you broke one of rules from our ToS
Player: "Which one?"
SB: "It is one from 1 - 7 but very likely you breached rule #6 (...if we determine that you are breaching any term of these terms and conditions...)"

Of course, rule #6 covers whole ToS.
338  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Sportsbet.io seized my profits on: August 04, 2020, 07:04:02 PM
^
screenshot #2: SB asked player if they have more accounts (seems they are not sure)
screenshot #3: according to SB, player said they don't have more accounts, SB asked player about connection to some accounts (again it sounds like they are not sure), and all of sudden:
screenshot #4: player fail verification process because of...something in ToS.

@sportsbet, why did player fail verification process?
339  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 04, 2020, 06:51:16 PM
You mean like credit/debit card? Not sure if that's what the OP meant.
I guess so, OP said "around 250 EUR" and "with card".
Simply must be more to this than it seems. All of these scam accusers are Russian & they’re all within a very short space of time. It can’t be a coincidence, what are the chances of lots of micro scams all affecting Russian players? Foul play must be suspected.
Well, whoever they are they should get proper answer on why they can't withdraw their money, imagine you make a bet, you win and then gambling site tells you that you can't withdraw it because you have more than one account. And you say "I don't" and they say "You do" and that's pretty much it, no proofs, no nothing, your word against their. And there is that KYC thingy, why the fuck would they approve KYC, accept bet and then fuck OP over his winning? Makes exactly zero sense.
340  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds frozen at sportsbet.io on: August 04, 2020, 05:57:31 PM
Did you put all 250 on one bet? Did you make any other bets? How did you deposit the funds?
From what I understood is that OP made a deposit via card, placed one bet, withdrew $450 and SB seized all remaining funds.

sportsbet.io successfully approved my documents, but I started playing a few days later.
Can sportsbet confirm that they approved your documents, accepted bet and partially payed you?
