4341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Camouflage bounty manager? on: November 03, 2019, 02:15:59 PM
It's hard to say, but we should only participate in bounty campaigns with known bounty campaign managers.
Bounty managers are not at fault here, they should not be accused without proof.
Even reputable bounty managers can become a victim of a scam project. Bounty managers are just doing their job to manage the bounty campaign and if the project turns out to be a scam, it is not their responsibility to face all the blame from bounty participants.
Somehow we need to see the past experiences of the bounty managers if they accepts scam projects before, know that failed projects and scam projects are different, I still prefer to join in bounties that also researched by the bou ty manager does they know how to explain the projects product and can explained well why the project failed maybe due only to market performance now and fear from investors.
4342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investors are more excited on exchanges than product developments? on: November 03, 2019, 12:11:22 PM
You cannot blame investors because in the past year reaching the exchange for new project is the best that most projects can do because lots of good projects have failed because of lack of investors on their project its because trust on ICOs or IEOs decrease a lot.
that's why we need to be smart enough in development of the product it will be better if the team will already have a support from known companies before they conduct ICO so it will have sure success even less investor participate since once they listed and their product is developing and seem to have a good progress, investors will definitely start investing.
4343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in High School Syllabus on: November 03, 2019, 10:12:14 AM
Will prefer to study blockchain to back in my college days  as I'm using more of this blockchain products than the degree I graduated in college since I was able to earn more in trading than my job. It will be a good start for their generation to start developing more effectively projects from blockchain.
4344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big money moving in next year, means greater demand for DEX projects? on: November 03, 2019, 04:16:59 AM
People won't easily move into DEX, if the same is being developed by someone leading the market it'll gain attention. Already we've got lot of decentralized exchanges, while those hasn't got a much bigger trade volume compared to the centralized exchanges. Maybe the initiative taken by Binance for a DEX will gain importance over the years.
Many will try crypto since it's establing it's way for adoption as many stores will accept it thus big money can really move next year but not all in DEX projects, some newbies may still want to have centralized system wherein they can blame someone if things did2goes the way they wanted. I use DEX sometimes but mostly trade in Binance, will try Binance DEX real soon.
4345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kakaotalk's Blockchain adoption Klaytn is growing well! on: November 03, 2019, 01:39:07 AM
Klaytn grows well and is supported by large exchanges. This will make Klaytn's development more rapid. Behind Klaytn is the big name Kakaotalk which is a popular messaging application made by Korea. I'm sure Klaytn can be a successful project.

to reach rank 50 in coin market cap might be possible, but it takes a long process.
It can goes up depending if they will continuously improve their product and marketing. Kakaotalk is not that popular in our country though I've used it before and it seems smooth to use. Will watch out for this improvement since there is no definite launched of telegram then klaytn still have time to move on top.
4346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting scammed on: November 02, 2019, 02:16:08 PM
Maybe a miscommunication or the bounty manager or team don't want to explain what went wrong since it can be already listed in the bounty rules or steps. It maybe him who don't follow or miss a one rule that makes it no count or  Atleast the manager should explain so OP will not whine at it and manager should listen to the reason since due to many participants they are able to make mistakes checking.
4347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forget Bitcoin Halving! on: November 02, 2019, 01:32:06 PM
There is really no reason to released our BTC now especially we know that even there are no events upcoming it is able to arise so what more if those events mentioned by OP will about to happen next year, halving can give huge impact and Starbucks if they will promote or give example discount or bonus to gain additional BTC adoption thru them.
4348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Non-spendable Bitcoins and Imported wallet address on: November 02, 2019, 12:14:26 PM
I was required to make a deposit of 0.5 Bitcoins on my wallet so the software can work. I don't have that money and I want to know are non-spendable Bitcoins just another scam or is it really possible to crack the private key and make them spendable??
There's no way to crack the private key the very reason bitcoin created to be decentralised is due to this purpose of being anonymous so nobody can get access in your account only you thru your private keys. Better keep your keys safe don't listen and give it to anyone.
4349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: November 02, 2019, 11:28:13 AM
Investing in multiple altcoins is a very good idea. Diversifying your investment will give you more chance to get more profits rather than pouring your investment into a single coin. In cryptocurrency, none can know which coins will skyrocket in price. That is why you need to diversify your investment into multiple coins. BNB, ETH, Huobi coin, gram are good investment altcoins.

