Are the prices for the units including the lid?
I am going to get one when you are ready.

That is a kick ass setup of 3D printers.  So cool.

So what colors do you print in?

JUst got home from my appt. at the VA. I started the lid print just now and should have install pics soon.

Currently I have White, Blue, Yellow, Silver and Orange ABS filament and am placing an order for more Black and either Green or Red.
I also have some Glow in Dark Blue on back-order plus I carry a few other material types (nylon, ceramic, PVA etc) for testing and odd jobs.

HI Nate,
Any reason I still cannot run Fury's and DualMiners on the same system?
It is still happening.  Only one or the other show up after a hardware scan.
I have tried so many different things.

Looks good! I was gonna make something similar using quarter inch acrylic. But this is way nicer! Nice job
Danny

Thanks bro! I should have that trust feedback posted for ya later today...just now catching up!

Very nice, what model 3d printer do you own?

I operate a Wanhoa Duplicator 4 printer and I am building a secondary (production) printer of the Hadron Ord Bot style and it will also have dual print heads. With profits from my mining operation, I am saving up for a powder-fed SLS (selective laser sintering) style printer but those run in the $10k range for a used model.

Each time I see a pic of this I want one even more.  LOL
Impressive.

Will the SP30 have dual 120/240V circuits for US miners?

Yes. You can see the 2 PSUs in the picture below.

945  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive SpondooliesTech SP10 Setup [HD] on: June 09, 2014, 05:21:01 PM
I get 1.33 th/s on 110v.  I use the medium settings.
The miner runs great on 110v, very stable and cool.

Does anyone know if the hashrate of the SP30 is less than the advertised hashrate on 110v like the SP10?  If so, by how much?

946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner 3.1 w/Remoting: Your rigs. Your coins. Your pools. Your way. on: June 09, 2014, 05:17:50 PM
XFire does not do anything for mining.  In many instances it slows it.

Loving these updates  Grin

+1

The BFGMiner update DOUBLED my gaming rig hashrate! From 600+ Kh/s per GPU up to 1.2+ Mh/s per GPU, stoked! (2x HD5970's = 2.6+ Mh/s)

I am wondering if having my gaming rig setup in XFire had anything to do with the hashrate increase?

I know you are clear in that.  I was joining the fun.
He has and does do a great service for the community.
It is good to see him get some genuine recognition.

He does a great job.
You are right he must be a scammer though if he does not want any Bitcoin.  LOL

To be clear, I sincerely want to tip him, opting to make a fun game outta the process. I have no qualms with dogie, hence being careful in penning the title of this thread and the content of the OP.

I know I keep thinking of how happy my wife would be.  LOL
Plus it is so dam cool.

Ok here are the videos (aka "how to silence your SP10"):
UCoustic rack cabinet part 1
UCoustic rack cabinet part 2

ERRRMERRRGUUURD NEED THAT CABINET.

Edit: nevermind, costs $5k and weights 300kg for the 42U version!

Excellent work!
That is clean, allows for easy access to the connections and holds it securely from the looks of it.
 Cool

I have yet to clean up my cables but here are the first pics...also, the breakout board SNAPS securely in place, NO screws/hardware required.

After I blow up some heads in TF2 I will finish the cover/lid and get that printed and then I can modify the base for multiple mounting options. I figure a multi-type mount unit would be best versus having to manage 3 or more types of mounting style cases. Also, I will post up a 4sale thread soon.

Great work!  I will be up for a couple of them when you are ready.
It would make my reviews and setups so much easier.
 Smiley

Almost finished with the BlackArrow software breakout board holder/mounts.
quick preview...

I am still working on the cover/lid but am test printing the base now. Installed pics soon!

Have you gotten any of the RockMiners yet?  They use a larger pin inside so the standard Gridseed cables will not work.
If you get one for the right measurement let me know I am reviewing some right now and would love a PCIe cable for them from you that is the heavier gauge wire like Blade cables you made for me.

HI Nate,
This error is non-stop.  Is there a fix for it?

954  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - Best W/GH/s ratio - Shipping from stock on: June 05, 2014, 05:04:19 AM
I am actually a bit jealous.  LOL
That is a great rack.  A 42U should handle several miners without not being able to keep up.

