381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay CONFISCATING 291mbtc of fair NBA winnings on: May 07, 2023, 10:51:45 PM
Most importantly if coinplay was really wanted to scam the OP then why did they returned his deposit?

You mean if they really wanted to steal players money why did they only steal some and not all of it?

Because that's what scam casinos do.  It's called a freeroll.  ANd 1xbit is the best example of a site that does this on a regular basis.

They keep all of their losing players deposits + some of their winning players winnings.

Players are less likely to create a public issue if the deposit is returned, even though they never had a chance to win.  I'm sure if it were more profitable, they wouldn't return player deposits, but it seems to be an effective strategy.

Returning players deposits and confiscating their winnings should always be a red flag - there are very few cases where doing so is the appropriate decision for a casino.  A players balance belongs to the player.  It doesn't matter how much they deposited.

Please do not ever give a casino a pass because they returned a deposit and only kept player winnings.

Just a reminder to everyone that's trying to defend Coinplay for some odd reason:

Coinplay agreed to use askgamblers to arbitrate.

Askgamblers ruled against Coinplay.

Coinplay did not pay and ghosted.

There is absolutely no reason that Coinplay deserves any benefit of doubt in this situation.

I'm not defending Coinplay, in my eyes this ended up as a good lesson for both sides. Coinplay got slapped by the internet for not dealing with the issue, the player got their deposit back (regardless if they did or did not try to play the system)

By even suggesting that a player having their balance taken minus their deposit is somehow acceptable or meaningful is, in fact, defending Coinplay.

What I'm trying to do though is figure out for my self what actually happened here, and it seems there's more to it.

#1. We have a Dutch player, who shouldn't be playing outside of his country, actively playing on several brands outside of his country.
#2. That player won a larger amount through activity on several accounts, and triggered the abuser matrix.
#3. That same player got reported that he was playing with different accounts, arbitrage and so on.
#4. The operator didn't want to argue, refunded his deposit and closed his account.
#5. Even if the player could manage to somehow prove that he wasn't abusing the operator and remove all the smoke surrounding him, if KYC would be asked for, he would fail it and again only get the deposit back.

Your list should read:

#1. Coinplay and player had a dispute of players balance.
#2. Coinplay and player agree to use third party.
#3. Third party rules against Coinplay.
#4. Coinplay still doesn't pay player and ghosts the forum.

382  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The KRAKEN rises, meaning the 2020 election fraud is being corrected. on: May 07, 2023, 10:23:14 PM
Well...I thought I'd just check back in on the latest KRAKEN comments.
Ah yes indeed, more gems from my Buddy BADecker... why am I not surprised??... the gift that keeps on giving,  lol.

Some people like you may prefer to see this whole situation from the comic point of view and take the best out of some seemingly absurd things like people on the internet say, while some shady politicians try (fruitlessly) to overturn an election.

To me and to many others it is actually concerning that the American democracy just held up because the honest actions and values of a handful of people who refused to play along. Among them, perhaps the most famous is the secretary of State of Georgia.

USA would be a completely place today if not for those public servants who refused to play along without evidence, and that is scary...

I don't think seeing the comedy in BADeckers nonsense posts and realizing the gravity of the situation are mutually exclusive.  I know they aren't actually.

I'd probably give Pence the "I'm not going to be Trumps bitch and fuck America" prize over Raffensperger though.  There were many though.  Imagine if Trump tapped someone like Rudy for AG instead of Barr, or had Kari Lake instead Pence for his VP.  Imagine if he never fired Flynn.

If he wins in 2024 we won't have to imagine. He will learn from his mistakes.
383  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay CONFISCATING 291mbtc of fair NBA winnings on: May 05, 2023, 03:52:15 PM

You are creating doubt in mind, I am sorry I removed my support from the flag you created.
You see coinplay agreed to use askgamblers to review the case, right?

And askgamblers ruled against them.