Investing in multiple altcoins that are essentially active and developing is good. I prefer to invest more in alts that have continuous development like BNB, Link and those in top 20. But I also consider other alts but not in long term preferably for trading purposes only. As long as we're actively researching them it's all good invest in them.
4350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dont break rules while trading on: November 01, 2019, 01:10:24 AM

3. Never do Revenge trading, you will only trade whenever you have proper mindset.

I'm a victim of revenge trading on my early days of trading, been struggling to win back the losses even it's not that big and finding ways to do day trading and became frustrated, but maybe I really pick a wrong alts those days. Luckily, I was able to be paid by bounties that time and  so I took time restudy the market again and use my bounty as capital. Losing is part we just need to know when is the tip to stop it and target other alts.
4351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China can easily launch a coin while Facebook is having a hard time on: November 01, 2019, 12:31:46 AM
Wasn't this because President of China itself has approved and announced of it?
And For a third party such as facebook cannot be compared to China's own coin. It all depends on US Government, actually.
Facebook must've faced a hard time with regulation, rules, all those documents that needs to be approved.
As long the government supports facebook, I think they could launch Libra more easily. But, not now I guess.

SEC has so much to think about Libra such as there can be no assurance that Libra or their associated products and services will be made available in a timely manner.
After announcement of  their president they pursue more their own coin, since it is fully used only in China it will not affect too much the cryptos now since China still bans exchanges it will just be like a normal fiat operating like a token while Libra been facing regulation issues since Facebook been used often and have many supporters that may affect privacies. BTW Facebook still ban in China, they just maybe only want to released their coin before Libra find ways to continue in their plans. Both projects have different take in crypto moves.
4352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your advice! on: October 31, 2019, 02:42:29 PM
I have mentioned a project called Sessia (kicks). The project offers something like incentive. After each purchase, you get Cashbacks, and your friends can see your receipt in the Feed. What's more, you get kickbacks from all their purchases in the same shop.
What do you think guys about its future. I need your advice that should I invest in this project? Kindly suggest me.
https://www.sessia.com/
There are already business thru mobile applications in our country that operating this way and partnered with differ shopping shops, booking hotels, activities websites. Actually it's a good idea since many are using online transactions nowadays and it's gaining popularity in our country apparently it's not yet crypto operated only fiat at this moment. Just checked the project legalities and team since it might be the first as crypto operated.
4353  Economy / Economics / Re: You Can Now Keep Your Bitcoins In A Bank on: October 31, 2019, 01:33:46 PM
In as much is this is something new and also opens up the crypto industry to other sectors of the world i don't think it's necessary. First of all, one of our main goals as crypto enthusiats is to get rid of the activities of centralized institutions such as banks and now we want to go back and hand over our bitcoins to them. Hell no! i don't know how y'all feel about this but this does not go down well with me unless i am missing something.
It's always best to be in full control of your funds and not hand it over to someone else for safe keep.
I hate banks too, when you cash in they will ask additional fee for cash-in which seems not reasonable percentage when you withdraw they will deduct percentage again in your withdrawal plus the wasted time waiting for your queue. I regret sometimes using their service so I already teach some of my family member how to use crypto and just cashout in remittances for lower fee than banks. The system and approach in banking is not properly trained as if you really need their service.
4354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is there a way to have crypto news of each country ? on: October 31, 2019, 12:32:27 PM
Cointelegraph do provide news in different countries, in our country there are websites that provide category for crypto news section and events. I guess all countries who are not ban or prohibits cryptocurrencies have websites that provides news. Actually there are many sources in our country when we search our countries crypto news and event even some local mobile wallet have news section in their app. But it will be better if they will offer also news from diffeent countries.
4355  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I convert my money into? on: October 31, 2019, 01:40:17 AM
It's good to choose Bitcoins nowadays. Because there is a lot of good news about Bitcoin that can make us a fast profit in trading.
If asked by the bank from which money we can, just explain I have traded digital currencies as well as stocks and I benefit from there.
