4041  Economy / Securities / Re: Earn 10% On Your Deposits~! PYRAMINING Referrals Here! on: June 10, 2012, 01:36:30 PM
Oh, so now it's a scheme. OK
Can't say I share your opinion of it.

Only the referrals have a pyramid structure. People don't get paid with other peoples money, only from mining, so it's not as much of a scheme as you'd like to think.

BTW, if you think copying their homepage and pasting it in a thread was "pushing it hard" you need to "fix"  your perception of things.
If only you bothered to investigate a little further what I was advertising instead of just trolling blindly... but that's asking too much, I know.

Now, on with the thread. Enough off-topics(if this thread even have a topic lol).
4042  Other / Off-topic / Re: Paranoid ramblings about the Bitcoinica theft on: June 10, 2012, 12:59:00 PM
So, now, the guy who has the most connections with ageis is the first to get paid?

On the other hand, rg (rapeghost) told me on IRC he'd received his money back from bitcoinica.

So, what's really going on?

The plot thickens.

4044  Economy / Securities / Re: Earn 10% On Your Deposits~! PYRAMINING Referrals Here! on: June 10, 2012, 02:19:34 AM
Not psy's shit again

psy's shit?!? Care to elaborate on that one?

I have nothing to do with pyramining, in case you didn't know and think that's my "shit".
I wish...
If you want to refer to pyramining as someone's shit, this is the person you're looking for:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=57643

I'll appreciate if you don't give me credit where I can have none.

Maybe he's implying that's your sockpuppet.  Wink

Like I said: I wish...
This account already takes all my available time. Wink
4045  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: June 10, 2012, 01:38:07 AM
Sorry about the off-topic but...

Correct, coinexchanger is my husband. I am his wife.

We are forex traders and we have been doing this before bitcoin existed.

Maria.

By doing this do you mean scamming(or at least trying to)?
4046  Other / Off-topic / Re: rjk, please enlightnen us about Bitcoinica on: June 10, 2012, 01:08:42 AM
I understand Phinn may be a little over the top saying that ZT doesn't exist,

The problem is, most noobs won't know that Phin is just trolling for the lulz, since he acts so serious.

I wouldn't be so sure Phinn is just trolling for the lulz...

OK, #fuckBitcoinica was started on May 20.
Now tell me, why would someone on his right mind try to impersonate the hacker there? Any good reason you can think off? Especially because nobody else did it but ageis.

BTW, ageis is welcome to join this conversation.
4047  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: June 10, 2012, 01:03:31 AM

The reason why Matthew N Wright wants me to shut up, is because he is involved with bitcoinica and according to him, he helped and advised Zhou in the process.

Matthew, you are included in the lawsuit. You knew about the shady deals going on behind the curtain and did not inform the community. How much money did you make by assisting this deal?

Maria.

First of all, "the community" isn't a collection of people to whom Matthew or anyone else owes any duty of disclosure.

Second of all, apparently you also knew of these "shady", behind the curtain deals and told no-one.

Third of all, this forum contains a permanent record of you seeking assistance to help people bypass Venezuela's laws regarding online purchases.  I doubt you're going to be suing anyone.
http://i47.tinypic.com/fenb0z.png

Maria, thank you for confirming to everyone that still had doubts that you and coinexchanger are indeed the same person.

Now for the real question: If coinexchanger was banned why are you still here?
From what I could understand, multiple accounts are permited, unless you get banned, in which case you get all your alts also banned, just like Atlas.
4048  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: June 10, 2012, 12:34:39 AM
how can this card be funded?

It has an IBAN, so any wire transfer(SEPA or International) will do.
4049  Other / Off-topic / Re: rjk, please enlightnen us about Bitcoinica on: June 10, 2012, 12:30:05 AM
(P.S., Interesting that Liberty Payout also seems to think that I am involved with CoinXchanger and owe WME some money. I also hereby state that I have no involvement with that organization either, besides as a customer with a zero balance.)

Going off-topic for a bit, so that's the reason he keeps saying for you to give the "guy" his 100K back... LOL

Now back on topic: About ageis, I did research him, and so did I research more than that, I just didn't post it, because honestly, it wasn't my 18k BTC that were stolen.
What bugged me most was seeing phantomcircuit's(Patrick) answer on IRC when he got questioned about it: he just wrote it off like it didn't matter at all, saying ageis was surely trolling #FuckBitcoinica, when the site where the log was taken from doesn't even log any Bitcoin related IRC channel.
Now let me ask you: Isn't that the slightest bit suspicious to you? If someone stole 18K BTC from you wouldn't you follow even the most absurd lead just to be sure that wasn't the person?

