3921  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we back to the bull market? on: October 21, 2020, 04:27:40 AM
Yes, we are definitely back again after breaking that 12k$ wall. I thought it will go deeper than 8K before it can recover again but this it. 12.5k to 13k is the next target and BTC needs to close on this current price or even close to it so that it can maintain the upward momentum. Expect a minor pull back tomorrow or later this day then a next strong upward movement will come again. Its advisable to open position near 12k mark if you want to ride this wave.
3922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: White paper looks ok? (Yes, will do an little ICO) on: October 07, 2020, 11:28:31 PM
How come you considered it as whitepaper. Anyways many were not interested in ICO now, the term ICO is long gone due to many scam accusations and attempt that many developers and project owners did in the past. Better find a investor on your area or personally without pushing the ICO and try to be listed as much as possible in a good exchange so you're project will be notice.
3923  Economy / Economics / Re: People lose Faith and Hope for banking and tradional markets on: October 07, 2020, 04:56:05 PM
I believe people are actually beginning to see that the economy is in trouble and neither the government or banks will be able to save us, but the last statement that I quoted is precisely why people distrust this market, we cannot claim that bitcoin can reach 100k in a weak, that is simply ridiculous, do I think that bitcoin will reach 100k? Yes, but I do not know when and I am prepared to wait at least a decade for that to happen but when people read something like that they prefer to keep their fiat fearing they are going to get scammed because of those exaggerated predictions.
Bitcoin price is still undefined unless we see it happen. It's the risk we have to take with crypto. But atleast in crypto or bitcoin we will be able to really see the price moves high and sometimes down, unlike in banks that our money just sleep there and only the bank will be gain profit while are money was their. We need sometimes to risk without knowing what may happen next. The good thing about bitcoin is that its apply as a good alternative currency now whenever bank or mobile banking transactions failed.
3924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling sites should be careful of bringing eSports in on: October 06, 2020, 04:47:12 PM
KYC is a slight impediment, its most of all a discouragement to legitimate usage then actually stopping anyone underage gambling.  If they want to they will like alot of things like smoking or drinking, obviously its better to educate then expect to eliminate the idea.   Teach kids maths and probability analysis is a greater help then putting up a sign saying no its adults only, thats almost an encouragement and thats been true probably forever.
Kids nowadays tries more to do things that are not allowed for them and knowing how popular esports now, there's really a chance that they will enter into gambling sites due to betting, that's why parents need to guide them in a way of limiting their money or teaching them how to be smarter in betting or to limit themselves since sooner or later if they  really want to they will soon to do it anyway, parental guidance is only needed as their are the one who gives money and sees the activities of their children.
3925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 05, 2020, 06:32:23 PM
Well since you mentioned specifically "websites", this implies that you are to gamble on the internet. Most gambling sites nowadays just require you to input your username, a valid email, and your password then you are good to go. Just make sure to avoid some gambling sites that require KYC functions (although very seldom). But if we were to talk about its legality, I highly suggest you avoid gambling until you turn 18 years of age as it can be very destructive and addicting.

If we are talking about entering into a casino and do physical gambling, then I do not believe that there is a way for a minor or someone below 18 years of age would be able to participate in gambling.

