Sounds like a lot of hassle and very time consuming.
Good luck to you and your endeavor.

It is a hassle and very time consuming. One day hopefully an organization like Payoneer will allow companies like ours to offer our own branded solution, but until then, this is best option that we can offer to the bitcoin community.

I appreciate the kind words.
385  Economy / Goods / Reloadable Debit Cards on: November 18, 2014, 01:42:59 AM
Bitcoin-Brokers is now offering multiple reloadable debit card solutions to the bitcoin community.

Each solution has its own unique set of pros and cons based on each user's preferences.

Neither of these solutions are anonymous, so if you insist on anonymity, these will not work for you.

These solutions are only available to residents in the USA.

Option #1
www.Rushcard.com

-Rushcard was started over 10 years ago.

-Rushcard is a USA company, and the issuing bank is Metabank, which means that all funds held on your card are FDIC insured.

-Rushcard comes with live 24 hour a day customer service.

-Rushcard comes with a website which allows cardholders to log in and see all their card information such as balances, activity  etc.

Card fee $3.95-$9.95 per card, and you will need to purchase 2 of these cards.
ATM Withdrawal Fee -$2.50
Maximum cash withdrawal per month- $5,000

With your PIN, you may use your Card to obtain cash from any Automated Teller Machine ("ATM") or any Point-of-Sale ("POS") device, as permissible by a merchant that bears the Visa, Interlink®, Plus®, Maestro®, or MoneyPass® Acceptance Mark. MoneyPass is a surcharge-free ATM network. See www.rushcard.com for a complete list of all surcharge-free MoneyPass ATMs. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may use your Card at an ATM. The maximum withdraw from an ATM in one transaction is $500.00. The maximum cumulative amount that may be withdrawn from multiple ATMs per 24 hour period is $500.00.

Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for additional information on limits by all load types. Limits: $1,000 total per 24-hour period for cash loads; $2,000 total per 24-hour period, and $5,000 total per month for Card-to-Card transfers to your own personal cards; $2,000 total per month for Card-to-Card transfers to any one individual RushCard holder; $5,000 per transaction for ACH/Direct Deposit via employer-issued payroll and $2,000 per transaction for ACH via PayPal, Government Benefits, or Child Support.

How this option works-

You will need to purchase 2 debit cards from Rushcard. Once your debit cards have arrived and you have activated them with Rushcard, you will mail one of these debit cards to Bitcoin-Brokers.

When you wish to load bitcoin onto these debit cards you will transfer your bitcoin to Bitcoin-Brokers. We will immediately sell your bitcoin at the Bitstamp exchange at current market rates. We will then take the debit card that you mailed to us to one of the Rushcard load locations the same day and load funds onto this debit card minus our fees.

We will notify you that your load has been completed. You will then log onto the Rushcard website and perform a free card to card transfer which will draw the funds off of the card you mailed to us onto the card that is in your control.

You can then take that card to any ATM and withdraw your money

Option #2
Bank of America debit card
Wells Fargo debit card
PNC Bank debit card

Card fee-Free from your own bank
ATM withdrawal fee-Check your current debit card fee associated with your respective bank
Maximum cash withdrawal per month-Unlimited

How this option works-

When you wish to load bitcoin onto your existing debit card issued by one of the above banks, simply transfer your bitcoin to Bitcoin-Brokers. We will immediately sell your bitcoin at the Bitstamp exchange at current market rates. We will then visit any of the above listed banks and deposit cash into your specified account the same day minus our fees.

We will notify you that your load has been completed.

You can immediately take your debit card to any ATM and withdraw cash as you normally would.

Our fee is 8% +$5.00 ( the $5.00 is to cover the load fee at the load location) for both debit card options.

Some people will be wondering why should they pay Bitcoin-Brokers 8% when they could simply sell their bitcoin at Coinbase and have the funds transferred to their account for much less. Coinbase is a great company, and if you have a very small amount of bitcoin to sell, then Coinbase is probably the route you should pursue for obviously reasons. Though, if you use Coinbase to liquidate large amounts of bitcoin and have those funds transferred to your bank account from Coinbase, it is only a matter of time before your bank will close every single one of your accounts without warning.

