using centeral exchange mean passking kyc and need the necessary ID to use it. Not having them mean that your account may be closed at any time, a condition that you will find in all terms of use of these accounts. So if you do not have proper kyc, avoid them. good and well known exchange will allow you Withdraw your money but don't bet on that. |