It's easy now in website or thru online gambling, the hassle part is when some problem occurs and you'll be needing a verification to solve it , example is withdrawal problems like too high withdrawal or pending transactions wherein sometimes requires a double checking even if that site is not normally to have a KYC, so still better not to gamble yet to avoid problems in the future or if you know you'll be able to use or ask parents or some adult when this things happen then it will be fine but there's no way that gambling sites have no rules stating that they are accepting minors as players, most top gambling sites prohibits it.
3926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you leverage the power of your Bitcoins? on: October 03, 2020, 02:40:59 PM
I use them for daily transactions, as I think that the usage is what will push its adoption to where we have a better monetary system than the fiat one.
Though it will leverage in adoption but will mean somehow some loss if not managed carefully, I do sell or use it in actual transactions or as payment in some bills only when the price is high though there were time I use it when needed. I do trading with BTC sometimes along with other alts too. Adoption of the community is really needed may it be in trading or in doing actual transactions but we should know when its best to use it.
3927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: September 29, 2020, 11:59:12 PM
Most were much into sportsbetting than slots and live casinos. This is all because of the increased chance of winning with sports betting, where one can predict the outcome based on the information relative to the game rather than casinos in which the player is supposed to rely completely on luck.
Sports betting have higher chance of winning than in casino, though it was fun also to play in live casinos that have interactions thru chats, during quarantine I really enjoyed playing in live casinos though it is based on luck there were time we can calculate when it come in playing card when we already mastered it. While some plays more slots since it's much faster to know whether we will win or not.
3928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is House Edge and how it effects gambling on: September 27, 2020, 04:02:47 PM
The phrase already explains itself. It's the edge of the casino which is also the house to the players of the casino. Imagine having them the higher chance of winning over the gamblers on their casino. For example, Casino A has 1% more chance of winning over the player.  It's the reason why players has the possibility of losing more in the long run, but it can be managed if you are good at it and if you are a experienced.
It's the advantage of the casino, it's hard to determine when will we be able to win against mmthe House but if we're lucky enough we will be able to win or choose games with lowerhoise Edge for a chance to win, many says we can't beat the house which is true but there were times that we might win when we're able to handle our game and stop when our stra2seems not working and only favors the house.
3929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 27, 2020, 11:51:42 AM
I have searched for some confirmation and it's the office of Manny Pacquiao that has confirmed this fight but, from MP himself he hasn't said any word.

I just see another the same match that Conor did before with Mayweather. But if the camp of MP has confirmed this to happen, we just have to wait from the official announcement of his manager or campaigner as they're the one fixing his upcoming matches.

Yes it was only said first by Manny's assistant as been also said in news. So it's really confirmed and He will do it for helping in needs due to Pandemic, portion of his winning will go for helping many. Hopefully He will really win, not just because of his good heart for other but because he still deserves to win despite his age, he's still strong and fast.
3930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Scams and Government on: September 27, 2020, 11:12:38 AM
This is the importance of increasing education about investing in cryptocurrency, in order to give awareness to newbies not to be easily
attracted by the large rewards offer, Moreover, an offer of 30% -40% return monthly is very clear fraud. Because a legitimate investment
might not offer that much profit. No wonder the Indian government often bans cryptocurrency, it turns out that there are so many scams
in India that use cryptocurrency.
Not just in India but also in other countries, in my country the government tries to create a unit that will focus in determining online scam projects or investment schemes, I'm not sure if crypto will be included but maybe it will soon as many were easy to believe in scam projects and SEC sometimes have no says on it unless already did a scam activity, it should be check and validated from the start since some never learned and keep inve9in some easy money schemes without studying were some only use crypto as a medium to do their dirty plan.
3931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are DeFi projects trustless? on: September 27, 2020, 09:05:07 AM
In my point of view defi projects are mostly a kind of pump and dump projects this is what I have seen so far after see the performance of lots of defi projects, I understand there are some defi projects which is quite profitable so far but it's not mean I should praise them anyways I don't have much expectations with defi I only take them as a temporary opportunity.
There are DeFi projects that are still useful like Serum, Chainlink and other that have specific goal or purpose in the community, though those who are not really useful still got momentum to be notice and succeed sure to DeFi popularity and hype that we can take advantage in short term.
3932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest to this project ? on: September 26, 2020, 03:05:56 PM
Hello , I'm a investor and i have invested more than 15 projects before and got profits from 12 projects. one of my friend helped me to invest for these projects .. actually he sent me the project link ..But i have never seen him yet ...

What's the setup here, will you the one who will invest or will you give your money in your "friend" so he can invest it, it should be you who will invest at the same time who will monitor. It's hard to trust anyone now so better learn how to trade as well how to read charts once it listed so you'll know when to sell or to stop loss when it seems going to dump in price. I don't invest a lot in new projects especially in new DeFi but I do read in some groups that they were able to earn thru short term but it's quite risky to do so.
3933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 26, 2020, 02:00:36 PM
Wow, I can't imagine how McGregor decided to fight Manny. I know and I believe that he has the ability when it comes to close fight, MMA, but not for boxing. He's out fighting against Mayweather before and probably the same result to come out once they finally on the game. But I'm not sure if Manny will take this (opportunity) time as He already been facing huge responsibility as the COVID-19 cases in the Philippines isn't over yet.