I understand Phinn may be a little over the top saying that ZT doesn't exist, or else that would be the longuest con I would have seen so far. But hell, I've seen guys pretend they died from cancer just to steal $20k on some forums before, so to steal $100k I imagine what some people might do, and from all the scams I've seen so far, the scammer gets caught most of time because they commited some stupid mistake, hence why I'm not so fast to write off ageis as a suspect.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. People make mistakes, and just because he could steal 18k BTC from bitcoinica, he isn't God, he's just a regular person at the end of the day.
4050  Other / Off-topic / Re: rjk, please enlightnen us about Bitcoinica on: June 09, 2012, 11:53:22 PM
Now for some context:
You can see in this IRC log that BitcoinicaHacker used the usernames B1tcoinz and ageis on IRC http://ibot.rikers.org/20120521.html.gz

Looking for ageis on IRC logs I found some on #postfix IRC channel, which isn't much surprising, given that the dude used an exploited mailserver to pawn Bitcoinica and he's asking questions about, get ready, SASL and authentication stuff.
http://echelog.com/logs/browse/postfix/1321657200
http://echelog.com/logs/browse/postfix/1321743600

Also found an ageis on the IRC Bitcoin dev channel:
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2012/04/09/1
http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-dev/logs/2012/04/14/1
And the following that I found on #bitcoin-dev tells me that he's the same ageis on the #postfix
Quote
03:08    ageis kevin@ageispolis.net

psy, I don't think ageis is the guy you are looking for. Just sayin'.

Then I guess he will have no problem explaining to us what does this mean
Code:
08:09.44	*** ageis materializes into BitcoinicaHacker
08:09.46 *** BitcoinicaHacker materializes into ageis
08:15.44 *** ageis materializes into B1tcoinz
08:15.51 *** B1tcoinz materializes into ageis

The same day of that IRC log, 30min after the username mess he made on IRC. How convenient lol

And then the pearl:

So now he suddenly doesn't exist. Gimme some of what you are smoking, Gage, cause I would like to imagine that quite a few people no longer exist, especially Mr. President and all his cronies.

Okay, rjk! Quick beating around the bush. Tell me exactly why you currently have the red-ass for me. No need to hold anything back, for this 52-year-old-fart will be able to handle it. I promise not to attack your answer, but simply accept it, then move on.

Thanks, bud.

~Bruno~

I think you are barking up the wrong tree.

That sentence is a dejá vu...
I'll refrain from posting where I saw it because it was sent to me in a private message, but it came from the mouth of the same person when I brought the ageis matter into the Bitcoinica thread.
Not trying to be a dick, but, please, rjk, mind telling us why is it that when someone brings something new to the table they're always "barking up the wrong tree"? What do you know that we don't?

Sorry about making a new topic, but there is really no need to clutter the Bitcoinica thread more than it is when people are waiting for a payout that never comes. (Yes I know I did it before and that's why I'll post my findings in the reply below)

Why are you posting from this account, not your main account?

I think he was banned after saying he had the coins from the Linode hack
Interestingly enough, opening this account to circumvent the ban is reason enough to get a new ban Grin
Not the brightest crayon on the box, that's for sure.

4059  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Coming next week-- the world's first handheld Bitcoin device, the Ellet! on: June 09, 2012, 06:06:04 PM
Update: Added the following update to the first release statement.

  • Connectivity -- The Ellet can connect on the go to any mobile network around the world, no need for any additional mobile accounts, bothersome SIM cards, or the purchase of any external repeater systems. It also works on Wifi too to provide you with uninterrupted signal to suit your needs.
Really, do tell. If there is no SIM card, that means it can only run on CDMA to access a general purpose mobile network, and those exist almost solely in the USA, since they are old, outdated technology. The rest of the world uses GSM, which requires a SIM.

I am aware that you can access mobile networks at a significantly reduced price for "telemetry" applications that do not require E911 access, but it isn't free and still requires the presence of an identifying technology such as a SIM card or hardcoded MEID (or R-UIM cards locked to specific hardware).

So tell us: What exactly is this magical new no-cost global network, what specific technology is it based on, and how do you plan on it remaining free? I assume at this point that it is free because of your statement "no need for any additional mobile accounts".

So, if all that is possible who is paying to track Bitcoin users wherever they go? Because that's what will happen, just like with cell phones.
Matthew, contact the DEA and you might get all the funding you need from them.

Attention whore. Glad you pressed the "Show" link on the upper right corner

And I'm not begging, I'm joking. Try to send me some Bitcoin to that address and watch how I will not STFU