And then instead of paying  the player they ghosted, right.

The details of the case don't even matter anymore.

In other words all sportsbook who have Curacao license are absolutely joke and the governing body who authorized Curacao license are jokes too? Let's not understand a thing the way it benefits us.
What? I never criticized any site for having a license from Curacao. There are plenty of trustworthy sites that do. But the only benefits of the license are for the casino. The fact that a casino has a license from Curacao should mean nothing from the players perspective as to whether or not they should trust the casino with their money.

Some vote manipulators essentially erase all their tracks. It's very difficult proving what they have done.

EXCLUSIVE: Psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein Joins Forces With Maricopa County Republicans to Fight Big Tech Election Interference – Says Google is Shifting MILLIONS of Votes To Democrats in EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/05/exclusive-psychologist-dr-robert-epstein-joins-forces-with-maricopa-county-republicans-to-fight-big-tech-election-interference-says-google-is-shifting-millions-of-votes-to-democrats-in-exclusive-i/
The Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) has announced a partnership with research psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein's American Institute of Behavioral Research and Technology (AIBRT) to fight Big Tech election interference in Arizona.

Dr. Epstein has been researching election interference efforts by search engines like Google since 2013. He estimates that in the 2016 presidential election, "Google probably shifted between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes to Hillary Clinton."

Epstein says Google uses ephemeral experiences, which he describes as "very brief experiences that we all have every day looking at news feeds, search results, search suggestions, and answer boxes," which are normally "stored nowhere and gone forever."

"All the content that they serve up is ephemeral," says Epstein, and because it is not stored anywhere, it is almost impossible to prove what Google is doing to influence peoples' views. Epstein and his team have developed systems for capturing ephemeral content to expose Google's biased and possibly illegal search outcomes.

The Gateway Pundit has previously reported on Dr. Robert Epstein's research on election interference favoring Democrats.

Antillephone is a horrible Licenseholder and does nothing to protect players from dishonest companies.

I know you're angry about the whole situation, but you can't just throw around sentences like this. Every Curacao license holder will stop dealing with an operator that has constant issues with players, and Antillephone is not an exception.

I also see that your default location is in Netherlands, were you KYC verified and are your documents german or dutch?

Curacao itself is a joke when it comes to gaming licenses and judging by the email he got, Antillephone is as well.  I know, big changes are supposedly in the works, but the only memorable action I've ever seen Curacao take is to defend 1xbit, the longest running scam casino, after they were forced into bankruptcy, and attack the one who investigated them.  I don't think it's a coincidence that Coinplay is very likely a 1xbit franchise.
386  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: May 04, 2023, 05:20:31 AM
All bets beside the house edge are coinflips.

So if the house edge is 0,5%, 99,5% of your bets will be a coinflip, means you will win 49,75% and lose 49,75% of them.

That's wrong because you don't always win 1x your money in blackjack.  When you are dealt a black jack you win 1.5x your bet.  Even if the house edge were 0%, you would still lose more hands than you win because on average you win more than 1x your bet.

At Black Jack the house edge is not determined by the percentage of hands you win and lose!

Therefore any reference to hands to explain the house edge is nonsense!

If your brain is not able to understand this, why do not you stop with your nonsense?

Ok, change hands to bets then.

If the house edge is 0.5% that means on average the casino expects to profit 50 cents for every $100 wagered.

You wagered about $9.5 million, correct?  Do you know how to calculate how much you should expect to lose after wagering $9.5 million at a game with a 0.5% house edge?

I don't know how to make it any more clear.  Why not just do a little bit of research or ask anyone that understands blackjack and has some very basic education since you obviously don't believe me.

Thanks for being my buddy^^ by helping to keep this thread lively. Now, on to more important matters... More election fraud coming out into the open.

