Goodbye, Sam Bankman-Fried Though I never knew you at all You were a curly haired scamming cunt While those around you had a ball
They crawled out of the woodwork And like you, they all belong in jail You only got 25 years behind bars But I'm so glad that we got to see you fail
And it seems to me you lived your life Like a fart in the wind Always smelling so bad When the rain set in
And I'm glad I never knew you You were just a cunt You ended up behind bars After your stupid stunts
I hear Elton John singing this text in "Candle in the wind" manner, while reading this.

I do trust Haiku's. I do trust Bitcoin's process. Let's go up again.
Hey, pardon my ignorance but what or who is Haiku? I checked on Google I don't think it is what it means in this context - For example these are the results - - Haiku is a quaint and charming town on Maui's north shore. - Haiku, unrhymed poetic form consisting of 17 syllables arranged in three lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively. If you'd count the syllables, you'd grasp that the second result would match no offense, just sayin'

I used a free AI based beta version for reucing noise on this image too, which gave me slightly better results than the manual, masked approach offered by the commercial software suite, which is already quite powerful. There's a popular commercial noise reduction software, which seems to deliver on-par results when compated to the free AI software, which runs in a command window (no clickable controls or previews).
I am not that skilled in image processing, but from my knowledge the manual tools, even professional, need quite a big amount of work to get to a good result. With some AI tools you can even select regions where there's a bigger problem, and regions to be left alone at a certain step, and, with some trial and error approach you can do wonders in reasonably short time. I'm glad you've found the right tool for you; the result is impressive. I have downloadrd and installed a 1-year trial of such software recently, haven't had the time to try it yet. Maybe because i tend to delete problematic photos in-camera. When i learned photography, we used film, so the very first thing i learned is how not to waste it

using paid software to process my astrophotography images made me elevate the quality of results by a good amount.
I've used free AI software to enhance some pictures and and I've got impressive results. I can just imagine that with paid ones... sky is the limit. Great picture! But I expect the source was pretty nice too I used a free AI based beta version for reucing noise on this image too, which gave me slightly better results than the manual, masked approach offered by the commercial software suite, which is already quite powerful. There's a popular commercial noise reduction software, which seems to deliver on-par results when compated to the free AI software, which runs in a command window (no clickable controls or previews). The source image stack was captured on a lucky night near new moon with perfectly clear sky, no wind and about -8° C temperature outside.

OT: using paid software to process my astrophotography images made me elevate the quality of results by a good amount. After taking the learning curve, i decided to process and post an older image of the orion nebula, from last december. I have to admit that i'm quite impressed by the difference of the results. Less noise, more sharpness, more dynamics, finer detail. Take a look (click to view original size): Aaaaand it's sunday, so: I'm kept quite busy while Bitcoin doing it's thing not really watching will resume later maybe after days, or weeks? king daddy won't care #haiku

The ETFs in and out flows appear to be controlling the price quite a bit at the moment from what I can see. We are dipping again, now that GBTC has sold another 3000 BTC via Coinbase.
The rest of the ETFs would be pleased to wait until Sellbert drops his coins for them to buy at a cheaper price. IF ETFs are dominating the price right now, regardless the outflow of GS, the volume would be sucked up to about re-establish the pre-GBTC-sell price shortly later on. I am thinking in ETF net flow, makes more sense, imo.

Thanks. First i was after TP-Link, because somebody i know as a versatile tech started using them and was satisfied. He's not much of a IT-security guy, so there's that. TPL abandoned RTSP in their newer models, and there are some quirks to become aware of to be able to choose a good model. Cloud recording would be a no-go, i also want to have remote access, but only through a tunnel/forward on my router's firewall using some dynamic dns service. No fancy cloud app with registering at the manufacturer needed (nor wanted).
EDIT: I wonder if this dip is more or less over...
If you have ONVIF but need RTSP, I found a handy app called GO2RTSP which does some translations. It's a bit opaque but fairly straightforward. Go2RTC, maybe? So we had the good old three legged dump followed by solid recovery?
Beautiful.
And quick. The demand for BTC is higher again this cycle, and so are the bids. Printing a weekly green candle would add some fuel, i think. Laura, are u there?

OT: Still deciding on the exact choice of security camera, but i want remote recording. Not cloud-based, but using a wireless hub that connects to my home network via cable or wifi). Why? Because if video is stored on the camera itself, it would be too easy to just grab the sd card after destroying the cam, which means evidence gone. There's also a chance to scare them annoying crows away via built-in speakers on some models, if that doesn't freak out the horses). I put a fat lock on the front/loading door yesterday.
Just FWIW, it seems that often cameras have ONVIF and/or RTSP even if they are supposed to be cloud cameras so you can block them at your firewall. Not as ideal as something purely local but it seems there are fewer options for that and they cost more. Thanks. Great stuff. I am used to miss good contributions because i almost only hang around in WO all the time. Solidworks seems to be a great piece of software. As i do more simple stuff (at smaller scales) i still go the CAD ->CAM route using a more simple program for milling.
For mechanical parts it is one of the best software, it is easy to use and the CAM (SOLIDCAM) is integrated, so it makes it much easier if you need to make any adjustments to the drawing Yes, i have to go back and forth between CAD and CAM. The worst is that if i need to update the DWG, i have to define all the cutters/depths/speeds from scratch again. It's not a problem with drawings consisting of a few curves, but still... annoying.

