3761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hodler, you motherfucker. on: September 05, 2019, 07:25:56 AM
Yes, you are correct that hodling is not a good idea but trading is also not a good idea as the market being manipulated by whales can lead to losses as we don't when the market can go up or down but surely it is much better than hodling.

In your case, what are the best ways to make a profit through trading? You have mentioned holding and trading is not a good idea then what are the other best ways to trade in the market when the market is going down?
Don’t always pay attention to people’s opinion because they also have no slight idea of what they want or what they are hear for, how can someone say both holding and trading is not good, if they don’t do both, then how else does he expect people to make profit. People like to just make some statement without leaving one with options.

Trading is good and holding his good. I bought bitcoin when it was $4000, and if I had not held it and probably sold it when I $500 climbed on it, would be have had a multiplied figure by now? And also, now that majority of us are waiting for the bull run of bitcoin, it is trading that I have been using to make some money while we await the bull run, those two options are still the most valid options to make money in cryptocurrency.
3762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Happened with ETH ? on: September 04, 2019, 06:53:27 PM
due to the reduce numbers of having ICO project the demand of eth are just minimize right now which ICO is running on ETH network. Right now we are in IEO phase which most market use BTC or USDT but dont worry eth will bounce back then BTC is starting to have a bull run
Still, we all cannot really tell what has happened to Ethereum, the same thing is what we are seeing in majority of altcoins this year. Bitcoin is the only coin that has been showing a positive trends mostly,. Only a few altcoins has shown uptrends since this year ,altcoins like BNB which has been doing pretty well. Ethereum, Xrp and the rest of them it has never been a good year for them. Some of these altcoins are best to avoid completely for now because some experts have predicted that they are not going to see any major increase in price this year and likely next year.

But, there has been some reports that shows Ethereum and other top altcoins like Litecoin, ADA and stellar are going to have an increase in price once the Bitcoin main bull run starts. But we don't know when that is going to be. Some have predicted that it is going to be anytime around December of this year while others are saying it's going to be in the year 2020 after a hard fork.
3763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers do not Determine the Legitimacy of a Cryptocurrency Project on: September 04, 2019, 05:51:56 PM
for me the bounty manager is very influential in terms of promoting the project. and accompanied by own analysis and research before joining. I also saw the bounty manager's track record so as not to get caught up in the scam project.
That is good, there is no pint justifying the bounty manager, I am not saying they are the cause for the misfortune that befell many people investment or they are the one responsible to be catching scammers, but to an extent, if bounty mangers could do their proper research on most projects, they would have already determined the faith of most projects that would have been scam by not promoting them, and if anyone manages to slip off their eyes, that is where the bounty hunters comes in, because they have their own big role to play too by also verifying whatever the bounty manager present to them before engaging in the work of promoting them through their social media platform. Everyone really has a role to play in every of these things.
3764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why only few projects became successful on: September 04, 2019, 04:45:25 PM
The success of a project because the team can manage their project correctly, they can develop the project according to their road map, but at this time we know that a bad market situation also affects investor interest, many investors are currently reconsidering before investing in a project. but I'm sure the key is only in the team and also the project developer.
I totally agree. without a strong team and decisiveness of their actions, no projects can be realized. and investors also choose projects if they have a strong team. even in spite of bad market conditions - a strong team can bring huge results
What makes a team strong is not only their intellect, but also their ability to drive the project to any length, there are some people that are too calm for a project, too calm in the sense that they are not aggressive about it, they have the idea and they create the product, but to the push to drive the product is not there, and they wait for all manner of external factor to influence the project in their behalf and that is why they don’t get to be known.

Take a brief look at binance, despite that binance already got its hype, the CEO still did not stop there or relent on just the exchange alone, but he often do come up with other additional features that would make the project to keep getting popularity and that is why is succeeding more than every other exchanges that you see out there.
3765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about investments I've made on: September 04, 2019, 04:15:54 PM
It depends on your own perspective view, like me now, I will count Ethereum as partially a stable coin because of its stable value and very low volatility which can be relied on for transaction, but can be used for long term investment once in a while, maybe during bull run, it could grow high and then return back to its normal stable value in future, so you could rely on both coin to really give you some very high profit in future when they enter their altcoins season.

Those cons are still quite different from the ones that are specifically created to be a stable coin, these are controlled and may never grow more than the price that has been fixed for it, and those types are these popular ones like tether, usdc and other stable coins that we have in the market.
3766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 04, 2019, 03:45:58 PM
WHAT A GAME! I didn't remember to come here and write yesterday, Turkey and USA had one hell of a game.