BREAKING: Palm Beach County Election Officials Caught Falsifying Machine Election Reports As Pressure Builds In Florida Over Discovery Of Massive Machine Election Fraud

https://miamiindependent.com/breaking-palm-beach-county-election-officials-caught-falsifying-machine-election-reports-as-pressure-builds-in-florida-over-discovery-of-massive-machine-election-fraud/
Pressure has been building in the 'not so free' state of Florida as activists have discovered a massive scheme that likely exists in other states across the nation -- the use of 'blank ballots' designated by election machines to 'readjudicate' ballots by software in large numbers.

In other words, ballots are designated as 'blank' when cast, then the machine software decides who the voter should have voted for.

For instance, in Miami-Dade County in 2020, 68,000 ballots were designated as 'blank' by election machines. In some precincts, the number equaled 20% of ballots cast. In the 2022 midterm election, this number went to essentially zero (400) as activists had begun making public the 'blank ballot' scheme.

...

Cool

Wow, so Biden won Florida?

Good thing all the other election fraud didn't work or Trump might have won.

I try since 5 months to get a statement from Stake or the Crypto Gambling Foundation!

PROOF OF THE SCAM

https://ibb.co/Hxf8NpR

4.6% of the bets lost after 180,000 bets while the advertised house edge is 0,5%!

While there is a deviation from the expected outcome, it can not be 9 times higher after 180,000 bets.

Standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 212 coin flips = 0,12% (covers 68% of all deviations)

3 times standard deviation = 0,36% (covers 99,7% of all deviations)

I lost 4,6% of the bets while the house edge is 0,5%, means my experienced deviation is 4,1%

4,1% : 0,12% = 34 times higher than the standard deviation which covers 68% of all deviations

4,1% : 0,36% = 11 times higher than the 3 times standard deviation which covers 99,7% of all deviations

In case of a not licensed and not regulated online crypto currency casino like Stake, I do not accept any negative deviation at all!

BlackJack is not the same as flipping a coin.

When you play one round of black jack, which is what the stats refer to as a "bet", these are the probabilities  for each of the three possible outcomes:

(they will vary slightly depending on the rules being used)

As you can see, unlike when you flip a coin, you are significantly more likely to lose than to win.  This is due to two factors:

A) The house edge
B) Your average win is slightly more than your average loss since blackjack pay out 3-2, not even money.

B is the one you keep ignoring.  Stop ignoring it.  Better odds when you win = you will win less often.  It's not a coin flip.  The average win is greater than even money.

Also, for what it's worth, the very fact that you still are not able to comprehend these fairly simple concepts makes it extremely unlikely that you are capable of playing optimal strategy.

Perhaps, you should also ask if the government of Curacao has issued a statement prohibiting the use of crypto in all the casinos it regulates. Because, you know, just because it's not explicitly mentioned in the license doesn't mean it's not allowed, right?

Those crypto casinos claiming to operate under the 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536//JAZ or 8048/JAZ license are unlicensed, yes.

Because these licenses are only valid within the banking system.

Have you ever had the opportunity to review a gambling operator's license in its entirety?

Yes, I have it.  Smiley

Cool.  Go report all the casinos with licenses from Curacao that are using crypto to their regulator and let us know how that goes.  Maybe you'll get a reward for imforming them that the majority of their licensees are using crypto.

Or maybe you're an idiot and the casinos are given written permission from the providers to operate with crypto, which is the only requirement by Curacao.

From your trust rating, I can see what class of member you are in the forum already and there is no need to banter worlds with you trying to explain what you can never understand trying to do that will only amount to me reducing myself to your level of low iQ.

I have a trust rating, even though I do not have any trust relationship with anyone in this forum?

Yes, you do.  And it's negative because you keep spreading misinformation, even after being given all the tools you need to determine the truth.  The feed back is to warn people that what you say is mostly nonsense.

Here's a perfect example:

Did you ask your employer to show their license to operate a crypto currency online casino?

So according to your crazy theory, absolutely all crypto casinos are unlicensed and illegal? And, you consider yourself intelligent?

