Ah the image is not loading that sucks.
Is it good??

Small update on the slow (but steady) progress of MultiMiner 4:

342  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Technobit HEX4M [HD] on: November 17, 2014, 06:50:27 AM
It does sync the time properly with the network time.
Just noticed IPv4 broadcast is empty.  I wonder if there was something there before?

screen -r?
What does it say?
Tplink shall be able to sync network time
343  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED] ASICMiner Prisma 1.4th/s - 1.47 BTC on: November 17, 2014, 05:51:57 AM
I normally have it on BTC Guild and I have tried BTC PoolParty, and ckpool and no luck.  It had worked on all three prior to it's stoppage today.
Very strange.  I have tried 3 different controllers and 2 different versions of the RPi image as well as 3 different RPis.
I have also torn it down and put it back together and tried one board at a time.  It just does not want to work.  As an extra test I have tested the controllers and images on a Tube and a T1 as well with no issues. Tried several PSUs as well.
Just so dam weird.  No changes then all the sudden it stops and nothing is bringing it back.

Noted.
I will try it.
I am at a loss as to why it just stopped to begin with so weird after running so well for so long.

I just tried this now.  The weird thing is the unit ran until this afternoon then just detects one board or BET0 and does not hash.
Same error.  Just nothing.  I have tried a new PSU and cables.  Always the same thing.
Any ideas anyone?

Run this command to pull the latest and rebuild cgminer-AM

sudo /var/www/minera/./build_miner.sh cgminer-AM

ASICMiner checked in some updates to their fork about 5 hours ago surrounding Block erupter initialization. Worth a shot.

I actually had the same thing once I upgraded. I had to restart cgminer a few times to get it up and running. Might be a better idea to just go back to the last build.
many moons ago I had gridseed  build worked for 2-3 months then stopped on wemineltc. still worked on cex.io   a suggestion try 2 or 3 or 4 other pools
344  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Technobit HEX4M [HD] on: November 17, 2014, 03:13:23 AM
I did check the other settings boxes and nothing was empty.
Also I have restarted the router and checked all sorts of settings.  It was working well and just does not now so reflash and everything else I could think of I have tried.  I am not used to this controller but I had it going before.
 Huh

dogie mean to check all other miner(rockerbox, be200, A1, avalon, bitfury, nanofury, etc) setting page too.
If all checked then restart your router, probably dns problem.

I just double checked all the configs have populated fields.
Does this setting look good?  I cannot remember if I changed USB Detect errors box or not.

They are.  I did not change them.
Here is the Minion page.

On all the pages? Sometimes some go blank when you flash new firmware. If you havent then I'm not sure.

I am using the TP-Link controller and I am suddenly getting this error.
Code:
[Firmware Version] => 20140922
cgminer: 4_5_0_9afd0a2
Socket connect failed: Connection refused

Anyone have a clue what to do to get this back up and running?

Ok I thought I had it but the error keeps coming.

Check all the values on all the miner config pages are filled.
349  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Technobit HEX4M [HD] on: November 16, 2014, 12:36:11 AM
Ok I have overcome that with several reboots of the TP-Link.
Now it is up but not mining when it did before.  So dam odd.

Code:
[Firmware Version] => 20140922
cgminer: 4_5_0_9afd0a2

Hard to say the OP might be afraid of hair.
Do you think OP has short term memory loss??

Is this thing still going???
i would assume so, based on the people replying each other on the quotes?
How could we possibly stop, given that the Original Poster did not state any rule for that?
Even if it was a rule it would be broken would it not?
shouldn't we stop when he decide to lock topic?

Do you honestly believe that the OP's capable of having this topic grow hair?
352  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [DIY] Tube/Prisma USB Adapter from USB Blockerupter on: November 14, 2014, 11:41:11 AM
Excellent job and good way to find a new use for the old block erupters.
Nice guide as well.
353  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [PAUSED] ASICMiner Prisma 1.4th/s - 1.47 BTC on: November 12, 2014, 12:46:21 PM
Thumbs up to that Phil.  Grin

We need a steady growth of BTC value finally.

354  Economy / Securities / Re: goodbye nastyfans.bit on: November 12, 2014, 12:28:37 PM
Ah ok.
That makes sense.  When you had said captured I was thinking it was something else.

How did they "capture" it?
I am confused by that.
Are they not secure?

I allowed it to expire. I am confident I was the only person using it. And 1 year ago even I stopped using it. When I first registered the domain I thought the fans would like it. The opposite happened.

I will say regardless of the price the Yiazo is an excellent miner.  The Mother board along is nice with the built in controller.  They should be able to switch out to the next gen BitFury chip based boards easily.  I am keeping my eyes out for that to add to the collection.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/review-yiazo-ybf-m-bitfury-mining-mainboard-using-ybf14s-h-bitfury-miner-board/

Nice miners I look forward to what you will do next.

No one really knows.
Who should we ask??

Are you talking about some chain?
yes, a butt chain.
What was again the penalty for violaing the only rule of this game?

The namecoin domain nastyfans.bit was captured by domain hoarder "BM-2cVYvBU4832oj7LaTQu9u94D3HYBRrgfKe". I do not think anyone will care about this but I wanted to share.

I will create a new PGP key for nastyfans.org and revoke my nastyfans.bit key and resign all previous distribution lists.

I will post again with details of my new key after it is publicly available.

359  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: November 11, 2014, 05:47:05 AM
Zvisha does Skype chats just remember he is in Israel so the time zone difference.
 Smiley

We'll RMA both units and improve our support procedures with Minersource.

Guy

I have two SP20s hosted with Centerus and they both got damaged during shipping. I passed on the assembly instructions sent by Barbara to the Centerus support crew and they re-assembled the units and checked all the connections, but neither miner is hashing. I'm wondering who do I contact to request an RMA.

Do you guys have skype support as well? I see people mentioning zvisha being available on skype but I take it he's there more for detailed technical support not customer service issues, no?

Since Centerus is not on your hosting partners page I take it nobody from your company keeps in regular touch with their crew, no?

360  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S4 Discussion and Support Thread on: November 11, 2014, 05:32:51 AM
Thanks I appreciate it.
I was not expecting the card to corrupt.  Pulled it out it is a class 4 no wonder why it did not last long.

Does anyone have a direct link to the S4 complete image??
My SD card corrupted and I need to reimage one fast.
Thanks

If nobody else posts one before I can rip one from one of my S4s for you tomorrow.
