Trade wars are made by politicians, and the customs/tariffs usually reflect the most fundamental fears of a certain group of voters (e.g. steel industry in the US). I don't see how technology would induce tariffs. One thing is quite clear - the trade war is most probably not going to influence cryptocurrency prices. |

I feel that sharks (Big traders) haven't collect enough Bitcoins. You can see that there were scandals when Bitcoin price rose. The scandals were exchanges hacked, China suppressed Crypto, etc whenever Bitcoin price up. It's not a good news for Bitcoin and prevent price rise but it still rising, is this a signal that Bitcoin coming back ? How do you think about it ?. I want to know your opinion  . Thank you There are several disputable points in your posts. Big traders has influenced markets since the beginning of "trading" (dating back to 16th century in Europe). If a big trader puts an enormous order in the market and moves price significantly then it is apparently not manipulation. However, queue jumping, insider trading and other practices are considered "manipulation", and I agree there most probably is such a manipulation in the Bitcoin market. |

However, I am sure it will benefit the project as a whole (avoiding centralized auth server, single goal on the horizon - not three planets, etc.). What's the ROI for running a Tierion node now? And is there any way/place to check nodes count?
There are currently 8,256 nodes on the network, you can check in the node UI if you have a registered node (just go to registered nodes IP address and use wallet address as password). The current time to a reward is 8256 nodes / 48 rewards/day = ~172 days (5.7 months) With a reward size of 1500 TNT, the current 8256 nodes, and a minimum balance of 5000 TNT, the yearly ROI (in TNT) is ~63.7 %. The dollar amount ROI is a little more tricky and dynamic to calculate as it is a function of the number of nodes on the network, future reward amount / reward frequency, and VPS hosting costs. On the short term, I think it is easiest to look at it as a 30% ROI in TNT in ~6 months for $30 in hosting costs ($5 x 6 months). Basically if you are a long term holder and believe in the project and higher future token prices, its not a bad idea to run some nodes. If you are looking for a month to month stream of income, at this point the risk would outweigh the benefits with such a long time to reward and price volitility over that time period.... but this mentality applies across the board for crypto mining in general. Historically there have only been a few 3-6 month windows where mining is extremely profitable; in between booms, you're lucky if you can break even. Very accurate calculation. I would emphasize last two sentences of your post - lots of masternode investors hope to get kind of fixed monthly revenue. The fact is you still have to have a strong confidence in the masternode coin for longer term due to price fluctuations. I am going to keep working out for the Lympo challenge, but have been pretty disappointed with the community so far. Would really like to see more people interested in the actual project - including the Lympo employees themselves. All price talk and not enough about exercise which I thought was the point of the project. I made one excercise message here and it gets deleted... Lympo price will go up if the rest of the market does, guys need to be patient. But Lympo will completely fail if there is no supported project, if it is about excercise, stay focused on that project. Stop worrying about price until you have a product.
Some people talk about price because the APP its still on development maybe we can get a true member after the APP Lympo launching to the public dont worry my friend. Yes, They shouldn't worry. After developments are done, the price will rise undoubtedly. This token will attract many new investors. The price has risen about 20% in the past 24 hours. If bitcoin continue to rise, Lympo is much more profitable than bitcoin and many other tokens. Price talks usually kill Reddit discussion (or should I say every discussion?). There is no fixed deadline as you'd imagine with negotiations like this, but we're aiming to wrap it up as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of the negotiating.
A lot of time passed after ico. On good exchanges, listing is very expensive, for many projects this is a big problem. We are waiting for Binance First listing is always a bit tricky. The team always consider accessibility for traders (investors), reliability of the exchange, and possible contingency scenarios. Some project chose very convenient way - listing at one centralized and one decentralized exchange at once leaving traders to make their decisions. I wish a strong hand for Omnitude team in listing negotiations. |

If your masternode shows "ACTIVE" status, it is completely correct to wait around 7 days for the first payout. There are lots of masternodes now and the new ones simply have to wait the queue. Waiting time for the first reward is nowadays around 170 hours. Then you will be rewarded every 61 hours (again, approximately). |

The comparison is quite surprising regarding to the money raised so far and hard caps. Ingot coin really stands out from other projects with such an enormous prize pool collected even in pre-ICO phase. On the other hand, I would expect higher hard cap for example for Menlo project.

What if trendlines go against Ichimoku and candle patterns contradict RSI? I would intuitively answer that there is no strong correlation between crude oil and cryptocurrencies. Demand for crude oil is driven by real economic variables (predominantly production), on the contrary demand for cryptocurrencies is apparently independent on real factors. Moreover, supply of crude oil is partially controlled by OPEC so the oil-crypto relationship is highly unlikely. |

I believe several of the operating nodes are barely receiving any hash data, which led me to come to a conclusion that there is an over supply of Tierion operating nodes that at which are not contributing to the Tierion's proof validation. With such number of non-contributing nodes. May I understand what is the reason for further opening of registration of more nodes? Is it purely as an attempt to increase the demand for TNT token and push up the price?
Imo, it is a positive to move the node economy to a free market of supply and demand rather than an artificial cap. It also allows new users a chance to register nodes outside of the people who previously registered nodes in the short/competitive registration windows. At this point, it is too early to judge whether open registration has a positive or negative effect on price. Long term, (in theory) it should aid in price appreciation as a larger share of circulating TNT is held in nodes; but this would require a much larger share percentage than current levels. (Currently: ~8075 nodes x 5000 TNT = 40.375M TNT / 428.481M circulating TNT = 9.42% TNT in nodes) As far as hash data, there is a service discovery mechanism that identifies the most reliable nodes and sends data to them. While I agree the unused computing power is wasteful atm, having a large/stable set of nodes will be beneficial as the user base grows. The theory says that the less supply the higher price, ceteris paribus, but masternode coins hasn't given us proof yet. There are coins with more than 50% of the overall supply locked in nodes that experienced weaker growth than other coins with only 10% of locked coins. |