I put my bet to Manny, McGregor is young enough, less experience in boxing. He's nothing TBH.
Manny is still undeniably good in boxing despite his age that he is able to match with younger boxer, he's disciplined and dedication really helps them to win in every fight. It was also said and confirmed in Philippines that this game will pursue and will be scheduled soon. This match if Pacquio win maybe is to be able to help more people during this Covid, and I know he will still win.
3934  Economy / Speculation / Re: If market crashes, BTC will crash twice as hard. on: September 17, 2020, 09:35:50 PM
But there is no certain reasons for Bitcoin to crash now as you are saying, maybe we can see the dump proportionally or less but its not going to crash hard since we already witnessed the fastest recovery of crypto market when the whole economy of the world crashed during pandemic.
It will not fall in price too much like it was before Pandemic or after its ATH, BTC is being used by many traders now as well many new investors were shifting here in cryptocurrency to do trading, alts prices were affected by BTC so when it decreases in value alts were affected too, but since there are still some hype in some projects that gets also attention for BTC, what is only happening in BTC price now is some correction from continuous increase of price last month but not because of crash as it already recovered from it when many countries lifted the quarantines.
3935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India looking to Re-ban Bitcoin on: September 15, 2020, 09:58:09 PM
They will need a throughly research regarding this matter, it's not necessary to ban it, but it will be better if they will able to spread word or educate their people how to fully use it to avoid scam projects, we all know sooner or later crypto will be adopted by many and they were lucky enough that it was already made legal in them, what they can do now is to harness the possibility that it can be used in better transactions and how they can improve so people will be aware and stay away from scammy projects.
3936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VALORANT Betting on: September 12, 2020, 11:30:12 PM
Can we find time and players, and we to play League of Legends or Valorant? To make some series with some buy in, or we don't need to start with series right away, we can try to organize some games and to see how will it go? With some small buy in, in the beginning, winners take it all! Can we do something like that, or at least try?
It should be organized by known esports organizers to get players as well to get sponsors. Some may not take it seriously if it's not organized as well plan by those we are used in doing these events as the money will be hard to put into just anyone. Hopefully once there's a organizational  who will start it valorant will be more popular in esports betting.
3937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vietnam bursts an illegal casino who used to handle bets worth $3 billions on: September 12, 2020, 10:38:09 PM
I recommend people not to play on only-fiat platforms . I have had a lot of losses in fiat play sites and those platforms neither seem to be as fair as the play with crypto ones . Just my opinion .
Since I knew crypto gambling sites I never played again with Fiat based casino even physically. But some especially old ones prefers the fiat based as they are more familiar with and even there are illegalities that may have in that casino if its run or played online some will not noticed it so its good if the government was able to determines those not registered and I legally operating physically or in online.
3938  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to expect in soccer this season on: September 12, 2020, 06:05:53 PM
It will be different from before and can be a game changer on how the usual events will happen from now on but it surely worth watching for via online, many sports enthusiast as well players would be happy to still continue what they wanted  just make sure that they fo the necessary precautions to avoid the virus. It will be better if before the game starts in a week the players and staff should be quarantine already. It
3939  Economy / Economics / Re: Yearly >Trendy< Crypto Markets, Is Crypto becoming like Tech Fashion? on: September 12, 2020, 03:04:57 PM
I talked about this once, how new projects always comes out every year and people will jump on it and then they start hyping it and after they have hyped the price up, they will all sell and still go back to the first old projects that has been around for long.
We will still choose to invest in the proven project for long plan and much safer security but we can still take opportunity from the new once if we assure to ourselves that we will focus on understanding the new project and will 24/7 look at its performance to kno when to buy and sell, with these new projects that creating hype if we know we  can trade and earn profit then we can try as long as we will put limits in how much to buy and range of selling it once it got hyped. These projects are only for short term and should be focusly traded with.
3940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: September 12, 2020, 01:16:36 PM
There is nothing wrong with Bitcoin holding, because during my 3 years of trading, holding is still the best strategy in trading.
Indeed, sometimes everyone has a different target when it comes to selling their Bitcoin. If you say holding stealing opportunities
to generate profits I think the wrong thing, because most people are greedy, so miss the opportunity to make a profit. People
sometimes have a large enough profit, but delay selling it. Because they want to get even bigger profits. So it's not wrong we are
holding our Bitcoin, but we must be able to control our greed.

Bitcoin is good to hold but not other altcoins as they may not recover from the dump if once loss it's value especially these DeFi projects now that re experiencing hype once their price decrease they may not be able to reach again their today's price since they were only produced by hype and not really because of their project like how some ICO projects before who are no trading volume now.
