381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 18, 2018, 02:46:11 PM
when i ordered 12 it was spread over 10 accounts to 2 different addresses.   not a reseller tho, just for myself / my farm.

I think Bitmain is doing this a bit different to not let it turn into a D3 situation it seems, claim to be selling less and also 1 per order (pain in the ass) AND not to mention only a few per hour.  I think Bitmain learned from the D3 situation.

The Obelisk is screwed now, I had 4 of their SC1 and 4 of their DCR1's on order and sadly I think they will be paperweights by August at this point as Bitmain will take out Sia and Giant - B will smash the Decard.....
12 is outrageous, 10 accounts? wtf lol , I hope they cancel them all due to the same address
I mean greed is good but thats just gutttony man
He's a miner. He's taking the risk. He's supporting the network. THESE are exactly the people that SHOULD be getting the units. NOT the fucking dirtbag, parasite scammer resellers that don't even know what a Mh is or these corporate thieves and gougers that scoop up thousands of miners and sell them online for 3,4,5,6 times the release price.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 18, 2018, 02:42:30 PM
Greed??? I paid for them not stole them..............

NEVER greed when you lay out hard earned money.

I always buy 25+ units when I order

Hope they Cancel? sound like a bitter school girl who stayed up all night for "add to cart" becomes available and missed it with your slow internet connection.

stop being a little bitch
LMAO!!! Awesome. It's good to see another "salty" honest member in here!!
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 18, 2018, 02:41:31 PM
I have to commend Bitmain for this for such a fair launch limiting reseller gouging
, this is going to be truly fair and decentralized mining at least for the first batches lets hope
Well, at least they are trying. You can bet your ass that Cryptocrane the notorious "price gouging reseller" Has already set up 50 email accounts and 50 diff bitmain accounts. Look for his offerings on Amazon for around $10,000 per miner soon. That guy's f@cked more people than a serial rapist.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 18, 2018, 02:01:54 AM
Poor Obelisk Siacoin miners won't get their machines till later this year,  And thats a maybe.  Wow sucks.
I keep having this nagging feeling that Bitmain has a much deeper motive in this. I believe they will want to create a friendly partnership with the SC development team. Saia is into the cloud storage space which seems to lining up nicely with things like AI and or "Sophon". I suspect that if the Dev team gets dug in and fights Bitmain, there will be a takeover in the form of a fork. Wouldn't it behoove the two parties to come together and pool resources. Our little "Crypto World" is getting much broader and deeper than just mining coins and POW. I can't help but think that AI will replace ASIC mining at some point. Is this the "real" direction that Bitmain is going?
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 17, 2018, 11:35:58 PM

Grats to the firsts come to serve with this AntMiner A3 ,  the fasters firts, will get early to the ROI ,  but 400$ /day will become 20$ /day at August...  its said  that BITMAIN its selling around 2000 - 2500 AntMiner A3....  2000 x 815GH = 1630 TH to  2037,5 TH will be added only with BITMAIN

It'll be $20.00 per day a lot sooner than August.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain just announced the AntMiner A3 - 815GH/s Siacoin miner - Blake(2b) on: January 17, 2018, 06:56:37 PM
I am a sia gpu miner. When will these miners arrive? I will stop mining sia because of the dif increase, but would like to know when to stop
Reported 10 "business days from today". Or two weeks from today. We'll see if they can meet the deadline. I suspect they will be close. They are on a mission. " Seek and destroy".
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain just announced the AntMiner A3 - 815GH/s Siacoin miner - Blake(2b) on: January 17, 2018, 06:52:30 PM
Announcement from Sia team :

Bitmain has announced ASICs for Sia, shipping in 7 days. 1275w, 815 GH/s, ~$3200 USD. They are more expensive and less efficient than the Obelisk SC1, but they ship several months sooner (7 days as opposed to several months).

Bitmain has a long history of being abusive towards coin communities, their customers, and towards coin developers. We prepared for something like this by adding an extra feature to the SC1. We can do a soft-fork that slightly changes the PoW algorithm which would invalidate the bitmain ASICs, but allow the SC1 units to continue working. In the event of an attack from Bitmain, we can activate this soft fork. At this time, I do not think it is necessary, but if they start mining empty blocks or otherwise prove problematic for the network, we have recourse that does not involve destroying the usefulness of the SC1 units. This fork would of course require community adoption, it's not something the devs could decide to activate on their own. It would be a UASF, because the majority hashrate would not be standing behind the soft fork.

Overall, I do not think we have much to worry about. Hopefully (and very likely), this soft-fork will never be necessary. But I wanted to remind everyone (including Bitmain) that, at the end of the day, it is the community that has control, not the miners. If ASIC manufacturers act in a way that is harmful to the network, we have recourse.
Just chest thumping. That would be suicide to Fork in response. They could lose most of, if not all miner support. Bitmain could just re-flash the firmware to respond? Initiating the fork could actually give control to the ASIC's miners, of the entire surviving coin. I suspect Bitmain would like this attempt. Bitmain are some cagey cats man. They know what they are doing.

