41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eth Berlin Upgrade and Gambling on: April 17, 2021, 10:15:07 AM
I know most of our crypto casinos and sportsbooks support ethereum deposits, but with the upcoming ethereum Berlin upgrade which is most likely to push transaction fees down, are people going to gamble more knowing that most of us are familiar to the coin and expect lower fees from today?
If at as February, 2021 when the entheruem fees was very high people still gamble with the same ethereum then there will be more push into gamblers using the ethereum for gambling when the fees drop again.   Basically people don't border about the fee of a particular coin if they are interested in gambling with it. People still gamble with Bitcoin and ethereun currently becasue of their love toward the games. The Berlin upgrade will do more to ethereum price booms this time.
42  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: April 17, 2021, 09:58:16 AM
Of course, I have to limit the time I play gambling, in order to avoid gambling addiction. Because if I don't limit it, maybe I can play every day
and spend my time just playing gambling, life like that is not healthy. And another thing I have to limit is the money I use to play gambling,
because don't let me experience a financial crisis, because all the salary I get is used to play gambling.
Excessive gambling is wrong mate. It’s an uncontrollable urge to keep gambling despite the toll it takes on your life. Spending too much time, money on gambling/betting in a way that’s indiscipline and uncontrollable can very harmful not only to the gambler but may hurt the family and friends too.
Anyone with the mentality of gambling with his or her income without thinking about what will happen tomorrow need to be careful with addiction. It could be that addiction is gradually setting into such an individuals life without them knowing, this will be dangerous if not check properly and on time. Self-control in gambling still the best for the gamblers, most gamblers don't know how to gamble responsibly but with the self-control mechanism be put in place gambling can't be an issue

44  Economy / Speculation / Re: OK my apology Bitcoin is not a PONZI but I still call it a huge bubble on: April 16, 2021, 11:00:05 AM
Buy a little fraction in satoshi and you will be fine Grin
So many in the past refuse to buy one coin for a $ but you see what one is today. Don't cry bubble so it doesn't melt in your eyes lol. Procrastination is killer of many dreams. Dreams live in the grave.  Shocked Shocked
The moment in the pass is what others are lingering to have again but the past can't be reverse again, there are still people that won't believe until everyone has done the needful before they act and such individuals won't be lucky such like OP. Well, believe or not Bitcoin has done some wonders that the world won't forget in a hurry, so, the ones that don't embrace the system will surfer in future. Ponzi or not ponzi bitcoin has done more that anyone other digital coin has done, so, embrace or not it same Bitcoin.
45  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ATH - those responsible. on: April 16, 2021, 10:42:25 AM
Cheesy With profound gratitude and deep appreciation to those who short-sold their Bitcoin for this moment to be realistic, I think you’ll. Believe me, without them this moment shouldn’t have been possible, so, we the long hodlers say thanks, more liquidity still in need from these sellers.
That's sarcastic mate, don't expect these sellers to hold their coins till infinity, what about those who fell into problems and they need to solve they problems? won't they sell part of their holding?, believe me that the system wont help anyone without they use what they have in their hands. If there is a problem and these coins has the solution then they should be sold out for help. We all provide liquidity in different ways in this market.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never go below $50,000 again on: April 16, 2021, 10:36:54 AM
<snip>
For these reasons, Bitcoin will never go below $50k again, even if we get a decent crash at some point like most people expect based on past market cycles (and yes I've been in crypto during the two big crypto winters), the bottom still won't go under $50k. Do you agree? Hit the poll!
The bears will actually fight back the system and this won't be sweet as such becasue the past system has told us that the bear will come to fight. This current moment isn't different from the pass and we shouldn't be mindful of these bears come back. Although the bull has done their part from 2020 which has landed us here and the bears will strike definitely which we should look out for. The $50k isn't much from the bear to strike sincerely and not too sure if it won't strike it even lower that that.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wyoming legalized online sports betting - crypto wagers allowed too on: April 16, 2021, 10:24:57 AM
This is good news but I still prefer if websites would accept betting with Bitcoin and other crypto coins instead of converting to fiat.
All betting websites from Wyoming would still requiere from users to pass kyc verification and there is no way to preserve privacy so I would prefer full crypto alternative is possible.

With the first statement of the website there is an open indication that the website will accept the waggers from gamblers in cryptocurrencies which is the very best anyone would wish at the moment. Here is the quote from the website - "Wyoming has legalized online sports betting with a new law that also allows gamblers to place their wagers in crypto". It's a new development for the community that are close to this area and we wish them well as well.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ibrahimovic under FIFA and UEFA investigation on: April 16, 2021, 10:12:23 AM
This definitely won't be a good ending for Zlatan if found guilty. At 39 and winding off, he needs a soft ground to allow him go into other aspect of football after retirement like coaching as it is now the routine for retired players. Well as of now it is still an allegation until FIFA and UEFA makes their finding known.
It's more disheartening to hear this news sincerely becasue he's at the end of his career and this came to him with this unfortunate. The authorities should be mindful of what should become the end of this professional if find guilty, i would suggest that they file him some simple ground that won't be dangerous to his retirement. The FIFA most especially should consider this guy to reduce his penalty.
49  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: April 16, 2021, 10:05:51 AM
I have to limit my gambling time so as not to interfere with my daily task and not make it my main activity daily, one or three hours for me is good enough to have fun and to refresh yourself from your daily task, for me anything more than this can be considered as falling into addiction, although I have seen some people playing 4 or more hours without any issue at all, I guess it's how well you can handle yourself, I just don't see myself playing longer hours
Don't you think that the daily task of the day can be miss used by the mindset of addiction, i will suggest that there should be a distinction between these task rather than just not having something physical to use. Am such that would do many task per day and not conflicting with others, so, having these on board as a schedule will be more important in life.