So they will not suspect nor assume this is money laundering etc.
I normally says stocks more in remittances and banks that's why I tried to invest some in stocks too atleast I'm not lying. But still prefer to invest more in crypto as we can just use the sometimes the charts alone to analyse it than stocks that needs to know each companies status and news everytime we trade. Banks should only have some amount since it will not grow their unlike if we invest it.
4356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 3 on: October 30, 2019, 03:51:16 PM
-snip-
I actually liked these kind of new topics here on gambling board rather than seeing those common topics like "how to control yourself in gambling" blah blah topics which being flooded out this board for ages.
People do really love to criticize everything rather than on going with the flow on whats being asked or written.Theres nothing would be lost if we do just simply answer those What if questions. hehe
I enjoy it too an eye opener of what gambling can bring to anyone and how we could response if such events happen. It is indeed better than the gambling tips to minimize lose or how to win and not be addicted. We can exercise our mind and our character on what we are actually be doing when we receive the money, some might do reverse psychology of what they posted here in the real life if ever it happens since me I'm not sure if I will return it, if no one ask me to return it, I'll definitely use it and share with others.
4357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how i can protect offline wallet ? on: October 30, 2019, 12:55:03 PM
Okay, let's assume this unfinished story that the victim was sharing his private key online on social media or facebook messenger. I have suspected that the victim was accidentally shared the private key and that is very easy to recover the offline wallet into another wallet via importing the private key or passphrase. In this case, we should know our responsibility in keeping that valuable stuff and keep into a safe place and never trust people around you.
This might be the case since how can an offline wallet be accessed without any keys, or he save his key on the messenger, I mean by sending it to his own messenger since sometime I did it to save info but not private keys. Probably he send or his fb or receiver of the message fb access it or got hacked too. We should be careful about our key it maybe offline, in exchanges or mobile apps. Better have hardware wallet if plans to hold it long.
4358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading or Marketing/Promotion on: October 30, 2019, 11:55:44 AM
Working as a marketer or promotor is the best, you do not have to worry about the income because you get money from your work while in trading you will get money if you make a profit and there is a risk losing the capital. And working as a marketer allows you to do the trade too, it is win to win solution for me. Do not make trading as your source income because it is unstable and the earning depends on market situation.
I bet being promoter is hard too as bounty hunter many will not earn unless the project succeeded. If for bounty managers they might get  a amount every month but if the project failed or get scam people or participants will lose trust on you. It might be good in profit but as long run and by not studying what you market or promote it will have a bad effect. Depending on our skill both can be done as trader and promotion.
4359  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoiners on here have actually used bitcoin/crypto for commerce? on: October 30, 2019, 11:05:49 AM
I sometimes use crypto in paying bills, sending money, or paying my other crypto friends whenever I run out of cash. There is no sense of saving it if you are running out of cash to spend to. But, if you can buy something using fiat and if you can save your crypto, then it is better to use fiat since crypto has a chance to pump anytime and it has a great long term potential.
I also use crypto for paying bills, but mostly I used it in buying stuffs thru conversation. Sometimes I ask the seller if he/she have app accepting BTC or if they're willing to accept, sometimes I explain the ways it can be considered as investment then they are convinced too. I do it when price aren't moving much And when the price of BTC decline that's the time I deposit again.
4360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In 2019 over 40m cryptocurrency wallets have been created on: October 30, 2019, 09:29:04 AM
Is this a particular wallet provider or general wallet combined? If this is all wallets by users then the figure will be wrong I know my country would have created more than 2M this year alone because of the massive education of blockchain going on in campuses and media.
It's not all wallet, there are only names of wallet mentioned in the article, however if even half of it were really using it and doing some transactions then it can be consider as a good adoption. If there are more ways to conduct the tally of possible user in the world not just by wallets then it can attract more individuals to be amazed how late they are in this crypto craze which consider more effective than the usual transactions.