390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 17, 2018, 04:50:50 PM
Bitmain is in an all out war right now with competitors. These are not stupid people. They put on this benevolent front, but it's clear they are very ruthless. I don't admire that but I understand it. Just like Amazon, Google etc. These are the ways of today's greedy and commercially obsessed world. It's palpably ironic to see this play out in the very space that was invented to change exactly that. Conclusion......Human kind is hopeless.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 17, 2018, 04:45:59 PM
anyone know when batch 2 is gonna be available??
HAHAHA!!!! Soon.....very soon!! And batch 3 and batch 4 and batch 5 etc etc. LOL.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Announces Antminer A3 on: January 17, 2018, 02:35:45 PM
I would gamble on Bitcoin Cash price going up next few weeks.

There are 10000000000 other threads to shill bcash in. Please find one.
STFU moron.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Bitmain Antminer A3 on: January 17, 2018, 08:45:49 AM
Oh yikes, looks like global hashrate for Blake(2b) is around 627.58 TH/s (at this moment). It would only take 770 AntMiner A3s to double the global hashrate. Looks like this is going to be another AntMiner D3 situation.
Too bad you can only buy one at a time so you won't be able to stockpile them and rip all your customers off again like the L3+ and  D3 huh?
394  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] brand new s9 13.5T latest batch with APW3+ on: January 16, 2018, 05:19:11 PM
Huh?  You just posted used s9 at the same price.  Let's be civil here
Yes, and just slipped under the wire. I actually got very lucky. Not insulting you. Just an observation. Be careful, things change very quickly in this market. Think D3. Good luck to you.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: January 16, 2018, 02:04:12 PM
I was surpiresed to see the 10-day shipping table Cheesy

Amazing what you can do when you got a monopoly and no one can do shit against you...

I still support Bitmain because their units are getting better over time (default %) but from a customer value standpoint we are clearly scum to them haha
Once they swamp the profitability and smash GMO, they will release the newer units. All these poor stunned bastards that are jumping on this train now are gonna hit the station with no brakes.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: January 16, 2018, 01:39:36 PM
I'm waiting on an L3+ I ordered when they were ~1500 for march delivery and used a coupon to help a little.  Anyway, when they listed another batch last night, they included a batch for $2378 that ships withing 10 working days.  That's a bunch of BS to come out with an immediate batch when you already have people waiting, also they didn't give the people waiting an opportunity to pay more for faster delivery.

Is bitmain liquidating all of their personal L3+'s?
Not their "personal" units. They are flooding the market to destroy the upcoming competition from GMO and a couple smaller threats. They will send difficulty through the roof and profitability in the toilet so the fledgling start up GMO cannot survive. All these poor ignorant morons that are flooding into mining right now are going to get a very rude awakening.
397  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 2 X 14th S9 with Bitmain 220v PSU 3 months old on: January 15, 2018, 11:23:37 PM
These are sold.
398  Economy / Computer hardware / WTS 2 X 14th S9 with Bitmain 220v PSU 3 months old on: January 15, 2018, 05:23:27 PM
I am selling 2, S9's from my operation, to fund GPU builds. These 2, 14th S9's have run flawlessly for me for the last 3 months. I have never had a single issue with either of these units. I meticulously maintain them, cleaning dust from wafers every 4 weeks. They run in an air filtered, ventilated environment and chip temps have never exceeded 75c. For the last 2.5 months they have run below 65c. I am the original owner and bought them directly from Bitmain.

- The transaction will be handled through one of our trusted forum members for Escrow only, fee paid buy buyer.
- The agreed upon sale price will include the S9(s) and 220v AP3++ PSU(s) shipped in the original Bitmain Boxes. In addition I will pay from the sale proceeds, for 2 day UPS shipping with insured value anywhere in the Continental USA.
- I will send pictures and screenshots of the Units and their Status page to serious buyers.
- Buyer will have 24 hours upon delivery to power up units and verify they are working.
- The units will be sold "AS IS". Once they are up and running the transaction will complete and funds will be released.

PM me if you're serious about buying to discuss price. The individual package will not sell for less than $4,500.00 per 1 S9, 1 PSU and included shipping.
399  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 60x Antminer S9 + PSU - New (Batch 11.01) on: January 15, 2018, 01:42:47 PM
I'll take the whole lot. $1,000.00 USD per unit. Offer is only good until the massive number of S9's starts hitting the network in late January and S9 profits start their slide to $8.00 per day per unit.
400  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: We are selling Miner and Power Supply on: January 15, 2018, 01:38:02 AM
Someone ask me to tell them the source  and give me 5% profit. I reject it, because I don't buy them from India. I buy them from Beijing China, and we have people in China to check source. That is our source. I don't understand why do you guys trust third party(escrow) but not amazon and paypal.

Scam

ok son.

FYI

@jenia1

Sorry I can't reply your message. It says I can't send more than 1 personal message in an hour. If you want to do any deal with me, please contact me at sales@hzelectronicstore.com

I don't know how can I share my source with you. My source is from at least 10 different company in China. I don't know that you guys know how does people buy miner from bitmain. They don't sell miner directly to normal consumer.
That's strange...I have been buying miners from Bitmain directly for a long time. Not sure what you're on about.