Personally, do gamble on weekdays and not just ordinary days like others whic help me plan for myself and that of the family.

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think bear market will come? on: April 14, 2021, 11:36:06 AM
When do you think bear market will come and why do you think so?
I have always iterated that, 2020/2021 will definitely be the year prediction of bitcoin price will likely not to work unlike the previous years, stop thinking that anyone can help predict the next step this bitcoin market price will go, but nothing stop anyone of speculation. This year more buyers such as institutions from developed countries have joined the moving train and this even will make the price more difficult to predict.

The bear are likely to resurface when these institutional investors stop to buy, and do you think this will happen soon?, no, so, the bear market has been on suspension for the now till further notice from these investors. Coinbase $Coin still moving bitcoin price and many pending news still coming soon which will be more force-able towards mass adoption.

53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 14, 2021, 10:02:52 AM
Personally, i don't know how to use the mobile device for a long time, so, not my favorite for gambling. Desktop system is my best device use solely for this purpose becasue of it convenience. Aside it resolution and color options the fonts are bold for my liken and makes my gambling more enjoyable at all time. With all my current own device, this desktop has the best security and more space to surf the internet without issues, though be an old modern IBM machine but still active.
54  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on how to place sports bets on: April 14, 2021, 09:51:01 AM
All of OP points makes alot of sense to me but would love to chip some points: Team players verify; ensuring as a sport bettor you understand the team players you are likely to play with, sometimes these team start failure outside the pitch becasue of bad team players. Also, Funds managerial skills; is one of the most important in betting as without this skills your allocated funds might just went through into the wrong betting teams, instead diversify your betting.

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving asset in bitcoin is much more better than saving in banks on: April 13, 2021, 08:59:58 PM
Are you aware that the same happiness in bitcoin can get sore when it price dip?, probably the Banks will surely or sometimes give back your profit at the end of the month but bitcoin won't be sure becasue of it market volatility. Not saying it's a bad idea mate, but should be consider as a risk compare to the Banks. If we are takinf about the long-term holding(savings with bitcoin) and the savings with banks then, bitcoin is more far better than the Banks 'but'.

Should anything happens to your Banks during this period of savings they will be hold responsible but if anything to your bitcoin "you are on your own"
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My head hurts from all the platforms out there, how do you pick? on: April 13, 2021, 08:47:26 PM
<snip>
With that said, which platform do you use? I'm new to crypto here! My head hurts from deciding which platform should I use to trade/stake/freeze/earn with. <snip>
Well, there are thousands and millions platforms that help you grow your bitcoin holding or others coins if you are ready to take the necessary risk involve in doing so. In my early days i used to be more skeptical with my long term holding which wasn't as profitable as now that the bitcoin price move regularly.

Risk was my greatest fear to take becasue i cherish my coins, but when i started with Binance exchange i discovered that i was just holding back some good reward in the past, but remember, risk is highly involve, so, if you can take the risk then go for Binance exchange to stakes some coins of your choice.
58  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Switching from Coinbase to Binance for the moment. How do I do this? on: April 13, 2021, 08:29:08 PM
One other simple and compulsory thing to do is to simply check that your system is not compromise, mostly with your clipboard. You can check that on Window+V for your safety, sometimes those moving huge funds are be attacked through this means, hope this help.
59  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to reach that next level of crypto knowledge all beginners have to face. on: April 12, 2021, 09:05:26 PM
We'll were once beginners in this journey and here are some few words for your start:- There are not much in trade sincerely except if you are such that can't control emotions. Basic studies of trade is the most important as a beginner, there are resources on the internet that can help your knowledge and as time goes on perfection will set in. Basics like candle sticks, types of crosses and other more basic TA, this will help your mindset grow more faster as a beginner. As for a start $50 should be set aside as your capital to start trading, though this should be according to your ability and capacity.
60  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading an occupation? on: April 12, 2021, 08:38:06 PM
If we have Stock brokers as a career then trading is definitely one of the best occupation we have in the world. Before the advent of cryptocurrencies there were traders who specialize on Stocks and they made their living from this source, so, if anyone will learn from these professionals then he/she can proudly said trading is my occupation. Well, don't miss-quote me here - when you're such that look for daily profit from trading you are just a trial and error guy - or looking for other signals for your trade you're unprofessional.