Never connect security cams via wireless, the thief with minimal knowledge will have $2 deauther device running in auto-attack mode in his pocket. Actually to a knowledgeable thief a wireless cam like a cam imitation serves more as an invitation than working as a repellent. Personally I've found $30 PoE cams from China fitting my needs perfectly well, hell you even get PTZ HD cams for under $100. Ofcourse these cams need to be in an isolated subnet that is only connected to the videoserver (this applies to every other brand too, because you do not want data leaking and also you do not want to get part of a botnet attacking whatever high-profile target). I use Zoneminder in two separate installations and it hasn't disappointed me yet and has a very open architecture that allows you to extend it in all directions. If you fit a good videocard (good, like in CUDA-capable) into the zm server you can even get it to detect (and recognize) objects and persons (i.e. no alarming if missus or kids are walking through the yard, but alerts for everything else as long as it is a person and not a stray cat). HTH Thanks for pointing me to Zoneminder I have a spare Raspberry Pi4 lying around here, my access points support two SSID's, i can also put up a wifi router for an extra wlan, last not least i got an old Netgear wifi router with dd-wrt on it, which is not bad acting as a bridge. Gotta look for RTSP capable cameras. The cameras will be camouflaged using old toys of the kids. The chance of somebody jamming the surveillance network is very low, at the countryside full of simple minded people, i'm even impressed they can actually use Smartphones... But the risk, while low, is still there.

It is also interesting that the last significant inflow of BTC to ETFs was exactly one week ago (10 000 BTC), and that since then there have been no significant inflows, in fact, in the last 2 days, an outflow of 7300 BTC was recorded.
I'd like to add that all these outflown BTC were from Grayscale (according to https://farside.co.uk/?p=997).

it becomes more and more obvious that we gonna test 50k. Maybe so obvious that we won't.
on the other hand according to cycles (fwiw) we are a year too early for a parabolic bullrun.
RSI/StochRSI on weekly aren't clear yet, but they don't look too bad on daily. ETF net flow became negative, but many aren't buying, while only Silbert is selling. Overall, the sentiment seems to be good, so IF we really gonna retest $50k, then it would likely be a short wick down, from $58k-ish figures. If we don't even touch this area, we might get away with a mere 20% correction only because of buying demand. This isn't a bad thing, especially if you believe in the S-curve. EDIT: AND WHEN YOU THOUGHT YOU'VE SEEN IT ALL... Yesterday somebody stole our hay from the haybarn when we were away. They only left as much for the horses to be fed another day. Fucking sickos! I was thinking about security cameras before, but now i'm already shopping online while writing this. Those bastards. Too bad you can't train one of your horses on how to use a shotgun. Hell no! Still in the fantasy realm, i'd train them how to use a Taser and keep the fucker entertained until i'm home. Then the real fun begins

Got tons of stuff to do, repair and service of my milling machine almost complete, new astrocamera love despite cloudy skies, kid got sick. Business as usual Are you in the machining industry? I work with it! It's great to see people here who are in this field of activity. Some time ago I made a fully personalized bitcoin with my nickname in aluminum measuring 130mm in diameter, it looked beautiful, I made it on a CNC machining center Well, i'm not in the machining industry, but i was trained to work with industry grade machinery like lathes and milling machines when i visited a tech school (comparable to College in terms of USA). In the meantime more than 30 years passed by, but i kept all the basics. I manufactured hand made finger rings made of exotic hardwood and imo the best way to get ring blanks out of dense wood for wood turning was a CNC milling machine. It's a converted engraving machine, suitable for llimited space and equipped with powerful step motors. It would work with metals too, but the cooling using fluid would be too messy. I restricted myself to mostly automatic work, because i developed neurodermitis at the fingertips because of exposition to the fine dusts and tons of hours of wet sanding. Maybe i make 2-3 rings a year for giving away as presents. Sanding with Nitril gloves is an option, but they tend to tear and the tiniest of a wrinkle makes it hard to "feel" what is going on, and they're too sticky as well. Would you fight Mike Tyson for 10 whole #bitcoin?
Ary you kidding?! 10 Bitcoin can't buy you a new ear, or can they? EDIT: AND WHEN YOU THOUGHT YOU'VE SEEN IT ALL... Yesterday somebody stole our hay from the haybarn when we were away. Off-topic, but happy Steak and Blowjob day, Mar 14!
I'll ask my wife to skip the steak, then Shit coins are equivalent to gambling and gambling is for losers. One can invest few bucks in shitcoins for fun but real focus and most of your capital should be going to Bitcoin alone. 1 bitcoin is difficult.
Investing in bitcoin is also gambling. Uhm, no. Fiddling around with shitcoins, especially going in and out of BTC, is gambling. Secondly, hodling is the opposite of gambling. Why? Easy: 1 BTC = 1 BTC

Btw these rallies are they more exciting for last cycle newcomers Or for the more OG multiple cycle hodlers?
For example I see some cheering from people buying 20-30-40-50k coins but the feeling for true OG’s is little more life changing somehow? Also been through some aweful bears, still being here, believing, knowing what we have in hand and ultimately being strongly rewarded etc
Success just needs stamina. GrayScale selling hopefully slowing down. Only 560 BTC transferred today.
About -$40m. Yesterday: -$80m Monday: -$494m Only in the first two days of sport ETF trading Grayscale had less than three digit $m outflow (-$44m and -$22m, respectively). EDIT: source https://farside.co.uk/?p=997

How much bitcoin (in percent) do you guys have of bitcoin in your overall portfolio? I have nearly 30%, which i always thought to be quiet large.. however, I have the feelings it should be more now. at least 50% 99.99% The remaining 0.01% are shitcoin dust.