Those crypto casinos claiming to operate under the 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536//JAZ or 8048/JAZ license are unlicensed, yes.

Because these licenses are only valid within the banking system.

Still waiting for this:

@ wildcasino

Still waiting for your license to operate a crypto currency online casino?

You keep acting like a casino with a license from curacao is prohibited from using crypto even though you already know that's not true.

For those who haven't been following along: Curacao is in the process of passing legislation to become one of the first crypto regulators in gambling and have been explicit about the fact that in the mean time all casinos they regulate are permitted to use crypto.  I believe they're expecting the law to pass in the next month and be implemented by mid summer.

For what it's worth, don't take this post as an endorsement for wild.io or curacao licenses.  I don't know much about wild.io and curacao is among the weakest regulators out there (although that may change soon).  Just letting people know that blacky is full of shit.

Any site that gives you even 1 penny for the nonsense you post should be ashamed as it would only hurt the entire industry.

Why does Sportsbet.io pay you pennies for making nonsense posts and hurt the entire industry?

Are they trying to attract idiots like you as customers?

Problem is that idiots often do not have much money and that is why you receive only pennies for your nonsense posts!

If you would be able to attract intelligent and rich people with high quality posts, they could pay you much more.

You already know that under curacao licenses don't regulate crypto yet but permit their licensees to use it.

Who is "under Curacao license"?

It's not nice to try and change the subject with ad hominem attacks or ask questions you know the answer to.  I understand why you're doing it, but the only message it really gets across is you're angry and can't put together an on topic coherent response that doesn't make you look like even more of an idiot.

Cryptocurrency is not (yet) regulated in Curaçao and is therefore not prohibited. However, the new legislation will include a clause to allow cryptocurrency exchange until Curaçao’s expected regulation on ‘crypto’ enters into force.

I am not astonished at all that ordinary russians support their government. The percentage of people living below the poverty line, without education, without prospects, without dreams and opportunities, is huge in russia.

And they also throw people in jail for not supporting Russia.

Russia has not ratified the Rome Statute, so for Russian citizens this warrant is a legally insignificant piece of paper. It happens, the USA, Ukraine, China and many other countries have not ratified the Rome Statute either. Moreover, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the incumbent president cannot be held criminally liable. And also in accordance with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons (Adopted by resolution 3166 (XXVIII) of the UN General Assembly of December 14, 1973), heads of state enjoy absolute immunity. It sounds like you are just undermining the legitimacy of this Convention. Grin

Slobodan Milošević probably thought his arrest warrant was a legally insignificant piece of paper too.

I don't remember anyone espousing the drinking of one's urine or anyone elses' urine on the original thread that you locked.

Seems like drinking so much urine has clouded your memory. Your anti-vax pals were espousing drinking cow urine: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5380868.msg59869858#msg59869858

Nope.  That's not what the guy did.  He specifically said he was NOT doing it and was happy that, because he wasn't stupid enough to get the scamdemic gene therapy jab, he didn't have to explore such things.

What he did do was to provide some links to information about the arguments the proponents of urine consumption are making.  That is not AT ALL the same thing as promoting them.

This is what promoting urine therapy looks like:

The antidote that we have seen now, and we have tons and tons of research, is urine therapy.  OK, and I know to a lot of you this sounds crazy, but guys, God’s given us everything we need.

I'm not gonna go dig through the most retarded part of the internet to find the video of the guy talking about how drinking your own piss can cure covid, but unless that quote is fake the guy was promoting drinking his own peepee.

Doesn't sound like something Tash would have said.  Is that why you presented bare text with no link at all?

If you found that in a link that someone pointed to, I would thank whatever someone provided the link to the text.  This because information which points to something being kind of scammy is itself quite valuable in analyzing that something.  For instance, someone clumsily trying to save their ass with crude non-linked quoted text without context ==> a loser.  But in this case most people already figured that out.