Simply perform a Googe search for "coinbase closed bank account" and you will read countless stories of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC, Chase and all the major banks closing people's bank accounts because they used the bank for their bitcoin business.

You can avoid losing your business accounts, and your personal accounts by having Bitcoin-Brokers personally visit your bank, and make a simple cash deposit into your account, and by doing so, your bank will never have any idea that these funds were associated with bitcoin whatsoever, and thus preserve your banking relationships.

How can I prove this is legal?

Let me answer your question by asking you one.

Why on Earth would you ever think that selling bitcoin is illegal?

I have nothing to do with your taxes. That is your responsibility.

All further questions....please submit through the help desk please.

Thanks.
388  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin-Brokers is accepting new sellers on: November 14, 2014, 07:26:48 PM
There is still room for another 2 sellers.

This is a great money making opportunity for anybody interested in profiting from bitcoin.

389  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy bitcoin with cash deposits at most banks in the USA with Bitcoin-Brokers on: November 06, 2014, 08:52:17 PM
Just trying to figure out how it works Smiley

You have sellers, or do you handle it all yourself?

I have lots of sellers. The sellers supply all the bank accounts that we use for our deposits.
390  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy bitcoin with cash deposits at most banks in the USA with Bitcoin-Brokers on: November 06, 2014, 08:00:57 PM
You submit a ticket through Zendesk???  Huh

How many sellers do you have?

1)Go to www.bitcoin-brokers.org

2)Click Help desk

3)Submit your ticket, which we will see, and immediately reply to.

I cant explain it any simpler than that.

As far as how many sellers, or any other questions specific to your ticket will be answered on your ticket.

Thanks.
391  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy bitcoin with cash deposits at most banks in the USA with Bitcoin-Brokers on: November 06, 2014, 07:03:35 PM
Is there something up with the website?

I can't seem to place an order?
The website and the help desk are working just fine.

Just submit a ticket through the help desk....that's how you place an order.

When you submit your order just include 3 pieces of information with your request:

1)Indicate your desired deposit amount in dollars.

2)Indicate which bank would you prefer to make the deposit at. (Currently we have Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC)

3)Your wallet address.

That is all you need to create an order with us.

Our process is so simple, that it can sometimes people think that they need to do more.

Thanks.
392  Economy / Service Announcements / Money making opportunity on: October 22, 2014, 09:52:48 PM
I am happy to announce that Bitcoin-Brokers is now accepting new sellers.

This is the first time in many months that we have opened the doors to any new sellers.

Business is booming and we need more bitcoin suppliers.

It costs nothing to become a seller with Bitcoin-Brokers. Bitcoin-Brokers is responsible for drumming up all of the sales for your bitcoin. Bitcoin-Brokers handles everything for you, including all the communications with the buyers.

We will instruct buyers to make cash only deposits into your bank account of choice.

You will be paid several percentage points above current Bitstamp rates for your bitcoin.

To become a seller, you must offer a bank account, or bank accounts at one or more of the following banks: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank.

Our 60,000 plus review thread can be seen here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237164.msg9278279#msg9278279

If you are interested in more information about becoming a seller, please do not ask questions on this thread. Please submit a ticket through our help desk at www.Bitcoin-Brokers.org

Thanks.

393  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy bitcoin with cash deposit in USA on: October 05, 2014, 10:35:34 PM
only selling bitcoins?

99% of the time we just sell bitcoin. Yet sometimes people ask us to buy their bitcoin and make a cash deposit the same day into their respective bank account.

Feel free to submit a ticket through the help desk if you wish to discuss it further.

Thanks.

I submitted a request over 3 hours and it says "Awaiting assignment to a support agent View request history »"

I have been using bitcoin brokers for almost a year now..

Can you help me out or at least tell me why this is taking so long?

Thanks!

All open requests have been handled so far. I apologize if it has taken a little longer than you are accustomed to.

Assuming your request is ticket #5508, your ticket was replied to in just under 2 hours.