I didn't expected Turkey to be so good, I mean they literally pushed USA to overtime and missed by just free throws at the end there, if they scored those it would have been 5 point difference with 8 seconds left and there is no way USA is coming back from that. This creates all kinds of confusion with the next stage though, like if Turkey beats Czechia and Greece has lost to Brazil for some reason, that means Turkey could just beat Brazil and than move to further stage as well?

I didn't expected that at all. Serbia played so well against Italy that they showed why they were one of the favorites here with USA, I mean Turkey barely beat Italy (in a friendly) and Serbia destroyed them whereas USA barely beat Turkey which looks like Serbia could be better than USA but we all know basketball doesn't work like that.
3767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the difference between binary option and gambling? on: September 04, 2019, 12:32:46 PM
I will say that that the difference you mentioned is also not a difference in my opinion because almost all gamblers go into gambling for money making and this is the same with binary options. There is no difference between both but rather more of similarity in your words. They both require money to begin and as well both games are risky even though some people believe that gambling is more risky than binary options.

I prefer gambling anyway because you can have fun gambling and also make money but binary options is strictly business and it is not my kind of thing. I love something I can participate, have fun and as well make money and that is definitely gambling.
Point of correction, not most but all gamblers are into the game for the money. Don’t be deceived by the so called playing for entertainment gamblers. They are only deceiving other players. I understand the aspect of gambling for money and as well having fun but what annoys me is when they say they are only into gambling for fun. Like seriously, how honest is that statement. You mean losing sometimes can make someone happy? That is really strange and sound very unbelievable.

Back to the post. There is no difference between binary option and gambling, it both takes a man that is willing to take risk to try out this two, it also request a business minded person to be involved with both which makes it very similar.
I am so surprised at your level of thinking. Maybe you should talk for yourself. I can’t talk for everyone but one thing I am very sure of is that I am not into gambling to make money. I didn’t really understand the monetary aspect of gambling until recently I got to understand it perfectly well. Before now I play and when I win, am glad, also when I loose I could try again or give a break but either ways I wasn’t desperate. I know so many people like me that have very good sources of income and only play for fun with no intention to make money. Yes money could be won along the line but it is only a plus.

I do binary options and the reason I am there is strictly to make money, unlike gambling that I only play to be entertained, so this is a huge difference. One is for money and one is for fun.
3768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your best profitable live casino game. on: September 04, 2019, 08:02:44 AM
Well, all gambling feature I had been played but the most I usually used is dice and sports betting, and looking for those site that has a low edge. While waiting for the result of the match in a sports betting game I also playing with dice. When I first played on dice I almost can't eat because of always rolling my dice but after months it backs to normal. Indeed, all live casinos are profitable if you know how to defeat the house edge.
I also only play dice and it is just three times I have play lottery of which I lose. I have not a specific strategy in dice playing just that it is very easy to understand and play across all the exchange. I do play dice at stake.com on auto play.
I have played on stakes.com although I didn’t really get a perfect experience; it was just a usual gambling routine. One site that gave me a memorable experience is safe dice but I don’t know what is happening to it now, learnt of recent that the casino owner just went on ghost mood and its freaking sad, I’m so pissed and keep wondering why this sites can never be reliable. That site was too real and no one would ever envisage it would just close up that way but well I still believe they are only having technical issues that would be resolved soon.

Meanwhile I am also a lover of dice games, though my profitable experience is quite scanty. I am more on the losing side than winning.
3769  Economy / Economics / Re: Global economic and trade crisis on: September 03, 2019, 05:00:37 PM
I think on contrary to popular belief the crisis will not happen, and I mean barely. The more trump is the president the more wars going on (economical warfare of course) and that means everything will go badly but in 2020 there is elections and I feel like there is absolutely no chance trump will still be a president, hell he may even go to jail after his presidency is over.

However, just before he leaves the office he will probably do one big huge thing that will screw everything up, remember the bush times and how he screwed the economy and Obama had to come in and had to fix the economy? Well, same thing will happen this time around as well, trump will screw the economy of the whole world with his tiny brain and than some democrat will come in and fix everything up.
3770  Economy / Economics / Re: KakaoTalk to integrate a cryptocurrency wallet on app on: September 03, 2019, 04:04:56 PM
This is basically same as the libra currency facebook is trying to make right? Like they are after helping people move libra from whatsapp that will make sure everyone sends each other money easily via just messages from whatsapp, which would make transactions globally a whole different leave of ease. Kakaotalk has done something like that already and I never heard about it which makes you question, how big is facebook?

