Chasing rains doesn't really make sense to me. It is not really a horrible idea, you could earn something and gamble with it and there is nothing wrong with that. However, you need to realize that at the end of the day rain is something that is unreliable and you may never get it, it's low odds. This is why I do not really support people chasing rains and keep waiting online for them.

Assuming that the community were really interested in anonymity, then they wouldn’t really be bothering much about adoption, because much adoption for sure means that the government would like to get Into the circle.