The noise complaints are numerous. So why doesn't Spondoolies address this issue and make an alternate version in a 2U rack size? I'm sure they would sell more units if they weren't so loud.

I thought my cointerra was obnoxious. Unless you have a room at the far end of your basement, this is not for you. I was really hoping to let it vent out the window. It's just to damn loud.
My SP10 is in a quiet rack cabinet:
http://www.acoustiproducts.com/en/ucoustic_active.asp

I can't hear the SP10 at all, even standing next to the cabinet.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner 3.1 w/Remoting: Your rigs. Your coins. Your pools. Your way. on: June 05, 2014, 05:01:05 AM
Ok I will start with the easy one.
On MM with the Blade BFG version I am getting very poor performance.
Here is my string.

Quote
--set-device gridseed:@\\.\COM6,\\.\COM7,\\.\COM9,\\.\COM10,\\.\COM19,\\.\COM20:clock=838 --set-device gridseed@\\.\COM4,\\.\COM5,\\.\COM22:clock=1185 --set-device gridseed@\\.\COM8:clock=890 --set-device gridseed@\\.\COM21:clock=1150

The Blades are running at 838 and each only hits 2.0 mh/s each or lower.  On cpuminer same setting they hit 2.8 to 3 mh/s each stable.
The three 5 chip units that are set to 1185 run at 255 kh/s on MM.  On cpuminer same setting they run 501 to 508 kh/s each stable.
The other two 5 chip units one that runs at 1150 and the one that runs at 890 both run at the proper speeds with no issues.  489 and 379 kh/s respectively.

I cannot figure out why this is happening.  I have messed with it for a day.

Does anyone have any input?

Thanks
956  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ZenMiner (unmoderated) service discussion thread on: June 05, 2014, 04:36:15 AM
I have no idea I thought it was supposed to be one click pool switching but I may be wrong.
It says Multi Pool Switching on the site and I took it to mean simple switching.
My mistake I think.

That is a great question.
I wish I had thought to ask that when I interviewed Thomas about the controller.

I also cannot get the one click pool switching to work either still.

Eric, another question.  How do you handle the ZenMiner being resold?  For example, if someone sells their ASIC and ZenMiner as a package, but the ZenMiner has already been registered... can the number on the side be used to register another account? Or can the original account be modified to change the username for a new owner?  Would the old/new owners need to go through you guys to get this sorted on a case by case basis?

one click pool switching? Seems I don't have this feature.

How's it supposed to work?

This is what I am using and not having problems with.  I actually did not do my serial connection testing because because BFG has been working great with the OneString using these arguments.

Also Ben I have to disagree with you that BFGMiner has a small user base.  I have found it is nearly half.  Many of the new devices that come out are also using old forked versions of cgminer not the newest versions as well giving a misconception about usage.

From the readme.asic file

In latest git

ONESTRINGMINER
--------------

OneStringMiner boards use the bifury driver. Miners using earlier boards may
need to workaround bugs in the firmware:
    bfgminer --set bifury:chips=15 --set bifury:free_after_job=no
If you have different devices using the bifury driver, see the section on
Hex*Fury for applying workarounds per-device.

959  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: IN STOCK - OneStringMiner boards, up to 39GH/s, PRICE REDUCED: US$109/€97/€80 on: June 04, 2014, 04:24:09 PM
The newest version of BFGMiner works well with the OneString boards.
There are a couple of commands you can add as well that help out while waiting for the firmware to be developed.
The commands are on GitHub under the notes section.

Ok i understand, but is the DIY1 compatible with BFGminer? I use it because is more stable than cgminer....
The last test I did with Bfgminer is from over a month ago. At that time Bfgminer was not 100% compatible.

LukeJr, the developer of Bfgminer has make some effort to get Bfgminer working correctly with our boards, but it requires a firmware change on our side and I have been too busy to answer him. Also the demand for Bfgminer in combination with our boards is low, so it got on a low priority.
I will download the latest version of Bfgminer and check the current status today and inform you.

Cgminer works best with our board and you can run cgminer and Bfgminer next to each other.

Seconds are the first losers.
Don't you agree?

What seconds?