Like we know its bigger than kakaotalk for sure but how bigger exactly? I have never heard of kakaotalk and we all heard of facebook so we know its huge but will the difference be enough to say "nobody knows what libra is and only few crypto nuts use it" or "everyone realized libra is amazing and now worldwide everyone uses that to send each other money". If this is any indicator I would say listing your ICO on an exchange has always caused the price to drop at first, maybe they should have created a stablecoin like libra.
3771  Economy / Economics / Re: WHICH GROUP DO YOU BELONG HERE on: September 03, 2019, 02:51:04 PM
BULL'S GROUP - always putting money into the market and does not take out often, more like long term investor.

BEAR'S GROUP - always taking money out of the market often, more like only interested in making money in a short while, i mean short term investors.
Based on your definition,  I'm Bull group, not that I haven't taken out money from the market,  but I seldomly take out money from the market,

I'm in for the long term profits,  I've been accumulating just only bitcoin, and looking forward in trying to accumulate some good altcoins also,  I'm in for the tech and next revolution that bitcoin is gonna bring,  I'm not in it for the interest of making money alone,

Only if one could see the future price of bitcoin lots of investors will also think about the long term investment and not for quick bucks
I would not believe that there is any one in this crypto market that would say that he or she has never taken money out of the cryptocurrency market, and more so, trading activities is meant to be going on with the coin which requires you taking money in and out.

I think those who are usually always changing their coin to fiat after every bull run are the ones we can call the bears, because those ones purposely came for a short term trade and always crashes the market anytime it tried to rise up back to its usual position where is stop the last time it reaches all time high, like one of my friend said, by now, if not for these second group that I call  mini bears, I am sure we ought to have crossed over to $20k territory by now and already start looking at another one.
3772  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxless society idea on: September 03, 2019, 02:14:17 PM
You can't make a fully Marxists society but just like every single big thinker he did provided with some good stuff as well.

There is stuff you can take from it from socialist approach but there are stuff he lacks as well. For example, Marxist society is purely economical, when it comes to social justice it lacks many many things, just like the Arabic migrants right now all around Europe creating a surge of nationalistic politic parties to get more attention.

Hence, there are stuff you can take like high taxes and than spending it to cover education and healthcare, those are good stuff however when it comes to high taxes enough to make it full blown communism than it turns not so well. Even china is not full blown communist anymore, they are more right than left these days.
3773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright is official a fraud on: September 03, 2019, 11:45:30 AM
Shower thought. What if Craig Wright is something like a reality TV persona made to troll the Bitcoin community, divide it, and to easily "conquer".

It was successful in its coercion of Gavin Andresen, Roger Ver, and a few other Bitcoiners.
What if? Well. That is not possible again because many people already know who he is and he has now been officially known as scammer, so for him to get this name off will take a very long time, and probably not even in this generation again which he would have even been dead before the story could be forgotten.

Craig was just doing all those things to actually create awareness for himself because he could not even back his point up other than one domain that he used, in fact the Pakistan guy’s story was even still quite believable than that of Craig's own, and I think that he would have even been quiet by now and begging so that he does not pay that amount of money that he was asked to pay in the court which could really wreck him a lot.
3774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scammer caught tortured and killed. on: September 03, 2019, 09:51:21 AM
Wow, it shows that Indians really participating in bitcoin activities for their citizens to have gotten up to $63 million dollars, it is unfortunate for the dead person, and these are some of the reasons why Indian government never want to support bitcoin because of all these bad people, and I hope this would not be another setback anyway from the court case that they have been on.

It is good that they were apprehended anyway, but the one that is dead is already dead and I hope that the family knows the details to the bitcoin wallet otherwise, that 63 million dollars is gone forever. There is need for government to regulate the cryptocurrency, if there is regulation, all these scam activities will be minimized a little bit, at least it will scare them having in mind that the government eye is on anyone that will use it for crime.
3775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: September 03, 2019, 08:38:38 AM
Don't sell your XRP right now if you believe that coin can increase in the next months or next year. You should hold XRP for more because who knows, XRP price can be back to the higher rate. We don't know what will happen with XRP in the future, but I think it could be one of the potential coins in the market which can give you a big profit again. Maybe you can buy more XRP so you can have a bigger amount of XRP and it's ready to sell at a higher price.
From now, you can tell the future of xrp, and I must confess to you that I do not have much reliance on xrp because I have not really seen its use case. Many people that held xrp either earned it or probably worked for it, but not many people are so much keen about buying ripple for anything, and you know that the only thing that will drive the price of a coin to its peak is demands, how many demands does ripple get from the market on a daily basis?