I know this is much longer than you are accustomed to, and I apologize it took this long to handle your request, but if you check, it has been replied to now.

Thanks.

You may need two different threads, using the one now in the Announcement section for the announcements, and another in the service section for discussion of the service.

I am okay with that idea assuming the Staff here are okay with that as well.

Perhaps if a staff member sees this, they could ring in on whether this would be acceptable to start a second thread in the Service section.

I didn't want to appear too spammy, but will happily create an additional thread if permitted.

Thanks.
Service discussion doesn't go to Services, it goes to Service discussion as mentioned by my previous post:

Fixed that for you.

You might also want to consider listing your service at these places. It won't be moved and their traffic is pretty good.

Bitcointa.lk isn't a forum, it's a mirror of Bitcointalk and syncs up with it.

@mprep

Specifically, you had said:

Are you okay with me starting a secondary thread in the Service Discussion thread regarding the Bitcoin-Brokers service?

Thanks.

BadBear decided to reply.

He isn't going to put it back.

Thanks to everybody who tried to help.
398  Other / Meta / Re: BadBear on: September 01, 2014, 07:11:59 PM
I'm almost 100% sure your topic was moved because of the significant updated information/postings and such.

Read what the service announcements section refers to:

Service Announcements
New services and significant information about existing services. Do not create excessive "announcements" just to advertise your service.

Keywords: Significant information about EXISTING services.

Nothing changed about the service. There was zero service announcement. There was zero change in policy. There is zero reason to be moved to section designated to "Service Announcements".

I didn't "announce" anything new. There was zero change in the business whatsoever.

The thread should not be in the section that is currently resides.

I am requesting that it be returned to where he had moved it from.

It sat there peacefully for 1 year.

I am politely and respectfully requesting that he look at my request, and hopefully see things from my point of view.

Many members of this forum who are both buyers and sellers are emailing me and asking me why BadBear did this. They, and I, all want the thread returned to where it has always been located.

I don't want to ask each client to start emailing BadBear and flood his inbox. I am sure he is busy enough as it is, but hopefully he will realize that I am speaking for many different members on this forum in an attempt to minimize the numbers of posts this thread need see.
399  Other / Meta / Re: BadBear on: September 01, 2014, 06:14:55 PM
I just sent him a third message, and still no reply. Over a week....this is getting silly.

The issue is simple.

He moved my 60,000 view thread from the Marketplace section where it happily existed for one year.

He moved it into the Service Announcement section.

This is the wrong section for the thread.

All I want is to have the thread returned to where I want it, where the previous Admin had placed it, where my clients are used to viewing it, and to where it existed for one year before BadBear decided to become involved.

That's all.

It is a legit request, that I think at the very least deserves a reply considering the age, and view count of the thread.

Can you provide a link to the thread?

I believe that thread is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237164.0, which is 1) created by OP in Jun 2013, 2) now placed in "Service Announcement" and 3) has 59000 views.

Wow, he has good endorsements from users and appears to be providing a valid service. It was started over a year ago and has 23 pages. It's not just an initial service announcement because he has long standing customers. Why wouldn't it be left in Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Services? Are we trying to kill new business that's not on our buddy list?

I didn't want to be the first person to suggest that perhaps BadBear has less than honorable reasons for doing this.

I want to maintain that this was an innocent error, which is repeatedly being overlooked innocently on his part, yet I have to admit that a part or me is beginning to wonder if BadBear is purposely ignoring my PMs for a reason beyond my understanding.

I hope he eventually steps up, and actually bestows upon me a reply to my private messages.

Don't read anything into my post. I trust BadBear exponentially more than I trust you. I would, however, like to know why it was moved. I'm willing to bet there was a good reason. If it was because the forum is favoring one vendor over another that's sad but I doubt it's true.

I have faith that I am somehow being overlooked. I know the responsibilities of moderating a forum are huge, and I appreciate and respect all the selfless work that the mods and admin do, to help create and maintain this great forum.

I will continue to wait patiently for our esteemed leader to reply to 3 Private Messages and this one week old thread.