And if you look at ripple, not many people really like it, so since his option was between ripple and btc, I would have advised him to go for  BTC instead, I mean he should just sell his coins of ripple for btc, and then hold it till bitcoin reaches like $18000 and then sell back to probably buy ripple again if he so much believes in it because I don’t see ripple growing before bitcoin reaches $18000.
3776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Antiviruses on: September 03, 2019, 08:08:10 AM
It also depend on the type of antivirus you are talking of, and also depends on the license, if you have been using all these free or cracked license, you cannot expect it to work to optimum as much as the paid one will, and secondly, it also depends on the company and the type of their antivirus that you seek for.

There are some antivirus that are specially designed for some specific things which covers some of the things that would have helped you as someone who uses a crypto wallet and also does cryptocurrency things on the laptop, I am not saying they were specially made, but they still covers it also. I have been using avast antivirus on my hp laptop for a very long time now and has not had issues of virus or malwares, although I use apple laptop for my crypto stuff, which you know apple is still quite safer.
3777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next year will determine the fate of altcoins on: September 02, 2019, 07:55:17 PM
Better you dint get your hopes high too much because that which you expect might not happen or may happen, there is no one that can tll, because bitcoin technology is not a written book that we have to follow every story the way it is written.

The behavioral structure relies on too many factors that we usually get in the market, and halving is just one of them and not the major thing, and the fact that the last halving had some little impact does not mean it will this time around. Look at how much people waited for Litecoin halving, and many people could even bet with their life that the halving will have very big impact on Litecoin, but till date, Litecoin never had any improvement, the Litecoin has come and it has also gone. The bull run you are even talking about may even come and end before the halving.
3778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram Open Network’s (TON) blockchain public testing will launch on Sept.1 on: September 02, 2019, 06:30:40 PM
This is quite strange to me in as much as I have been expecting telegram launching of their own blockchain for a while now, is this the second launching or what because I could remember that this same news of telegram broke out some months back and the project that was presented then was GRAM which is what majority of us has had in mind would be released, but i am surprised right now to be seeing this as TON.

I just hope that this does not get people confused because many people may still be misled thinking the gram project is for telegram, except they come out to actually defend this and make it clear to people which project out of the two is originally theirs. well, it is still a wonderful news that telegram too is trying to run their own project now, this will also expose lots of people to the use of cryptocurrency. I think the price of bitcoin will really rise this month.
3779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: September 02, 2019, 01:37:35 PM
BNB's high this year so far was $35 while it's only trading now at $23, that's a big decline due to the decline of BTC as well.
Graph don't like, there's an increase but the price did not continue to grow. you can check below.

[im g]https://imgbbb.com/images/2019/08/29/bnb.png[/img]
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/binance-coin/#charts

Despite of that decline, I'm still optimistic that BNB will be able to achieve $50 this year as long as BTC will not be stagnant at the current price.
You can't be sure of that, trading at this value now does not mean it cannot trade more than that, binance has been able to secure the trust of its investors and they are willing to stay with this project  for a long term, and if we are seeing any fluctuation or down price, then it is because of the general volatility of the market, and they were actually more than this $22, but dropped in price because of the sudden crash in price of bitcoin, by the time bitcoin increase, they will also increase back.

Understand that the top coins always follow bitcoin to grow in price, and we believe that this new month that we are entering will be the beginning of another continuation of bitcoin bull run couple with some great factors that is expected to happen and push the price high, binance will surely follow that path too.
3780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: September 02, 2019, 12:21:56 PM
A hack on exchange, exchange is responsible for such hacks because the user trusted them, provided their details and enabled 2fa which is maximum security. Anything else that affects the users funds on the exchange is the exchange fault as they're unable to protect their customer.
You should not judge based on that, what if the holder too was careless with his details? 2fa factor Is it not Google authenticator that it works with or phone number? People can have access to those at any time if the investor is careless with that, so all blame cannot be on the exchange, in fact there is a way you will know if it was as a result of the exchange negligence or yours and I believe that in the case of op, it was as a result of his negligence, because of it was hacking of exchange, it is not going to be his coin alone that will be affected but coin of major holders in the exchange.

We have seen hacking on binance, and other exchanges how they look like, so why would an hacker break an exchange, only to go for op’s own alone, I think op just need to ensure that he secures his account very well and stop keeping fund on exchanges wallet.
